San Sequoia family restaurant | The Sims 4 No CC build

[Music] thank you [Music] hello everyone and welcome back to another spit build so we are back in San Sequoia and I'm doing a restaurant this time for my safer because I thought that I really needed like a restaurant or Cafe in this world I still have like one small lot um to build probably I'm going to make like a cafe or a one like a small starter modern home I'm not so sure right now um if you have any idea um and if you would love to see like cafe or like like one starter home and please let me know down in the comments below but um like I said this time we are making a restaurant for this world and I really wanted to be um a modern and very romantic you know I really wanted to look like um that really belongs here especially this lot this lot is so freaking beautiful and I I put this a couple of weeks ago and I have like you know a lot of pre-recorded um videos um because I had so much thing going on lately and we are traveling a lot um because of my daughter she's like going on competitions and you know all the time we are like in a car and I really didn't have time to do anything not even like make a voiceover so I'm back and no I'm not back um and next week we have another competition but for this week we are done and then I'm not going anywhere so I'm going to do as much as I can um to keep you guys like you know busy with videos and everything but I hope you won't mind because um there's something different in my life something new and I need to you know get used to that and I need to reset myself and you know not start over but um do better because I came to the point where I don't have a video and it was like oh my God it was scary because it's different you know I had my routine and suddenly something changed something huge happened and um maybe that's the you know that's the life who knows but here we are like finally I'm doing this voiceover and I'm going to do a voiceover for a couple of more builds because I have I done um so much uh doing this last couple of weeks but um I still need to like you know edit the video and record the voiceover and like fingers crossed is going to be you know a crazy ride but here I am um so what we have here like I said this is like my version of like one very cute um modern but also very romantic um restaurant for Sans Sequoia and it's without the CC because you know that I'm doing this save file without the CC and um it was like oh my God it was crazy because um me doing Community a lot and restaurants without the CC it's a totally different story because I don't know somehow this is a huge challenge for me and I'm very satisfied with like you know at the end uh product I really satisfied I'm really satisfied with this restaurant I really love how it looks um even though I really struggled with the shape because I don't know I'm not very like you know familiar with like modern buildings and how this is supposed to look like especially in this game you need to make something very that's going to stand out and you know something that people will go into love and download um and it has to be a functional one so like I said it's a challenge guys it's really big challenge but like I said also um I really love how this looks like um and especially because I I'm not using like custom content and this restaurant is not very big guys um although it doesn't look like that but inside we don't have a lot of space um we have like second floor um for maybe like a family um Gathering but we also have like one Terrace upstairs but on the left on the right we have like one also outdoor um place where you can see it but the inside it's not very big like the main main floor it's not very big and it's totally functional like I said we have everything that you need um but I really love this like um you know sitting area over here because it's so freaking cute I love these lights I love to use them whenever I can and this makes this place so much more better you know and so much romantic and you know me whenever I can I love to use like a wood natural colors and this is not like you know something different but um it's so freaking cute I I tried to make something very interesting you know and I was always like going back and forth back and forth what can I do what can I add um and going through the catalog all the time especially um through the debug menu because you know that we can find so many cool objects and I also added um now when I'm looking this build again I added one small area for the kids um so they can play also if you if they want don't want to be like you know I'm inside or if they want to play um I added this like a small area for them to play and I think that something is very necessary especially for the gameplay because I know that it's very difficult to you know bring a whole family to the restaurant and it's so freaking cute and this is like one sitting area here um on the second floor when you cannot you know take a drink or just enjoy going in the view it's not meant for like you know um have a dinner but I really wanted to add something um you know extra to the slot and so I'm slowly finishing up this world guys like I said I only have like that one small lot to build I don't know what to do with the rec center because I know little simsy did such a great time such a great build and I don't want to ruin that maybe I will add a couple of more things I'm not very in the mood to make a rec center to be honest I don't know what to do maybe I will update um that build a little bit and upload to my gallery or maybe later I don't know what to do with that lot because I really love what little simsy did um for that particular you know build and I have like I have to announce one collaboration um I asked one very talented um simmer that you all very familiar with um to help me like build one a lot for this world and I'm not going to say anything now um you're going to see it eventually but I'm very happy for that collaboration so I'm very excited um and like I said that one small lot and that's about it I already built um what is the name oh yeah Library I already built the library um I have a video but I'm not sure am I going to release that video uh or not but maybe I just upload that build to my gallery I'm not so sure that depends on my schedule and also you know a lot of different things like always but the library is done and that's the most important thing so just for you know and here we are inside guys like I said it's very like natural it's all like wood but also I'm so freaking proud of this area over here because um I also added a bar I don't know I really felt like we need a bar if you you know need to wait a table or things like that I'm not I don't know is that even functional in the game that you can use a bar maybe on a daily basis you can use this not just for like a restaurant but maybe also for the bar because um sometimes I really feel like uh since the dine out it's not very like functional I know I know and maybe also you can use this like you know on a daily basis for like if you want to go on a drink so things like that if you want your sim to go on date um I don't know um let me know if you download this build how you feel about this of course we have um the whole like Chef station we hold the we have the bathrooms with the changing table after all this is like a family restaurant um I need to add these new cool features that we have with the growing together because I love them so much I really love that expansion pack I'm so freaking happy and um I'm always going to add this couple of things because they are so useful for the gameplay of course and the only thing that we need to do is the upstairs I believe that I didn't record the whole like upstairs
