Recipe: Chinese Sesame Noodles

Chinese sesame peanut noodles M super fast scrumptious version I know you're sick and tired of eating turkey ham and roast beef too we all are I have flavor fatigue from the holidays give me a couple minutes and I'll show you how to make this to make this dish we're going to need these hand cut noodles from Sichuan Province these are the ones that I get from Mala Market if I'm too lazy uh to make them myself uh toasted canola oil yeah I also get it from Mala Market age Chinese black vinegar yeah I also get it from Mala Market some tahini or Sesame paste some peanut butter sesame seeds these incredible uh fresh hot chilies scallions ginger garlic a really good soy sauce a little bit of sugar then we're ready to go [Music] [Music] is [Music] [Music] [Music] a [Music] [Music] they're made give it a little stir pull some of that sauce through you don't need a lot the sauce is very very strong so you just want it to coat the noodles just like that and then stick it in your gaping M and start slurping spicy Sesame oh so good and the noodles cuz I shock them in cold water are cu cu can I say that right it's easy Q cute bouncy springy chewy oh my gosh now in the recipe I have you Ed two of the hot Chinese chilies I use four in this because I like it's spicy and I can feel my head breaking out into a sweat enjoy see you next week
