Rape charge dropped against USC student after video surfaces

I think he is suing USC for expelling him. It's unreal he still got expelled even AFTER the judge threw out the criminal case. But he also needs to sue the accuser and her roommate who I think was the one who made the initial complaint. This whole thing is garbage.
