Royal Caribbean Allure of the Seas | Full Ship Tour & Review | 4K | All Public Spaces Explained

greetings everyone this is Danny from hard travel.com and I just boarded the absolutely beautiful Allure of the Seas this is one of those four gamechanging ships that completely changed what we thought you could do with a cruise ship and I'm so excited to show it to you today so follow me along as we take a tour through okay so the first thing that I wanted to point out is the pool so there's four separate pools on board the ship which spreads people out quite a bit right behind me is the kids pool um this actually is just get getting ready to get a full renovation and update so it's going to have the Splash Away Bay like you have on the uh Harmony and the Symphony of the Seas we'll have the big buckets that come down but this is just a fun kids pool kids love it now they're going to love the new version of it just as much so let's continue on down the top deck here so once again you can see that we're just above the pool deck and we're heading over towards the Mast bar so there's dueling bars on either side here you'll find bars all throughout the ship that's the theme of all cruise ships right um but this is uh one of the places that's usually not very crowded so I really appreciate that where you can get up and away from everybody else and then of course you have a fantastic full bar experience and uh some of the best bartenders in the entire world how's it going man love it okay so we're continuing on to the next pool zone so there's actually two pools here as well with the Central Park down there splitting them in half so this is what Royal Caribbean calls the beach pool and one uh little cool touch down there is you have these really funky pieces of art um and it has to do with their collaboration with the very famous artist brido um you can buy their art throughout the ship uh but I love that they've used it to kind of decorate and make the ship more uh well I guess more Florida um so we're going to continue on and one thing that I did want to point out is this is not actually the jogging deck so they're able to use all these loungers and spread out even more because this is not a place where people are uh are running on that's actually going be on down on Deck four which is different from most uh most cruise ship setups okay so we're continuing on by one thing that I did want to point out is that there is a lifeguard on duty that's something that Royal Caribbean committed to a while back and they do a great job with it there is always a lifeguard on duty while the pools are open also this ship is going to stop in Coco K and the uh the lifeguards will actually uh have full you know basically full lifeguard coverage on Coco K as well safety is the number one most important thing with any cruise ship um and Royal Caribbean really really takes that to heart so as we continue on the deck I did want to point out here that uh this is a special key card access area so this is another one of the zones that's specifically for sweet guests so this is star and Sky Suites but also if you're a pinnacle member you can access it as well key card goes right there and then you just head on up the stairs and we'll show you that in just a minute okay so we're going to continue on towards the front of the ship so we're going back to front currently right now um and uh right here is one of the features that I wanted to point out to you that's something that Royal Caribbean uh started with the freedom class ship but I absolutely love it in fact it's Picture Perfect there's a couple that's down there looking out but this is a Cana levered hot tub so essentially what it is it's sticking off the side of the ship they have one on the other side so they balance each other out um but it's just a great place to sit back and relax it's in the salarium so it's just going to be open to adults only but it's a great View um though if you are afraid of heights I would definitely not look down uh because you're about 16 stories up in the air so as we continue on you notice kind of a transition into de core we're now moving uh towards the salarium area and one great thing on this ship that's a little bit different than the Harmony in the symphony and I like it better is that you can walk right into the salarium area and we are now connected so here's one of the first seating areas over here to the right and then you also have a ton of room in the shade over here as well and you got a mix of chairs with soft padding but also you have these PL deck loungers as well so salarium is not a new design on a cruise ship but what Royal Caribbean did with the Oasis class ships was unlike anything that had ever been done before so we're in the very top front of the ship actually and what you see is you have glass panels on the top but they're staggered so what you get is the protection from the weather um and then but in between it you actually also get a lot of that great air flow that comes up and over the top so this is my favorite spot on the ship um when I don't have my kiddo to come hang out relax um of course unless we're in a suite and then that would be one deck up on the sweet de so now we're in the heart of the salarium and I first I wanted to take you over to uh the Pools and Hot Tubs so there's a hot tub right here once again this whole Space is adults only but just to clarify for Royal Caribbean that means 16 years old and up can come in here but it's not meant to be a a child's area or allow area whatsoever okay staggered throughout you're going to have the shower so that you can rinse off before and after you get in the pool here uh just approaching now is the salarium pool um they've got these misters and water jets in there as well which I really like um but it's a pretty good siiz pool for uh an area like this that's adults only how's it going all right so as we continue on I did want to point out that you have a ton of live foliage so these are live all the way around are live on a lot of cruise ships you're going to find things that are that are plastic of course you know those have a place on here as well um but it really kind of brings nature together and that's the theme from the Central Park that's the theme throughout the entire cruise ship it's kind of nature in and then ocean out and kind of connecting with both as part of your experience so as we continue on here um there's a really really awesome water feature so this is all water here all the way around it actually makes it feel cooler um and then just behind me is the salarium bastro so if you follow me on in we're going to head in there this is another alternative and one of my favorite places to dine on uh boarding day because the Wind Jammer Buffet always gets a little bit more crowded um toward later in the day this will as well but right now it is not so let's head on in so you're going to find the drink stations to be very similar as you would find throughout the ship so you've got your complimentary coffee um hot chocolate teas and things like that and then as we continue on this way you've got your ice You've Got Your vitality Waters which I noticed they didn't have in the Wind Jammer but I really like here so got the tea and the lemonade and the strawberry okay and then there's uh Ice Station and as you continue on you've got a full food station but what you notice here is that it's very different than the Wind Jammer Cafe we're here half hour later so the Wind Jammer is actually getting busier and busier and this hasn't quite yet hasn't quite caught up so I'm going to continue on through here there's the main food area you've got all your fruits and rolls uh salad a camont here and then of course my favorite which is always the dessert right it's always the best part he agrees with me as well okay so as we continue on you can see that they have indoor and outdoor seating so this is climate controlled where we are inside right now and then as we continue on we'll we go out one of the doors either here to a seating area I'm going to go out head out this way um right there but so you're going kind of from the climate control back into the outside so you can dine however you like so now we're going to head out of the salarium and the the first place that we're going to head into is the can lever hot tub I really wanted to show you this I loved it when I went on the inaugural of the Freedom of the Seas and I still love it and they've kept it throughout so you head on up these stairs here there's some chairs uh to put your your things you can see people have done that you've got two separate hot tubs here that are Canever over the side of the ship beautiful panoramic views and then also they put a couple TVs in here so it's Sunday morning and we're watching some football in the hot tub if that doesn't sound like vacation I have no idea what you think of vacation here we go all right so now we're heading up into the Sweet Sun zone so this is a sweets only area on board so if you're in a sky Suite A star Suite or if you happen to be a pinnacle member good on you I absolutely love that you will have special access to this so as we come in the first thing you're going to see is the loungers here um there is music coming from the main pool deck so it's not super super quiet um but the other thing I wanted to point out is the full bar some of the best bartenders around yeah um and then the other thing is that this side of the sweet deck is a smoking area so um if that's something that you're sensitive to you can see the ash trays here um if that's something you're sensitive to my recommendation would be to follow me around to the other side um where it is non-smoking so as we walk through um this is some great people watching area it's also a great place to get a view um here so you've got some nice padded chairs youve got some bigger loungers you've got some uh some beasto tabl Toppers and then just some standard two-seaters so once again there's probably about you know 50 to 100 seats here where you can stand and then I'm looking directly down at Central Park down the middle of the ship actually got a beautiful view of the airplane taking off from Fort Lauderdale as well but this is just a really really cool place to sit especially while you're sailing so we continue on here on the other side of the suite Tech it's very very similar you got a little bit more shade here which I really like so you've got some of these louers in the shade uh which is probably where you're going to find my wife and myself and then over here you've got a a mix of full loungers and then kind of upright chair loungers that might be bet better for reading and then we're going to head this way because this actually makes a full circle around the deck um the one thing that