Scoring a Touchdown on Every Madden EVER (1988-Present)

i spent all of last week collecting every madden game ever created since 1988. that's a total of over 30 madden games and today i attempt the hardest challenge in the history of madden as we attempt to score a touchdown in every madden game ever created 10 000 likes now do the same thing for every single instablay football game ever created let's just jump right into it it's over 30 bad games this is gonna take me all freaking nights so disclaimer the oldest madden game from 1988 is gonna be the hardest to score touchdown on because you can't find it anywhere you can only play it on a website because it was made by the old apple computer not even for a video game console system so as you see it's like the old apple mouse i'm having to use i'm having to use my keyboard mouse and trying to control the game and i don't even know what freaking buttons do what so i think easily this is gonna take the longest to actually score a touchdown because i don't know what buttons do what dude so i guess we click play here do i just do likes quick game oh my game setup okay okay so this is extremely sophisticated cold and windy i want it to be no let's let it snow while this is already selected like i've already done this i've never played this in my entire life i guess we click okay and it's snowing but hold on oh that's not snow that isn't snow and they get the ball first too so i'm assuming i'm the red team how do i kick what button is i kicked i just pressed the mouse and it kicked the ball i don't know how you know necessarily tackle here but uh i guess i'm just gonna let the defense do its thing i gotta learn this together cause i gotta figure out like how i pick plays what buttons do what i maybe i don't have to i can just i just gotta find a way to score that's all we have to do in the video oh look at the play call screen this is so sophisticated i do i'm just clicking buttons i'm clicking buttons and they're moving the ball they're throwing the ball down the field pick best of joystick i don't have a joystick run it back won the ball that was that was anticlimactic only this was like getting an interception in every madden game video that would mean i would be done but now i have to fight a way to freaking move the ball at this game i'm assuming i just clicked the mouse to hike the ball okay all right i i just pressed the button and it threw the ball it's defensive offside except that thing and i just got i'm running the football one wonderful okay not good what is this i don't quite know what just happened bro i swear i'm gonna be here all freaking night trying to score touchdowns like i said dude like i don't know what buttons do what eventually though i guess i'll have to score touchdown a interception return or something to the ball yo i completed a pass i don't know how but i did oh no i throw just as many pics in john madden 1988 as i do a madden 41 [Music] who is that is that jesus song we are getting destroyed freaking gayle oh i use the mouse i use the mouse this entire time i've been trying to use the keyboard so it took an entire quarter to find out that i control my players using the mouse why am i i accidentally like i just like take a delay of game or something dude because like why am i punting the football [Music] one i caught that i caught that football i think i've learned when it's a passing play i just don't press anything now to be fair i don't know when it is and when it isn't a passing play i think i just need to after i hike the ball just not press anything unless i'm running with the football oh i cut it again i'm so close i am so close this is the drive all i know how to do is hike the football and just watch my guy throw it that's all i know what to do i caught it go go go go boom we just wanna touch down on a game that i don't even know how to do anything then just hike the football finally i'm actually playing on the super nintendo with a controller thank god still not going to be extremely easy because some of the buttons are going to be confusing still but oh my god nothing's gonna top that choosing houston because that is actually the houston oilers before they became the titans try snow again hopefully this is so much easier it doesn't take 40 minutes to score like the first one we have mostly abandoned over the packers which is weird who wants a qb here it wasn't even brett favre i don't think at this point okay bees to hike the football there's a funky looking pitch here but at least i can actually control okay this is gonna be so full well so much for it being simple they brought it back they brought it back i mean a touchdown was scored it just wasn't my touchdown let's bring this kickoff back for a touchdown please please let's get this over with ball off your back foot patrick mahomes wow a lot of these early game touchdowns will be probably running the football because it's just really still kind of complicated to click the right button for the right receiver it's just not as easy as what you think we're out here audible and somehow i i don't know what i'm okay never mind i'm throwing the ball again throw the ball okay this was a run and i didn't mean for it to be but it is i love the motion this time okay i'm running with the quarterback i think i mean we got some space we don't fumble this time all right all right don't quite get it anywhere and i can only play it on some website which means i again have to use the keyboard and mouse which means i don't know what buttons i'm pressing i don't know what does what can't necessarily find a tutorial for madden 1992 anywhere out there