what's going on family we're back with another video and hey guys let me tell you what this one about to be a banger okay i'm really about to go crazy on this one you see the title you already know what time it is okay here's the thing i put together a comprehensive list and timeline of the benefits that you can expect to see while you are on your sema retention journey okay now i've made videos in the past talking about my benefits and and kind of spiritually how i've been leveling up as well as like physically and mentally and i've also spoken on semen retention in regards to the dating realm and why it's a necessity right but i still feel like there's so many other benefits that men are just unaware of and so my hope for this video is to really put together a comprehensive list and share that list with you as well as give you a timeline as to when you can start to really see these benefits and um man this stuff is going to be life changing guys okay um so this is this is coming from my own experience as well as some other men and i've talked to about their summer retention journey and then i also went and did some research okay so i'm gonna go ahead and link this the picture below in the description if you guys want to download it and follow it along that's cool if not i'm gonna be posting them up right here as i speak and talk to you guys okay so boom let's go ahead and get started with that okay here it is guys first things first the danger zone all right so here's the thing with the danger zone guys this is pretty much like the first three days that you really start your semen retention journey now the first three days are extremely hard for some people because here's why you have to realize that there are some men out there that are masturbating or or participating in in sex and you know all of these things watching the websites on a daily basis there's so many that are masturbating multiple times a day okay and so basically the first three days you are still kind of in that danger zone you are now trying to resist those urges to have sex and edge and if you guys don't know what edge means that means like getting to the point of almost climaxing but not actually ejaculating right or just masturbating in general right and so this is the danger zone because you're now fighting those urges and those temptations to resist doing those things and so during this time during this three day process you might experience those urges but then you also might experience blue balls okay now i never experienced that um this early on but it is something that could happen okay so that's the danger zone right so let's keep it moving let's keep it moving the next one we're at the beginner gains okay so this is the four day mark up until about a week all right and so this is where you start to notice a little you know you start to notice some changes okay you start to notice some differences right and so your energy is going to start to go up your self-esteem is about to go up you're going to start feeling less tired you're going to be happier overall and you're going to have better sleep because here's the thing guys you have to realize that when you when you ejaculate when you waste your seed you know especially through like wasting it into a sock or masturbating to the websites you are depleting yourself of that energy you are a little that's your life force you are literally draining yourself of your life force okay so when you do those things um you have a tendency to feel tired afterwards so after the fourth fourth days to about a week that's when you are really starting to realize okay um you know my self-esteem is going up you're starting to get more confidence but you're not as tired and just because of that your your overall um outlook on life starts to get better you start to get happier okay so that's four days to about a week that's the beginner gains all right moving on moving on now we are at the one week to two week mark okay so now we're starting to build some momentum okay now we're starting to catch a stride right and so this is very important because this is start this is really where i started to notice majority of my gains okay so um you start to feel more motivated um to succeed and do more i can't tell you how important this is guys because you'll really start to have this mental clarity and this mental shift of it's like man i want to go out and create something man i want to go get a new job maybe i want to start a new business maybe i'm interested in this i want to take on a second uh you know i want to start a new hobby i want to start a new something different you're going to have this motivation to to want to get out and start succeeding and doing something different it's amazing i'm telling you so from there you start to develop a natural and healthy attraction for women here's the thing guys this one is serious because when you're not on semen retention and you're constantly pursuing um you're feeding into that temptation of lust you are you almost look at women like an object and i'm gonna keep it real because i was there at one point in time guys i'm not even gonna lie to you i was there at one point in time you look at women and guys know what i'm talking about you guys know what i'm talking about you know you guys know what i'm talking about when i say this you can look at a women and almost instantly know if that's someone that you want to pursue something with or if that's someone you just want to have sexual relationships with right and that's facts we know what it is guys let's not let's keep it real so that's the thing you'll start to develop a natural healthy attraction for women you're not just going to look at a woman for her body and her physical features and the things that she's able to provide for you in a sexual content in a sexual manner right and so you're actually starting to be attracted to women but almost like you want to connect with their personality you want to get to know them you want to see if you if you guys are equally yolked and these type of things so you start to get that natural healthy attraction for women okay moving on uh confidence is going up oh increased increased gym strength i've noticed this big time in the gym you know i was fasting and doing semen retention at the same time and usually like sometimes people will complain about strength going down when you're fasting but i was doing similar retention and i was fasting at the same time and my strength was going up it was going up in the gym guys i'm telling you what i was making gains so that's the thing strength in the gym is going up um increased testosterone and this is why because increased testosterone levels okay so there was a study um i think it was in 2003. i'll see if i can link it in the description below it's either 2001 or 2003. but the study said that um on on just as simple as one week of doing sema retention men started to have peaks and their testosterone so imagine that guys this is why when you go to the gym you are a lot