I can tell you immediately as I feel a breeze you can probably see it in my face um it's really nice it cools it down and when you're sailing this is always a place that gets a great breeze so I'll point out just a couple more seeding areas here couple more in the shade over there and then once again the theme throughout the ship these are live plants uh we were watching them replace some of them uh throughout the day and I I really love that they continually do that and then they bring nature into the ship so as we move forward you've got some more louers here so in the very front here you have 1 2 three four of these almost little Cabana areas so I'm going to walk walk in one to see show you what it's all about so you've got a nice little day bed here you've got some loungers here and then also you've got a view down on to the salarium so once again relaxing but also good people watching so we've now made the full loop around and we're just getting ready to kind of finish what we started on the sweet Tech but I did want to point out this rainforest shower head uh really nice and a really great way to cool off especially when it's warm in the Caribbean so I'm going to continue on around here and the other thing that I will tell you is that one thing that I noticed is as soon as I turn this corner everything that's facing back or on the sides you're going to hear more of the music from the pool deck but that very front area is very quiet similar to the salarium all right so one of the things that I'm super excited to see on the allore is how they're going to change her so to me it's incredible the amount of structural work that they can actually do in the past it seems to have mostly been soft goods and things like that but right there they're going to put in the perfect storm water slides like on the symphony and the harmony they're going to be massive so there's going to be these huge changes here like I said it's just really interesting to me to see how they change the structure of a ship how it stays balanced all of that happens it's a really interesting behind the scenes concept all right so we just walked down two stories one from the sweet lounge and then now from the upper deck and I'm now on the pool deck so you've got two big hot tubs here and then of course you have a pool right here and it's kind of an interesting concept where they've created like Stadium style seating so you actually have loungers here and then there's two more levels of loungers and then a third up on the next deck so we're going to continue on to uh what else a pool bar so once again it's boarding day every everybody's having that first cocktail in their hand sitting out by the pool enjoying it so right here is the uh pool bar want to show you there I am the belly flop King I love it that that just means you've had more times to practice the belly flop we love you guys know love you guys appreciate it awesome thank you sir enjoy your cruise now we're P heading out from the pool bar over to the music that you can probably hear already so Royal Caribbean has done a great job on all of their ships I think it's improved vastly over the last couple years with the live entertainment so these guys are out there jamming getting us ready for the [Music] Caribbean it doesn't feel right without a bathing suit on I'm just saying so Central Park on board the ship is something that's unique and incredibly special so once again it's only on four sh ships in the entire world and they've got well over 15,000 live plants in there they've got the living walls but it's such an unique concept on a cruise ship to be inside the middle of a cruise ship open air have the great you know a little bit of a breeze flowing but to have live foliage all the way around you the first time I I encountered it I was just completely blown away and I'm sure you can see why all right so now we are going to continue on um and this is the other side of the pool deck so this is the sandb bar so we're just going to walk along here once again boarding day everybody's having a great time giving that first cocktail really enjoying it you know a drink is a really nice thing to have on a cruise ship but the thing that everybody loves is of course soft serve ice cream they have these throughout the ship don't miss it okay well you can miss it but you'll just find the line and you'll know where the soft serve is so here we go so now we've got a hot tub one great thing about this one this is the kids area so this is the kids friendly hot tub as we go through here you've got the kid Splash Zone once again this is about to get a massive renovation and uh it's going to have the two big buckets and the slides and everything else just to enhance that experience for the kiddos I did want to show you one thing that Royal Caribbean now has on all their ships so one here is to checkout um you do need to check it out you'll give them your card you'll need to turn it back in uh if you happen to be in a suite that's an experience that you don't have to uh to worry about um and then as we come over here you'll also see the swim vest so they have several different sizes you can also ask for adult size as well but safety is the most critical thing so in addition to having the lifeguards if your kiddos aren't phenomenal swimmers they should have a vest on here at CoCo K throughout the cruise just to make sure that they're safe continuing to head after towards the Wipeout Cafe so this is another one of the complimentary options on board the Allure of the Seas and uh they've got kind of an Americana feel and then also you've got lots of good grab and gr food so this is just one other place that you can add on to like the Park Cafe the Wind Jammer and those other complimentary restaurants so let's head on in start over here um you can see they have a small salad bar they've got burgers and hot dogs here got sauerkraut to go on those Burgers some pizza fresh fruit been wait ah most popular place on the ship soft serve ice [Music] cream don't forget to wash your hands all right so I'm heading out of the wipe out Cafe here is a little area that they put for ping pong so that you don't have all the wind I really appreciate that because I can't tell you how many uh pingpong balls have been inadvertently blown to the side uh because of that all right so as we head further back the first thing that you're going to see is the full Sports Court so this is an evolution on the Voyager Class they were kind of sideways here but since you have the big gap in the middle it's big enough to have the full Sports Court just on the side so head on in you can see that uh in addition to uh the basketball that they have set up they also have uh soccer ball here or football for some of you um and you've got the full uh full football Court where they'll play games um throughout the cruise dodgeball anything you can think of with sports that's what you're going with so let's see what I got that's AET the boardwalk is a Brand New Concept once again on the Oasis of seas it's going to have the very first uh wooden Carousel at Sea and it's just a unique concept you'll see more about what that is when we get back down there but I did want to point out the boardwalk facing balcon iies um I love them but I also want you to see kind of the Privacy kind of kind of issues that you might have so if you're a very private person you're probably going to want a balcony that faces out to the ocean not necessarily one that faces into other people but if you love the people watching it's really hard to beat a boardwalk balcony so now we're going to head up the steps to one of the two flow Riders so one of the things I really love that Ro Caribbean did on these flow Riders they actually added stadium seating so others can participate as well this concept was debuted on the Freedom of the Seas in fact I was on the inaugural I was one of the very first guests to ever go on a Flow Rider I loved it I wiped out a bunch of times but you can see that it's a social experience as well you can do the Boogie boarding you can do the surfing you can even rent it out for private lessons or just for a family party so this is a huge hit they also have added these uh these Central barriers you can kind of see one over there where they put it right down the middle and so the two flow Riders become four because you can have four separate Riders right next to the Flow Rider I just wanted to point this out um before you use the Flow Rider or the zipline or any of the adventure sports you do need to come in here and the waiver exactly I love it Sebastian and then as long as you meet the height limitations you got to be 58 in to Surf 52 in to boogie board um and then over here you can check out the zip line the one thing that I will say is she just did the zip line and she's doing it again so it must be a heck of a lot of fun all right so now we are going to continue to head to the AFT of the ship what you will see on the AFT is that you have a lot of deck seating areas here which once again I think the AFT is one of the best places to view from a cruise ship and one very interesting thing is in uh just a couple months when they add the ultimate Abyss that's going to be right here so this is going to change completely uh and I'm really looking forward to seeing what it looks like so you can't have a sports area with viewing area love it here we go you guys having a royal time yes I like it I really love it okay so on the other side we have another Flow Rider and then I'm going to head over here and we're going to head down towards the miniature golf course all right so here's a miniature golf course miniature golf has been a staple of Royal Caribbean chips uh since uh well for for a really really long time pretty much as long as I've been cruising you can see it's just kind of a fun little course they've got little obstacles some great sculptures in there as well um but miniature golf is always fun and what's great about it is it's perfect for everybody in the family oh got to play the angle whoops I don't got [Music] this nothing I got nothing all right better stick with basketball one thing that I did want to point out is they give you these great little cards so you can keep track you can have fun with your friends but uh it really does feel like a a true mini golf experience all right so this is the landing area for the zipline it looks like it goes a little bit slow but you have to take a step off and you got 90 ft right there below you so it's pretty uh it's a pretty unique feature and it's once again first of the kind on any cruise ship in the the world with the Oasis class so I'm on Deck 17 and walking into the Coastal Kitchen so this is one of the great sweet perks on board Royal Caribbean International so Coastal Kitchen