Queen Mary Royal Champagne Brunch Buffet - Best Buffet in Long Beach

[Music] hey everyone it's Tim Lee Here I am enjoying the Sun in LA actually I'm in Long Beach we just got off a cruise and I'm feeling a little wobbly and hopefully a nice meal on board of the Queen Mary will remedy that so I can't wait thank you for joining I can't wait to take you along to check out the nice food and the history of the ship so without further ado let's go on up there [Music] all right pretty excited here it's just about to get the table oh thank you hi Raquel hi very good how are you I do and this ship is so amazing what do you think okay oh look at this room here I can't wait to show you around it's so grand and I'll show you around the room Oh Pascal thank you so much oh gosh this is amazing thank you as well started off with the mimosa I can't wait to give it a try very nice alright so I just got my table everyone's super nice here I can't wait so I'm going to take you around to the buffet and we'll check it out but let's see if we can go through this side first [Music] got a beautiful sushi station here look at this oh we're not tartare can I get one Oh thank you so much okay thanks hi how are you guys this looks amazing wonderful shrimp over there oh this is really beautiful [Music] salmon some more sushi here lots of sushi in the next station is the seafood station hey there so what do we have we've got some oysters mussels shrimp cocktail sauce and ceviche and king crab oh look at that and that's a what a way to start you got some drawn butter and a beautiful ice sculpture here take you up there hi how are you oh this looks amazing [Music] I think you're the most liked person here look at this and I love the way they already split in the crap for you try the white plans muscles hi how are you oh this is fantastic beautiful oysters all right so I'm gonna see if I can grab one of these Oh looks amazing grab one of these all right so we've got the butter so a nice thing is to kind of douse the crab in butter oh boy looking at and this is a salad station going through and we'll see what we have here I what a way to start some fruits then we've got some beautiful vegetables some cheese and tomatoes of Asian slaw it's really nice pepperoni I think that's prosciutto with a little bit of cheese and between I'm not sure if you can see that crackers some cheese colorful cheese and what's this wonderful tortellini and these have got to be the biggest shrimp I've ever seen oh one of those hair ribs oh and we have more seafood what do we have smoked salmon capers and onions and then we've got a beautiful poached salmon here let's see what we have here all right so the breakfast items here let's see what we have thick crust pizza and then we've got a look at the grilled cheese I think then chicken fingers I think that's where the kitties suspect this is macaroni and cheese lovely amazing hi how are you it looks lovely what's your favorite my favorite is a Mexican food Mexican I gotta try that okay thank you chile relleno let's see oh boy look at that really melty and I see well thank you you're welcome and then we've got what do we have here let me black me Oh beautiful a little cheese Spanish right oh that looks so good thank you in Gustavo oh and then the items for your tacos guacamole and the onions and the tomatoes and cheese and parsley Wow and I'll take you to the breakfast station that we see Pascal again oh wow what is this thank you for the endless pours of champagne oh my goodness they're very kind Cheers fantastic folks here this is my maybe third or fourth glass and it's getting a little wobbly here and after that pleasant interruption here's the breakfast station it's a nice-looking crepe all right some beautiful pastries here buttered and we'll skip the bread either beautiful omelet station here lots of fixings lots of toppings oh look at that hi are you oh nice thank you great people here lots of Amla so I'm gonna stay away from the omelets lots of good food corned beef hash Oh beautiful sausages try one of those but I'm gonna hold off on the sausages more sausages and the bacon let's try the bacon here what a fantastic atmosphere here some hashbrowns [Music] the info scrambled eggs Oh some eggs benedict think we'll go for one of these get one with more song hi how are you this prime rib whoa look at this really lovely alright thanks alright and now we're talking I think this is a meat station here let's take a look here we've got some asparagus beautiful oh and wonderful mashed potatoes looks really buttery and now because it's I guess it's a little bit of holidays and Christmas time we've brought some nice turkey some cranberry sauce some turkey gravy oh and then we've got the is this prime rib oh this is brisket here hi how are you this looks amazing really good it's a brisket look at all that nice fat there and then this is a slow-roasted prime rib look at that nice caramelization and I can see the little fat blisters there so that looks pretty good can I get a fatty very fatty piece of prime rib very nice thank you Lisa so this is my first plate so I've got the eggs benedict the spicy tuna was under the rice cake boy stirs doused in butter the king crab shrimp the white clam mussels and lots of