Run for the Border- Jacumba to Jamul

morning san diego adventure crew got me and the wife and granddaughter caitlyn and the dogs they're back there they're back there out on another adventure we are in far south south south east east east san diego county right near a large fence we're going to do a whole bunch of stuff along the old highway 80 and highway 94. where are we heading caitlin we're making a run for the border today stay tuned so this is in hacumba hot springs little community park and the statue was the same artist that did all the steel sculptures in borrego springs okay so up on the side of the hill here in the middle of hakuma hot springs is an old house built in asian architecture with a pagoda roof and it's right near the site of the old vaughan or hacumba hotel that has burned down years ago but this was the main hotel here in akuma hot springs when this used to be a resort town and it is across the street from the old site of the hot springs spa which we're going to go look at okay there's a dragon on the fence too but okay look see the rock in the middle of the front yard and then there's the metal dragons it's the old hakuma hot springs spa a little further up the road old railroad property with some abandoned trains clearly the old train depot it's a bankhead springs hotel [Applause] foreign gas stations there's so pretend you're having fun you're on a mule it's called a mule this is it folks we're about ready to jump the border we're in the united states we're in mexico united states mexico united states i got my foot in mexico reach in touch the mexican air it's a whole lot different didn't it feel different she's driving us into mexico this folks is the highlight of the trip there's the train tracks leading up into the united states and that is the tunnel train tunnel into mexico or coming out of mexico so the trains would leave san diego dip into mexico and then come back through this tunnel into the united states on up into carissa gorge the famous goat canyon trestle gotta come through this tunnel first kind of crazy so at the other side of that tunnel is mexico don't forget to check out our other videos and like share and subscribe thanks for watching
