READING VLOG | so i GUESS i'm obsessed with booktok + i finished 3 more books!!

hi guys happy monday hello how are you so i wanted to do a weekly vlog excuse my tail my hair is up in a weird way today and um really today is gonna be a work day because i totally forgot that i think it's selective like i didn't actually forget what day it is i didn't quite realize i go back to work um next week so yay for that kids aren't back yet they're back the following but oh it's so close it's so near it feels like i never left but uh if you see this i did just wake up yes indeedily do i did because i i'm fully embracing the whole like sleeping in not doing anything except now it's too close to the end of summer and i have a lot of organization things i want to do so also i'll show you some of that in the closet because i finally broke down and ordered a ton of hangers that all match so that we can have matching hangers in the whole closet i don't know why that's just always something i've wanted to have it just i feel like it looks so organized and nice not to have a bunch of different colored ones and i also wanted to buy the i think it's like felt or velvet i don't know which one uh hangers that are better for your clothes versus a bunch of plastic ones i've had since i was literally a teenager so i just decided to do it and i i did it so they just got here thanks jeff and uh yeah i'm gonna be hanging those up it's gonna be an audiobook days where this is headed but the audiobook i'm gonna listen to is priory of the orange tree this is the lou fantasma la fantasma did i say it right who knows book club pick for melania's patreon book club and i'm gonna start chipping away at this this will be my third time we're reading it i'm gonna do it on audible but there's not gonna be like i'll update once i finish it but i mean first of all i already gave it five stars both times so we already know this is gonna be another five stars probably i'm not really gonna update with that one first of all because i've already read it on my channel twice so it's not like this is new you can just there is a vlog where it literally i think is i finished the big boy book and it's just me reading this book for a week granted um do i recommend watching my old videos no do i think that they're super awkward and cringe yes do i think that these are still awkward and cringe i don't know what these hand movements are it's awkward and cringe awkward cringe meet my hands so yeah i'm not gonna update with that but i will update the two other books that i'm gonna be reading this week and i'm hoping i wasn't gonna weekly vlog because i was thinking about taking just like a little break for july which i mean i i usually take an annual break in march because it's the busiest time of year for school and that's my full-time job and then it's also just like you need a break sometimes you know but i didn't take as long a break this year so i feel like i wanted a little bit one after summerween but then i was like i don't actually want a break i just want to vlog chill and not put makeup on every day because for summer we ain't i was putting makeup on every day but then i realized this is a weekly vlog so i can just put makeup on on the weekend like i usually do film the intro y'all won't know the difference well it doesn't matter because y'all don't care y'all don't care as much as i care but i care so i have to figure that out also i need to figure out this camera battery one second okay hopefully this is gonna last me for the rest of this update also i'm in my bedroom the fact that the toilet and the shower just started having problems at the same time and it just got dark and stormy out of nowhere spooky anyways um so i am currently 70 into kingdom of kappa so i don't know what that puts me at because i also have it on my kindle which is how i started reading it because i love the uk books period i love their covers more typically i love this set more for sure and i wish apollo star that they were easier to read but they're not they're just like why are they standing at attention who is here for you like it's just obnoxious honestly so i'm about 70 through i've switched to my kindle which is how i'll be reading it from now on but i'm almost done i had just gotten to a place where it's i think revealed what book three is going to predominantly be about and so things are starting to go with that so i had paused at that point so it's like okay this is a good place to pause because i had so many other books that i had to read for certain things and now i don't have those anymore obviously so i'm getting back in to just finish this baby up maybe we'll do empire of gold next who really knows i also am reading siri who am i which is a kindle book i have i i don't think i got a early copy of it but i might have actually am i reviewing my netgalley books like i should wow so this one is about a woman who wakes up with amnesia she has no idea who she is at all she just has her phone so she is using her instagram and her phone and like the contacts and pictures to help solve who she is however she also doesn't have any text messages like they're all cleared off and deleted so she's going around la using her phone to try to figure out who she is and one of the first stops she makes is what she assumes is