For anyone serious in learning, this is part of an excellent series available for free on youtube.
If you younger and enjoy this content - look into business school (B school).
This guy is really easy to listen to.
Attended a full day seminar through my work with this guy couple of years ago, he knows his stuff and is a great speaker.
He puts out a lot of his stuff for free for those interested studying:

Can't go wrong with value investing.
I love this guy
I'm getting ready to sell my business, so this is a timely post.
Unpopular opinion incoming:
With respect to making money in the market, it will be far more valuable to study tastytrade content and learn how to sell option premium than studying any amount of business and/or traditional financial content.
If you want a job in finance/business, have an interest in the topics (I enjoy the mathematics of derivatives, for example), or otherwise enjoy the speaker, more power to you. And these sort of videos and content are excellent.
But for making money, understanding company valuation metrics will not out perform understanding how to set up and manage a hedged short option position that generates daily theta (imo).
