RGBLink MINI Pro video switcher (SO MANY FEATURES)

so I have the RGB Link mini pro video switcher which I have to say is very impressive and full of some amazing features so let me tell you all about it Mr Black by the way welcome to the channel my name's Danny black I'd love to share with you cool gear that comes my way and if you're new here don't be a stranger and I'll put links to everything down in the description plus a surprise link and So lately I've been doing a lot of live streams because it's julive and I'm in this new studio space and I have a bunch of different HDMI cameras and having this RGB Link mini pro switcher has been very amazing before this I would actually have had like different capture cards and a bunch of different cameras coming into different sources bogging down the computer but this helps so much more I can just plug all my cameras into this one unit and come out of that and then that turns it into like a webcam source so it's perfect for live streams multicam shoots and professional video calls so it's a big win when you put all of that into one unit there's also a couple of mic inputs and this is where I've connected my rode Wireless go to and it has the option for a headset microphone as well if you're a gamer you want to do live streams like that but that also does come with a splitter where you can have a microphone in one and headphones out so you can be direct monitoring what you're putting in here there is a CAT5 control point where you can connect this into your network and you can actually remotely control this from a computer source like I have here and through that software you can unlock so much more and you can customize it even further and you can also use their mobile app but we'll get back to that later on there's also a record out option if you want to plug in a hard drive or a thumb drive and that will record the whole show when you're switching video feeds and things like that it'll all get recorded on to that hard drive it's powered by a USBC connection which means you can power this with a power bank and there's also an HDMI out where you can have a monitor that's connected to it and you can get the whole layout where you can see all of your HDMI sources and your preview and your program so when I switch it it switches back you have your four HDMI sources here and a t-bar to slide between them you have up and down toggle buttons you have a shortcuts button you also have a menu button and you have a joystick so if you do have a PTZ camera you can actually control it with that which is actually pretty amazing like that kind of makes me want to have a PTC camera connected to that just to try that out and it has a touch screen on here which is really cool you can actually press those to preview that next shot and then we can get into the menu and you can just see that there's so much more to discover so let's just go ahead and go through this menu alright so we have the picture and picture where you could turn on picture-in-picture we can go here and we can have it up here down here also you can have it on this side and you can also have like the split screen look which is really cool you have different views where you can customize like if you like the way that that certain like picture in picture was looking you can save that certain View and then you can just come back to that one every time you have color key so if you have a green screen behind you you can actually turn on the color key and you can get rid of that now here's where you get to your effects blue you have up to 14 onboard effects so you got a nice little fade [Music] so we turn that on we have this one right here which is like I like this one a lot too because you can use the t-bar as you can see right here I'm like actually moving that and I can stop it right there and I could have like my own little picture-in-picture if I wanted to uh do something like that so you can do it this way as well there's just a bunch of effects that you could choose I mean they just they all do something different so you can go into your audio here and this is where you can actually go through and customize a lot you can adjust the the gain you can adjust the delay in case there's any kind of latency to it so right now I actually have my audio plugged into line and so that's what you're hearing right there you can also go into your HDMI sources because each HDMI Source you know you can have audio going through that so if like you had your computer connected on one of these you can adjust the volume and you can have it just so that when your computer is on that's the only time you'll hear it or you can have it in the mix that's really cool you also have output volume and let's go back here you can swipe over you also have a video out section where you can show what formats you can have up to 1080p 60 frames per second on this and mode this is where you can actually turn off the t-bar so if you just want to switch between these buttons right here instead of the t-bar you could also even add a little custom logo that you can put on here and you can use the joystick to move that around there's just so much more you can go in with the settings and adjust when you have those custom views set you can actually use that shortcuts button to get to those views a lot quicker you can even have it timed out so when you switch to one after a little bit it'll switch back and you can set that delay to how long you want it to which I think is pretty cool so if you just wanted to like show a certain view for a little bit but you didn't want to worry about touching it it'll automatically go back over to that other that other View and you can set that from anything from like five seconds to you know 20 seconds that brings us to you do the software here you just connect it through your network and there's just so much more that you can unlock here so if you didn't want to have to deal with that tiny little screen you can go through here and you can actually adjust your picture and picture layout you can also adjust your PTZ cameras you can change your views and get use that color key to get rid of the green screen go through your effects and the speed of them and customize them a little bit more same with your audio there's a lot more that you can discover on this thing and also if you had a switcher on your desk like this maybe there's some other people on the same network they can be using that from there that way you have multiple people kind of helping out with that and again you can download their mobile app as well and you can be doing all the controlling from your phone which is amazing so you just get a lot with this RGB Link mini pro I love this thing there's just so much to discover so much to play around with and I'm having a blast with it especially when I'm doing these live streams and having multiple cameras and just switching between people it just makes it that much more fun and more professional and also you can pick this thing up for under 300 which is not a bad price for everything you're getting and you're also saving on having to get a bunch of HDMI capture cards as well so this is a really really cool piece of tech I love it it's so much fun and I just wanted to share with you guys because I'm having that much fun using it other than that thank you so much