our house from one of the pictures it turns out that that is somewhere she does live but i won't go into details but there she meets someone that she ends up basically teaming up with to try to figure out who she is what happened to her so this is one of those times where this isn't like i would not label this specifically a romance i would say this is probably contemporary fiction it's like a mash of things which i really like so we have i do think there's gonna be some romance the narration style of the author or of the main character is very much bridget jones diary but i like this character more i did not love bridget in that book or movies that could be because it's renowned same winger i don't really know but i still love colin firth enough to keep watching it that's the truth of the matter this one i really like our main character i think she's actually pretty funny some of the things she says i feel like are out of touch and ridiculous on purpose to be in character so i am liking this so far i'm about 30 into this one so what i've been doing is i stopped doing this for a while because i thought that it was weird and i was like uh maybe i'm not reading for enjoyment anymore but it's like people can enjoy things differently i need to like think about that and i would read a chapter of one book and then switch to the next book i read a chapter and then just go back and forth in between chapters because it kept me engaged with the books because my brain works really really well when books are told like different timelines or different like not different povs does work but like kingdom of copper has different povs and still sometimes i'm like i get a little bit bored in them and there's no huge switch up like different timelines so one of the books i've read recently with different timelines was fury born which is a why a fantasy i do recommend it it's pretty stereotypical y fantasy but i blew through it because there's two different stories happening at the same time basically and it just helps me really fly through things so i've started to go back to my old ways and this is something i did before i had booktube before i had bookstagram before i was a book blogger before i even had goodreads is i would read two books at once and i would read chapter one of this book chapter one of this book chapter two of this book chapter two of this book and just keep going that way because it would basically effectively create the dual timelines things although they granted they have nothing to do with each other because they're two different books and in this case one's a contemporary fiction and one's a fantasy a high fantasy but it still works i've never had it not work so it helps me to basically not get slumpy within books because i'm trying to not continually start new books and leave other books unread because i have so many like that that i've just stopped reading because i'm like bored but i like the book but i just want something else faster uh so yeah i'm just back to that so that's what i'm gonna be doing i've been looking up some old reading sprints i'll link the channel that i've been using um because they have like an eight-hour session but i found some of their reading sprints just the other night it's like a booktube duo and i thought they were freaking hilarious it's the roomies digest at first i found them through tick tock and listen i know i don't i love tik tok but i don't want book talk on my tick tock because it's like i want one area of where where i'm procrastinating i don't constantly have my unread books uh looming and lurking and looking at me like what are you doing so that's why i always try to keep booktalk off of my tic tac account cause i'm just like not here not here this is my one zone my zen zone um but they made their way on before i like really you know started to cut out book talk on my talk and i was like wow y'all are y'all are funny you should have a youtube channel and then two or three months later i got recommended a video by them and i was like well i love manifesting good things for myself i'm gonna watch this and so now i've been bitching their videos when i'm not reading and i've been using reading sprints and they just had reading sprints the other night for like apparently they have been doing them for a while i guess is what one of them mentioned in there and i was just like wow i love to be moment so that's what my plan is there kingdom of copper i'd love to finish it this week before we go into school i'd love to finish priory so that is gonna be the audiobook that i'm listening to while i'm just like organizing our house like the whole thing thank god we only have a one story right now because if we had a two-story i'd literally just like gate it off and be like you don't exist not here because i like control that's a lot i don't know if y'all know texas two-story houses are like big for no real reason no reason but if i do happen to finish both those books the ones that i'm reading in this vlog i do next want to pick up it happened one summer this one i know it already came out i'm late to the party but someone said it's basically alexis from shit's crate in a book i'd love to have that but now we're going to do a mini haul and by many i really do mean mini it's two books that i forgot i pre-ordered so