so i'm just gonna have to get lucky again i could actually pick my team this time i'm going all mad because you know i gotta have a good team to be able to score i don't know who sucked back in 1992 can i just play against the browns i can actually pick snow this time i can pick snow well actually snow oh look at us we have all the advantage bros i'm so happy it's actually snow all right can actually control this time around okay okay okay this is hopefully it can take a lot less longer than the mad 1988 touchdown somehow i got myself into replay mode at least we know there was replay back in the day but that's not quite what i meant to do what does this mean jesus christ i'm out i'm kicking a field goal okay i don't want to kick a field goal oh i finally picked the play and i'm accidentally kicking a field goal i found a way i found it how do i hike the ball do i hike the ball on his own or i just click how do i hike the ball hello i i hiked the ball one one okay so we're getting somewhere go go go block for me block for me big play we're finally getting somewhere the thing is though i i need to like just run the ball every play because you best believe there's no guy big away i don't know how to throw the ball this way go please block for me go go go bad boy go number 16 go get away get away from him oh no oh no i'm throwing the ball this is not good i didn't know how to back out this is good this is a passing play this might not be too effective okay the only button so far i've found out is v and that means you best believe i'm gonna call whatever play b is every single time all right i gotta throw the ball again don't i oh no that was going so well too oh my heart actually hurts a little bit i do like the way it kind of showed you the receiver at the top that was actually pretty neat what if i get like a pixies get the ball get the ball one one run let's go let's go oh it's done the two hardest games to score touchdown they're done bro that just made me so happy i'm so freaking happy just in case you're wondering it took a total of 40 minutes to score a touchdown on both john madden 1988 and john madden 1992. oh heck yeah look at this dudes back in madden 1993 you used to be able to play as historic teams and of course we're gonna play this story let's do 1978 pittsburgh steelers against the random team let's go you know what screw it oh let's go 1970s who miami dolphins are the best teams of all time i can bailly score as it is like how am i supposed to score against them it's so beautiful no snow this time i mean if mad 1990 was pretty simple this one should be a piece of cake in 1993 and already like i know it's not crazy but the graphics already pretty improved in just a couple years we actually have real coins we're getting the football we're making the quick one let's here actually try to score on the kickoff return and not get tripped by a blade of grass will be returnable i'm not sure like a lot of these players are oh go go go you're so slow bro oh i think i'm throwing the ball throw the ball i'm not throwing the ball i it's that's the safety isn't it yep let me looking back i shouldn't actually played against the 72 dolphins bro i'm sitting here trying to hit stick dog this was 1993 you think they thought of a hit stick you could actually like use don't think i've seen one setting to give you lower than like what a 10 minute core yes now my quarterback said the ambulance i completely forgot the main problem i'm coming across right now is when i call pass please don't understand like why only like 10 percent of time i call them they actually are a pass play the rest of them are being scrambled by quarterback backwards because i'm confused about what's actually partaking what's partaking right then is another touchdown for the opponent grog spike before the gronk spike the one thing i like about this game is how you can move after the play like go score touchdown go go all right i think i'm finally starting to get the hang of passing the football i don't think you can scramble off the quarterback or all the throwing options just go away you literally have to hike the ball and just don't press anything until the receiver icons pop up there we are there we freaking go oh do the mathy i've been trying to score this touchdown for 30 minutes so there's 30 madden games so 30 times 30 that's 900 there's 60 minutes in an hour divided by 60 that's 15 hours i'm on pace of finishing this if you return this pump for a touchdown i'll pretty neat we used to have a pre-game show back in 1995 oh we can finally see the tales on the quarter this year everybody if we just bring this kickoff back for a touchdown i mean there's a good return 22 yards like i mean you're still about the same fourth and 11 on madden 95 of course we're going for it oh that's not optimal well they scored i completely ran right past them but at least i get the ball back quicker look at his celebration did i really fumble actually holding the jets toy field goal tip i like a block kick for a touchdown but no good catch the ball go 89 finally a positive play 25 yards down to the 30. like sometimes in this game you just have to freaking sling the rock and pray he's wide open catch the ball you idiot like i didn't even like pick a button for you to throw the ball to like what are we doing that's a pick stick just let them school let them go let them freaking score so you get the ball back let me tell you something throwing the football back of the day was not an easy task go running back go 33 go 33 maybe half back toss is the move maybe that was the meta and john madden 1995 and it's not what are we