SECRET Vegas Mansion with a POOL in the LIVING ROOM?! (You HAVE to See This!)

[Music] welcome everyone Brian Lio here and you are in for a treat today let me tell you now if you've been a subscriber of mine for a while you know that we've seen some incredible homes but nothing and I'm telling you nothing is on the level that you're about to see we're in the most exclusive Enclave in all of Las Vegas in the summit Club in Summerland and this home in particular is a flagship this home was built by Blue heren for their custom home Division and let me tell you I am so excited to explain some of the design language for this property and then on top of that you also will appreciate just how practical this property is with a separate dwelling so without further Ado let's have a property tour shall we all right so first off we are in the main Motor Court and I apologize it's a little bit loud out here because there's a lot of construction vehicles so bear with me but we have this main Motor Court and over here to your right this this is the main dwelling so you'll see denoted by the glass garage doors these are the garage for the main dwelling and then over here on this structure even though it's one structure it's really segregated into a separate dwelling so over here we have the two-car garage for the Cita imagine a 2,000 plus s ft cassita normally a cassita is literally just a room maybe a tiny Retreat this is a house so again for 23 plus million you expect a lot okay now coming down here here very typical of Blue Heron design we have a very extravagant wide entry that kind of tapers and narrows in to make a more intimate space I love the way they use the natural Desert Landscaping because so much of blue Heron's design language and this home very specifically is about integrating the outdoor natural environment with the interior of the property and again you will see in this property that the integration is so so seamless walking up to the front door you can see we have an entire wall full of commercial glass which really becomes important later when we're inside the dwelling but let's check out the inside of this house but before we do that right above us this is called an Oculus and wonderful job they put in this home took 3 years to create and as a result one of blue Heron's new homes that they're building a custom home in McDonald Highlands is actually aptly named Oculus that you I izes the same design element so just a little bit of trivia okay walking inside the property we have this massive 10t glass pivot door and again now you can see from the other perspective look at this indoor outdoor inside the dwelling we are seamlessly transported Outdoors but now check this out this this is what we're talking about like normal we're going to start in the kitchen but look over over here this house is completely blown out thankfully it's 80° today instead of the 115 that we were shooting in a while ago but the entire floor of this property is all the white French Oak very European Coastal theme that's become very prominent and very popular now entering into the kitchen space I will admit there's an elephant in the room you can see this pencil track here for the slider I'm going to explain this system a little bit later because this is a very very unique home and a very very unique system but it's incredibly well thought out now first off we're going to discuss the kitchen island now you know I've talked about it many many times we're used to seeing more of a 3-in apron or return if you will on the counter surface this is the prototypical Blue Heron design language they like a minimal look so you'll notice that in all of their custom Properties or I should say most you'll see a very smaller apron to keep it that European minimal look part of their design language definitely by intent now over here we have the bank of Cabinetry and as you can tell very European very minimal tfl Cabinetry throughout here we have dual Refrigeration subz very nice actually it's really nice like the breeze all right coming over in this direction this is where things get interesting we have a an apt size Pantry over here but then we have dual warming drawers everything all the appliances are wolf appliances so dual warming drawers very nice we have our microwave oven we have our espresso maker then coming down here we get to our range this is a massive massive 60in wolf dual fuel range with the matching 60-in ventilation now again if you've been watching me for a while you know what's my biggest peeve over 3 million two dishwashers so happy to say we have two dishwashers and in fact there's a lot more than two dishwashers in this house there's more to come okay coming down this direction we have more Cabinetry and then this is Sensational we have an entire wine wall this entire wall is refrigerated so we do have refrigeration to keep your bottles at the correct temperature and I love and this is a design element that you going see time and time again again Blue Heron is very much about bringing the natural environment outdoor in inside the home so here we have an entire bed of River Rocks to give it that kind of organic look and just a beautiful use of LED lighting very nice and very elegant at night now coming down this direction now let's talk about the slider system now this entire home is all automated for the slider so with a press of a button you can open every single slider and most of these are Pockets so clearly you can see here we've retracted the slider into it receptacle and the slider system comes all the way to a point here so now we have