yay but i'm glad i pre-ordered them because they're special editions and or signed and one of them already counts towards my goal of trying to only put books in my library that i have read and that i enjoyed a lot because it is the final girl support group by grady hendricks y'all know i read this one for summerween if you want to check those vlogs out i'll put them up up below i'll put them up below this one is the water stones edition and it is signed which is super cool so yeah i really really loved this book this is basically set in a world where there are multiple final girls how you become a final girl is you are in a mass casualty and then you are the person that ends up killing the bad guy basically and typically you'll have what they call a sequel which is where either the bad guy somehow comes back breaks out of prison et cetera et cetera frieza's michael myers who just can't die and then you fight them off again and truly end that and what happened is they're all in a support group like a therapy group and then one by one people start getting picked off from that group and you don't know why and my mom and i read this together at the same time like it was kind of a buddy read but we both read really fast so we kind of just both sped through it at the same time and it was really good we both really liked it she said that there was some character description of our main character that could have been cut out which i do agree i feel like it was like okay we get it by like the sixth time he described why she does what she does is like yeah we got it we got it like she's been through it that didn't really take away from the story for me so i still think that it was really good it was very fast-paced in my opinion but again to me this is more of a horror than it is a thriller so it's not gonna be as fast-paced as a typical thriller would be it's a lot more build up and commentary and scariness so yeah i really liked it i of course recommend it i mean it's freaking grady hendrix hello and then next up i got the i believe this is the final book in this trilogy and i've been wanting to read it ever since someone said that i would like a crown of feathers so i have the first two i just got this because it had sprayed edges and i was like well it will match and because i will create always assigned books so i grabbed this one i like i said i believe this is the third and final in the trilogy and it's a big book which i just i have noticed a lot of people that i follow personally this is not like a overarching booktube thing this is just who i follow thing they are starting to branch away from hawaii fantasy or they're not liking it and i don't want to say like growing out of it because i feel like it's just like they're going to a new genre and then coming back and i've noticed that but right now everyone's like they're going away and i was away and now i'm coming back to y fantasy because there's just something about it that i love like i just i love it so much it's it's not that it's like better or worse than adult fantasy or romance or thrillers or mysteries it's just different which is what you want and it's just so good i just i love it for what it is and i don't want to change anything about why a fantasy about like how the characters act or anything like that because you know they are for and about young adults typically so that's why that is that yeah i just i love it i just love it so much that's really it and i'm excited to finally read this i didn't want to start this until all the books are out because it seems very bingeable from what i've read so yeah that's it i have started to organize i finished organizing the bathroom so i want to show you all that because i'm honestly like hiki very proud of it so let's go take like a little pixie and then i'm gonna get started on finishing the closet and some books because my dad and i are gonna go up to my classroom on saturday to hang posters and put the books up there from the house so yeah yeah it's good i have a deadline for that unhaul now because if i didn't whoo i would just let them sit there i surely would okay so everything is kind of a mess right now but i just wanted to show you that these are some storage bins that my dad ordered for us for my birthday very excited they're for the fridge i've been obsessed with these tick tocks that restock and reorganize their house and so i bought well i put these on my list and then he bought them so i'm really excited but that is something that i'll be doing today which is going to be good these are for the organizing the hello fresh meals that we get because we keep eating the newest ones and forgetting about the ones that are like left over from the week before so we're gonna fix that okay and so here's the bathroom let me not be in the mirror how about like a little bit hey i got this matching set at the loft you can kind of see like the shorts match i'm obsessed but here we have these little hangers and i decided to put scrunchies on them because why not we have some floss of things some sunscreen which jess shout out you're the reason i've started to wear it more frequently honestly some skincare makeup brushes skin like just things but i thought that this was so cute and i will link everything that i bought because i did just go on a crazy