ol gang I am over here at Checkers today to try their Tangled barbecue Swiss burger yeah welcome back to Old Nerd reviews I'm Tony your old nerd of the day and I do try things so you don't have to so yeah back at Checkers again they have a brand new limited time item and I love all the ingredients so I thought okay I'm going to do this for me but let's go ahead and do it for you guys too old guy goggles on mobile phone of fluff it says tangle your taste buds Checkers and Rally's new Tangled barbecue Swiss burger is made with our 100% beef hamburger patty topped with Swiss cheese love swiss cheese sweet and Smoky Barbecue Sauce love that and crispy onion Tangles love that all served on a toasted sesame seed bun and I love sesame seed buns handy dandy steering wheel tray there to keep everything in its place and off my lap there's the bag it comes in checkers rallies there and the Damage right on top of course they put this in the adult proof package so you can't get into it very easily get off my finger get off my finger and they gave me some knackies and here is the burger right there not too big but that's okay it wasn't too big a price either all right so I'm going to unwrap this and get you in here for a look and there is the barbecue sauce and the onion Tangles and the Swiss cheese and the Patty down there so this is not a premium Burger but as I said I'm not paying a premium price either but presentation is pretty decent all right right there you go last lookie give it a shot there's a look at the beef patty and everything else too but as you can see it's it's fairly thin all right so the damage on the tangle barbecue Swiss burger over here at Checkers was $269 okay um if it were me and if they had one I would put this on like a dollar menu or something like that let me break it down for you um love the sesame seed bun it's fresh uh it's got some little poofy to it and I love sesame seeds on a bun um the 100% beef patty it's okay if it was a premium burger and I was paying more of a premium price for it it would have been thicker it would have been one of their nicer offerings so you know like most fast food place I think they have these cheap burgers and they have these premium Burgers set aside and they choose whichever one for whatever expensive burger or cheapy Burger makes sense the Tangled onions they add some texture to it little bit of a crunch which is nice um they're not real thick so I'm not getting a good onion flavor at all I I wish I would I love onions and I love Tangled onions and I love grilled onions and I love raw onions and any anytime I can get onions I'll take it actually when I get into the little spot that they put the mass of onion tangles in I am getting a a fairly decent flavor of onion um I just like more but you know that's just me the Swiss cheese adds cheesy to it um as I said before in a video whenever someone puts um the the not the American cheese but just a cheddar cheese on something for me it kind of makes it Bland so anytime I can get a different kind of cheese I prefer it and I do like swiss but um this really doesn't have a Swiss flavor to it unfortunately and then the barbecue sauce barbecue sauce is nice it's it's a sweet Tangy type of barbecue sauce no heat to it but it is nicely sweet and and it has a good flavor all right on the nerom meter I will give that puppet down there um I would give this a I would give this a a low I like it let's do that I was trying to decide whether I'd give it a me or a middle of the road I like it let's do cut it in half do a low I like it um like I said I can't really taste a Swiss to that cheese the the Tangled onions are there pretty much for the texture um and not the flavor which is again unfortunately the beef patty is is small and uh the sesame seed bun and the barbecue sauce are are probably the stars of the show I'd say so yeah um if you're around at Checkers and you want to give it a shot go ahead and do it leave me a comment down below let me know exactly what you thought there you go gang another review in the bag thank you so much for tuning in and being here you guys have a freaking awesome day and I'll see you on the live streams bye now have to