a 90° angle so this would normally be enclosed so for accl weather hot cold we can keep this closed but we still have a nice wonderful vantage point to this Sensational backyard we will talk about this backyard later but I mean look at this I mean your pool is actually coming inside to the dwelling almost and again if you look you'll see a repeated use of that Oculus modern design tends to be you know pretty much straight edges but here they did a wonderful use of having this radius that kind of mirrors that Oculus just love love love love the design okay as we come down here now we can discuss a little bit more of this floor system now it's odd that we have this pencil railing for the floor and it took me a moment but the reason is is this way you can retract the entire system into the receptacle which is down down here at this end additionally we have another slider that goes from this direction into the slider behind the television and fireplace so again in real space this is incredible this home is literally an outdoor home it's just a wonderful Vibe okay coming inside here again we have 10-ft ceilings you can see that we have surround sound we have a massive massive family room and again just you have the vantage point right now I don't how wonderful is this to watch television and be able to see the water that's coming in you're overlooking the golf course and the summit Club it's just Spectacular Now we do have a gas fireplace we're used to seeing electric much more expensive but that's what we expect at this price point so we have a 100in fireplace this is an 85 in television so to give you a sense of scale pretty incredible all right coming down this direction again we have the pool approach approaching the dwelling and I mean how neat is this even I shouldn't be talking about this cuz we're going to talk about some stuff later but again this is just an incredible incredible property and a wonderful feel one of my favorite things about blue heron is their use of waterscaping and here again you have just a waiting pool that comes all the way up into the property partially covered Sensational and more important you will never replicate this it can never be done again because with the new water restrictions we are only allowed 600 surface feet we've blown past that so this is a unique property in the sense that you'll never be able to recreate what they've already done here so that's wonderful all right now this is another unique one again in order to create this massive indoor outdoor experience we have another pencil railing here because the pocket slider receptacle is over in this wall otherwise it would have been less expensive we wouldn't have this but then we would have an accordion style stack over here and it would ruin the aesthetic so again everything's been so well thought out just Sensational now this is one of the most beautiful parts of the house that I really really love you'll see more as we leave but here we have a flex room and then this hallway is all this commercial glass and you'll see again looking over here we have another Oculus so again it creates a shaded area it brings in a tremendous amount of natural light and we can still use the roof structure but now let's check out this room so coming in here this is a flex room so this could be a bedroom this could be a wellness room there's a multitude of ways that you could use this so they've kind of staged this as kind of like a conference room if you will so we do have Cabinetry here so we have refrigeration again glass door obviously if you wanted to make this a bedroom this whole glass could be uh privatized with some shads so we can have that option and then even coming over here in this direction this sliding door right here leads us right back to the main entrance of the property that we just came down so again we can still recreate dual indoor outdoor living all the walls you'll notice so many of the walls in this property beautiful it's an 18x 30 in stone just organic wonderful beautiful now coming in here is a very simple nice bathro but there's some neat features so you'll notice that a lot of the bathrooms have a theme this one while we have this like Tangerine looking mirror it's just pure white so I love the fact that they made this simple again if you've watched you know that I like more muted tones so we have a negative entry shower we have a beautiful shower surround and not only is it the shower surround but they brought it all the way behind the sink and vanity to create a backsplash but this was kind of trick we've seen some neat faucets before for but this one's cool over here on the right side of the sink this is actually the control for the faucet so you kind of tilt and articulate to contr treat the temperature and the flow it's kind of neat but anyways it's a bathroom all right now that you're going to follow me now you're going to have the opportunity to see what I'm talking about so how Sensational is this Vantage again the design language is so important creating that indoor outdoor living is more than just blowing out a back wall and from here you can see through the house all the way to the front of the property it's just a sensational feel that is very difficult to create now this is where it gets interesting this entire wing of the property this is all the primary sweet so if you wanted to you could complete privacy so you could quarantine yourself if you wanted to but again this is all about living open now behind me you can see again the recurring theme this is another Oculus and as we'll see later this houses