is their sweet class only restaurant and if you're in a star or Sky Suite you can eat here uh basically breakfast lunch or dinner and if you're in one of the C classes which would be the the junior suite you can make reservations and dine here uh in the evening uh throughout your cruise if you like so you can kind of see that there's a a kind of an Eclectic uh variety of seating here as you would have in any restaurant you have more two tops than you probably would uh down downstairs you've got larger tables here that can fit eight and up um but once again you're just going to find a really Elevated Cuisine um you have much more ability to customize and Order what you want um as you would expect in a suite but this is a really really fantastic perk and one of my favorite ones on board the Allure of the Seas so I'm going to continue on here um throughout the cruise it it's not set up quite yet but throughout the cruise um you're going to have there's your hand wash station of course you have complimentary access to the espresso maker and the coffee drinks um this is the similar to what you're going to find throughout the ship for juices um and things along those lines and then this will be set up uh during lunchtime it'll also be set up uh for like appetizers and or derves during a cocktail hour and then basically you have snacks throughout the entire cruise here okay so now we are walking into the Wind Jammer Buffet this has been on all Royal ships basically since the very beginning and it's their Buffet concept breakfast lunch and dinner and then sometimes late night as well so we're on Deck 16 so we just walked in just got my hands all nice and clean um wanted to point out the uh the Coca-Cola station here so this is something that Royal added to their ships quite a few years ago but what's great is if you buy the soda package or it's included in one of the packages you purchased you just put the the cup right here this has a sensor in it and it's going to sink and then you pick whatever drinks you want you can mix and match and add flavoring and things along those lines so one of the things that Royal carian did with the Allure of the Season they've done with all their newer ships is they have a lot more Island stations here you know there is quite a bit of stuff to grab and grow go but there's there's just a lot more so it gets less crowded of course boarding day is always going to be the most crowded um just simply because this is the spot that people go to before they can go in and access their rooms and access all of the other dining so this is going to be a salad station right here you see you've got similar things on both sides and then full salad station there here's the deli where you got cheese and meat and Breads and all those kind of things that you would want to load up on right so now you've got uh pre-made uh Meats cottage pie broccoli uh pasta station over here and then of course uh the the barbecue chicken International flavors so you're going to have paa um you know just just all kinds of different flavors and things that are going to change throughout the cruise okay I'm going to continue on towards the back okay our next station here you've got some desserts on it this one has the uh the different Asian flavors um once again very International crowd you've got a lot of fruits uh over here that are all pre-cut but what I always do when I walk into the Wind Jammer is I skip that and I walk directly to the back of the ship which is kind of where we're going right now and the reason I do that is people tend to stop right when they come in and start grabbing food and finding those first chairs where there's a ton more open space here in the back so also I love that you know here's where the dessert station is which always makes me incredibly happy well anyway that's a whole different story so we head past the desserts which you're going to see is there you have more seating um I already feel that it's less crowded back here there's less people um I can move around a lot easier and so for me personally this is where I always get a seat I'll go grab a dish and then I'll come back um one thing that I did want to point out is in the very back of the Wind Jammer um you get these really really fantastic views over there you've got uh the full Sport Court you've got the miniature golf course you got the zip line that comes right across and then of course you have the uh the boardwalk right below and then the beautiful uh Allure of the Sea sign out there so this is a great place throughout the cruise to sit and people watch in a nice air condition controlled uh climate there's also some different kinds of seating so here if you have a larger family or a group you've got seats are about 10 here and then as we move back further there's even more uh mish mash of seating but what you notice right away there's nobody here but on both of the sides there was a ton of people we've kind of crossed over the halfway point and as we continue um you essentially have the exact same thing on this side that you did on the other side which just help spread everybody out so especially during the busiest times and sometimes out of the pool what they do is they just add extra bars so this is all mine right which one o poller I like it anyway good stuff but I want to take you over one of the other beverage stations just to point something out contrast if you've been on some of the other ships so on the newest shifts what royal king has done is they've replaced these uh style uh beverage stations with a lot more where you can serve yourself so they have the Vitality water we were just on the symphony yesterday and you can see that one thing that is super convenient and nice it's all pre for for you uh my only negative with that is that it gets watered down and then you have half water and half lemonade um because they do the ice ahead of time but always stay hydrated perfect time so now we are heading in to the living room so this is the dedicated teen area on board um the first thing you'll see here is they've got a huge schedule of all the cool things you can do on the different days you got dodgeball you got uh well it looks like soda pong maybe not beer pong U miniature golf um the quest all kinds of fun stuff that's going on okay and here you've got some little seating areas that are tucked away you've got the Xbox Connect setup here actually looks like a Wii um and then as we continue through what you'll notice is they have these kind of eclectic seating areas teenagers I taught middle school for a decade I know this teenagers like to congregate smaller areas kind of hang out talk and relax you're going to have the fooseball here and then as you continue on this is a movie viewing area they put these cushions out and so the kiddos can watch on the the large flat screen TV that they have here this also becomes a little bit of like a dance club Dance Floor area and then the outside they just have closed down right now cuz they're cleaning it getting it ready um but basically this is the Outdoor teen area so that's something unique a lot of times you don't have indoor and outdoor seating in a kids club so here is just one final seating area like I said and you'll notice right below you have a ton of charging panels that is something that teenagers need these days so I see that throughout they put Chargers in so that uh can charge your phones and such now we're going to head on through into fuel okay okay so now I am in fuel I got the scratcher here you know what I mean uh this is the nightclub for teenagers so I'm going to head on out here and show you what I'm talking about that's the DJ booth you see some nice Lounge seating over here you got DJ Ali over in the corner um but what this space is for is it's really once again to make the teenagers feel like they have that young adult experience so you've got the full bar there where they're going to do mocktails um keep in mind that if you have the soda package or any of that kind of thing it'll work in here as well you got the DJ booth um and then you've got the lounge seating and then of course this is a massive dance floor but what I did want to point out is they separate the kids out so the 12 to 14 year olds are going to be here earlier in the evening and then the 15 to 17 year olds are going to be much later into the evening which I think is a great balance so all you got to do is come on in sit back relax and hang out with the DJ right there we go I love it I love it let's head over over to the challengers arcade so maybe you are tired of dancing or it's like the middle school dances that I used to chaperone and everybody's sitting on the side and you want to have a little bit of fun and we're going to head into the large arcade and of course um as you would expect on all arcades that they've ever had you do pay um so right as you come in there's a way to uh to purchase credits and things like that but something you want to communicate with your kiddos or think about is you can set the daily limits on what they can spend and where they can spend it so something that you may want to consider with your family before you get on board but you can see kind of the ski ball machines there's some driving machines machines with uh guns and hunting and Rambo of course Guitar Hero um and then you've got the the the Fun Machines with the the dangly arms and such and then my all-time favorite of course air hockey so this is the the arcade it's open to anybody um but it's mostly going to be utilized by the teens which is why it's connected uh to fuel and to the living room so just outside the teen uh arcade there's this Breeze shop here so this is that shop to find all those things that you might have forgotten at home uh but also some sun specific things like that so just a a great place to grab some retail maybe you need some shaving cream or shampoo or something specific that you'd like this is the area for that okay so one thing I wanted to out was this kind of secret entrance on uh deck 14 here that goes out to the Sund deck so I'm going to come around here and uh they've got this really great area where once again super large Sund deck uh out front but this is that that spot where when you look over the side you're over the side of the ship it's a massive ship you're looking down uh well 150 plus feet but this is of course where you're going to take your spouse and hold them up kently and sing a beautiful song from Titanic and well I guess I'm not supposed to say Titanic on a cruise ship but anyway you're have a a lovely Jack and Rose moment for you and your spouse so I'm going to head back in here and we're actually going to go to the adventure Ocean Center which is just inside those windows so the adventure ocean program on boy Royal Caribbean