hey y'all carpetbagger here coming to you live from Southern California more specifically in front of a giant lion and less specifically I'm at the San Diego Zoo voted number one zoo in the entire world and I I love zoos I love different animals love experiencing that and guess what I hear they have pandas which is pretty much the Cadillac of zoo animals hopefully we have a good time here today as long as you follow me [Music] they have some busts dedicated to their famous gorillas this is my Bongo right here and here is Magog II it's a handsome gorilla check out these non-plastic pink flamingos the zoo is so insanely massive they have a bus tour they'll take you around the whole property all right now excited about this the safari bus we're about to go on I got a bird's-eye view a bird's-eye view possibly a bird's-eye view of some birds with nappy I run have a bird's-eye view of us looking down on the bird's-eye view of the zoo I don't think it's kind of bird I to view when they're on the ground I've been living my whole life to get back at these birds for the way they've been eyeing me as a chance check out this weird hippo statue one thing I've learned about zoos is that lions are incredibly lazy the deadliest animal of all man [Music] they are for you Oh only 22 California condors in the 80s look at that that big hairy beast and then then there's an orangutan to to the babies down there oh there he goes hey bird what are you doing I love your orange head that toucan sam up in the tree looks like he's eating some eating some spam I got some gorillas who right up against the glass here Oh girls going to take a little nap right here got a little tired long day of gorilla work [Music] this one's very very serious he's sick ear crap now there's an animal that has killed more people than any other animal that is the hippo Potamus but these these two look fairly friendly I don't believe that these two individual hippos in love killed anyone and stared down by a crocodile here some slightly adorable with tiny baby pigs down there alright looks like we got a little monkey photo opportunity here I'm gonna face there's some colobus monkeys I only remember these because Homer Simpson tried to reenact the Civil War with colobus monkeys when they kicked him out of the Stonecutters the capuchin monkey made famous by the night at the museum movies oh wow big old tiger right here hey tiger hey tiger oh man love to be able to pet a tiger one day I feel bad for little coconut crab here this exhibit is right next to the Tigers I don't know how he how he really feels hello he really measures up to the excitement that people have over the Tigers probably sits over here and his little little Hut saying how come no one cares about the coconut crab for me check out these cool fish right here and oh my goodness that's a freaking hippo where you going mr. hippo his name's Otis born in 1976 he's older than me and here we go and here we go the greatest zoo animal of all time the Panda never talked about something what do you like better do you like red pandas or giant pandas I like the ones that talk like that that would be a Kung Fu Panda it's a fictional character you've made a mockery of what I live in a fictional world I was trying I was trying to have a serious conversation here what does that ever happen with you like I just try to climbing over the railing hide he turned away though okay heard me talking about he wanted to you wanted to be one with the Panda see look at this the other panda I'm what red pandas it says right here they're not related they're not related to giant pandas everyone's like oh there's still pandas there's two kinds of pandas no these are not pandas these these are something else you don't call these pandas anymore giant pandas are the only pandas and there is the red panda right there I don't have anything personally against them I think there are very beautiful animal but but they're not giant pandas they're not actually pandas say they've sold in that name unfairly but I don't I don't blame them because that was those bestowed upon them by by ignorant human beings they're still a fine fine fine animal how do you find a panda I think you just you leave a pile of bamboo out and then you just jump out and just grab them it's a lot of people in this section they have a Fastpass why do they have an express lane yes they have it do they have a panda express that was good see they promise you pandas but then they lure you in here and try to get you to look at these other animals panda come on get this baby on a llama panda oh there it is giant panda where you going come on don't don't deprive me oh you're so cute yeah a male and a female for the purpose of breeding an apartment so the lady was just explaining over the loudspeaker that Han does they're really cute they're really cute but they apparently are complete loners they don't like any other pandas to be around them only time and two adult pandas ever interact is when they're creating a child together and then they immediately leave have a one-night stand the mother will raise the baby until 18 and then she will beat them up until they leave and then apparently if a panda does have twins she abandons one of them so panda can only deal with one panda at a time and they don't really like that either apparently the lesson here today pandas pandas are jerks sadly the giant panda cam from the Smithsonian Zoo is actually down right now because of the government shutdown but I hear the car burger channel is the only place you can get live panda updates they have this giant bridge right here that you can take but you can have take the stairs to the top but I am choosing elevator yeah this bridge is actually somewhat terrifying for the top of this bridge you can actually see one of the pandas that's not on display down there just eating some bamboo actually little mock-up and put labret tarp it's here and pretty cool I actually been to the La Brea Tar Pits they did a video they're now real elephants are really cool but sometimes it's cool duh you know make a fiberglass version so it's easier for for photo ops perfect elephant selfie right there check out the lioness the male lions are fast asleep though watch out though the spray range is seven to ten feet so if they want to hit you with some man juice you're gonna you're gonna get nailed oh wow the male is actually Perkin up there just a little bit think this lion here wants to have his belly rubbed another big-ticket animal here at the zoo the elephant yes look at me I'm Harold the overhunting fear fist not the most not the most whimsical cut out I've ever put my face a real elephant poop pluck it from right out there is that sanitary for him to be putting his hands all over him as sanitary as the thousands of hands that have touched it yeah but it but it is poop right it is poop I've touched elephant poop with my bare hands all right now I'm Elliott D extraterrestrial impact theorists a little more exciting I guess I sit around thinking about aliens all day hmm Martians have ray-guns and finally I'm Cameron the climate change theorists asking you please don't leave any comments in the comment section about climate change that thing right there it's basically a Velociraptor that glorious Beast hope these camels don't spit at me wait what did I miss something these are old elephant collars that been used to track elephants in the wild and they're actually big enough where we can fit through them all right going through going through yellow vent color don't there we go lesson to be taking your folks elephants have really big thick neck well mirek head down there wonder what he's sniffing for we're so attentive looking no no no no the most wretched and evil of a wolf God's creatures the baboon and there it hurt up on his throne of terror it's the king of baboons let's see the little adorable polar bear ha I'd love to have a little polar bear pup of my own but unfortunately they grow and grow and grow and become unmanageable and they will eat your face majestic polar bears are wallowing in mud for some reason like a couple of pigs strife right here's eaten something tasty out of that stump so I just the sign is saying that this sassy donkey is best friends with the Zebras re there they are child on a meal together can't help but think of Tijuana where the donkeys and zebras exist in a strange grey area this is really fascinating got a cheetah right here looks like it's kind of nodding off but that is that is a dog just to straight up regular dog back there in the back apparently cheetahs like having dogs around to help keep them a companion and so though they have a cheetah and a dog the best friends this they should make a Disney movie out of this these koala bears are in a competition with the lions and who can be the sleepiest animal at the zoo actually found one that's awake check him out has he eaten some eucalyptus leaves so that was the San Diego Zoo voted the greatest zoo on earth do you guys enjoy soup videos would you like to make me maybe see me do
