Restaurant Busy Kit For A 2 Year Old

at least today I'm here to show you what is in our updated restaurant kit this has been the same probably for the past four months five months maybe since Jemma turn two I'm going to show you what's in here because I know I like getting ideas from you guys and you like seeing what we have in our stuff because we just get ideas from each other and I love feeding off each other like that so this is this is it so this is a little zipper pouch that I actually got at the target dollar spot I bought a couple of them but there's really nice for traveling because when we went on the plane for Disney I want to say I put stuff in here and just stuck it right in my carry-on and this was like all Jemma stuff so this is just a $1 zipper pouch that was at the dollar spot at Target so going inside of it I will show you what's in there so this is just a little pouch that I had and she likes it because she can carry it sometimes but this in here I just have some flashcards and I have five jumbo crayons because the ones that they give you at the restaurant God love them are nice but they're the tiny crayons and let's be honest those tiny fingers drop those crayons all the time how many times is Bill going under the table to get little tiny crayons she doesn't drop these ones these are the Jumbo ones I have five of them in here and that's all that's in here really so this is just a case of flashcards and five crayons the flashcards I got at the Dollar Tree those are the Sesame Street ones and the crayons probably Walmart Target anywhere you want to get them the next thing I have in here is this this is plate foam this one is actually open but it doesn't matter because you can play with it a gazillion times and it still is fine so we always end up putting it right back in here and putting it back in this case because this is the one that goes to restaurants but it's basically just like look at who it's basically just playful it's not messy it's not sticky um I can't explain it she likes playing with it she likes pulling it apart at the table sometimes if she's done coloring or whatever she just wants to play with something or play with something in her hands play foam I got a bunch of these I think I have a case of these I will link it below I want to say like 10 or 12 come in a case from like Toys R Us probably have many Amazon too I'll link them below but it's playful and that's what that is so I always have this in there because this is just something that's different than coloring or you know stickers and stuff like that so the next thing I have in here is this thing and I keep talking about this I had it in my dream on favorites a month ago I had it in my mom and baby favorites I think the past two months this is the Melissa and Doug and the goldwater works and basically all you do is fill this little guy with water I'm sure you've heard me talk about this numerous times but you fill this little brush with water it's just you put it back in here every time because the the storage is amazing she's really done a number on that brush but you basically fill this with water and the water comes out and she can color now this one is alphabet so things appear in the box um as you can see back there so it's colorful and everything and then as it dries it goes back to normal so she could do it all over again so basically by the time she gets to the third page or fourth page the first page is white again and she can go back and start all over again so this one I got at five below five below has these for four dollars they also have mine Amazon I'm sure they have them other places but we love these Melissa and dog water on the go we have alphabet we have the numbers we have princess Safari I mean there's so many different ones and there's so much fun for her because it's kind of like paint with water but it's just never-ending because as it dries you could do it all over again this one's been in our kit for it I think a month now because I just found this last month at five below but they're amazing because they're never ended you can keep using them so this is always in there I always have one of these highlight books in there just because they're short they're Suites there's fine the hidden things you know find it on the other page um she looks looking through these she likes she likes these little books so I always throw one of these they're also super thin and they're not you can't break them you can't rip them whatever I always throw one of these in there just to have a book in there our old standby are these little books this has been her like this our old standby are these little books that I got at Target at the Dollar spot they are just it's just white paper and I want to say they came in a pack of eight for three dollars so you get eight of these little tiny books for three dollars and I like them because when they're done coloring and whatever page they give you at the restaurant they usually give you a menu that she can call her on she could still color on her paper here um say you could see and then this is also where she could stick her stickers which I always every time I'm at the target dollar spot I always pick up a book of stickers because we go through stickers like hotcakes in this house man so we have stickers and stickers and stickers from Easter these are from like last fall these are animals we have Dory and Minnie Mouse so I always have a plethora of stickers because stickers are like let's just be honest stickers are never-ending fun so the stickers with this book she loves you know this is a main character this is an example she loves just coloring and putting stickers everywhere a lot of the times the stickers end up on me and Bill she likes just putting them on our arms who cares they're stickers they come off but stickers are a must every time I met Target I always pick up at least one because it's a dollar for like a book of like maybe ten sheets of stickers and I replace them every so often as soon as I see that we're running low to go with the crayons I have a small coloring book in here it's it's a thin one but it's just your basic coloring book this one is bugs and buddies and the last thing I have in here is something that has taken up so much time when we go to the restaurant um this is called the princess sticker face and I know Melissa and Doug has a version of this but she got this in her easter basket I think my mom got it at Hobby Lobby but um I know they have it at Amazon too everything I'm talking about I will link below to make it easier for you guys to find but I just showed this in my mom and Tabler favorites video because this is like her favorite thing right now I have to show you some of these our whoa some of these are kind of really funny um because it's basically I let her put the stuff where she wants to put it so these are the faces that she made so basically it is blank faces stickers here's another one another one um and she could put whatever she wants so I asked her I say pick a set of eyes so she picks the eyes pick the mouth pick the eyebrows pick the earrings pick the tiara what else we have earrings bracelets rings you could put anything on princesses so it's kind of cool this takes up so much time lately because I really only let her do it when we're at the restaurants so when she sees it she's super excited and we take a lot of time doing this so this is really nice um even when we went to my mom's house a couple weeks ago for something and we were just all sitting around and there really wasn't much for her to do I brought this in the house and she spent a long time playing with this so and there's a ton of stickers there's over 300 stickers in here I have a couple more and I have one that's also like a plate that she could put the food all over the plate with it but these are amazing so this is now in our restaurant kit so that goes in there there's my coloring book here's my melissa and dog book there's my little blank paper book with the stickers I have my highlights book and my crayons and my flash cards and my play foam and that is our little restaurant kit right now and this just stays in the back of the car always the foam does not melt if anybody was wondering that the crayons have it melted it doesn't get that hot here honestly but this just stays in the back with the stroller so wherever we go this is always in the car and we have it for restaurants for people's houses for anything so yeah that is my restaurant kit if you guys have any questions please