is their kids program and it holds a very special place in my heart because my very first Royal Cruise was actually on at that point it was called the Nordic Empress now she's been converted over and she's the Empress of the Seas but that was the first time I encountered the adventure ocean program I loved it my parents could barely get me out of it and it led to a lot more cruises so right as we come in here I wanted to point out the workshop area what you'll see here is there's a lot of scrapbooking and art one of the one of the things that has become really big uh in the last couple years is adult coloring right and so that's what this is is it's adults only you're going to have the roal Caribbean staff in here with all the art supplies and things but it's just a a really fun thing to do especially you end up being on one of the longer cruises like a trans Atlantic or something like that so there we go looks like Kristen has been here it's my wife's name I like it so earlier we had the teen arcade this is the kids arcade here don't follow me on in this is going to be for the much smaller kiddos here um once again it is something that you pay for so you want to make sure you work that out with your kids there you'll pick how many credits that you want things along those lines but you'll notice that all the all the machines are a little bit smaller so they can be accessed by the little kids so might not be fair for me to play basketball here I'm just saying but who knows could be fun okay so this is where you actually enter the adventure Ocean Center so I'm going to go straight ahead right now to the play area so what this is is uh it's a spot on board for the littlest kiddos the ones that you that don't have uh you know full drop off and daycare services um talk about that in just a second this just a place where you can come in with the parents they can play they can have a good time you got lots of toys they do a really good job of making sure that they get uh sanitized on a regular basis um and uh but basically it's just a space where you can go and enjoy I had cruised with my daughter when she was little she wasn't three yet and old enough to go in the kids club we went on all kinds of different cruise lines and some of the luxury ones I I would have killed for something like this because it's such an awesome uh thing to have where your kids can just go play and have a great time so now we're heading out of the pl Center and we're going to go into the Royal babies and tots area once again this is boarding day so it's not open uh the way it will be yet so we're going to head on in here so one thing that I did want to point out is that there's uh limited access here they've got to buzz you in I really appreciate that especially with the smallest kiddos ah it's childproof AKA Danny proof as well there we go okay so in the Royal babies and tots areas I did want to make sure that you understand that you can drop kiddos off here they will change diapers that's something that's different than a lot of other uh other cruise lines that would offer um this is for the littlest Cruisers you do pay per hour when you drop them off it's a little bit more in the evening than it is during the day um but I just wanted to clarify that so that you understand that that is a service that is available on the biggest Royal Caribbean ship so you can see all the toys that are perfect for the the kiddos that are age 6 months to 3 years and then over here they actually have all the cribs um and they'll put them down for a nap and I was blown away on my last Cruise um they're really really good at it as would expect as we head on out I did just want to show you this restroom I don't always take videos inside of bathrooms but this is a kids bathroom and they did a really awesome job with it I know my daughter especially when she was going through potty training she's just so much more comfortable using things that are her size so they got the small sink the small toilet and the right toilet seat for them much appreciated don't forget that they'll have these throughout the cruise for you that's going to have all the times all the details everything that you need to know so the kids get a program just like the adults get a program as well okay so now we're going to head on just a little bit bit further back into the heart of the adventure Ocean Center we've got two restrooms here ladies and gents and then we're going to head over to the aquanuts area before we do I did want to point out the imagination Studio let's head on in here so this was something new that they created for the Oasis class but just like you saw that there was an area for adults to do art this is where the kiddos do art so you can see some of the things that that kiddos and of course the uh had plenty of help from the counselors have done before but you got this fun little crab decorating eggs um making hats all kinds of things but they have every art and craft supply that you could possibly imagine and uh if your kiddo happens to uh to have that as their focus the thing that they really enjoy this makes all the difference in the world all right so now I'm going to head out and into the aquanot so this is for the 3 to 5-year-old so they have it very well segmented for each age group so we're going to head on in here of course this is open house time normally this is where you need to check the kids in and out this age group you definitely have to check them in there has to be an adult and you have to authorize which adults can do that so just a very fun space for the smallest kiddos you've got a nice little slide here fun play area I know my daughter loves forts or anything she can crawl underneath so you're probably going to find her under there at some point um but over here you've got more art supplies um little stools that are the kiddos uh size which makes a huge difference in the middle you kind of have like a dance floor area and then of course they do have bathroom specific for the age group all right so now we are going to head into the Explorers area so normally these would not necessarily be connected or opened up um but they are right now for the open house so we're going to head in this is going to be the 6 to 8y olds so the first thing that I noticed is the space is a little bit bigger they've got basketball hoop soccer uh hula hoops out um all kinds of those things and then you also have more Tech stations that you didn't have where the littlest of the kiddos work they have their own restroom of course here hand washing St station place to put their shoes and such and then this is where you would actually check the kiddos in and out on a normal day so we just headed out of the Explorers now we're heading into the voyagers so the voyagers are going to be 9 to 11 year olds so when you come in here um to me the space does feel a little bit more grown up there's a little bit separate seating U kind of areas of course you have all the sports out they've got most of it put away now but throughout the entire cruise in all of these centers they're going to have programming for your kids from sun up to sun down so they're going to have different activities you can check out the program and pick the ones that you like uh and bring the kiddos for that or they can be here pretty much as much as you want the older kids also have the ability to check in and out so you just want to check on that and make sure that you understand what needs to happen for your kids to get in and out of the program but once again this is the voyagers area they've got the lockers with all of the fun activities they've got their own restroom area and then over here they have a little bit of a tech setup area um and then right down there you can see where the kiddos put their shoes but once again um you know the spaces themselves are wonderful but what makes this unique and special is that Royal Caribbean has incredible staff members that are going to work with your kiddos and create a one-of aind experience at sea for them so we're going to head out of the voyagers area we're going to to head into the Adventure Science Lab so what this is all about is kind of the the stem concept so on one side of the ship it's really like a right BL brain left brain thing you have the imagination Studio where you've got arts and crafts and coloring and cutting and creating things and then over here you've got the science lab so for me this didn't exist on cruise ships before the Oasis of the Seas and it's a really really awesome concept because some kids are going to gravitate naturally to the creative side and some kids are going to gravitate naturally to the uh scientific side so in here you're going to have experiment where they're going to learn about science but they also get to create their own things mix stuff together that makes uh you know makes something else it's just uh it's all about science but it's really all about finding what it is that your kid relates to the most and wants to do so that there's something on board for everybody so we are going to head on out through the adventure Ocean Center and I wanted to take you to one final venue so once again you can see that this is kind of a self-contained area for the smaller kids the teens are in a completely other location in the back of the ship um and the last space would be the adventure ocean theater so this is where the kids are going to watch movies in fact today at 7:30 one of my daughter's favorite movies which is Coco will be playing we'll take you in here real quick but you can see they've got uh you know all the safety briefings on there because it's boarding day but you can see all of the the seating in here which is absolutely perfect for this age group Fun and engaging movies and so maybe Mom and Dad get to go to uh the show in the Royal theater and then the kiddos are going to be in here watching Coco and hanging out with the counselors and their friends all right so as I mentioned earlier it's the staff that makes all the difference in the world so I love that they have all this up as you walk by it's got all the the staff members their favorite things that they like to do their favorite colors their favorite animals so it just makes it a little bit easier for the kids to relate to them you know obviously they chose to be here they all have uh Child Development training um but it's really all about the staff that makes you know the space is one thing but the staff makes it special and exceptional right you guys do an incredible job thank you so much you're welcome see you later guys bye we are on Deck 8 aft in dazzles so I'm going to head on in here so dazzles was a brand new concept for Royal Caribbean on the Oasis of the Seas and what it is is it's kind of like a live music nightclub area