Season 3 Best Leveling Sorcerer Build Guide | Diablo 4

now this is the best strongest fastest leveling build for the sorcerer in season 3 with this build you can easily destroy huge groups of enemies and Shred bosses now I personally spent hours testing all the leveling builds so the firewall build chain lightning build blizzard build and I discovered that the charge bolt build is the strongest build out of all the leveling builds this build is so strong that it does not need any specific gear or any legendary aspects for this build to work and I highly recommend you to just try this build out and you'll see how overpowered this build is compared to the other builds so let's check this out so first I'm going to show you clearing this dungeon and as you can see I'm level 69 and I can easily destroy enemies over 10 levels higher than myself this build is so strong that you can go through all the content very easily now I have tested other builds and after hours of testing the charge bolt build is one of the strongest build for the sorcerer when leveling with this build I mainly focus on damage and speed so when it comes to bosses you should be able to destroy the bosses before it can do anything with this build you should be able to easily easily and quickly stagger bosses with all the crowd control skills we are taking and have no issues rushing to World tier 4 but I'll go over everything in more details in their dedicated sections now just be aware that this is a leveling build so you're going to be always upgrading and changing your gear so with this build you don't need any specific gear or legendary aspects for this build to work and I'll have a D4 build planner in the description below with the full build layout if you want to check that out so next let's check out the skills so the basic skill I'm using is spark and since you're leveling you're going to be using your base skill a lot since you're not going to have a lot of Mana regeneration the next skill I'm using is charge bolts and this is our main damage dealing skill this skill will destroy huge groups of enemies and bosses the next skill I'm using is Frost Nova and this skill is really good for defense because it'll freeze the enemies and it will also apply vulnerable to enemies as well and when you use Frost Nova on a boss it will greatly increase their stagger bar the next skill I'm using is Lightning Spear and this skill is good for surviv ability because it'll stun the enemies around you and this skill will also apply vulnerable to them and this skill is also really good good for staggering bosses the next skill I'm using is the ultimate skill unstable currents and this will completely melt bosses and the last skill I'm using is teleport and this is just the best and fastest movement skill in the game okay so next let's check out the enchantments so the first enchantment I'm using is the Firebolt enchantment and this will apply burning damage to our skills and doing burning damage will greatly increase our damage from our other passive skills from our skill tree the next enchantment I'm using is the frost Bol enchantment and this will apply chill to all our skills and applying chill to our enemies will pair with some other passive skills on the skill tree and will also freeze the enemies if you keep chilling them and the frostbolt enchantment can easily stagger bosses quickly paired with your other skills now I do want to mention that I did test out the fireball enchantment and when it comes to this build fighting groups of normal enemies is not a problem so the fireball enchantment wasn't really useful because it doesn't work on bosses with no mobs around the main thing is you want to destroy Elites and bosses as quick as possible so using the Firebolt enchantment to guarantee the burning damage is going to be a lot better okay okay so next let's check out the skill tree and I do want to mention that this is a leveling build so you're not going to need any specific gear or legendary aspects for this build to work but once you reach World tier 4 and start getting ancestral level gear that's when you want to focus more on your endgame build and start switching up your skills so starting with the basic skills I put five points into spark a point into enhan spark and a point into glinting spark and since you're still leveling you're going to be using your basic skill a lot because you're not going to have a lot of resource regeneration to use your other skills and Spark is one of the best basic skills for the sorcerer because it does tons of damage and it's a ranged attack next I put one point into frostbolt and this is just for the frostbolt enchantment and next I put one point into Firebolt and this is just for the Firebolt enchantment next for the core skills I put five points into charge bolts a point into enhanced charge bolts and a point into greater charge bolts and this is our main damage dealing skill this will shred huge groups of enemies and Destroy bosses next I put one point into Devastation and three points into Elemental dominance and this will greatly increase our core skills damage next for the defensive skills I put 1 Point in2 teleport a point Point into enhance teleport and a point into shimmering teleport and this is the best and fastest movement skill in the game next I put a point into Frost Nova a point into enhance Frost Nova and a point into mystical Frost Nova and this will freeze and apply vulnerable to enemies and this skill will also greatly stagger bosses next I put one point into Elemental in tement and this will give you a chance to reset the coold down of one of your defensive skills and then I put three points into glass Cannon and this will greatly increase your damage next for the conjuration skills I put a point into Lightning Spear a point into enhance Lightning Spear and a point in to invoke lightning spear and this skill is good for survivability because it'll stun all the enemies around you and this skill will also apply vulnerable to enemies and when this skill is used on bosses it will greatly stagger them and next I put three points into conjuration Mastery and this will increase your damage for each active conjuration next I put one point into align the elements three points into Mana shield and two points into protection and these skills are really good for defense and survivability next for the Mastery skills I put a point into inner flames and three points into devouring Blaze and this will greatly increase our Critical Strike damage against burning enemies and this is the reason why we're using the Firebolt enchantment next for the ultimate skills I put a point into unstable currents and a point into Prime unstable currents and this ultimate skill will easily melt bosses next I put one point into permafrost and three points into horor