stronger because you have a testosterone boost just as simply after one week okay this is crazy it's like a natural steroid and so i'm talking about this this is why i'm making this video guys because i'm about to put y'all on game okay so that's the thing brain clarity goes up um improved social skills now this is a big one for me guys um i'm generally an extrovert guy i kind of can't fit in in any crowd um but what i noticed is when i was doing semen retention and i would go out i was just i had more confidence and i was just willing to just be myself and engage in conversation with people you know random people my friends and i even one time i had i had one of my friends ask me are you have you been drinking already like have you are you like tipsy or something because you guys know that when you're in a party setting or you're in a social gathering and you start drinking that's when you start to get your confidence up they call that the liquid the liquid courage right but when you're on semen retention you almost have more confidence than you do when you're when you're uh drinking alcohol and you're getting that liquid courage so they were asking me they were like yo are you drinking are you tipsy or something because you are just like putting it all out there you're just really vibing right now and that's the thing guys when you're on sema retention your your social anxiety goes down and your conversation just flows easy and you don't even have to drink and and and turn to drugs to try to alter your mind state to have that confidence to socialize in social gatherings so that's pretty cool um increased immunity so immunity system increase goes up and then you start to exhibit alpha male signs okay so you're not necessarily a full alpha male just yet but you start to exhibit signs of an alpha male okay which is not in a not in a unhealthy way right i'm talking about it from a standpoint where when we look at traditionally like men are providers and you're kind of stepping into that role you're you're not not ex not exhibiting dominance in a bad way but you're just you're just like i'm an alpha male you know i'm confident and i know what i bring to the table i know what i have to offer and i'm really about that life so you start to get more of these alpha male signs okay moving on moving on two weeks to a month okay this is the sweet spot guys this is this is really this is really well we start seeing some some some good benefits okay so um better sport performance now here's the thing um there's been a there's been a ton of athletes throughout history that have done semen retention especially leading up to their their competition their their sport whatever it is mike tyson is one that does that cristiano cristiano ronaldo if i'm saying that right the famous soccer player he does that right there's ufc people that do that um there's people that compete in like power lifting and and you know just football and sports like that because here's the thing you're you're saving that energy you're getting that testosterone boost and that transfers over to better sport performance guys i'm telling you what if you think i'm playing look it up i think mike tyson did months of sema retention right i know i know there's some ufc guy i can't remember his name to this day but he did two years of semen retention he was on semen retention for two years and he was going to he was going to his um his fights and just knocking people out man going crazy so better sport performance this is another good thing right here ed okay erectile dysfunction ed is clears up guys and it diminishes because you start to get that natural boost in testosterone and we all know that testosterone is primarily a male hormone and that is the result if you have more testosterone you you have uh harder erections and your your erections are just better overall so men who suffer from performance anxiety or erectile dysfunction telling you what man you might have to hop on that senior attention i mean if everything else haven't convinced you so far that's another good thing to convince you okay so ed is gone all right um female attention increases whoo guys you bout to be getting the looks you're going to be walking down the street and they're going to see the glow they're going to feel that energy right and you're just going to keep on walking because you're the king that you are and you're not succumbing to to these physical distractions they're just going to see you and they're going to be turning a neck they're going to be breaking their necks trying to look at you guys female attention goes through the roof they'll just be staring at you it's crazy all right you'll start to notice and improve improvement in your skin hair and also your eyes your eyes will be nice and white and clear um your skin is going to be glowing your hair is good look at my beard guys come on man my beard looking good baby my skin looking good you feel me so that's the thing guys y'all y'all start to notice some improvements there um maximum energy right so like i was saying before energy is going through the roof and you start to get uh improved creativity and that can even tie into being smarter so improve creativity like i was saying you're going to start to have more creative ideas you're going to have this need and this urge to want to create and succeed and get further in life but you're also going to get smarter and so um and guys you got to realize that the the these tv shows really been trying to put us on and we just you know at the time i didn't even realize it but um i'm gonna share an example with you right here family guy and the simpsons they both have episodes where peter was on sema retention and they both have episodes when i think what's the father and simpson bart i don't know i never really watched the symptoms uh simpsons but i do know that both of them went on sema retention and their productivity went through the roof they got smarter they started to um you know have advancements in their workplace they got promotions look it up guys if you think i'm playing after this video don't do it right now wait till the video is over but after this video go look up um simpson's sema retention or family guy seeming retention and you'll see the episodes i'm talking about right so they got smarter they became able to contribute more to their business and they got advancements in their workplace because they were on sema retention and so this is the thing guys they're really trying to put us on game but majority of us watch these cartoons and these and these things and don't even really think nothing of it you know but it's really at a deeper level where they're really giving us the game um and then next moving on you start to have an increased love for life this is big guys because when you are when you are constantly wasting that energy and you're feeling unmotivated you're feeling anxious and anxiety some people even fall into depressive states their confidence goes way down you're not really loving life