Rig Rundown - Sherwood's 3HP Dust Extractor

hi i'm jake and on this episode of rig rundown we're taking a look at the fm 400 sherwood's three horsepower dust extractor [Music] you might be looking at this machine thinking why on earth do i need two bags well two bags means that you have to empty it half as often if you're an enthusiast or a hobbyist or even if you are working in a small industrial capacity and you are feeding through a lot of material or working through a lot of material rather being able to have to empty out the bags half as often is a much better alternative to having to stop what you're doing and repeatedly have to empty in your bags if you're also working in a sort of garage environment and you're finding that you are processing a lot of material and your current dust extractor just isn't up to it then it might be worthwhile investing in something with a little more grunt and now for the specs so this model features a 2250 watt three horsepower motor it's 240 volts and 10 amp so it will fit into any standard house outlet when both bags are attached as it obviously should be it has a capacity of approximately 307 liters of dust debris whatever you want to put in there it features a six inch diameter inlet so if you do need to run a maze off of this it's definitely got you covered it also comes as standard with a three-way connector that will go down to 100 mil it features 1900 cubic feet per minute of drawing power uh which if you've looked into the two horsepower dust extractors you'll see is a substantial increase it comes standard with two cloth filter bags but you do have the capacity to upgrade to the pleated filter cartridges if the material that you're dressing down is ejecting very fine particles it's also wheel mounted so if you do need to move it out of the way the datson or the davulanos or the 1667 mustang you can just wheel it straight out of the way and not worry about it and as with all sherwood machinery it comes back with a five 5-year manufacturer's warranty as standard and that's it for another video so for any more information hit the links below make sure you like share and subscribe the page to help us grow and i will see you in the next video you