like amazon spending spree to be fair my grandmother also gave me a gift card for my birthday so what was i supposed to do this is what i did in the closet i'll show you a little bit i mean don't look too close okay what i wanted to show you is so i have all my pants right here these are all my work pants but i just bought all of these hangers they had black white and brown but i was like honestly i feel like these match me as a person and my partner was like i don't really care which ones you get so i got those but these are like all of the clothes that i have so far hung up but then the next thing to tackle is organizing all that stuff up there but let's just move the camera down at just an angle to where you can't see it like there perfect i have no problems though so yes that is what i'm going to be working on i also got to change the sheets so we just bought some last night i'm going to go swish them over into the dryer so that we can put them on the bed while we me and jake me and the best bud right jake yeah he's into it uh but yeah so the bathroom is done it's it's done it's done oh i didn't show you underneath the sink let me do that very proud of underneath the sink i won't show you everything because you don't need to know everything about me you know but uh yeah look at that look at look at how organized that is oh my god it's all the extras that's what those people on tick tock do okay those moms on tick tock typically their moms some of them are younger and or don't have kids at all which same season but they um have like drawers or cabinets where they keep all the extras in and that's i'm one of them i'm converting i'm gonna be one dang it uh it's just taking a long time because man it's exhausting to put all these things together and to organize oh dear oh jeremy but uh yeah we're gonna go start that because i want at least something done today because you know what i might just not do the books i might just do the fridge now and then do the closet just because like we gotta keep we gotta set goals that are attainable so that i actually do them and i don't feel put out because i didn't finish what i wanted to finish sound good yeah sounds good i'm also gonna bake some more pumpkin um donuts today quite frankly i don't feel like charging that other camera battery or waiting for that other camera battery to charge because i'm gonna go mix the stuff now and then put it in the oven while i'm cleaning and just do batches of them because i like to multitask and i'm home alone i can just take over the house do whatever i want so what i want to do is organize and bake at the same time this is not beautiful it does to me but i like i said i don't want to go charge the battery for the camera that i use to record it and this camera does not stay on long enough i don't know why it hates me but it won't record long enough for me to do a baking segment with it so we're gonna reduce reuse and recycle that footage so don't call me out if you notice it's the same because i'm telling you it's the same [Music] see the beautiful world around wanna see it now pack our bags and get in that car leave a little note and we'll drive real far let's get out we can leave this city let's drive to the open air yeah the countryside is so pretty with the attention and i'm out here and i'm talking to a camera and not talking to her so we're gonna not we're gonna unbox these two well actually oh there's a little thing i got here i forgot about this this is for my car um so i'm on a quest to organize every aspect of my house and my life in the classroom is the next not doing the classroom yet because i refuse to spend more money on my classroom than my house until my house is organized honest to god but that i will be doing that next so that whenever i move schools i can take the stuff with me you know for now organizing the house which i did get to be fridge organized looking good so that's nice and um i'm doing my car too i got these little they're just to go into the uh what are those cold cup holders so that if anything spills it doesn't get on the actual car i think they look cute because my car's interior is black and brown and you know hello colors so love a scheme so i got two pre-orders today both from auto buy one of them is a romance auto by author can you even like i'm growing up i got isn't it bromantic this is the fourth book in the bromance book club series i am excited to read it apparently it's the russians book i'm going to be really honest i do not love the russian character that much not even because he's russian just because i think he's a little bit gross but we'll see what she does now is this lighting good should i do that we'll do that and then i also got a thriller that i'm i'm so excited about so i read her first book my lovely wife i think she also read rhett wrote um what's her other why it's like it's the one that's in um a car or whatever who cares i didn't read it so it doesn't even matter i think it's he started it uh but this one i'm excited for i saw a couple of people on instagram already reading it who i have very similar thriller tastes so it's it's good it's gonna be good it's gonna be good honestly the first thing i noticed was that this color scheme is so freaking similar to the southern book club's guide to selling vampires so