Red Dead Redemption 2 full screen not working fix | Fix RDR2 won't go full screen.

foreign welcome to the channel uh this is just a quick  guide for anyone who's trying to get Red Dead   Redemption 2 to work in full screen uh you've  probably noticed uh that it gets stuck in the   top left hand corner or in windowed mode and you  can't adjust it to any other size so normally   output adapter and output monitor uh grayed out  and whenever you try to adjust the resolution it   maxes out at 1080P and won't go to full screen  so no matter how much you change these options   it won't adjust so the solution is annoying  but pretty straightforward so instead of   launching it from Steam as you normally would  here you'll need to open GeForce experience   select the game if you've got two just make  sure you've got the right one for some reason   it doubles up sometimes so just to test which  one's right click launch if nothing happens   just hide the game there and go to the other  one so this is the one I've got that's working   so I'll just go to details and here you've got  several options so I'll just expand this so just   click the custom settings icon and that will  bring up the resolution option so just change   that from whatever it's set to your desired screen  resolution so I'm going to set it to ultra wide   and you can adjust your slider here  whatever you want I'll just set it   somewhere in the middle then click  apply okay now that will update   and you can launch the game straight from here  so don't launch it from Steam the first time   launch it from the GeForce experience app I'll  just close the game now and we'll relaunch it okay so now we launch from GeForce we'll go  through the usual process of opening Rockstar and that's the game in full  screen so once you're in now   you can adjust the rest of your graphics options   if you want to change anything you have set from  the GeForce options just go through and change it   from there and also don't forget that this game  now has FSR 2.0 so you can get quite a good boost   out of it anyway that wraps up another guide  thanks for watching see you in the next video