an outdoor shower so you have the ability to have some natural light while also having shade and having obstruction from any Breeze or wind really neat all right now let's come down and check out this primary bathroom first now you can't miss this Baby's got a lot of makeup cuz this is an entire makeup vanity this might be one of the largest makeup vanities ever seen but just so elegant we have a beautiful marble counter surface over here which you can't quite see it we have again the implementation of the River Rocks just a gorgeous gorgeous makeup counter and we even have LED lighting embedded into the ceiling over here all right now check this out if you ever wanted to live in a spa this is as close as it's ever going to get so of course we have our floating bathtub here it is jetted so you can get a little bubbles if you like but check this out this is literally the side of the house this is the side of the property once again we have another slider system so we have an automated slider that is now being housed in the receptacle here and it goes all the way down towards that shower which I'm going to show you in a moment but on a day like today where it's beautiful and I just have a tiny tiny Breeze this would be incredible to get ready now over here we have his and her vanities so again we have an above Mount sink very very nice floating vanity we have led illumination below and again I love the River Rocks and as you see you'll see the River Rocks embedded in this flooring everywhere we go so really really neat all right we're going to whip around this way and now I'm going to show you the shower one cool thing is not only is this a sensational shower and beautiful we even have tfl veneer above the top of the shower which basically tfl is a way of making Cabinetry I I think it's thermal fused you can look up the acronym TFO but this is what they use for Cabinetry and they've made a veneer around the housing structure uh a veneer around the shower structure but then we still have the same counter surface that we use for the sinks lining the top of the shower because it is a steam shower so again just an incredible incredible shower and in a later video I'm going to explain what they do to waterproof these because it is an incredible technology uh that it's very important if you ever have water intrusion okay now in the shower we have the same matching floor that we do above very elegant very nice we have the linear drain and again if you love pink and you're into the Barbie Trend we have a beautiful pink surround accent wall over here we have the steam controls so very lovely very nice we have our wand but this is crazy so we've seen a million rainfall showerheads this is on another level so this one is circular instead of a normal rainfall shower head there are jets all the way around the perimeter of this and it meets like a V and then splashes down really really neat I would show it to you but I don't feel like squeegeeing all these walls so you're just going to have to kind of believe me on that one all right another handheld wand very neat but let's go see the showstopping part of this so follow me down this way and this is neat now again this is part of the slider system I'm just going to manually retract it so you can see normally this would be enclosed and this would be part of your bathroom but when you can take advantage on a day like today come check it out now we can take an outdoor shower so whether we're coming from the jacuzzi which I'll show you in a moment or we just want to enjoy a nice outdoor shower how awesome beautiful shower and then of course above us is the Oculus for a little bit of natural light so we're not bathing in the dark all right we have seen this part of it now let's go to the actual sleeping quarters cuz there's one party trick I can't wait to show you all right again we have our vanity here the makeup vanity we have some Cabinetry we have a seating area to put your shoes on it's kind of like a mud deck and then over here we have the Lop so we have our water closet here but come check this out very very neat now coming into the sleeping quarters it's a little bit smaller than we normally see but that's part of what makes this home so intimate is there's no real waste there's no excess over here we have refrigeration if you need water in the middle of the night and of course if you can't bear to walk all the way to the kitchen on the other wing of the house for your espresso you can crawl to your espresso maker and get the day started right all right and we even have a sink so there you go now from this area you can kind of see we have this Sensational Sensational view of the backyard and again I know I shouldn't be talking about the backyard quite yet but how can I not so we have these beautiful Chase lounges well hey I'll show you here in a second but if you can see below me you can see that there's an indentation in the floor cuz there's something really cool so hang on one second and let me show you this okay now check this out there's no place to watch television because your view is of the outdoors but if I press this button how awesome is this coming out of the ground we have our display so we can hide it when we don't need it and when we want to enjoy our views and at the end of the night when we're ready to retire guess what we have this television that comes out of nowhere this to me is one of the coolest features of this property I absolutely love it I'm a geek for technology I love it all right now that we've seen the television party trick let's keep it moving over this