at that point in time right but when you start to do on semen retention and you start to experience all these these benefits that i've listed off so far your love for life and appreciation and gratitude just starts going through the roof man i'm telling you all right so moving on no interest in pouring um some people even report that they get a deeper voice that's i mean i can't make this up guys this is real okay so deeper voice uh muscle muscle growth so we're talking about the gym and stuff um improved eye contact this is real because sometimes you can you can try to look people in the eyes and you can tell um if a man is not very confident in who he is because when you're talking to him he'll do one of these numbers and he'll look down and he won't even really look you in your eyes you'll be talking to him straight in his eyes and he'll just be looking all over the place because he doesn't have any confidence he doesn't have any confidence so when you get that boost in confidence you can look people in with strong eye contact straight up say whatever's on your mind and you're not even worried about it like i was saying you start to exhibit those alpha male signs okay now don't let this get to your head don't use it in a bad way don't use it as like an aggressive undertone but exhibit that healthy confidence and through your eye contact okay uh so better focus increased maturity right um priorities become different this is a big one guys because here's the thing when majority of your weekends are based on trying to escape your week and see who you can hook up with and you're on the dating apps and you're and you're sliding into women's dms and you're trying to subscribe to only fans you're wasting a lot of time you're looking up these websites you're loading up you got to find the right video i mean you know how it goes you got to find the right video you wasting time so your priority is it's focused on things that are not productive that to your life you know so you're literally just wasting time it's crazy so you'll start to notice that your priorities become different okay now the next thing you start to notice some withdrawal symptoms okay and so here's here's where it can kind of get dangerous this is the only dangerous part in the sweet spot the withdrawal symptoms start to kick in because it's like man this is for some men two weeks or even a month is the longest time that they have gone in their whole life since finding out about masturbating and ejaculation that's probably that might be the the longest time that they have ever gone in their life so it's same thing with drugs when you when you've been addicted to a drug in a sense and you take that drug away sometimes you go through withdrawal symptoms okay so don't let be strong guys be strong make it past these withdrawal symptoms they're going to creep up on you at some point in time you're going to feel the urge to want to relapse and fall back into your old ways and i'm going to tell you right now it's not worth it man it's really not worth it i've been there i've done that i mean i mean to tell you like as soon as i relapsed i felt guilty afterwards right i felt like what what for what was the point of that all of that time that i had put into semen retention just to be wasted like that come on man it's really not worth it okay so be strong to those withdrawal symptoms and then last thing you start to really exhibit that alpha male you really start to become into that alpha male and and when i tell you guys people will will feel your presence you will walk into a room your head is up your chest is out you're not distracted by everything else that you're not like oh my god this woman here oh my god that woman there you really start to have these alpha male signs and people look to you as a leader they're gonna start to look to you as a leader they're gonna look to you for confirmation they're gonna watch the way you move they're gonna watch the way that you step and how you carry yourself because you are now really becoming an alpha male and alpha males lead the pack you feel me so that's the thing so last one guys here we are one month to six months in and then this is when sema retention really just starts to become a lifestyle okay so um at this point in time your brain recovers during this period depending on how bad your addiction was right so like i was saying in the beginning of the video there's some men out there who are masturbating fapping participating and watching their websites and stuff on a daily basis and multiple times a day right so depending on how bad your addiction was it's going to take some time but at this point in time from the one month to the six months time frame that's when you really start to become a lifestyle and your brain is really starting to recover from the addiction that you had that negative addiction with decision fapping and all of these things okay um and the next thing withdrawal symptoms continue but gradually get easier to handle okay so just with anything guys with any type of addiction the first withdrawal symptoms may be pretty intense and it may cause you to relapse you know and my hope is that you'd be strong and you realize i'm telling you right now don't do it it's not worth it okay but as time progresses one month to six month time frame and this really becomes a lifestyle for you the withdrawal symptoms are gonna go down okay and it gets to a point to where you forget like you don't even think about it like it's not even on your mind you don't even have those urges you don't even have those thoughts cross your mind it's just like yeah i'm just living life baby and i'm loving it okay um and then next thing you start to live excuse me you learn to live with the benefits and they become a normal part of who you are so that's what i'm saying guys is becoming a lifestyle this is you are now becoming a man who is on semen retention and practices semen retention that is just who you are right you are now exhibiting those traits so much to the extent that that is just part of your your personality trait now i'm on senior retention i don't think anything of it i'm living with the benefits and i've seen all of the benefits that it brings so why not would i even go back to living my old lifestyle you understand so now you're really starting to step into it and you're learning to live with the benefits okay and then lastly um and i've kind of pretty much said this through the whole last little port here part here sema retention and no fat become a lifestyle so like i was saying guys um it gets to a certain point to where you have done semen retention for so long that it now just becomes a part of who you are and you step into that lifestyle and you practicing that lifestyle on a regular and i'm telling you what guys it's really life-changing okay if if this wasn't enough to convince you i don't know what it is but the list that i put together here and and hopefully some of these other things and this is the thing guys i want you guys to time
