welcome to another episode of hear me out life on course today we explore the rhythm of life and when we talk about the rhythm of life we talk about the beat and the pace and everything that's associated with your rhythm how fast is our life moving is it going too fast is it too slow do you feel like you are not moving at all special are you awake I'm awake all right I'm waiting to discover persons are on this earth existing and not really living and we want everybody to figure out the purpose well we want to go to purpose because more days will vehicle fun you can't tell why you're depressed you don't feel the personal unconscious all the time so hopefully at the end of the day and at the end of a talk with rondell we would have figured out how to pursue our purpose or what to better human beings better parents better sister wives everything he's going to try to fix the world around there before I get into the questions and you help in to fix the world we're gonna try to learn more about you yeah so special in our little game that we play that we call one or the other all right so what happened is we answered some questions before we're trying to get into your mind we don't really know much about you so we answer the question blindfolded don't commit an option with made a choice so no we were to ask you the same questions you're going to answer a mystery it's not like a rocket science I know everybody tell me your answer people we don't know we'll get stupid or give it up okay okay great so number one movie or play move your play I'd spend more if I spend time being you yeah that's me all right so do you agree with the idea that we all have a higher purpose we all have a higher purpose well well is it higher the reality is that we are we're the only reason we're here is because we have a purpose the if you are born if you are here it's evidence that there's a purpose for you to fulfill on earth God made not nothing by mistake I've always been been been really blown away by the fact that 600 million sperm scientists have proven it 600 million sperm leaves a father rushing after and and they're fighting by the way after one egg that means at five hundred ninety nine million 999,999 didn't make it you made it you made it I made it that can never ever be coincidence that can never be a mystic so before your mother and father even knew you you actually want yeah so there must be something that we're here for so what happened to the people that they believe that we just unhurt to do whatever they don't believe that we each have an individual purpose or anything what you say to that kind of order it's it's a result of really not not knowing you see the people perish because of a lack of knowledge truth is I've always loved making this this um comparison I always talk about the fact that if you do not know your father it doesn't change the fact that your father is your father if you if you have not met him if you don't know him if you don't know of him the truth is you actually came here because of him so it doesn't change the fact matter fact it doesn't change the truth because that's change over time it doesn't change the truth that is your father you don't have to know your father for your father to be a father so yeah it's it's a lack of knowledge why the people perish yeah Elissa open and that's what I'm having a conversation today sweet and and we are gonna change the world we're gonna help a lot of people because it's just like that I found I really found purpose maybe five or six years ago I mean I was doing things that were related to purpose but but coming into understanding what this purpose thing is all about then my entire life just it was like a whirlwind yeah so how do we will help Michele myself and the other persons over there Oh what would you say to also do we find or discover our purpose the truth is most times we are actually already finding but because we have been educated to stay away from so what really drives our of knowledge Israeli knowledge itself we have been taught to think a particular way we have been we have been I've been taught to think about education and education in terms of how they want us to think so for example myself I grew up and I loved music I learned that my father was into music then I found out that my mother my father's entire family was into music but because they were taught to go get a job almost everybody in my father's lineage went to get a job my my father had I think it was what six sisters and five brothers and everybody could sing but the truth is none of them ended up a singer none of them ended up in music they became nine to fivers and so over time what you find out thing is that they know their children all of us my cousins everybody came up with these gifts but what we were all directed again to be nine to fivers so over time being educated to ensure that we are able to carry a mortgage and we're able to carry a car loan and we are able to send our children to school that they will become mortgage carriers and car loan carriers and so forth we were directed away from it directed so real and truly the purpose was always calling us because I can't remember ever waking up and not feeling like singing and I can't remember ever waking up and not and not wanting to really enjoy life by impacting somebody else you know but the culture said you need to ensure that you have a nine-to-five because there are bills that are coming every month that need to be paid and you have to pay you have to find a way to pay them and so that's that's that's how we have been driven away from this purpose we