Direction all right now back here like we kind of alluded to we have our Chase loungers so we can just really appreciate the view and we are a little bit shaded because of the roof line and then over here you can see that we have the jacuzzi so this jacuzzi is really private just for the primary Suite is completely segregated from the rest of the outdoor living space so really kind of neat you just come right in right into your bedroom all right now here's the view of the back of the television pretty exciting now coming down this hallway I want you to pay attention to the lighting again this would be substantially more dramatic had this been shot at night but I absolutely love how they have embedded and recessed all of these lighting into the ground so these louvered wooden partitions creating that that separation between the hallway and the bathroom all of this is going to create these very dramatic Shadows I've seen this done many times before and every time it's a showstopper I really love it okay okay now that we come down here check this out this could almost fit on my shoes I love it we have a beautiful custom uh uh closet so this is more the her side denoted by a little bit more space for dresses so very nice and then as we come across this area this is more the he side but again very very large more than enough to accommodate so now as we keep coming down again we have the beautiful stone veneer lining this wall and then here we have another Retreat this is actually a little bit more suited to be a wellness room in my opinion uh it just makes the most sense this is where you would work out no one needs to come into your bedroom anyways to to do the workout but even here we have a sliding door system so if it's a perfect day and you want to get a breeze you can blow this out get your workout on and of course we have a display so really really neat all right guys we have seen most of the living space we have seen the primary sweet Fe and this entire Wing but now it's time to head to the other side of the house and then we're going to check out the additional secondary bedrooms and something kind of neat so follow me as we go back over [Music] there okay now hopefully on that quick motion you can tell that right here we have this entire hallway full of the glass that we saw when we first approach the property again it just gives a sensational feel you'll probably see it as we swoop back around the other away but come in here this is our laundry room so we're towards the front of the house so over here we have nice quartz counter surfaces we have our sink over here the washer and dryer and here they decided to kind of deviate from the normal Trend so here we have uh a 3in apron for the counter surface tons of space to fold your laundry but hey if you're living in a $23 million home you're not folding your own laundry probably I'm guessing you got people for that right we have our mud deck area and then over here here this is the door to the main garage so you can clearly see it's a nice lovely garage we have the glass garage doors that we saw from the front of the the house when we were entering the motor court so very nice very lovely all right now that we've seen the laundry room and we've seen the garage let's work our way back towards the main living space and check out two of these secondary bedrooms so again now that we're walking down this hallway pay attention to this wall of glass again you don't even need the recessed lights here cuz there's so much natural light just very lovely all right now we have the entrance to the two separate bedrooms so here's the first secondary bedroom just a everything about this is very intimate I mean I hate to say that an 8000t home is intimate but that's the feel that you get from it it's not like living in a museum I personally don't love huge homes that feel like museums this feels like a very intimate livable space and I love this so This secondary bedroom is not a pocket slider but we do have the slider and it leads us right into this artificial grass area it's a very large space so whether or not you wanted to come out and make a phone call or you're a guest and you have fur babies that need to go do their thing they can knock it out just a really cool system again very simple from a bedroom standpoint we have a display there we have our closet here and again we have a very simple bathroom we have the same neat controller for the faucet system and this one has a little bit of a different vibe so you see the seafoam green mirror there's a slight slight Hue change when you look at the backsplash here and again it continues around the entire showus round and we have the Negative Edge for the shower all right now you'll notice when we go to the next bedroom just a slight slight tweak to that design so coming in here really neat we got the suspended chair again we have the slider so we have the indoor outdoor even from this bedroom so for a secondary bedroom this is pretty incredible love it all right now we're going to come in check out this bathroom and like I said it's pretty much the same as what we just saw very similar different location for the controller for the faucet and now we have the blue theme so floating vanity quartz countertop under mount sink Negative Edge and we have a little bit of a bluish Hue to it and now here the clock closet is actually inside the bathroom all right we are almost done we got two things left to see so let's continue down this hallway and check out what is another H let's just say it's a flex room could be a bedroom but in this Incarnation