so what you can see is there's a ton of seating on both sides here they just finished an event in here so they're just getting ready to start cleaning up but this is a place where sometimes you'll have weddings on ship days but uh all kinds of different events can be held in here but at night the star of the show is this huge panoramic window that looks back out over the balcony and you have a full live band there so at night it really Sparkles and it's beautiful and then you also have an upper deck with several different seating Nooks and niches as well so this is kind of that overview of the B Boardwalk but it's really more about just uh relaxing and having great live music with friends in a space that's open and spacious so now we're heading out into an area that is wow you you'll see so first off I wanted to point out that Central Park here they have these umbrellas at every instant entrance and exit because there's certain venues that can only be accessed from Central Park but uh it is open air but as soon as you get in here you don't feel like you're on a cruise ship anymore you have all of these beautiful plants they're all live we're going to see a living wall in a minute but this concept on a cruise ship is unlike anything else it's kind of bringing nature together into the cruise experience um which is usually something that you don't do usually you focus on the outside the ocean but here when I'm standing right here I would have no idea that I'm on a cruise ship so anyways look at all these beautiful plants they're constantly tending to them changing them out as needed um but it's it's a really special experience so the first stop that we're going to make on our tour through Central Park is chops chops is an old school Steakhouse it's Unapologetic about it it's something that's been on Royal ships for a really really long time guests love it it's always at some of the top of the guest satisfaction and like I said it just looks like you're in a really old school Steakhouse um they also have an open kitchen concept here so you can see in um but if you want that that great steak or jumbo shrimp or something along those lines this is going to be the place that's going to make you extraordinarily happy so as I head on out you've got this seating for chops um I did want to mention that it does have a roof it's got a glass cover on it so you can eat here whether it is uh raining outside or sunny or beautiful but uh this is the the perfect place to do if you want to have outside seating because you can also have incredible people watching as well so one of the really fun and unique things that you can do on the olora of the Seas is as I exit chops you've got the rising Tide bar here what this is is it's actually a full bar let's see if we can get in here all right so it's a full bar I'm just going to sneak in and uh you can see that they they have service back there it's just not set up right now they're getting ready to do the passenger drill uh in just a minute the safety drill but this bar actually moves so this is going to go down to the prominade and then work its way all the way back up here it goes really really slow and it's a fun experience the only thing that I've learned the hard way is if you have an appointment and you need to be somewhere at a certain time you got to take in the speed of the bar but what a cool thing to have a bar that moves up and down with you while you're cruising you can see there's assortment of different types of seating out here as well but it feels like you're in a Tropical Oasis right now but I'm going to head into 150 Central Park this is one of the elevated diving experien is on board um very much you know Farm to Table um but it's really really Exquisite so as you can see as soon as you walk in it is an incredibly elegant restaurant they have unique seating it's all very uh thickly padded you see they have the big elegant wine glasses and the dishes but that's what you would expect from a uh a up you know basically an upscale Farm totable Restaurant absolutely beautiful artwork here and an incredible Mosaic behind a table for eight so once again you can kind of mix and match uh the seating as you like depending on how many people or in your party okay so now we are back out in our Tropical Oasis that is Central Park we're walking through and what we're going to encounter is the trellis bar here so trellis of course keeps the theme of The Garden of course um but it's a great space that is always hopping actually over to my right you have this really beautiful walkway if you'll follow me through the whole idea behind it is that you kind of get lost in the forest you can see these live plants all around me really really beautiful all right and then we're going to head over to another one of the uh the restaurants that you're going to have on board the allur the Seas this is once again a specialty restaurant it is giovan's table which is an upscale Italian concept so on the symphony and the Harmony and the quantum class ships this is Jim's Italian but here this is giovan's table which is an old school Royal Caribbean concept so as you can see well I don't know if you can hear it but you've got beautiful Italian music going on um all the autant remind you of of being in Tuscany or Italy and you have this absolutely beautiful tables here okay so as we're heading out of giovan's table I'm going to cross over Central Park to uh another dining concept so giovan's table Central Park 150 chops you are all going to pay an upcharge for but Park Cafe is complimentary and it's a concept that they created to kind of give people that grab and go uh food alternative you can have salads made to order but really it's just kind of that really nice fresh uh restaurant that you can go that uh doesn't cost anything extra on board so this is the salad bar where you can get different salads to order of course it's going to change throughout the day breakfast items in the morning would be right here you've got ready to grab egg salad sandwiches tuna sandwiches all kind of different salads and things along those lines here you can get roast beef you can get a basically they're making sandwiches to order though got a whole uh list of them up there okay as we continue through you've got a little coffee bar there is a charge for the uh the espresso and then also for the fresh juices keep that in mind um but basically this is just a great restaurant location it's always crowded on boarding day so it's going to be less crowded throughout your cruise so we're going to pass a few more things on Central Park so you've got picture this it's a portrait studio where you and your family can go have portraits over here's the giant Skylight that leads down to the Royal prominade that really gives that extra light um regalia in the park that's going to be apparel and accessories and all kinds of clothing items we also have some beautiful art from the the artist brido I mentioned it earlier in the video but Ro Caribbean's had a collaboration with him for a really long time and uh it's really fantastic um and then the very last shop is going to be high-end retail so this is for all of you coach fans your one big Advantage uh to shopping on board a ship is that you can buy it dutyfree so the prices may not be that much different than at home but you might save a significant amount of tax so now I'm going to cross over um on Central Park to vintages all right so inside vintages what you're going to find is a wine bar so this is where they're going to do a lot of the wine tastings I did mention that they have an unbelievable wine collection on board but you'll also notice they have really extra- large very plush furniture and the Somas and the wine Steward in here are going to know a lot more about the product than those throughout the rest of the ship so once again if you're a vena file you're going to have a great time on board but this is a place that you definitely want to visit just going to head right back here to where they do the tasting so done some great tastings here in the past but this is a a nice table where they have 10 people they can do different uh wine tastings and wine pairings for you so now we're going to head into the combo of the Vitality at se so this is the spa and fitness center concept on board Royal Caribbean International right so this is boarding day so everybody's lined up here ready to give tours they're going to tell you about what all of this is about what you want to do you can ask them questions and they're awesome thank you guys so much all right so as soon as you walk in you have this little cafe area which I really love um this is new once again to the Oasis class here they have a combination of charge and complimentary items so you can get all kinds of different fruit smoothies and juices and things like that which goes perfectly with a spa treatment or working out at the gym and then if you follow me over here you also have some complimentary grab and go food items as well and they're all on the healthy side so turkey wrap parfait fruit cups and things like that so um got a nice little eating area as well and then as we move back in this is going to be uh one of the big retail areas of course there are several retail areas related to the spa so right here they're actually doing a demonstration of a facial so that's one of the signatures of Royal Caribbean is that while you're touring the spa you can kind of see what the treatments are all about looks like he's having a pretty amazing time he is I love it next all right we'll see well whatever so this is the check-in area where you're going to check in for all of your spa treatments or if you have any questions about the fitness and let's head on into the fitness center here okay so this might be a waiting area if you're waiting for a fitness consultation um or one of the you know the body consultations as well so that's what they're talking about right now we're going to keep moving through like with all cruise ships Royal Caribbean has the ability for you to spend a lot of money on board if that's something that you're interested in so this is just one example of It Good Feet where you can get uh your own uh insoles made not not that it works or doesn't work no nothing on that but there's a lot of these things that if if something you're interested in and vacation is the place to do it then this is awesome for you so now we're going to go Into the Heart of where the fitness equipment is right here are the consultation areas so if you have one of the consultations this is where they're going to take you you've got a restroom right in the gym which I really appreciate you don't find that on all the gym sometimes you have to go out and then come back um but here you'll see just a a wide array