Frost and this will greatly increase our damage to chill or frozen enemies and this is the reason I'm using the frost bolt enchantment next I put 1.82 fiery Surge and this will greatly increase our Mana regeneration when killing burning enemies next I put one point into Co in currence and three points into conduction and this will greatly increase our movement speed when you critically strike with the shock skill and last but not least for the key passive I put a point into virus Mastery and this will greatly increase your shock skills damage to close enemies okay so that's pretty much the skill tree layout for this build when leveling now once you get to world tier 4 and start getting ancestral level gear you're going to start building endgame builds so you're going to get rid of your basic skill at that time because you should have enough resource regeneration so you don't need to use your basic skill anymore so basically once you're around level 70 and in World tier 4 you're not going to use your basic skill anymore okay so next for the senal construct but I do want to mention that the construct is not actually important when leveling so you can technically use whatever you like but there are some tuning stones that can be really useful so really quickly I'm just going to go over what I'm using so the first governing Stone I'm using is lightning bolt and I paired it with swift support which will greatly increase its attack speed multishot which will give it a chance to shoot another projectile and resource support which will allow you to gain your primary resource when your supporting skills first deals damage so this setup is good to gain some of your primary resource back the second governing Stone I'm using is Flash of adrenaline and this will greatly increase your damage and I paired it with fortify support which will gain you fortify and Safeguard support which will grant you damage reduction and both of these tuning stones are really good for defense and survivability and the last tuning Stone I'm using is the initiative support and this tuning Stone will just teleport the construct if out of range so that's pretty much the governing stones and tuning Stones I'm using for the Cal construct like I mentioned when leveling the Cal construct didn't feel like it was a huge difference okay so next let's check out the gear now I do want to mention that the stats on your gear does not matter when you're leveling you want to look for the higher item power level so for example I'm going to switch out my wand for this weaker wand and what you want to look for is the plus green number and if it has the plus green number use that item instead the reason why is that when you're leveling you're always going to be finding better gear but once you reach World tier 4 and start getting ancestral level gear that's when you want to focus more on your stats compared to the item power level so when leveling always try to find items with higher item power level until you reach World tier 4 and start getting ancestral level gear but I'm going to go over some stats and legendary aspects that will make this build stronger but just be aware that these stats and legendary aspects are not needed for this build to work so the ideal stat you're looking for is going to be on your boots and your amulet and the stat you're looking for is movement speed so having high movement speed on your boots and having high movement speed on your amulet you'll be able to speed through the Dungeons and events really quickly making the leveling process a lot faster now there are two legendary aspects that will make this build stronger but it is not needed the first legendary aspect you can see is on my amulet and it's the piercing static legendary aspect and this will allow your charge bols to pierce through enemies but it will do less damage after the first hit and this legendary aspect can be found on the Codex of power and it's unlocked by completing the reted Del dungeon and really quickly pulling up the map it's located right here and you can take this way point to get to this dungeon very easily the next legendary aspect that'll be useful for this build is The Prodigy aspect and it's unlocked by completing the witchat dungeon so pulling up the map the dungeon is located right here and you can easily use this Waypoint to get through the witchat dungeon but I do want to mention that I don't even have this legendary aspect unlock and I'm not even using it and this build is still strong without it so those are pretty much the legendary aspects you're looking for this build when leveling like I mentioned these legendary aspects are not needed for this build to work majority of the time when I was leveling I didn't use any legendary aspects because I was always swapping out my gear for better gear and a quick tip when upgrading your gear if it's gear that you plan to switch out you only want to upgrade it two times the reason why is it's very cheap to upgrade it just two times because the materials you used to only upgrade it twice you will have more than enough when you you reach end game and another tip is that you want to put your legendary aspects that you want to keep on either your amulet or your rings when leveling the reason why is you're not going to switch out your jewelry gear as much compared to your other pieces of gear and really quickly for the gems so for the armor pieces I put ruby gems to increase my maximum life for the weapon I used Emerald Gems to increase my Critical Strike damage to vulnerable enemies and for the jewelry I use skull gems to increase my armor okay so next for the Paragon board and I do want to mention that since I'm still leveling this Paragon board is not complete but once I reach level 100 I'll have a completed Paragon board but I'm going to quickly share the Paragon board setup I have right now and I focused on damage and getting Legendary nodes so starting with the star board I took the control glyph and this will greatly increase your damage to chilled or frozen enemies the next Paragon board I took is static Surge and the glyph I'm using is destruction and this will greatly increase your Critical Strike damage and I also took the legendary no static surge which will allow your charge bolt to make your enemies vulnerable and restore 10% of your Mana after spending 75 Mana then I headed this way and the next Paragon board I took is frigid fate and the glyph I'm using is Elementalist for now but I'll have this Chang once I get a better glyph and I took the frigid fate legendary node and this will greatly increase our damage to vulnerable enemies now that's pretty much the Paragon board setup I have as of right now but like I mentioned before I will have a fully updated Paragon board once I reach level 100 okay so thanks for checking out one of