but yeah i just wanted to haul these two books i also have my from blood and ash illumicrate coming in the mail so i will be hauling that sometime this week whenever it has arrived but for now we are going to go i also need to update reading wise i'm also reading gator bait which is the fourth or fifth book i can't remember in the janet deleon series but my partner is on the way home from work and then we're gonna start cooking dinner so i'm going to go hop on the treadmill and probably i was thinking about listening to the cozy mystery but i don't really feel like it right now so i'm probably going to keep reading siri who am i while i catch up on i here sometimes i like to just go with whatever youtube tells me to watch and i'm not gonna actually say this person's name in a video because i don't know how youtube works and i do not ever want her to find me okay but some random video popped up about it rhymes with schmabby shmana if you know who that is then you know what i'm going to be watching i just want to see what's going on because i'm a little confused and like still something's happening who knows but uh yeah of sort of so yeah i'm doing my i'm filming my unhaul right now and what is happening is i am about to i just filmed all of these books i did a rapid fire one because here's the thing i have nothing to say about these books other than how embarrassing i bought into consumerism and um the need for filled shells this badly but pats on the back for trying to correct and i mean they're all going to my my high school and middle school so i mean now they're going to homes that people will like so that's good and i'm happy about that but what we need to do now is i'm going to okay so i'm going to pull it priory and continue listening to that one for right now i'm still on chapter five unfortunately i haven't listened to much more of it but i'm gonna listen to that while boxing all these up and then i'm going to take my vlogging camera and we're going to go through each shelf and i'm going to ruthlessly get rid of books oh my god that podcast is so loud hi um literally just spent an hour scrolling through tick tock in my office didn't do anything i thought i was gonna do and i'm not gonna i'm why start now i'm gonna make more pumpkin donuts let's go do that [Music] do wish that i the acne patch i have on and we're certainly not going to talk about the fact that i'm probably about to go back to bed in like 10 minutes because i stayed up till 3 almost 4 a.m finishing this and i'm most certainly not okay um i also know that i'm for sure not okay because i ended up making a book talk last night we'll talk about that in a second but i want to put a picture of this book up because i don't like holding them up and i just move them all around and it's annoying honestly king of copper this author by the throat she has me by the throat i don't know how she does it every ending every time something happens i think i know what's gonna happen and i'm like oh wow i'm gonna be really sad and then i'm really sad and then a whole other thing happens and i'm so sad i'm a little mad but it's just like i i have to be vague because everything is a spoiler lots of spoilers they're everywhere they're everywhere you can see them but they're everywhere i literally i just read this series read this freaking series that's all i have to say to you that's literally all i have that's all i have to give so i think now i'm gonna probably continue on with siri who am i finish that up i'm about 50 through it's a really fast read the only reason i was slowing down is because i was reading every other chapter alongside this book and these chapters are obviously denser than a contemporary fiction so now i'm going to finish that and then hopefully i'll start empire of gold this weekend but i do need to obviously read some more priory and i did finish boxing up all the books that'll go into the unhaul so that's good um probably when i wake up again because i had i slept literally three and a half hours last night and if my neurologist could hear me now she would be so mad at me and i don't even blame her because i'm mad at me that book was so good okay anyways y'all i literally went through it like i didn't even do my skincare i did not even like you can tell just kidding i'm always this red i think it's just because i'm like you know the color of printer paper not sure and my hair i did not wash my hair i was like we're gonna put it back in braids and we're gonna get back to reading i mean it wasn't a wash day anyways but still i look rough and i feel rough and it all shows so yeah aside from that um i think i am going to book talk let's talk about it i guess i don't really know what i'm doing in general like in life but i also definitely don't know what i'm doing on book talk and i thought oh book talk it's easy it's like instagram stories and it'll be super easy and i'll just like throw up random little videos when i feel like it maybe i'll do like recommendations on there maybe i'll do like no absolutely not no this stuff is hard this is hard it's i would say it's like the exact same as making booktube videos so whenever i see people because i've seen a lot of people compare book talk and booktube to each other in like a competitive way which is i don't know it's two different