bacon and prime rib underneath I can't wait to start so I'm gonna go for some of the the food here let's give the crab a try give this a try here hmm all very nice nice buttery flavor very briny and sweet crab is very sweet and tender and I really like the king crab it's already broken up for you let's work a very flavorful just amazing and I think we're gonna try this rice cake with tuna spicy tuna let's give that a try Oh oh that is really good the rice cake is thin and crispy and the tuna is spicy and flavorful and fresh very good try the prime rib at least I was nice enough to cut and it's got nice good fat right around the cap there let's give that a try here oh boy so tender and so flavorful on the outside crispy on the outside caramelized very nice so this is the Queen Mary Buffet or sorry the Queen Mary and I'm in the restaurant for the buffet the grandeur of this all of it all and the elegance is really really second to none very different from the buffets in Vegas so I'm gonna have a couple more dishes here but then I'll take you back to the dessert area and we'll check it out all right so we've got dishes after dishes of really fantastic food seafood and meats and fatty meats and eggs I think it's time to go for dessert before I run out of room so let's take you over to the dessert section and let's see what they have so these are the small plates for the desserts hi are you this is lovely alright so we'll start over here chocolate-covered strawberries let's go for one here making a mess here so some beautiful petit fours the little balls here let's try a round cake it looks like a red velvet cake one of these here I'm at the first section and the plates already full I'm gonna listen to one of the subscribers and get a bigger plate so I'll be right back alright so we've got a bigger plate oh you'll long definitely flips over we've got some cheesecake which is nice cuz it's a little small you can have many of them and a nice it looks like an off-road cake or a chocolate bar beautiful flowers they're raspberry cake and what else this looks like a lemon square or lemon cake and chocolate cake we'll go for a cheesecake this looks really nice it looks like an opera cake look at that mirror glaze Oh beautiful panna cotta or I think this is a creme caramel I think you can use beautiful here oh and look at the chocolate mousse amazing cookies for some reason we've got some marshmallows and cherries and and the Rolly cookies Oh a wonderful bread pudding beautiful hi how are you second what do you have there yeah also colorful yes good for you likewise so that's a strategy don't eat the bread oh and let speak crystal a visit for some ice cream hi I was just at the dessert station I remembered there was ice cream Oh can I get an ice cream sundae oh thank you so much oh let's do two scoops oh thanks first oh so much oh boy Thank You crystal oh sorry so this is my dessert plate here I've gotten the creme caramel like it looks like a red velvet cake chocolate-covered strawberry rum balls petit fours beautiful chocolate mousse cheesecake chocolate nut cake I think and a Yule Log right there so I think I'm gonna start off with the strawberry here give that a try [Music] and that is so good I'm not sure if you can see but for some reason chocolate-covered strawberries covered in chocolate are much better we've got the chocolate outside the strawberry inside because because it's dipped it's nice and soft and sweet very good now let's try the cake here that looks lovely cut into it [Music] a little hard - but it looks like I'm making a mess but it looks like a strawberry or a cherry chocolate mousse cake [Music] and a little bit of cake in there very soft great mousse and a little bit of cherry or a raspberry filling as makes it a little bit tart and very nice cuts through it beautifully and I can't wait to try that little presence here the petit fours very nice very light so this is an amazing and amazing to make an experience second to none so again thank you so much for watching here at the Queen Mary I hope if you if you're around here you can give it a try it's really nice it's only on Sundays before leaving I had to use a washroom but it's so easy to get lost with the dark hallways and the corridors being such an old ship I heard there were hauntings here I don't know but it is spooky this is a hallway in the ship here just looking for the washroom but you know guys it is creepy it's a little scary when the hallway here but just a little lost a little chilly - you know how that you get that little tingle and shivers on your shoulder and the hair at the back of your neck kind of sticks up well that's how I'm feeling right now so hopefully we can find our way out well thanks to jasmine and Jess for leading me out here and I'm glad I'm out of here and I glad I found my way back to the ship but it's it's a little chilly and being so old I think lots of things happened here oh yeah thanks so much bye so leaving here it is an amazing buffet honestly of all the buffets I've been to with Vegas and the ones in the Philippines you know this probably is the one that has the best experience I've ever had the grandeur and the charm are really really nice here I'm kind of sad to leave but after a couple hours of