of fitness equipment they've got rowing machines ellipticals treadmills and the roof is really high I'm 6'6 so it's always a challenge for me to work out on a cruise ship not that I do it as much as I should um but you can see right here on the treadmill I have I don't know about 4T clearance or so so I've got a ton so it's really really huge space um and that's something that they've done throughout this entire ship that they can do because the of the size of the ship so now we're in the very center of the fitness center you got the the kettle weights here you've got some free weights you also have a full area where they do TRX this is a a training class that's optional if something you're interested in in here they have a spinning class which you can see um one thing that I love is that they use the uh myone um technology and so you're actually competing against each other it's a you know it's a fun thing and I think exercise is always more fun when there's something else involved as a motivation at the end so over this area you have a few more of the machines and then you also have all of the free weights over there a few more treadmills over here and then a couple different pieces of equipment um but as you can see the the sheer size of it the width and uh the height of it makes it into a really really nice gem atmosphere okay so as we head down the glass staircase into the spa you get that huge rush of like eucalyptus um that that just beautiful aroma therapy smell so now we're heading into the spa area here start off here to my left um we're going to have a combination of um different different rooms so the first one I want to take you in here right right away is the relaxation room so right before or after you're doing a spa treatment they've got some water over there for you some coffee and tea but really the idea is just to have a really quiet experience you can get your mind and body in the zone for a treatment so all throughout this is the men's changing room this is my favorite spot right here so this is the thermal Suite okay so in here you're going to have the tropical rain shower I don't fit in any of the rooms that has a bathtub I have to bend over when I'm taking a shower because I'm not I'm Too Tall um so sometimes I'll come down and utilize this but you also have the aroma therapy chamber you've got the uh dry heat chamber which would be a sauna um you also have a steam chamber and then these These are heated from the back they're super duper comfortable here you sit back relax so you have an assortment of different therapies and treatment rooms they're all going to be back this way and for now we're going to head on out of the spa okay so we're now on the Royal prominade I first wanted to take you into the on air this is uh well today's Sunday and there's football on so it is a sports bar right now it's kind of a multi-purpose venue they use it for carry yokei um for different different things along those lines but at heart and soul it's a sports sports bar with two huge TVs here and then you got TVs all the way around so now we're going to head out of on air and right across to boleros but on the way I wanted to point out something so on the Oasis of the Seas they launched the first true Starbucks at Sea now it's a concept that others are doing but this is a real Starbucks uh in the middle of the ocean so it's also in the middle of the promine there we go all right so this is the Latin nightclub um this is something that you find throughout the Royal Caribbean Fleet and this is the place that's going to be rocking at night with some salsa and Latin rhythms and it's really a lot of fun it's actually I I think of all the dance venues on board this is where it really got it going on so right behind me you've got a full bar as you can see and a lot of seating um really really good place for people watching later on in the cruise okay so we are going to head out of boleros Into the Heart of retail on board the Allure of the Seas but I just wanted to point out that it's such a unique feature to have a beautiful Skylight there's so much natural light coming in and that's not something that you find in the heart of the middle of a cruise ship generally so I'll just point out here um you've got the shop that's going to be where you're going to find the logo gear and things along those lines everybody's getting on the ship and they're figuring out whether they want to buy a different alcohol package so package things like that so that's what's going on you can rent a tuxedo um if you don't want to pack your Formal Wear but you do have a formal event this is something that I've done before um it's you know it's a really nice touch and then you don't have to bring it along with you um you got a beautiful jewelry store here on the left which is regalia over there you have Solera once again more of these duty-free shops than Port Merchants that's where you're going to find your alcohol cigarettes things that you might want to stock up on it's dutyfree and then take home okay so right here the spa services are doing their thing over there you've got the Voom internet so right now it says 20% off one thing that I will say is you're always better off buying your drink package your internet package ahead of time they have sales and promos all the time and see 30 or more per off and then if you purchase it you see the price goes down before your cruise call your travel agent they can help get that adjusted back down for you but that's how you're going to get the best rate so let's continue on through uh to sentos so sentos is the pizza place it's open super super late and on uh all of the Voyager Class Freedom class Quantum class and Oasis class ships going to find this so let's head on over here so you've got some small bites and appetizers there that you can get you've got a nice wide assortment of uh pizzas here and a full bar as well uh once again because it's boarding day people are looking for a place to go a place to hang out and it's going to settle down here just a couple days but you see a little more of the seating there's quite a bit more that way so I would say that you can fit a couple hundred people here in sarentos so one thing that Royal has kept as a theme as well is having a uh well an Irish Pub on board or an English pub so we're going to head straight across to the bow and Stern Pub but what's funny and interesting right now is they are having an October Fest celebration so Charles has his leader hosen on and he's ready to to get the Oompa band and get going right why not man I love it I love it so they have different theme celebrations with fun they have these huge poller uh mugs that are out that you can get filled for an October Fest but this is where you're going to have live music and it's a really fun hopping venue that you'd expect for a pub in the evenings especially okay so I wanted to point something out before I headed up there is a Stairway here that takes you up up to the Schooner bar so if you want to get up to the Schooner bar or down from it this is a kind of a a hidden staircase up there that you may not know this is a a great retail spot Kate Spade I know my wife really uh loves uh what she does um and then over here I wanted to point out the next Cruise desk so I am a travel agent and uh you know I I work with my clients I always encourage them to book on board the best deal that you're going to get on your cruise is always going to be here so fact let me head on in here and I'll show you what I'm talking about there's Ali got all this amazing NEX crew staff on here so like I said you definitely want to make an appointment to come in here so that you don't have to wait but you want to make an appointment you want to come in and book your next Cruise you can also buy extra certificates for friends and family so that when you when you go home you can give them to them as well but once again whatever promo is going on whatever is happening anywhere else this is always going to be the place to book your future Cruise so as I head on out I just wanted to point out this wall here they have all the different promos Royal goes all over the world um and they have some pretty amazing things coming up with Shi Renovations new Ships coming out new itinerary Concepts but this is where you're going to find out all about it if you're interested okay so as I continue across the prominade this way um I wanted to show you uh the the central Masterpiece here this uh beautiful Mercedes so starting with the Voyager Class they've always had a car in the middle of the prominade in fact on the symphony it's this rolled up uh Volkswagen Beetle that's super cool um but this is just a fun thing is where you're going to find a lot of people taking pictures in front of during it so in addition to s another complimentary option is going to be the cafe prominade once again this is a a feature of every Royal Caribbean chip that does have a prominade you have quite a bit of seating in here but primarily what this is going to be it's got a drink station your coffees teas but it's going to be grab and go sandwiches and cookies um they change the treats throughout the day and then you can also get espresso drinks but keep in mind um unless you have certain packages you're going to pay extra for those okay so one super cool feature that I can't not show you and talk about is the rising Tide bar it's on the fourway class shifts and it's not anywhere else in the world this is the bar that we showed you from Central Park that actually comes up and down we've got these beautiful fountains going on here right now and then in just a few minutes the the bar is going to come down very very very slowly and you can order cocktails while it's moving all that it's just a really fun and interesting concept and a great way to move around the ship all right so we're going to continue heading out on the Royal prominade here so you can see there's lots of little stations set up so it is a little crowded in spaces but people are kind of spread out doing different things okay so now we are going to head into the champagne and martini bar here those of you who are big fans of the symphony and Harmony know that this is the spot of the bionic bar I Do Love This Bar it's been on a lot of the ships that they've had but this will become the bionic bar when it goes in for a massive renovation so as we head out of the shampan and martini bar I wanted to point out to the left you've got the port and shopping desk if that's something that you need to take advantage of there's also an ATM over here and a little bit more retail there with the regalia shop but we're going to head up the glass stairway right now to the scooner bar yes are we still doing it we are let's go it's just me again I love it all