Reading the Constitution to a Property Tax Collector

so this gives me until June the first to make the full payment fruits of my labor how do you target for my fruits one how do you feel Phil stole money from some Americans left his dumb American gonna pay your tax levy paper clips I thought it was my property I found the father to find us for paper clips by God and the reason for us what does property mean again doesn't it mean that you own it I thought we had a right to it I told you earlier this is the Constitution of the United States there's something in here that has been brought to my attention are you familiar with article 1 section 10 ok well the Constitution is what governs as you know every law and should govern every long it's the government's instruction book and it tells you what walls that you can put in place and what your authority is and section 10 states no state shall enter into any treaty alliance blah blah blah let me just skip down a little bit it's these are things that no state shall do including North Carolina and they shall not omit Bills of credit make or make anything but gold and silver coin a tender and claimant of debts in other words this is a dead according to you and according to be worth war I have nothing gets you by the way I'm just I'm trying to inform but it says make anything to build in silver coin a tender and payment of debts in other words the only thing that you can make me pay with this gold or silver coin now a long time ago they they took all of our gold and silver away from us and we're forced to pay with paper money they print money you see it all the time on the news we need a trillion dollars we need a billion dollars and they've taken gold and silver all a man can keep a man can continue to print as much money as he wants and our paper money is now not worth anything and the value is going down constantly and we have inflation and that's what's causing these problems and I guess I just wanted to inform you of that I think over the phone we talked about statutes and like I said statutes they're not true law but there are interpretations of the law they ain't they require an enactment clause and there's a lot of other requirements that go into place but every law should be in total subjection to the Constitution and the Constitution tells me that you can't surrender or take a you that you can't make me pay with anything but gold or silver and that's one of the problems that I have with addy you know the only thing I haven't they worse it with this paper and you know of course we're going to go through this thing and take the paper but the papers itself it doesn't have any value to Anderson it's it's just paper well the point is that your need your laws that you're following are not constitutional in fact all right well we I'm with a group called Carolina Liberty I can give you a card if you wanna you may not even won't wonder I just wanted to informative them and you know that worries me as a citizen and I would hope that it would worry you as another citizen I'm sure you'd have family and you know husband and I don't know I'm not you know I'm not even get in personal life or anything but it concerns me and you know so I just want to tell you that just in 20 thank you