platforms so like it's long form and short it just depends on what people want but as far as like on the side of the creator oh dear god absolutely not i put up my first book talk and i'm doing like a little daily it's a morning vlog one basically like my morning routine except i'm going back to school soon so my morning routine's gonna look like me flopping out of bed flopping into my car flopping into my classroom and hooking myself to an iv of coffee but um for now i have a cute little aesthetic morning routine so i'm gonna put that one up tomorrow i don't know basically i'm gonna be really honest with y'all i'm gonna use my booktube account as like a post kind of thing and just like for fun so it's all it'll be bookish stuff but i literally made the account because i saw this uh sound that said i see your hot girl side table and i raise you hot girl bookshelf or something like that and i was like i have one of those don't know about the adjectives before bookshelf but i do have bookshelves and i just wanted to show them so i did yeah that's all i have so now i'm going to go eat these um pumpkin muffins i'll show you the some candles from bath and body works again tea and we went to the grocery store which y'all saw i went with my mom because we haven't hung out in like five days it was awful but now we're reunited so it's fine and now i am home i've changed into my second of the like sets that i got i like this one the most i like yellow i don't know if yellow actually like looks good on me but i look good on it so that's what counts and now i'm going to heat up some mac and cheese that i got from the store because it's my favorite in the world and i'm probably well i am gonna sit in bed and keep reading the love hypothesis however there's a good chance i'm gonna fall asleep which is fine because this is the last freedom friday i have okay and school starts again but it's fine everything's fine i'm fine you're fine we're fine we are also we're fine you know what i'm saying so the love hypothesis basically i picked this up because i was blessed with an arc thank you netgalley sometimes you really do hold it down and i also heard that it was very much like reylo except i mean the only thing is like the main character gives me a lot of kylo ren vibes he is very like just like not a whole lot of emotions going on but when they do it's like oh my god are those butterflies in my tummy like it's just so cute it's so cute and i really like it and the plot is that there are two people obviously the hero and the heroine and one night they end up kissing okay and it turns into a fake dating relationship because of that they each have their own reasons for doing so obviously and one of them the guy so rey is a student there she's a phd student i think i want to say or maybe she's a phd candidate and she's a graduate student right now and she is really hoping that she would get into a harvard lab to do more of her research on cancer because that affected her life personally and then kylo is a professor i think he's a tenored professor at the university where she works he's notorious for being the meanest and the cruelest and he is very blunt and he's so he's like really mean except to her it's so cute it's so cute so the tropes if you like trope i'm getting into tropes again because of book talk but if you like the whole fake dating obviously that's here if you like the whole situation of grumpy and sunshine that is here if you like i'm grumpy and mean to everybody except for you that is here like it's just like 10 out of 10. uh so yeah i recommend i'm about 53 through so i'm probably gonna finish that today and then i don't really know what else i'm gonna read i was falling down a bunch of romance book talk rabbit holes um i've decided that so i don't know book talk is making me like really inspired to film and read and all of these things again which is really i don't know my favorite spot and this might not make sense unless you also do content creation on the internet but um there's like this sweet spot that i get in where i am so inspired and excited to create and film and read that i almost spend no time on the internet except to post things because oh my god hello because i'm so excited to be reading so that i can talk about it so i can create things and i am loving these like little baby vlog things on tick tock those are my favorite tick tock to follow my favorite are the organization ones and then like the baby vlog thing oh i love them so much and no i don't mean children that would be awful i'm obsessed i'm obsessed and i am having a good time so i'll link it down below if you want to follow i'm not linking my youtube or my instagram to the tick tock though because i just want to like i don't know separate it have like just kind of almost like a um i think i already saw this in the vlog but like a posting kind of thing you know so that's because if i had posted on twitter off with her head so i do like i do i just i'm enjoying book talk i really am right now so yeah that's that's all i've been doing all day that's what i am reading i will update you when i'm done with it um i will show you the stuff that i did get from bath and body works though i got some car sense i got two leaves and then one fall crisp morning which i don't know i just i love