right so I just came up the glass elevator from the promade and the first thing on my left is focus which you can see the photo gallery from down below and then right over here you're going to have the shore excursions desk so anything and everything that you need to know about Royal shore excursions would be done right here all right so now we are heading into the venue that makes it a Royal Caribbean ship the Schooner bar as far as I'm concerned it doesn't have a schooner bar it doesn't have a Crown and Anchor on it cuz this is always been our bar on board the RO Caribbean on any of the ships so as you come in one of the things that I really like that's a a unique and different interesting feature on this one is that you actually look down on the prominade so you got some great grade A people watching and then as I get in I did want to point out tucked in here is the Loyalty Ambassador so if you are gold and up this is where you're going to find any of the information you need to know about your loyalty tiers with Royal Caribbean International but I'm going to continue on in um this is an area that my friends and I have played uh all kinds of fun games in um there's lots of little nooks and crannies where you can put groups together you also have solo seating and two people but one of the signatures of course is the piano bar so they're going to have live piano music usually uh make your own requests but it's really just a fun singalong atmosphere looking over the prominade right here and I just wanted to point out that that is that emergency exit that was that door that I was referencing the secret uh walkway down to the prominade if you need to use it okay so follow me on out to the boardwalk so the boardwalk concept was once again debuted on the Oasis of the Seas unlike anything else that you're going to find anywhere else and it's such a cool and unique concept so right when you walk out the door you see these forms that as you walk through you realize that what it is it's the creation of the carousel so um right here you see kind of the first steps of gluing it all together putting the wood together now you kind of see the evolution of the carving here really beautiful um and then as we head down further you get uh the the evolution of it so now the horse is starting to be painted really starting to take shape here and the design um and then if you'll continue on you see the uh the pallet here um this is kind of an almost completed uh beautiful carousel horse and then finally the very last one is what you're going to find on there so I've uh Royal likes to joke about the fact that they just added a little bit of horsepower to their ship that's what it's all about and once again you're on a cruise ship you're on a real wooden Carousel it's a really unique and interesting concept all right so I'm going to continue along and you have cups and spoons which is an ice cream shop and sweet shop on board okay so one thing that I immediately did want to point out is that this is at an extra charge so just make sure that you know that you got Ben and& Jerry's ice creams and then an assortment of sweet treats um but it's really nice and cold in here it's a little bit warm outside um but just a great place to cool off and get a delicious dessert in fact that red velvet cupcake might be calling my name right now Danny Danny I don't know about that anyway there's a couple arcades on board we showed you the big teen one showed you the kiddo one and now we're going to head on into the last arcade so this this is just a uh a little fun area once again supplementing the rest you've got bowling uh which is kind of like ski ball here uh and really the reason that they have this here is the whole concept of the boardwalk is kind of a Coney Island amusement park so there just a couple fun games that they have spread out so I'm going to head back out but before I do keep in mind that this is an extra charge and this is where you're going to figure out and load your uh your card before you play the games good okay so I'm going to continue along the back of the boardwalk and the uh the next venue that we're going to explore is subor so this is a takaria essentially and tequila bar it's a Mexican restaurant they do the um guacamole at the side of your table things along those lines it's a really really tasty one in fact some of the best Mexican food I've had I really enjoyed it on board the ship but if you follow me in here you can see that the theme is super super bright colors everywhere you've got the full bar full restaurant but I wanted to take you over this little beauty here okay so what this is all about is they are making Fresh Tortillas and if if you haven't had Fresh Tortillas that are nice piping hot put a little bit of butter a little bit of salt on them it's just absolutely Divine so this is one of my favorite features at the restaurant here so got the full bar of course getting some margaritas I like it hello hey and then just you can see the rest of the restaurant is here and then there's also some outdoor Boardwalk seating as well that's just just out there so the only thing about those is that they're kind of the the bar tops I don't love to to D into the bar top I'd rather have kind of a a lower seat but just keep that in mind when you choose where you want to sit okay so as soon as we get out of sabour and we turn this way you're going to see the sabour takaria and tequila bar great location great place to hang out but I did want to point out that this will be going away when they do the massive renovation because the ultimate Abyss is going to come from the top straight down here and this is where it's going to finish so go ahead and follow me along you can see the bar here they've got some you know water stations we can grab and go and then there's this great kids play area so my daughter absolutely loves things like this where you can go up and over and then down of course is protected here because you're on the ocean and it might be moving um but they've got a little slide there and then the kiddos come out the other side so now I've headed into the aqua theater so I know I've said this a few times but the aquatheater is unlike anything else ever built by any other Cruise Line period so look at this you have this massive uh stadium seating here but what this really is is a giant pool so the the what's going to happen is the the ground's going to kind of collapse down it's going to have water and then they're going to jump off of these platforms from way up in the air do Dives and flips and all kinds of incredible things they also connect tight ropes that go where they're going to walk across so there's really really in-depth incredible entertainment that supplements this venue so in addition to all of that right now it's Sunday they've got the big screens running Sunday football um so it's also a multi purse venue as well while we were here I wanted to point out a couple things so one is the rock climbing walls behind me um they range from kind of pretty easy to uh pretty difficult for the the last one on the left there um you also have these incredible Aqua Su theater Suites these are my favorite rooms on board the the Royal Caribbean Allure of the Seas because you get three views out of it so you get this incredible view of the shows the shows are fantastic um you get to see them you get kind of front row seats to that you also get to look out the back of the ship which is a great View and then on the side as you wrap around you get a really private space looking out at the side of the ship okay so now we're going to head actually kind of loop around to the other side of the boardwalk got some fun uh like Coney Island style games here and then you come across Johnny Rockets so I'm going to actually come around and go in the front um but Johnny Rockets first debuted on the Voyager of the Seas um there is an upart for it so make sure that you know that it is a specialty restaurant just like sabour is as well but it's all about 1950s Americana so let's head on in and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about you see that you have an assortment of booths got a huge Corner Booth here and at the booth they have the old school style juke box so a lot of fun you flip through it you see all the 50s and 60s songs um I remember doing it with uh my dad and now we do it with my dad and my little daughter so lot of fun you've got the full bar here they're shakes are really really delicious but you absolutely can't pass on apple pie alamode with tilc cheese on top that's the way my grandma always made it and that's the way it should be done heading back towards the carousel here on uh the boardwalk so when it pour out there is some retail here as well so this is star Pier this is going to be all kinds of bathing suits and uh kind of uh swimwear and things along those lines you also have candy Beach uh sweets which you know once again can't go wrong with a sweet shop on board a cruise ship so I'm going to head back to the very last venue on the boardwalk and that is the boardwalk dogghouse so if you'll follow me over here it is exactly what you think it is so you got several different sausages to choose from you got several different toppings to choose from they'll make them for you and it is complimentary so um if if you're interested in Hot Dogs this is your place because it's the best on the uh the entire ship because this is what they specialize in so I've had hot dogs at the buffet I've had hot dogs here not the same all right so you can see that throughout the entire lure of the Seas art was a massive Focus so as you're going down these glass elevators you have this massive art installment there's one on the other side too and just throughout you always want to look in the stairwells and just look up cuz there's some incredible art throughout this entire ship it's a really really stunning ship okay so now I'm heading into the Amber Theater which is the massive production show theater on board the Allure of the Sea so you walk in of course make sure and keep those hand sanitized um but what what is so impressive about this is the absolute scale and size of it so the ship is long and it's tall but where it really sets apart from all other ships the entire world is the width and you can really really feel it in the theater Royal Caribbean started doing their full Production shows just a couple years ago and on here this has Mame Mia so mam Mia is always a big hit always packed so make sure that you check it out while you're on board the Allure of the Seas so in addition to mam Mia they have other Production shows that are fantastic and then they'll also have live music and Comedians and different things like that throughout the Entre Tire Cruise so as we head out I did want