SAVING the Fish in My POND with a HOMEMADE Weed Rake!!! (Worlds Largest)

holy you put oh god yeah really well man what's up with the camera you walked out there like just blew it up boys you killed it ha ha ha who hasn't been giving birth well I'll tell you why I'm so deficient flare today you know I all you guys are saying hatefully all you do is he jump at your truck for an intro there's a new intro for you guys we are we're at the bird's nest here boys I have a video idea you want to hear it I know that's what I do I sit in my house by myself and pet my golden doodle and then when I get an ID I come over to the boy's house and pitch it to him and see what they think my idea is we you know with the pond ponds got weed problems we've dumped chemicals and it's been on and off I don't know anyways it's not terrible but it's kind of like we could probably get better and a lot of you guys are actually commenting in those videos hey flare why don't you go get a rake it's like it's like a weed rake that like rakes up weeds like the use of her beaches and stuff like that so I googled it and there was one for like 200 bucks this huge one that you has like 11 foot hole that you can't drag behind a boat and yank up the weight so I literally put it in my car and about checked out and thought hmm could I just build that thing for not $200 or maybe even build something better less than 200 bucks so I think that's today's challenge we try to build a rake for the pond and actually I think the better idea would be doing a 2v2 challenge since it's got Bonsall and we've got slamming and we've got Johnny over there feel like I'll take a 2 B twos in the store I think we're gonna do is we're gonna run to the depot of home and we're gonna basically just pair up or we're building two rakes for half the cost of one rate essentially that'll make you feel better especially doesn't work then I thought I did that I didn't really spend ton of money you know ballin on it but you know me with my ray-bans on we're always balling on a budget sheesh boys we're ready we are at the depot of home we're doing bad things I'm excited I mean this is a really bad things oh you guys we got like some sci-fi talk already you know that's walking on something we run a team right these boys don't know what they're even doing thank you you ever seen a more freaking just they look at to scrubs you know just scrubs we're gonna go into the deep of home it's not gonna be like I mean we could make this really cool and do like a race or something we also only have one camera so like it'd be kind of hard to film it so anyways we're gonna follow these two gook googans around these little freakin dweebs we're gonna follow them around I guess you get excited for a second we're gonna follow these two dweebs around let you do your shopping first and then me and China wire really you're gonna be your how are you go right out of a fence you'll see you guys are screwed these days don't stand a chance at all oh and then fence post so they were literally building a fence okay one of these two of these what do you what's the Strad here one at the bottom and then if you just hook the rope to the top hold it I'm not here for assistance and some rope what no no good idea got it okay so being a dwarf one and two got chicken wire fence I'm chicken wire what kind of fence is that what do they call it 16 gauge 16 gauge garden fence in one post and zip ties is what you're gonna go with the connect I still can't even visualize what's going on anyway John I'm we're up we got this buddy I say let's go to the garden section and see what they have for rakes we're still building something but we might just use some of the ideas that already exist on rigs you guys stay tuned here we go what do we oh look at this guy look at the EM rakes so 25 25 a piece though I feel like we need a metal rake that plastic I'm gonna do like these yeah yeah this is more what we're after here boys we just need to build a giant one of these so it's just like the homemade burst or but no no no no we're building how could one connect these though that's the way to do it welder no I've never welded anything in my life so my original plan was to build something like this I mean they here's the thing folks if you guys have to do this they have rakes on the internet but they're like almost 200 bucks we're trying to stay under 200 bucks a day so my idea was to get this and get like five or six of them and string them out on like one piece our only issue is getting this out of this we're looking at it and it looks like it's it's it's pretty stuck in there I know you're a beefy guy but I don't know if you can rip this out well here's our idea we wanted to get like four or five of these in attach it to one long like broomstick essentially but this one right here has one screw two skirts sorry I can't count but this would make it a lot easier I know this is plastic like if I'm not to like just murk on some weeds I feel like this would do really well and we can we can wait it so it stinks too so it's just like I mean nothing that covers a lot of surface area versus that thing it's like it's like that big so what if we got like yes you got to feel like that's a pretty massive ray okay so it looks like the world's biggest rake hopefully if we combine it the whole thing so I think we're going to do four we'll see what happens this is gonna be the handle tardy well I think it's already made to be a handle wheelbarrow handles with this thing and so we're gonna have it like this we need a long piece of wood that goes across this and then all the rakes are gonna be mounted up top like that this is a solid piece of wood though don't forget about it there's one float it wouldn't be the animal or if it didn't sink superfast expand then you can kind of get all the surface we had which is the stuff that you don't want I feel like it would sink I mean worst case we could just like throw an anchor on your right or something like that okay so that's gonna be the crossbar so essentially we're gonna get all of these rakes and put them along this thing build the world's largest right we'll get both we're just take an eye bolt in the bottom of our hole here we got French I've got rope eyebolts wood handle