have been driven away from this gift the Bible says this I love it it says in proverbs 18 verse 16 it says a man's gift that's talking about your purpose a man's gift makes cruel for him and brings him before great men that's what it says so when when I started examining these things I realized whoa so being a mind travels to Africa he carries twelve people with him whoever is carrying into Africa pays the plane fare for all twelve people it is possible that they are all traveling first-class that's in Jamaican that's millions of dollars and then there there they are given the best hotels and you name it why actually royal treatment and in the end all the people wanted was being a man's guilt thinking no purpose does as a purpose does purpose and we can name them people like Tiger Woods well he doesn't have a nine-to-five can you imagine that my god does have a 95 Saranda so you do believe that God uniquely created each and every one of us definitely um this is mine there are 75 billion of these this is mine if you if you go to America and the man tells you when you're going when you're going through immigration he says put your finger on the whatever this fingerprint machine is reality is you will not see me and absolutely nobody has yours Eve alone of yours so we every individual has been uniquely uniquely created designed for a specific purpose I can never do what you're supposed to do never ever let me show you oh god oh oh unique God is with this Israel gave God trouble for 40 years he had them walking around in the desert for 40 years a journey that would take 40 days 40 years as a generation so because they weren't fulfilling God says I will wait until the next generation comes and give them remanded you can do what I Bridge all its hockey talking one thing into my mind yeah I know that I've never seen this look on my face it's like the only thing came to my mind like the mindset of success yeah that's the only thing that came into my mind everything you're talking about mindset of success that's the difference I just seem so confident when we come back need to accept in our life in order to be more content because some of us like myself you know I've opened our moods because sometimes I feel that I'm not doing my purpose or accomplishing my purpose my configurate also my mood is usually up and own so what is it that we need to accept in order to be content so here's Otis I tell you I fold my eye like I said before we have been cultured to go in a certain direction when I left high school I was finished at high school and my mother said you are going to college [Music] I never really wanted to apologize I never really I wasn't interested but she says you're going to college you're not staying home etc so I went to college I I was trained to become a teacher and I taught for 15 years when I decided in 2011 to actually go back to school the reason I decided to go back to school was because I wanted time to do music so I applied for study leave I got study leave but my intention was to go and study in order that I don't have to go to work so I don't want about to work I want to be able to get to do what I wanted to be and I remember I said to my wife that after going back leave after completing studies I said to her I have two more years because the government has bonded me for two years and after two years I'm out and that's exactly what happened what happened is that I would be in the classroom and I kind of fell in love a teacher I fell in love and teach with teaching because of music I told him I was doing an interview the other day and I was telling him I never really taught people how the Ministry of Education wanted me to teach people I never wrote lesson plans that was a big problem with myself and my principal but I found a way to teach my children I would walk into the classroom and I would inspire them and when I'm finished inspiring them whatever the information was I would turn it into a song so my children would never fail an exam my children would go into the examination and people are calling them and telling them be quiet in the examination why because they are connecting a song with the matter with the information and they just answer questions so there have found power the music also you know and so I found that when I was in the classroom and I I was being forced now because this there came a time when I was being forced to do you have to do the lesson plan and it has to be done we want I realized that I was dying I was rich I was literally sitting in in a classroom and I was dying yeah and so I made a decision and you know what I never told anybody and that's that's one of the things when when purpose calls it by the way it's going to haunt you your reason for being here is going to haunt you're going to be on a nine to five and you're going to be miserable people can come in your office on your wonderful commode and and so when when I made the decision I remember saying to my mother I mean I'm a madman have we have two kids and we were comfortable with it but I remember saying to my mother mommy I'm looking at living this thing and I realized she started talking about how the bills will be paid and and and when she asked me again if I'm serious I didn't answer so I wanted her I wanted her to get it on her system the fact that I didn't answer she would have taken it everything I was joking about it I say yes I would sign him haven't told my pastor my wife and I knew and we just decided to fire the government we fired the government we decided listen that's it and then we had a plan she said we said listen I am