Restoring My Dads Old Construction Truck

[Music] why would you choose to willingly live in a subdivision that's like the equivalent of wearing some dudes underwear you're like using the same stuff as everyone else you're submitting to everyone else's the way they live why would you submit yourself to that like if I hear one dog barking and I'm opening the window and just like full-auto slinging ammo out the window and you guys are tolerating like people like going into your yard and doing stuff someone complained about me cold starting my trucks either I move in or they're moving I think he's actually packing up in a minute today's a day that little wasn't called kumkum restauration name it restoration oh no no I have one question is everybody ready little Sonny is going to the orthodontist today to get her braces removed so excited it's a her she's had a long time getting her grill-off straightened up and the braces are about ready to come off but this orthodontist ain't like the others so we gonna be ramming into stuff in the next 25 minutes we got some tires that we're gonna hit go in 40 mile an hour see how far we launched them down to the sinkhole little Sonny also has some Fat Boy steps so we're gonna sauce all those suckers off I'm not sure what those are for they're coming off little Sonny still has the fun flaps on we're not closed off little Sonny has a little Muffy Muffy on the exhaust eesh so we're gonna pull that off now [Laughter] the license-plate holder yes you see how clean the paint looks when it's wet from 15 years of construction it's after few hours of pain is it kills me out brand-new the paint was under those got the rear bumper all polished up that looks brand-spanking-new that's not new the tailgate will probably rip the tailgate off yeah so cleans polishing on the bumper here there's like no better feeling than this right here cuz Jason's on his way with wheels I'm gonna be buffing this one Clayton's polishing that if I had time I saw by the time we're all working hard on it it should be like brand new the transformation on this thing is crazy like it was so it was so ugly everybody looked at my Instagram picture and thought why'd he buy that piece of junk it was like it was old man now you know [Music] well there's anything but if you notice our tires hanging off the white line right now we don't even really have under the truck and we have more lug nuts on that one so I feel very comforted we can drive the wheels off this truck without a problem wait I got these tires on marketplace I don't know how I found them there their brand freakin knew they had like 50 miles on them [Music] [Music] you got like 2,000 pounds in the bed here which I guess isn't that much now that I look at it but it's squatted 6 inches so got that hole we got all the look at that little buddy right oh dude that's like Frank Juliet stand [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] all right we have 14 hours of work into this we've been tearing parts off and it is beautiful now that's the best this truck has ever looked I did not expect it to look that good I'm really glad we went well Jason wouldn't pick up the wheels for us but it's never been this shiny it aid up an entire container wax like the whole thing we don't have the lift on yet I did order a super lift an 8 inch 8 inch 6 inch lift so we have a four inch rake right now so when we put the six inch lift on the front we should have a 3 inch squat so it should be just about right as long as we don't put 3 million pounds of lumber in here again these when we polished the grille with with aluminum polishing polish the grille and bumpers so those turned out really nice took out all the tarnish they hadn't been polished in literally like 20 years ever since the truck was 16 years ever since he got the truck never polished once I just want to say - I took the truck by my dad's place and he likes it so it was happy with everything we did do it he was just it's hard to flee he likes like he wants to be functional for work and everything so he like this so thanks for watching [Music]