it's kind of like a a child's play area a viewing room kind of neat so in this main living space you'll notice if you look closely hopefully you can see in the video but if you look closely embedded into the flooring is the railing system so while this is completely open to the living space you can also close this off so let's say you had children and you wanted them to be watching something while you entertain you can close this off completely have some sound isolation and they have their own little world so coming in here is pretty neat again this is set up currently to be a viewing room so you have your little sunken sofa we have our display again we have another slider so you have that Ingress and egress if you wanted to catch a breeze if you wanted to catch a smoke very nice lovely modern Cabinetry and this is funny this is really funny what's better than two dishwashers a random third dishw I have no idea I have no idea why there's a third dishwasher here but I like it but I don't know why it's here but I like it so we got three and I think we have more coming all right now into the powder bathroom this is where your guest would come when they come to have dinner hang out again I love the floating vanity and I absolutely love the River Rocks underneath I don't know if you're burnt out of hearing me say I love that but I really really really do love the design language there so a nice bathroom we have our toilet there really neat all right we are almost done almost done but there's something lurking above us that's Sensational so in order to get to the Sky Deck while we do have a staircase outside more for emergencies what's even cooler is the fact that we got an elevator so let's use this elevator and check out the Sky Deck now oh you beat me up here all right that was a nice elevator ride and actually wasn't as slow as uh most of the ones that I've tried before in the past so bonus to that now we are in the Sky Deck area so over here we have a really nice little bathroom so this will be for all your guests that are enjoying the views having a few drinks very nice okay over here we've got a wonderful outdoor display so it's safe from the elements we have a back veneer with wood kind of matches the ceiling which you may or may not see right now now the counter surface we have a nice matte quartzite surface very lovely and then over here we have refrigeration I mean I got to laugh you know hey look you ask for something you get it so not only do we have three dishwashers inside the dwelling but even up here we have another dishwasher so if you can't bear to walk downstairs to wash your glasses you can just wash them right up here and leave them up here I like that all right now this is such a wonderful beautiful and shaded area and the main emphasis is on shade again this is Vegas it can be pretty intense with that sun but the first thing I want you to focus on is look above how stunning is this ceiling so we have the wood veneer but what I love is the implementation of the LED light strips into the ceiling at night night this is so dramatic it's Sensational now over here this is kind of neat this is your entry area so they've actually put these louvers these are full steel louvers but from the street you're completely obstructed due to the angle so from the street no one can even see what's going on here very very neat all right coming down this area over here we have all these custom luxury estat so we've got more $20 million homes that are being built part of the reason it's so noisy and then over here we have gorgeous views of the entire Fairway more Custom Homes and again this is the most exclusive community in all of Las Vegas there's literally private security outside waiting for hours just to make sure that I'm not up to anything a little shady so you're good here all right now coming over to this area is gorgeous we have an outdoor fire put nice conversation area and what's really neat is again we have these views of the Fairway but what I want you to check out is again when I discussed earlier that radius that cuts through the pool area it's so dramatic from this perspective that you really can appreciate the design language and additionally rather than just paint the roof with uh a thermal reflective paint coating they actually went ahead and put in these special rocks that reflect the light and dissipate some of the heat so again the thought that went into this property is just absolutely incredible all right guys we have seen the main dwelling we have seen this incredible Sky Deck next we've got to check out this Cita and it's it's almost a sin to call it a Cita cuz it's literally the size of most people's home so meet me downstairs let's check out the Cita all right guys now if you remember this is where we started so down here is the main entrance to the main dwelling so follow me over this direction and again if you can call this a Cita come on but I'm willing to bet you that this Cita is better than the majority of people watching this video's actual homes cuz this is pretty incredible all right so we walk into the Cita through these sliders and we automatically have a really nice open area for the living space so here clearly we have a family room we have the television coming over in this area is kind of our breakfast nook area so we have kind of a neat modular seating we have Cabinetry underneath and then as we swing around this direction we're going to check out the actual kitchen now what's really unique about this Cita if you can call this the cassita is again this was designed to be a vacation