Exynos is inferior and doesn't deserve equal price for its phone as Qualcomm.
I mean we known that the exynos processors has been flawed for some time however itβs nice to see a comparison.
I do think this is a little aimed at reddit after the last video Zack was ripped into. I guess itβs a bit of a mix between Zack not knowing everything about copper and carbon heat properties (along with a lot of us - sure there are people here who do know more than us and Zack but there was a lot of arguing without sources). I donβt think it helped with a few replies that Zack made though.
While the heat sinks are performing 3% worse, I would guess itβs down to the fact there not being adhered the same. If I was to have done this I would have swapped the logic boards (if you can).
But the more people who call out Samsung on this the better. I know a few people (including myself) who didnβt get a Samsung phone because we did not want a exynos processor. They suck big time
They have completely priced me out of their phones even if they are good. I am not spending $1200-$1500 for a phone.
Maybe Samsung should underclock the Qualcomm version via update so that it matches the Exynos one and problem solved!

I don't get it what did he do wrong exactly? Yes it isn't "scientific" and he even calls it out, but he still tried to see what is happening under the hood and gave us a look. What's wrong with what he did?
After s10 I will not buy another samsung phone Because of Exynos.
Somebody correct me if I'm wrong. Isn't the only reason Samsung uses Qualcomm in the US and other specific markets is because of the monopoly (I know it's not really a monopoly) they have in the US? Like they essentially have to use the Qualcomm model in the US?
I was always under the impression that if they could use Exynos worldwide they would.
Grabs popcorn
They should but the fact that they hide which version you buy tells me they know what they're doing and that's scammozing people.