leaving in 2015 and we're giving it two more years for her to fire the government to because she has a purpose we discovered that there was more to life than just doing this thing Merck you there are some people are on a nine to five whose purpose is in that nine to five the understand but we had to find the way out so how does God put it God says go to this nine to five and then he says when you get you get woman paraphrasing scripture when he says he says when you get all he says what you love to do so really and truly when you get to me just so the 95 is a job but when you get home you go to work work is different from a job where work is becoming who you are supposed to become what you carry that you're supposed to give to the world yeah and then over time work become so much that you can't manage a nine-to-five you just have to leave it random so 2015 is when you took that Wow yeah some people call it leap steve harvey call it jump yes so we just made a big jump so since that time my god hmm has there been a point in a journey that you know you feel daunted you you felt like a mccomus seat oh uh no your real line is I only well I wouldn't say a mistake and we don't I don't have regrets I I would have said that what I regret is that it took me so long to really be brave enough to just walk but then I realized that over these 15 years this that is happening right now was being developed so so teaching actually helped me to develop so the songs that are written the songs are more than just a regular so I tell people a time I believe that I was placed here to be greater than Bob Marley I say that why am i am getting an opportunity not just to sing songs but I am getting an opportunity to really impact people through different forums and different media and and to share not just in song but to be able to to guide people you know and it is it is amazing for me that we we realized that everything everything was involved in getting us to the point that we are say was necessary what's the young run barely know what point in your life yeah you decided you know sniffles I know you shared that with us what can you tell me the first time it came into your mind maybe the physical time your step toe was different well what were you like and at what point in your mind I did realize that yeah this is it you know what Iram I can remember that as early as age nine I was singing I was my parents were both Christians so real actually in a sense I grew up in church but outside of church because at age nine about 89 to about 14 I was in church with my parents doing church I wasn't baptized or anything I would I never had a clue but I was learning and I was singing between age 14 to 16 I I started drifting in a different direction because my father left home and he was left home for work so he would come home daddy would come home bi-weekly and so you got this break to really be you be a boy daddy that it was a strict guy you know and Oh at that time was when I really became more interested in music I became interested in sound system because my had some relatives who had sound system and then we went out there and I remember the with all of that I was still singing so I used to sing they are Kelly's I used to sing I tell people I could sing any note Mariah Carey sing when I was when I was about 15 any anything she said I could sing and so when I became a song system selected that's where it is husky voice skin from and and that helped that helped when I think but know that that helped me to understand where this commanding persona came from I used to tell people to watch you fire and they actually did it it's crazy listen keep it on had a song with everyone come stand up another fire when you tell people start up people the power music and so yes so I would say we're the first time we were to really hit me when I was about 16 one Christmas night I stole out of the house went to a concert and there was a competition on my bridge in seta Mayo virginica singing ago in the competition and I somehow entered the competition it was a competition that the producers had they had established artists because they never won pure the money so that established parties in the competition right and I entered and long and short of it is I won on this my job with one of the established artists you know and that was the first one of the first points in my life that I recognized that there was something about what I'm doing a second point was when I was in college one night I went to a gospel concert as bad as I was in college my god I went to a gospel concert and I son there was this one song that I always sang Sanchez Amazing Grace it looks it looked beyond my faults and saw my needs I would sing that I would sing that like almost every opportunity I got and the night when I sang it at a concert they were like about nine people who decide that they were giving their lives to God and I'm like God I went to him that night in my dorm and I'm like God I'm missing the song you know I missing the song and nine people say so about me you know there and then began for me a transition into seeking after God you know and recognizing that there is more to me than than what I was at the time it took me that took me maybe about three years to finally come to a place where I realized that I had to surrender to God you know so everything is everything is a part of getting you to the place that you are supposed to be destiny is the destination back Trippel these days I'm presently writing my first book and the book is called lies about the truth it's got lines of lines about the truth really