home uh or a holiday home if you're a European the original intent was that the owners could stay in the main dwelling and whether or not they were in town or out of town they could have family members and friends bring their families here and stay in this dwelling so really a unique idea and very very practical and again combined you have about 10,000 sare ft but what's really neat is let's say that you're a producer of music and you wanted to have an artist stay with you for a week to produce a record they and their staff could stay in this property while you aren't in the main dwelling a lot of different utilizations for this but suffice to say this is the most incredible Cita I personally have ever seen not to mention this cassita has five bedrooms five bedrooms in a CA insane all right coming down here we have a matte finish for the countertop obviously we had that waterfall return if three dishwashers weren't enough in the other house we got another dishwasher and you kind of need one right so we have four dishwashers in total for this property nice sink lovely lovely fixture for the faucet now behind me again this is very very European in design so we have very similar tfl Cabinetry throughout we have the same surface in the back that we did on the island area but we have all Thermador appliances here now where we had wolf in that main domicile here we have Thermador so we have an induction cooktop over here we have the Thermador espresso maker followed by the microwave and down at the bottom we have a steam oven so again I mean for a Cita show me another one like that oh one more thing I forgot thank you Ashley even in the Cita everything is automated so right over here we can control through this display all of the shades HVAC functions are right behind me but everything is automated really really neat and of course I forgot to mentioned but it's a refrigerator in case you didn't notice but one of the neat things that I forgot to mention in the other property is while we have automated shading for every single window the bedrooms in the main dwelling actually have a neat feature that I haven't seen we have polar Shades that come down right so it diffuses the light it's really nice but if you want blackout Shades there's an additional shade on the other side of the window that can deploy and completely black out all light so that's a really really neat feature all right before we go upstairs let's see what's going on down this hallway and again how cool that even in the C you have all this natural light right here we do have uh exterior access and we're going to start at the end and then work our way back towards the staircase so down here at the very very end we have the twocc car garage that had the wood veneer that we saw in the beginning of the video it's just a garage nothing super exciting in here we have just a simple pow bathroom so it's very similar to what we've already seen before no need to go into great detail now over here we have a linen closet and then over here we have our washer and dryer again you have five bedrooms you might be doing some loads of laundry very nice all right now let's check out the primary suite for the Cita in the primary even here we have pocket doors so kind of a nice clean neat feature tons of pocket everything here now coming down this area this whole wall of glass as you can see leads us right back into the motor Court where we started so nice we have a nice custom uh closet over there and of course we have the display directly across from the bed thank you for getting that right but now let's check out this bathroom cuz this is an incredible bathroom for a Cita so in here we have 48 in flooring that's Sensational love it now over here we have uh a floating vanity love we have downward facing LED illumination again I'm just a simple creature a simple man I love these controls just neat neat and different and then when we come over to this side we have the exact same matching vanity with all the same features that we had there and then over here we have our water closet with a floating toilet very nice and here we have a tinted window that leads us right to the entry that we just came from now one of the things that I love here this is kind of neat this shower I love what they did by keeping this around on both walls and not ending it at the end of the glass but I love here the shelf that they made I love that the shelf for the shower protrudes through the glass and comes out and obviously they have towels there right now I just love that design element coming in here oh it's close but look at it I can actually take a shower thank you but Blue Heron they're not going to make that kind of mistake we've seen that many times before but we have a nice shower we have a Negative Edge entry into the shower you know hey it works okay guys we've seen this downstairs follow me upstairs and then we check out this crazy upstairs where we have four bedrooms come [Music] on okay now we are upstairs and this is pretty unique again this is more utilitarian when we get up here so we're going to go pretty quick now what's neat is this feature right here we basically have a North wing and a South wing and let's say you had two separate families or you had kids in One Wing adults in the other you can actually partition the entire Wing off kind of a really cool thought all right let's head in here now this is more of the adult one and I'll explain why in a moment so continuing with the pink we got a little pink action in here we got my little dongle that I love well it's not dongle but the