doing bro at this point i'm so tired of the super nintendo get me to the playstation one the only freaking way to complete passes back in the day was to use the guiding force bro i'm getting my freaking skull drug in we are having an absolute stinker he's so open wonderful wonderful time get me off this game get me out of here we have three more badens and i can finally jump to the playstation one with three more to go on the super nintendo and i'm not gonna lie these are difficult to score on can i like rock with another like all-time team was that a thing back here in 96 yes we have all madden is this that the first year the jags existed let's go somewhere where it can actually snow death valley that was in the game i'm assuming that means like lsu's death valley because clemson football wasn't that big at this point bro what the heck the jags were a 37 they were a 37 overall we're 99. my dad's got to be one of the worst overalls of all time all right this better be an easy touchdown please john once again like the graphics themselves don't seem to improve some menus a little bit different but not like a huge graphical improvement just yet like the last three or four have kind of looked the same at least we have a flag moving in the wind now well we're already down to the 37 rated jaguars dog he's freaking twerking all right now that we're on offense i would think this would be relatively easy to score with an all madden team oh he's so open make the catch 88 just like that touchdown scored i want to see who was it who was it who was it you didn't even tell me well that was anticlimactic we'll play with the ravens this time just because i love that logo john looks so happy and still man like the graphics still look extremely similar maybe a very very minute difference jerome bettis was the running back when did jerome bettis play the 1300s i mean i guess we are approaching the 2000s at this point wide freaking open okay in terms of picking your plays you actually can get a little bit more in depth now in terms of your personnel okay and we're already getting kind of funky because we're going running back pass here toss pass something crazy wide open 85 okay that wasn't exactly what we thought that was gonna be but it worked i'm gonna get a five yard penalty the wide open 85 get in that enzo let's go first drive td [Music] all the other games in the super nintendo have been pretty hard to score touchdowns on but nothing compares to the two touch sounds i had to score playing on the actual pc oh my god never again in my entire life i think it's actually easier for you right now to suit up in real life for an nfl team and score touchdown that way one v11 like 100 easier okay so we actually had a pretty big reveal for madden 98 the final game on the super nintendo we could actually configure the controllers from here we had a season mode a playoff mode a super bowl can we just actually play the super bowl from this year okay we could play any of the past super bowls we got super bowl 1997. hackers patriots will go hackers because i think did we have this would be brett favre i think look at the difference here this time our quarterback was a 95 overall another year another happy john i am pretty excited to see though the transition of graphics from this game to mad 1999 because we get a whole new generation of console for the first time unless you consider the mac pc to the super nintendo some sort of transition not gonna lie i have no idea what play i picked here but we're just gonna wish for the best that works i think we got face masking ever and that signifies the playstation one i guess we'll be able to really see here the huge improvements in terms of graphics from the super nintendo to the playstation generation come on what the heck is a code entry we're gonna find some crazy code i can add and see if we can score some like crazy team or crazy player so apparently if i type in hammerhead it should be some secret fantasy team from ea so if i click add code hey it actually worked at this special ea team this is like their ea studios thing is called tiburon where they like develop all the football games and they're 100 overall don't mind if i do as you see now it's the playstation 1 controller yeah already this is a massive freaking improvement on graphics it was not great but you compare like the past five maddens we just played and now we have this we actually have something that semi resembles actual human bodies wait why are we already lining up for the kickoff we haven't even done like yeah we haven't even were and they were stinky you know what i'm actually gonna play against him we have the all-time teams we could choose from again had all-time teams in this game as well i don't get why they don't have those anymore let's try out the browns back from 2001 browns versus the dragons wait hold on yeah we can play like their stadiums in nfl europe this is in dusseldorf germany frankfurt germany barcelona spain glasgow scotland let's play in freaking scotland can we can we have snow going here i don't know if it's actually going to snow this is where you can start to change your uniforms up a season they went 0-000 and their overall was 65. let's go up against the team with the best record from the prior year that was the rams of 14 and 2 they're 94 overall oh god wait hold the phone did freaking sunk dude but on that fourth down the ball flew out my hands to the opposite direction to who i intended to throw the ball to my hand this went off that touchdown have we actually ran for a touchdown in this entire video i don't think we have you know what we can actually ask