debunking somebody the things that we've been taught that are supposed to and I'm not real you know I'm meeting up on the real us yeah all given a transformation throw the interview others have been so introspection and looking cross on antenna the next year you know what's going to remind Randall usually I think you know yesterday's life hosting I have to sign up for these weeks are monthly classes were to work on in 20 minutes I can't explain to you what's happening so this I didn't want to stock it with some more about this foreign school tour okay whoa that's an amazing vision we had that vision since 2014 my wife and I would put that together we wanted to and again that that came out of teaching by the way [Applause] if you [Music] the compassion towards really directing children and you know trying to help them as early as possible to recognize that there's more to them than just going to school and getting some subjects and whatever but in 2016 I got a call from I got a call from the ministry national security and what they were asking us to do was to really put together a program that could impact a social program I could impact not just use what the country and we sat down our with we developed the ioan purpose program and most people normal school tour but we're about to put out some videos no from the we did also what is called a man of purpose reasoning where we actually partnered with wit with PMI and PMI actually got us to reason with so many guys from the more volatile areas really to direct them and to lead them towards seeing that there is a purpose for them and stuff so the school tour really was was the major initiative and we we did 16 of those across the island we did four in Montego Bay four in Clarendon four in st. Catherine and four in Kingston because it was designed for the areas that are plagued with violence we did we did those and so the structure of it was really we brought in persons who actually thought that being about any purpose either persons who were were impacted some way and they know get a chance to impact others not sharing their stories and then we did a we did arm concert afterwards what was amazing with the school tour though is that we had like 25 minute sessions with classes where we would go in so I would go into a classroom and talk to them about their purpose and we would share things so 101 a day one of the greatest things that we share that on every tour we had to share was the power of a seed the fact that a seed many people see a seed as a seed but a seed really is a generation of trees and not just a generation of trees but a generation of trees bearing fruits in and those fruits have seeds with trees so it's one series Muir is is merely a first and it is merely waiting for environment truth is I am an environment or an environment or an environment and what happens is an environment create atmosphere that's all this atmosphere that we're in works so that is why when when rain falls then we find that you have Oh Lord I'm not remembering science but you find that steam or whatever goes back up and then because it's environment that creates atmosphere and then atmosphere feeds environment that's us so that's what the tour is about that's what we went in for we went in to really impact the students and impact the teachers and have them understand that they are the ones who determine the atmosphere your environment you carry a purpose and the day you find out what what it is then yours you automatically begin impacting people you guys are saying you're searching for your purpose this is your purpose understanding a straight up and the reason why you came together why out of 7.5 billion people why you came together for this under saying you know and other people who are watching yeah you are you are actually creating that environment that is supposed to impact them and lead them to become what they are supposed to become yeah so that's a school tour we just completed we are looking we're looking to go further with it both on with the Ministry of national security and with me and and we're also looking to see if we can get the private sector involved because for us this is suppose impact Jamaica I have to say this it just hit me if Jamaica knows the purpose of Jamaica then we will we will we will really be be the impactful nation that we're supposed to be we have it has been written we call it a pledge and the Bible says it is better not to pledge than to pledge and not keep the pledge we have a pledge that says before God and all mankind that means that displayed connects us this pledge is made this vow is made before God and the entire universe that's what that means and then it ends this way we know the middle it ends this way so that Jamaica may under God Jamaica Meho under God increase in beauty Fellowship and prosperity and player part in advancing the well fear not of Jamaica that's the purpose of Jamaica average Americans purpose is to advance the welfare of the world human race that is why China comes to Jamaica China is a world power that is why the u.s. comes to Jamaica I I was in a meeting with with what's-her-name we celebrated her birthday with her physical Fox um last night and she said this she said ever since I came to Jamaica and celebrated my birthday the first time I have made a decision that I will celebrate my birthday in Jamaica every year hello everybody is coming to us why because our purpose no wonder I don't know if I said it earlier but when purpose is not known abuse is inevitable what is abuse abuse is abnormal use a B AB that means there is normal normal use normal