to point out that there's stairs that go up on either side because this massive theater does have a full Upper Deck in fact most of the time that's where I like to sit is somewhere near to the front of the upper deck so let's head on out to deck four so when I walk out of the Amber theater for me the first and most visually stunning thing is you've got the boardwalk above that beautiful Skylight that looks all the way up uh through Central Park and it just makes the ship feel really Grand because as soon as you get through here um it kind of turns back into looking and feeling like a shift because you have the normal size height so the first place that I'm going to head over to is jazz on four so this is in the exact same spot it's the exact same place on all the Oasis class ships and it's a fantastic venue so let's head on in what I really like about this venue is that it's not huge it's actually a relatively small one it's very elegantly appointed um you can see that you've got live musicians in here the big base um but what I what I really love about this is that it's kind of a communal atmosphere when you when you watch it because you know not everybody is into jazz and usually the people that are here are really big fans of jazz and really get into a a social atmosphere so a great place to go in the evenings on the Allure of the Seas so right across from jazon 4 is Blaze nightclub what you'll notice um for those of you who've been on quite a few Royal ships is it's kind of an evolution uh that started on the uh really the Voyager of the Seas the nightclub and they've changed the whole concept completely so it'll be interesting to see what they do in here but what I really like about this space um is that it's really big and there's a lot of areas so if you'll follow me back here this is one of my favorite places to be they've got all the bar stools put away it's still getting cleaned uh for the turnaround um but back here you can see that there's another kind of seating Nook that's a little bit further away that's something that's always appreciated in a nightclub U and then of course you have the full bar with service on uh both sides and then some bar tops on the other side as well and then all the way up front here they've got it set up currently for a special venue or sorry for a special event that's going to be happening very shortly but this would be the nightclub uh Dance Floor which I I like that it's it's kind of away from everything else where you can go in here and do it and then you also have the screen so it's more of a digital interactive experience just across from Blaze is going to be the comedy live if you enjoy a laugh this is going to be your place they do different comedy shows and I will warn you that the ones that they they warn are adults only are truly adults only and I love that because that's not the way that a lot of the cruise lines used to do it used to kind of hold back a little bit but this is where you're going to have a great time follow your friends and just enjoy an incredible comedy show they'll also use this you for different things throughout the the cruise as well but primarily this is about late night or or even uh before and after dinner comedy right as you head out of the comedy club we're going to head into Studio B so the Studio B ice skating ring concept is something that Royal Caribbean invented it started with the Voyager of the Seas they're the only ones that do it and so of course they do it better than anybody else but it's such a really unique and interesting thing so I'm going to head on down to the ice skating floor here the first thing that I notice compared to the Voyager or the freedom class is of course it's way way bigger and once again the ship is incredibly wide and so it allows them to add more seating in here and the size of the uh the skating rink itself is bigger as well so this is used for a couple things first and foremost they do an incredible ice skating show that you don't want to miss throughout the uh the cruise it's really spectacular and it's something you couldn't imagine that they would able to do on the ocean okay they also use this for special events they'll cover this up have like a wood type floor on here they'll do the quest in here the adults only uh game and then others throughout but this also uh can be utilized in the future it's going to be utilized for the laser tag they're going to put this in here as well the last thing that you can do is you can go skating yourself the first time I went on the I think it was the Explorer Of The Seas I was so Overjoyed because I wear size 15 shoes that at that point they had size 15 rollerblades I know that's not really a thing anymore and they don't even have a rollerblading track on board but they had size 15 roller blades and ice skates which made me incredibly happy as we head out of Studio B I did want to point out two things to you so one if you go that way uh it's the smoking area of the casino if you go this way it is the non-smoking area of the casino so I usually choose to go this way and also the art gallery is on this side as well so if you don't want to encounter the smoke you're going to want to stay on this side you still get a little bit of crossover because it is a casino um but I really appreciate that Royal Caribbean put the casino in a place where it doesn't spill over to other places that's something that other cruise lines have done and even that they've done on on some of their older ships that they've had to uh kind of redo so what's super unique about this ship is that we're walking on the outside of the ice skating rink that was a huge ice skating rink but this ship is so wide that in addition to it you also have room for a walkway so what it does is on those older ships that didn't have that it kind of broke up the experience so you couldn't walk from one side to the other on certain decks but here you can basically walk through on all the decks so this area here is also uh the park west art gallery so they're going to have uh art auctions throughout the crews experience and you can see the samples here where you can pick out the ones that you actually want but of course you can talk to uh the uh the person in charge and they'll they'll pull out the things that you want and I have a lot of clients that uh do enjoy the auctions and also shopping for art on board the ship so if that's something you're interested in this is the spot for you so as we continue on we're going to head into the casino and like I said um this side of the casino is non-smoking uh the other side of the casino is smoking uh when I walked through there I could definitely experience that when I walk through here I don't really uh smell it so throughout the casino you're going to find exactly what you would expect to find in a cruise ship casino you have all of the different table action here so they've got liveaction Texas hold which I love a lot of them are going over to just having the uh the videos and so uh you know I I I personally like to play poker with with people one-on-one uh well 10 10 on-one but in person you've got the roulette you've got craps and you've got all the different poker games and blackjack and then of course all of the machines in the very middle of the uh casino here you're going to have a full casino bar where they're a lot of times they're going to put the football games on and things along those lines as well and on boarding day right now um you've got the football game on let's see who's playing we've got New England and buffal Buffalo so we headed out of the casino the fourth floor of the dining room which is the middle deck is right in front of it and then as you head over to the right here you have isumi Habachi and Sushi uh this is one of my Concepts that I really like on board because I Love Sushi uh my wife loves Habachi we can kind of put them together so if you follow me up here the first thing that you're going to see is this is kind of the uh the Japanese Restaurant Sushi Bar side of it so you have a a true sushi bar here uh with the incredible chefs and then got great seating up here that's obviously not the Tepanyaki and then as you head on to the other side right so we say hi to our Samurai friend of course don't want to mess around with him um and then as we get over here you're going to see that they have three uh Habachi tables this is a great shared experience for a family in fact we're cruising over Thanksgiving and so this is what we're we're going to do our Thanksgiving meal because everybody likes it it's entertaining and it's a lot of fun so can't really go wrong Co so we're getting ready to head into the American Icon Grill which is also the bottom level of the main dining room so right now got a line here for my time dining it's boarding day and so people are making those reservations um but if you follow me in here what you're going to notice right away is that all of the art has to do with Americana so even on the side here they have these really unique panels here we've got beautiful images of the national parks okay and so now we're getting into almost the dining area this is where the the Mator D's are going to be and get ready to seat everybody so you got a nice little seating area if you are doing MyTime dining you need to keep in mind um that if you don't make reservations it's quite likely that you will wait a bit for uh for dining time so now we're heading into the main restaurant once again you see that kind of art that's carried throughout over on my right side they have a really cool it's a map of America with li made out of license plates um you got some great images of the Grand Canyon and yosity National Park and now as we get in you can get the idea of the extreme Grandeur of this entire room so this three-story dining room concept started on the Voyager of the Seas and it's really really it's stunning it's it's unlike anything else that any other Cruise Line produces and Royal Caribbean actually started to get rid of that concept um a while back and their clients kind of fought back so now you have it and you're going to continue to have it on on future large cruise ships such as this um but you see the beautiful chandelier here a massive piece of art and then you can see all the seating here and then you have uh the deck above us which is deck four there's more balcony seating and then deck five above that um I love to sit up against the windows if it's possible I always request that and if not I like to sit kind of on the glass area so once again you can get the people watching in as well but you can see that this is an incredibly Grand space and of course this is a complimentary inclusion as part of your Royal Caribbean cruise thank you so much for taking your time to join us on this
