hosted by a plastic surgeon my degree and background are in the dental field my goal is to lift the veil of secrecy that surrounds plastic surgery and also to diminish the stigma to show you that beauty is attainable if that sounds good to you please subscribe today we'll be talking about the iconic Scarlett Johansson I decided to do Scarlett because she's one of the most famous actresses in America and she's also known worldwide Scarlett Ingrid Johansson was born on November 22nd 1984 in Manhattan New York her father Carsten Olaf Johansson is an architect originally from Denmark and Scarlett's mother Melanie is a producer originally from New York who is of Ashkenazi Jewish ethnicity Scarlett comes from a big family in addition to having three other siblings she also has a twin brother named hunter let's take a look at Scarlett's natural beauty traits the first thing I see is her smooth creamy skin even though she was just a teenager in this photo she still has flawless skin the next notable feature are her large wide-set eyes they're also a unique shade of dark green the last feature that is a standout are her plump and even lips it's interesting to see how they give balance to the rest of her face so let's start with Scarlett's nose Scarlett has been plagued by many plastic surgery rumors but most of which have been about her nose so let's see if it's natural or not here we see Scarlett's natural nose it starts with a narrow bridge and ends in a bulbous tip please notice that her nose is still symmetrical but the tip and the base being proportionally larger than the bridge makes the whole no stand out more on her face her nose is also obscuring her beautiful eyes and taking attention away from the lips this is a great reason to get a nose job by the way not to have the perfect nose or to have the nose make you beautiful in you want to shoot for a nose that won't compete with your other features in particular the eyes as we look from this photo to this photo just one year later we see a tone down nose her nose now has a more narrow base although the nose itself is not narrow and a tip that is not as bulbous but is still rounded notice how the whole nose looks almost exactly like her natural nose but a size smaller it's as if they took her old nose and shrunk it in the dryer and this is the epitome of celebrity plastic surgery you guys subtle small changes that contribute to the whole face looking better it's the kind of changes that you would have to know what to look for in order to spot them we're gonna go about four to five years later and take a look at Scarlett's face here we see Scarlett's look really starting to evolve she's wearing some red carpet looks and has a very glamorous sexpot image although she's only around 20 years old so at this point the public already knows Scarlett Johansson from her movie Lost in Translation and she's quickly becoming a household name at this stage an obvious nose job or refinement wouldn't be good as the public would know something is up yet Scarlett does have more work on her nose and not just once but I counted a total of 3 rhinoplasty so to help you see the changes better I've created this timeline of her nose jobs the first photo is from roughly 1999 before she had any nose work done oh those Scarlett had her first nose job before 2003 2003 is when we really see the difference between her original nose and her nose job nose so this is why I have a photo from 2003 and you can see the major difference in her 2003 photo the hole and nasal base has been taken in along with her nostrils and the domes of her nose which have been filed down the next nose job likely took place between 2004 and 2006 now don't be fooled because Scarlett is thinner overall so you may be thinking that her nose bigger but it's just an illusion because her face is less wide with facial fat making her nose look wider when in fact it's been taken in once more in this area the last nose job likely happened here between 2006 and 2008 and the funny thing is this is when people started the nose job accusations it often takes the public awhile to realize how much a celebrity's facial features have changed and to catch up on those changing features now after 2008 I don't see any further changes to the shape or size of Scarlett's nose you guys may find photos of her nose looking thinner but it's just the result of nose job shrinkage in which the nose rinks as you age let's talk about Scarlett's body Scarlett Johansson has a beautiful and voluptuous figure she stands at 5 foot 3 and is a kitty body type soft natural which is described as soft and tending towards an hourglass shape here we see Scarlett as a young adult we see a full bust a small waist and a well proportioned lower body as Scarlett grew into her early adulthood we see a very large bust emerged one that was likely so large that it bothered her back and neck in this photo we see some stretch marks on her chest which point to rapid growth in a very short period of time what likely happened was Scarlett had a quick growth spurt that forced her young skin to grow and stretch in a very short period of time contrary to popular belief it's not older people that are prone to stretch marks but it's actually the younger people as they're young skin is more prone to overreact to stressors and create scars and stretch marks this is also a reason that younger people tend to get scars like keloid scars and hypertrophic scars Scarlett may have also had stretch mark reduction treatment like a co2 fractional laser or micro needling with PRP the co2 fractional laser varies between 2 to 6,000 people of color really can't use that laser because sometimes it causes hyperpigmentation so a better second option is micro needling with PRP now this is safe for people of color and it shouldn't cause hyperpigmentation micro needling with PRP runs between one to three thousand a session looking at all these changes made to such a young girl had me wondering if they were all her idea Scarlett was a promising actress prior to these changes but landed some huge career making roles after them going on to play against Bill Murray in lost in translation and later starring in Woody Allen's match-point and Vicky Cristina Barcelona and as I contemplated this I found these photos could these people have been the reason for her surgery decision even indirectly sometimes a photo says a thousand words now here we are in 2017 and we see a new Scarlett this is a few years after her pregnancy and she looks much more than than usual her chest has once again changed from the fuller breast shape she had for years to a smaller more petite upper body I believe that Scarlett had a breast reduction and had a lift at the same time she looks confident and happy now let's talk about Botox and fillers I think that Scarlett Johansson like most actresses uses fillers and Botox pretty sparingly I think that when Scarlett is filming a movie she does relax on the Botox because she wants to be able to have her full range of expressions for example here's a photo of her being able to make expressions and here's one where she should clearly have forehead lines and she doesn't as far as fillers are concerned I think that Scarlett may be using filler in the Vermilion border of her upper lip only to define her lips not to plump them up because Scarlett's lips are naturally plump she may also be using a small amount of dermal fillers to fill in lost volume not to enhance any facial features let's add up the cost of Scarlett's procedures three nose jobs at fifteen thousand each totaling $45,000 breast reduction with a lift twenty thousand dollars stretch mark treatment twelve thousand dollars Botox and filler maintenance five thousand dollars yearly total cost eighty two thousand dollars remember you guys these prices are based on the current prices