use for Jamaica is to advance the welfare of the whole human race know if if Jamaicans don't know the purpose of a Jamaican abnormal use is going to happen this is why we have people shooting one another because we don't know the purpose you know and and I dare say that many of the people were in leadership we they were taught just like us to say this thing before God and on mankind I pledge it over life I will say this for 30 years 56 years without knowing the meaning of it I'm challenging every Jamaica to really go spend some time and I promise if I spend some time and that is not even the Bible yet that's just a pledge and I promise you that God will show you that easier is your purpose you are from this one of the smallest places on earth that impacts the earth the most sure we impact the earth I googled it if you want to google it google it Jamaica is ranked in the top 5 places that impact the earth where people want to know about people I'm not talking about where people travel to I'm talking about what people really want to know about and where ever Jamaican goes in the world I don't have to tell you I don't have to say it yes I shall people me well most people think that I am very most people think that I'm very on strike most people think that I am I'm not fun I love to call my daughters here is my baby yes I've it so I took me 41 years to learn to come here because she doesn't allow anybody to come her here all right um and what do I like to do I like I really like to make noise yeah I enjoy just well I enjoy quiet time sometimes I enjoy making you know and and their their periods where I'm a clone and I'm a clone for my kids yeah yeah all right so what motivation they want to leave the viewers with today that that every manufactured thing including you and I before completion every manufactured thing the very reason for making it the manufacturer decided it the why so so before this property was ever put together there had to be what is called a blueprint that was presented and unless every pipe that is to be connected would have been perfectly connected on that blueprint they were not allowed building to start therefore it suggests to me that completion happens before every project begins to prove it you can read Isaiah 46 verse 9 got on where God says I am God who determines the end before the beginning so you have been completed and your completion means a metapod year start suggests that you are no unaware to completion the problem is the only person who knows the real truth about the product is a manufacturer the manufacturer knows exactly what he thought about when he was about to make or design this product and so for me I don't do religion I do the kingdom and when you understand God from the perspective of him being a him you will realize that he had planned you out a matter fact when he was thinking about the birth we started to and he said let us make man and then it seems that there was a question that says why know it says ho first ho and then he says let us make them in our own image and likeness there seems to have been a question let us make and ho suggests that how much we make them and he says you know image and likeness and then it seems like there was the way the purpose question the reason and he says let's make them inoue let them have dominion over everything that we made there are five questions that that if you answer them your life is okay the first one is Who am I and it is a question of identity the next one is where am i from we're not talking about your ethnicity we're talking about your origin Who am I where am i from the most important or one of the most important why am I here that has to do with purpose what can I do and where am I going where am I going is really the most dangerous one is it that you are going to die before you really fulfill why your hair that's very important so tragic the child and the tragedy is is that there are so many people who are alive what are dead yes they're not living there merely existing the tragedy is is it's not death either what is living without a purpose we don't know any purpose that's miasma no mezzo knows is that you know don't don't don't add to the words I'd agree yet don't tell oh your book Rhonda I talking to you - don't allow your book to become a part of the wealth that a great gravy I don't tell oh your songs don't allow your businesses don't allow you know your ideas you know your inventions to become a part of the graveyard see first the kingdom and then everything else will be added unto you yeah maybe begets tragedy from what you've seen there it's benign the world up with your purpose Wow but if you are unique and if you don't give it to the world you would have been a generational rubba because your purpose is not about you they are not here for you either you are here for the generations to come many people don't know the word generation it means gene genes of Nations it means that your genes they the transfer of your genes to the next generation which is the next nation compartmentalize my life and I look at the bad things are happening and I get so caught up in the bad things that I forget about all the other good things so I'm gonna just really feel that all things are working very things are bad that's what they taught us yeah they taught us everything the way that your ideal if you should mean if you should be married manual for man almost every person that card would have used had some extreme experiences but Sophie well you heard it from run then you heard it from social don't another world of your purpose because everything works
