hey everyone so here's what they do as promised this is the little five-and-a-half bundle side that I was talking about I'm just starting off with my starters as usual with a three and a half my three quarters of an inch overhang as you can see I'm for nailing my starters they usually put one on each end and two in the middle it just makes it easier for me so that I don't get any seeing nails with my singles and over here I'm going up a hip so I usually cut off a third of my shingle when I'm going up hips and that just creates my staircase and right here you can see that I'm five nailing my shingles I'm not nailing the ends because I'll get that when I go down the deck where I'm from we always six nails we always six mahler shingles some places go for now some place five that where I'm from we six now all the time that's where you see me nailing in an extra nail it's usually because I got a high now saw this throw another nail in there if you've noticed my hose is attached to my tool belt and I usually attach it to my tool belt because it just prevents my hose from getting snagged on something and if it does get snagged on something and then it just doesn't pull on my gun as I'm trying to nail in case when that happens you end up getting a loan a landlord elzar not good so that just helps me not get any little nails and another thing that it benefits is when when you're doing a more more of a sloped roof it prevents the gun from like falling off the roof so it it'll slide in it just if it slides on you know it's not going to let me put it down so that's picture if you're wondering why I'm standing it's because usually when I spend it's because I want to go faster and you know I kind of alternate between standing and kneeling I just feel like I have you know I can reach for my bundles faster while I'm standing I can reach for my shengo's faster while I'm standing and when I just like you know want to slow down a little bit and take it easy I'll go on my knees I just kind of go back and forth from that right here my nail when it falls out of the gun I usually just picked it up and put it in my pouch it just you know I don't have to worry about it at the end of the day picking nails off the roof it's just a lot better I see you don't have to worry about stepping on them and then then digging into the shingles and wrecking the shingles you know so it's just a lot better to take your nail up after your coil runs out and right there my nail tilted when I nail it in so I just kind of hammered it down and onion oh and another thing I just wanted to clarify that I'm from Edmonton Alberta which is in Canada so I am not from the state and they can handle this is my side so don't got myself and right here I'm just grabbing some more starter to do my last little bit there I got some sweat in my eye right here and it kind of really burn you notice when I'm doing the bottoms like that I kind of put my foot in front of me and then I put my gun behind my foot keep it from falling off the roof so it comes in handy when you're doing steeper routes - it just stops it from falling or sliding you can kind of tell that if this was the biggest artist definitely would have got all more bundles and a shorter amount of time but it was a lot of going up and down and then cutting my pieces it wasn't really one big straight girl I think I did pretty good for you know a little size like this [Applause] you might have noticed it was a few times where I I hit the bottom of the shingle with my nail gun I just want to clarify that I didn't nail the face of the shingle I just tapped it to adjust it and then for this spot I was going to do it right then in there but then I decided to do it after then here I'm just cutting my pieces to fill in my ends if you're wondering why the camera is moving around so much my sister was just picking up the scraps that were laying in the corner right there [Laughter] [Music] so that's pretty much to end in my video I hope you guys enjoyed it and I will be posting more