controller for the sink faucet neat same thing we've seen a million times 48 in flooring that we saw before in the primary downstairs very nice very elegant in here we have the first of the secondary upstairs bedrooms and this is kind of neat because this one overlooks the motor court that we first entered from so this has a really nice vantage point and even behind the camera you actually have the best strip views actually in the entire property are literally right behind you because we're on the Second Story they're incredible all right coming in here very similar we have a display here directly across from the television recess lighting and this overlooks the entry going to the main dwelling and the entry to the ca again we're going to keep this moving a little bit quicker now heading down this hallway we have the stairs that go down over here again we have a whole wall of glass and the reason this is Sensational is because not only do we have natural light but again these incredible strip views at night this would be amazing now redundancy we can completely separate this Wing as well so coming in here the reason I said that that was the adult Wing was because over here it makes a little bit more sense rather than have a shower with that negative entry here we have a proper bathroom so if we do have children infants we can actually wash them here properly so very nice now our fourth secondary bedroom or actually our third our third secondary bedroom and our fourth bedroom overall another simple room recessed lighting we are now overlooking the entry we're near the Oculus by the entry and then finally we have this bedroom here we're just going to dip in another bedroom you can kind of see the roof here with the thermal rocks that you know radiate the heat away kind of neat all right guys we have seen the main dwelling we saw the Sky Deck we have just completed the C which means we only have one area left and I've already shown it to you a million times but now we're going to dig in a little deeper so without further Ado meet me in the backyard and let's complete this [Music] video okay guys we finally made it Outdoors so while this is a functional pool I mean it's only like not even a foot deep so yeah you could put some Chase lounges in here the kids could play but this is more waterscaping it's more of a design element but absolutely gorgeous and again this is underneath that Oculus that we discussed multiple times over I love this so the pool is pebbletech it's dark so it's like a lagoon style self-cleaning I absolutely love this swing element just so so so neat and just brings that intimate vibe that we were talking about before all right now this is incredible and this is a big design that blue heron does the their use of water scaping is incredible and here you have this PA walkway over the water just lovely just lovely so as we step down here we have a double infinity edge pool so you can see the water spilling over this Edge right in front of this Bank of Chase lounges here so just incredible I mean you could have a tremendous amount of people here hanging out at one time this is basically a resort now again behind us over here is the golf course and of course we have this massive grass area for the fur babies for kids to play just incredible and I mean look at this this perspective right here is just absolutely gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous we'll come back to this in a moment just wanted to share that moment with you now as we come over here and step up into this area we have two Cabanas so again this is so much like a resort style I just love the idea of this home and what they did so stepping up from that area this is really really really unique so let's come in here for a moment because this is incredible now we have the private jacuzzi for the primary Suite over there but embedded inside the pool here is another jacuzzi so we have a Baja shelf here which I personally absolutely adore because I don't need a tan I hate burning up in the sun I can have shade and be submerged and then this is just an incredible piece of design and art having this embedded jacuzzi just really really incredible and again here's our Ingress egress into the kitchen area the dining space wonderful now as we come over here you can see this is the staircase that leads us to the Sky Deck that we were just at moments ago and then when we step down in here we have a really lovely conversation fire pit feature again overlooking the golf course wonderful over here we have our Island for the outdoor kitchen we have the same wood veneer that we had in the ceiling in the Sky Deck and for the garage for the Cita we have a matte finish for the counter surface and I believe this is actually a porcelain so I believe it's a porcelain very durable but check this out first off how do we miss this we have three outdoor televisions so how how cool would it be to sit right here and watch the game with the fellas and be outdoors I mean just incredible but coming down this direction really neat we have a Woodfire oven pizza maker great we have a massive massive Coyote Grill we've got cook top burners down here we have refrigeration and we actually have warming drawers an ice maker and what is what is my favorite thing guys we have two dishwashers we have two dishwashers outdoor come on what more do you want all right guys you have just seen what $23.5 million gets you in Las Vegas what is your favorite part cuz I am dying dying to read these comments was it the separate Cino was it the Sky Deck is it the indoor outdoor living is it