madden now what does he want me to do he wants me to throw the football oh no the scramble car cart get in the slant mangum all the way down to the two let's try and score on a qb sneak for the first time in the entire video might take a couple tries around like the three yard line take the loan get smashed go from a third and goal from the two to a second ago from the 17. i just hot route because literally nobody's covering l1 i'm just gonna throw it offline scrimmage okay we're like right back to where we started all right wish me freaking luck the slants wide open build different ea sports it's in the game [Applause] mad nfl 2006. so i think this is for sure the cleanest menu yet let's just rock with these two teams why not i haven't played with the eagles yet so let's go with them so i don't know if it's just me losing my mind at 2 15 am but it seems like the graphics from 05 to 06 had a pretty big improvement at least a lot better than 0405 i'm actually getting the ball first for a change makes me so happy wait why are we in the titan stadium kio oh my god he's so open break the tackle that's a touchdown two plays i think that's a wrecker well freaking dime i don't know that that's a sante samuel he got merman by tio that was the definition of built different e a sports it's in the game wait was this the first time they introduced the superstar mode hall of fame i guess we just go super bowl match up from that prior year we'll go seahawks over the steelers i don't really play with either of these teams yet yeah these graphics look a little bit better than last year's game but not nearly the difference between 05 and o6 all right we scored the second play from scrimmage in the last game can we score on the very first play of the game this time around scoby scopey okay oh yeah sean alexander was the cover athlete in mad no seven so of course we gotta score this touchdown with him eventually he'll probably take me five quarters to a meet maybe on this play second play from scrimmage oh oh go go what a psycho shawn alexander back in the end oh that's a pic isn't it it's fast interference let's go pull out the one yard line that's honestly like one of the first real kind of lucky breaks we've gotten this entire video three weeks in the making this would be simple right songs and there's so many badminton sean alexander imagine seven might actually be better at running the football than what michael vick was in mad no 4. that was the best drive of any individual player we've seen so far in the video easily e a sports it's in the game now this marks two special milestones this officially marks the 20th madden in today's video number two this is the final madness we play on the playstation 2 before heading on to the playstation 3 xbox 360. and since vince jung was the cover athlete mad no wait that's who we're going to score this touchdown with also one of my favorite players of all time and is like the biggest reason why i became a titans fan so this one hits close to home once again not a ridiculous graphics improvement like a good one but not drastic now disclaimer i do know that madden await was available on the xbox 360 slash playstation 3 but i just couldn't get it to work it just like would bug out every single time so we're having to play it on the playstation 2. is this gonna be a kickoff return oh not quite come on vincent show off them legs shot them legs nice little spin move okay main coverage down the field would be another huge scramble here block for me do i try do i oh i didn't want to potentially fumble all right are we hitting with the play action here i mean i'm calling it so like apparently we are off his back foot it's a dime boom bro that was such a great drive look at this freaking highlight that's neat i mean it was vince young and his prime so of course it was like a michael big madden 2004 type easy drive so this is where we should see some of the biggest graphical improvements of the video yet because each system obviously got more complex and more complex as freaking technology advanced so you saw how much of a graphical difference we got from playstation 1 to playstation 2 i'm expecting even crazier improvements from playstation 2 to playstation 3. what the heck you can play fantasy football on madden who's the team we've yet to play with i i don't know dude i've been recording this video for over three weeks i can't remember at this point apparently they took the historical teams out so you can just only play with the regular teams we'll think of play with the saints so we'll play with the saints yeah dude look at that that's so much better than what we just least you can see throughout the durations of madden's if anything they at least improved the load-in times of course they scored td against the jags on the first ride i actually do like the fact that we're in this off on xbox three's x the newest of new generations of consoles we actually get to see the newest play call screen i actually don't really like the new play call screen but at least it's a little new so we legit went from a game made for the old apple computer to 2021 generation consoles in the xbox series x will quickly make this throw gardner dime all the screen pass is set up to perfection my voice challenge is now complete how ironic ends off with an undrafted free agent score deforest challenge complete my dude so much freaking time went into this video i don't normally ask for like to the end of videos but guys i've never put more effort into one video than this one this took over three weeks to make almost an entire month went into making this video it would mean a lot
