RENOVATION of ABANDONED French HOUSE in MEDIEVAL Village, French Riviera, French Lifestyle

[Music] thank you you're just in now [Music] um good morning everyone hope you are all doing good in this video I will show you the house how it was look like before innovation in one of my previous videos I already shared the story about how we get here and now I found the photos so I will show you these photos and I will try to explain you what was what let's take a tour of the house now this is area and a kitchen we are downstairs I show you the renovation of this later we will start from the most interesting part it's upstairs it was a combo we say in French it's like an attic it was not a space for living well it's how it looks like now and now I'll show you the photo how it was before so before as you see it was a mess the ceiling was really high so we decided to make a living area here is another photo we even wondered why nobody occupied this space because this room is really beautiful the window the window is still there the window have a such a magical view the most beautiful views are from upstairs so yeah we fall in love in this house because of the view but there was a lot of work to do we realized it later here the view from Another Side here the photo how it was before so we had to renovate everything and I even remember that a piece of roof was missing so it was number one thing to do for us it's close the roof like this no more rain comes inside we had a few guys who helped us with the roof and um we had also the piece of a wall you see on this picture that we removed to make her more space because we also broke the stairs it was very very old sometime later things start to get better and better and we were super busy and happy so this is our living area now and now we walk you through our bedroom is that the bedroom with the bedroom it was quite the same thing and nobody lived here before and we had to renovate everything like it was like this and um it was so Charming even when it was like this it was super Charming um and uh yeah when I saw this windows again I tell to myself I will put my bed here to see the view from from these windows every morning when we bought a house we heard a lot of rumors in the village about our house because some of the owners in the past was super super rich and our house was built in 17th century and it was not really occupied for quite some time and they told us that we probably should find some Treasures in the walls we didn't but we still have a hope because nothing and not everything is done yet we still have a basement to renovate we back to our living room and here in right this place I found a video with a little net here we moved in when upstairs was not ready yet and it was really dangerous for for a kid to walk around my God such a time well we changed it hey guys [Music] so um back to a treasure thing some of our friends told us to buy a metal detector you know this thing that people walking on the beach uh looking for some gels I was in charge of the walls and I did this wall I was so good in it I was so good with this product I don't know how you call it in English the product that you feel between the rugs and it was quite I spent the days not hours days and I lose a lot of skin of my hands I didn't work with the glows I wanted to do with my bare hands and I'm really so grateful of my work okay now we're gonna go uh downstairs and here is our dining area and the kitchen and we had a wall here in this photo you see and the wall actually it was a two different rooms and we decided to remove it to make more space so when we come to visit this house this is the entrance door so we entered and so these how it was like uh and we are like we are buying it yeah definitely I'm joking but we had a good price for this house the same as for example a two-bedroom apartment or 40 square meters in montong but then it cost us a lot of time energy and mental health here crazy sitting on the middle of the room doing the kitchen and me in the same time I was working on the walls of the dining area right here all walls was green and here in the picture you see the entrance to the Matthew bedroom we made the stairs and here this picture it's an entrance to the TRS everything in green I'm so happy that I found all these photos and I really don't have so much videos [Music] I found all old photos of our house and I filming like how it was before I will show the photos and I'm showing our house now and of course we need to do some more uh little works but it's nothing compared to what we have already done boom you continue one more video that I found Matthew was still wearing the Pampers it was three years ago from now and we was sleeping in the kitchen when we moved in because the stairs was not ready yet still can't believe that we made it through the last room that I want to share with you is our bathroom it was this before it was just a room with the connecting doors with a Matthew room now so we close it and we made our bathroom here it was a hard time don't look that I'm smiling I'm always smiling it was a tough time so if you want to do something like this think twice of course we have no regret now we have CCP counter spicy sausages and the PIP spicy sausages and and the pepperoni um and this is our Terrace it was look like this but anyway it was a reason one more reason why we bought this house do you remember my sit home is doing good hopefully [Music] we prepared some lunch and after that we will walk around the village I just can't to do my Vlogs without sharing with you the beauty of the nature especially in the springtime [Music] thank you [Music] we come a long way who knew that we will live here I would never think of it before look of these flowers I love to go in the forest during this time it's middle of the March and I love to see the forest how it awakes from the winter time and all of these changes round of our village and there are lots of private properties and this is the private house that we always passing through to go to our picnic area and you have this beautiful view to our Village from here everything is in flowers you see the first insects and it's really it's like so you have a lot of Hope you're welcome I think this spring is most hopeful time of the year look all these flowers the picnic area so with our picnic area and in France at 4 pm all kids have a time of good day it's mean like you have some snack so at 4 pm all kids having a good day and what we decided to do today to go to have a good day outside and Matt was so excited as always foreign [Music] after a good walk in the forest we back home and we took some Woods to make a fire in the daytime it's really sunny but in the evening it's a bit cold so we're still making a fire every day [Music] we've all