breaks world's largest right this isn't it's only not it's not even a hundred bucks listen the goal is to get making this cheaper than what you can buy on the store online cuz you can buy these online for 200 bucks gold today make a better one cheaper yeah that's better pretty slim but you guys stay there okay feeling confident about it or what I mean I'm just worried about the chicken wire if it's gonna like stay upright or not yeah but you guys definitely a more creative yeah ours is homemade - homemade - man I'm out of here big and making the world's biggest right hey so the whole thing came out about a hundred bucks pretty much 50 bucks apiece so again use my one rake online for two hundred so we saved a hundred bucks and we're getting to high-class rakes that I'm sure are gonna work perfect shoo gook you've always ready get your game face on this is this is important stuff all right I lost the mousetrap I think you guys should go first or come back flip another piece like two layers so that's the length you want to do you go to Boy Scouts I'm like the most anti Boy Scout ever yeah why should we tie this very bonsai made the world's it's not really a rake what's the name for the dirt thing at a baseball field we'll call it that anyways we're gonna dismantle all these rakes to get all the plastic pieces by gonna lay these suckers out kind of like how we expect to set them up in a sense we're all for gonna be chilling this is gonna be big enough cuz this rate so damn big what do we say we're gonna run looks like something I'd find in like just laying around the farm but this is a well construction american-made item I feel like nothing on yours is american-made well I actually does say USA made on old 10 pounder ready to go ready to pull it look at that weeds boy now for long we're gonna fix this thing all right we even brought a couple rods so you might give it a dangle we ain't caught a bass yet so you might dangle it maybe potentially it's hot muggy my the only one that's like dying right now we're gonna attempt to get the boat launch I say this might not be as easy as we think but we'll figure it out don't break that thing it's fragile all right it's like my heart Bonsall we're gonna try bonds a little since laymen's first just cuz there's this year seems a little bit more able to tie to the boat and then use the boat so just like rake alright so everybody is gonna like sit just sit on that alright so the trap is set out we're trying to pull it oh yeah oh god yeah oh laps and just rip it all apart like your guys is actually working really well all right so we gotta tie this rope up here take it's gonna I think that's gonna work your guys's work pretty well my top game-changing so it dives a little bit stays up it doesn't purr you down like your guyses and then we just look it's it's in perfect shape so I'm saying man what do you mean look behind it look at what new weeds you brought in there bud hey you just keep going fast they all fall off naturally but you ripped the roots up that's all that matters see look at it self-cleaning alright is it not more efficient though it might may be more efficient but our school I know it looks like a big-ass rake look it got rid of most of the Wiis most of the weeds are just dangling out there they're just gonna die they'll be good there's a little bit left that you got to pull off to clean the whole thing but essentially most everything just fell off naturally have to rip it out it's good as new voice I'm impressive it held up it held up I'd say both were a success would you agree with that they were I mean that years worked but they just cleaned up how so they efficiently raked weeds and efficiently oan't pretty much got most of them off by itself stayed intact it looks like a rake and you could just drag it behind the boat you didn't have to like your guyses was like a raffle you could have dragged ours behind the boat this boat couldn't drag that mint weeds talking son the 10-pounder thing's a beast dude well disrespect it don't question my integrity John feel like you weren't really a part of the building process you got a right both of ours one to ten oh so right there out of ten based off of like if they would have just bought in the one that was online that we could have bought and how do you think stairs dead out of ten I would say like seven point two seven point two I'll take that I'll take that that's like a passing grade I don't know what what class were you in than ours yeah yeah I would say are well yours yeah so yours is like took it took the dub it just it feel like it work the way exactly was supposed to if you were to bought bought in the one online it would have been exactly like that's where it just sinks down you just drag it around rakes the weeds because they have like a floaties on it that keeps it like somewhat floated $200 don't yeah true my don't mind was like almost 1/4 of the cost and it was fairly efficient I feel like I fit even even the store-bought one you're still gonna have to clean it off and dry it like you know what I mean so you're still gonna do all that stuff so it wasn't too bad well boys we're back of the firm and the pigs are back from the ferry yes all the favor video they're back for now where they're not dead yet feel like we both did pretty well by me both of them pretty much raked up the weeds I mean I feel like you got to throw anything in there and got in the weeds but our rake the one made out of wood and actual rakes kind of stayed on the top more witchy that might have been more efficient but we didn't have a good boat floor I mean we had the ten pounder which wasn't all that powerful we had a more powerful boat I think we could have gotten Austin and Salinas to kind of plane out just a little bit more we're like it could like stay towards the surface we would have to like sit there and drag it up but either way we yanked out a good amount of weeds today I'm waiting on the new duck boat as soon as we get that we're gonna go tear out the rest of those weeds that are Canales in there but so far it's doing decent the whole middle of it is still open I don't think the fish are dead if you guys want to see us go fish the brute bakery grant fish - yeah it's got 23 bass and I think 26 or