what my car smells like a candle and then i got two leave ones and then two pumpkin clove i don't know which one my partner is gonna like so well i know that he really likes leaves but i don't know how he feels about pumpkin clothes because that's new at least new to us i don't know if it's new to like the collection or anything so i will have to make sure that it's not gonna like give him a migraine or anything from the scent but i might light that one later once i have the seal of approval because it smells so good so good also starbucks said psl is coming back on august 24th baby it's our time of year it's our time of year and i'm living i'm living so yeah i need to go do those things eat some food and then i'm probably gonna force myself to chillax and not do anything like work-wise tonight uh other than maybe create a list in my bullet journal but other than that that's the plan so let's go let's go uh do the plan we made the plan now let's go do the plan syrups it's one of those like descending ones that you see at starbucks coming so i can have them organized better not just looking like this and so i don't really know i think i'm going to scoot this over put that here don't know where this will go it might hang it i it depends on how it looks but i kind of like that i can just move it around but yeah i wanted to show you because i think it looks unhaul thank goodness and uh yeah that's that's where i'm at so i need to go edit some i need to organize clips i need to do everything else but let's talk about the book i freaking finished which is the love hypothesis so this is yes reylo fiction fan fiction i would say that's what i'm classifying it i don't know if she wrote it that way but i'm interpreting it that way because our main character very much very much fits in with kylo ren and i adored it um it's not going to be too long because my throat is hurting from talking for the past hour and a half but i had to talk about this because so basically they start fake dating because she wants her best friend to finally go out with this guy but her best friend is convinced that the main character likes the guy and she's like i i literally don't so she starts fake dating a professor there she's a grad student i believe he is a professor but they don't there's no power dynamic because he is not like residing over her or anything so it's not like student teacher trope or anything like that but it is because i don't read that i don't i don't like that trope i don't read that trope but it is um colleagues almost and it's fake dating and it's grumpy and sunshine and it's i hate everyone but the main character it's just it's so much and the chemistry is great there's so much pumpkin spice latte jokes i just love it so much i want to make a journal page for this because of all the pumpkin spice latte stuff like it's just i love the jokes and i just it just made me so happy to read this like it was just so good and the third act okay coming from just reading the x talk where it was very childish and dramatic i felt the whole drama at the end you know as it always is in the conclusion of the romance they have to have a fight and then they get back together okay i don't hate that i think the third act is fine i don't care i thought that this was such a nice spin on it because they did have an issue but it was so maturely handled and it was not like throwing at the wall and like having a fight kind of fight it was just like a what would naturally happen when you're fake dating kind of thing and it was just it was so good i've never seen it done before like this show stopping groundbreaking fabulous and i don't know where my book is that i'm currently reading so it's gonna show y'all but i'll just show you on the screen i guess i'm currently reading crave i picked this up because i thought why not and it is absolutely ridiculous campy and amazing and i'm having a great time i'm only five chapters in but i feel like it's very aware of itself i feel like it's very aware that it is trophy over the top ridiculous i mean the the heroine literally says what am i a why a novel's heroine like what why am i holding in my breath and why am i swooning at this guy i just met like it's very aware of what it's doing which makes me like it so much so i'm i am having a good time i could definitely see why people would not like this but i luckily didn't read it when it first came out although i did purchase it when it first came out or i did get it when it first came out but i you know i didn't read it yet because i have buying habits that are ridiculous but now that i'm reading it i'm having a good time and i think it's because i knew that a lot of people didn't like it for those reasons so i'm kind of like trying to navigate those in my own way but it feels like the author kind of did it very obviously on purpose to be self-aware and almost commenting on why a tropes and things like this anyways but yeah i'm having a great time i have a feeling that i i could easily binge all the books that are out right now this is very fast read so yeah that's what i'm gonna keep reading but uh for now i'm going to end this vlog so that i can get editing of it done get it put up and ready to go get this cleaned up and just just read for the rest of the night sounds like a good time to me so
