REVIEW: Best screen protectors & cases for your Apple Watch SE / 6 / 5 / 4

hi everyone it's viewstream i upgraded to the app watch se a few weeks ago and it still doesn't have any scratches which i'm really happy about but i know that it will happen at a certain point and my series 3 for example had a scratch after just one week and that is something that i actually want to avoid on my brand new apple watch so in this video i'll be showing you three levels of protection for the apple watch series 4 5 6 and [Music] se so let's start first with the most common option which is a bumper plus screen protector you can see loads of those online and many of them have good reviews this one here is the most most reviewed one on amazon right now the misk sea case for apple watch series four and five 44 millimeter it will also work with se clearly but this is the one that i ordered and it is actually a really nice case this one here over here protects the edges so all the way around your app watch and also protects it against um yeah against bumping your your watch against the wall for example and it's actually really easy to apply you just align the case with the crown and then just click it in and that's it so you have a very good screen protector and you have protection all around now good to know is that this case doesn't just fly off if you like take off your jacket or take off your sweatshirt it really stays put if you need to take it off you can just pull a bit harder and it's off but if you're just doing daily tasks it will really stay put or at least in my experience and actually also all the reviews say most reviews say the same thing i really recommend this this has a very nice protection all around and a extra protection layer of tempered glass on top of the apple watch now for me there's just one thing that makes the app watch look a bit different and that is the more reflectiveness of the screen if you don't use a screen protector the oled screen is just really beautifully dark black and beautiful colors and adding a tempered glass screen protector will add more reflection so if it's bright outside it will reflect more on the screen or even just inside the house of course you can read perfectly what's in here but for me it's obvious that there's a screen protector on it most of you definitely will love this case if you're looking for something like this at least so this is option one again definitely recommended i've put all the links by the way in the description the second option is the exo edge by otterbox this here is a case with all the necessary cutouts but without a glass screen protector which is perfect for people like me who don't want a reflective screen protector but also for people who just need an extra bumper around the apple watch just in case they would drop their app watch maybe so the way of installing this is actually quite easy not as easy as the other one of course but you just slide this in so this here is the bumper and then you just put it in here always start first with the crown okay then you have this it's semi-flexible so the back mainly is flexible there we go and the front is hard so this here is honestly if you if you don't need any screen protector this is a beautiful beautiful case um with a slightly higher edges all around but it does have a hard i mean hard edges all around the case so this here is now how the apple watch looks it looks fine it looks like a more like g-shock type of apple watch uh it has the extra protection not on the screen but on the bumper so if you just leave your approach around it drops there's a bigger chance it will survive the fall of course not guaranteed but it does clearly add more protection to the app watch now this looks fine for me but you might be thinking now like what did you do with your apple watch so maybe you're just looking for a screen protector lk yes lk case is the name of the brand and i'm now going to unbox this so i'm really curious how well this will perform now apparently this is without applying water or something without applying a certain soap this will be a stick on and this one over here comes with these things so it comes with a dust absorber okay it's one pack a dust absorber alcohol wipes i think the usual things you get with a screen protector some more promotions from lk including also a installation video so stop before installing please watch the installation video that's really clear that we definitely have to watch the video it comes also with these things over here so these things are explained in the video you stick this to your desk and then you can place your approach there so it doesn't move so that is really unique i haven't seen these types of things before and then we have the screen protectors themselves each wrapped in a separate wrapper i'm really okay so this was so easy to apply especially compared to the wet screen protectors that i've been using before this one was just so easy i mean no spraying no pushing no waiting until it dries it just applies and it is very good you don't you don't i mean it's really hard to notice of course if you know it's there you will see it um but even then it is very very very subtle now just in case it starts peeling off after a while you still have five more to use now i really i really want to say to lk cases this is a really good product i mean they added these things this is very useful because your app watch is so small it can easily just slide away when you're applying a screen protector so that's a really nice addition uh anything else is this way of applying it with multiple tabs is also very useful and the video is really clear so just watch the video either watch this one i really recommend after even watching this one definitely watch the one that they include in the box it's a very good video which clearly explains what you have to do to use it but to apply it i mean so now we've seen all three options all three levels of protection level one is actually this one over here it's just a very thin layer on the screen to prevent scratches from happening the second level is this which is a bumper which you could apply on the app watch to protect it from drops and you have the third level which is this over here which is an all-in-one solution which protects your your case itself and the screen all in one they each have their advantages and disadvantages it's all up to
