Putting In 4 (HUGE) Sclera Color Contacts For The First Time (Tips for you too!) ... Fiona Frills

what's up so I'm scared because I always do color contact videos right like I do them every year if you haven't watched one what are you doing no I'm kidding but I'll do a little flashback to my color contact videos so I've done like the normal average size color contacts where they cover like the colored part of your eye but now I'm so scared that I'm gonna go blind but I'm not gonna get blind I hope well these are the super super super SuperDuper these are the super large contacts that um a lot of people wear if you're wondering what is this called Fiona I need to know I'm gonna learn how to pronounce it right now but it's the contact that like fits your like it goes in your whole eye like it goes under your eyelid and like on your upper eyelid as well like it literally covers your full eye besides your pupil um so I'm scared I don't even know how I'm gonna be able to do this because I have nails on too like this is gonna be a struggle um but now I do wear contacts every single day so like I'm starting to get to be like a master or something I'm gonna be that good at putting these ends but we're gonna learn some tips and tricks along the way if you want to get these contacts for Halloween but up first we need to like learn how to pronounce the name of this because I'm a little confused okay I'm gonna say scelera the scelera con - oh god I feel like I'm definitely saying that wrong but the scelera contacts they cover your whole eye when you put them in I got some really really creepy colors it seemed like that decent reviews like it just it seemed overall like pretty good and they had expedited shipping so um I could get this video to you sooner so that's also why I picked it I have not opened any of them or like seen the color in person and the size of these so like I'm actually a little scared so I'm just opening the first package right here we have the bottle oh my and ever so slightly see it it's like really red there and just like floating around that looks really large oh my I'm gonna like take them all out of their packaging and then we're gonna start like rinsing them with some contact solution and getting into the process of putting these in my eyes and also taking them out because I've watched many videos on these and no one really takes them out like a few people have it's already hard for me to take off my normal contacts with like my nails but like you know what it's okay I'm gonna just put these on for a second oh I was extremely nerdy so just don't judge me please I'm gonna first start off with the blue color contacts so I'm gonna do is I'm gonna pour out the contact so now we just have it in my hand this is this size of a quarter that's literally crazy that just looks painful do we see this that looks extremely painful okay you know I'm not gonna even think about the pain first step I'm going to rinse the contacts I'm gonna spray the solution in me contact and then I'm just gonna rub it around so it really like cleans the contact out so there's nothing on it I'm not okay with help like large this is this is going in my eye my eye is like so small what okay you know what we're gonna do this I believe in myself I got this I'm gonna try it to like apply it like I normally apply my contacts I usually put it on the tip of my pointer finger I open my eye like this and place it in but something tells me I might have to do a little more than just that not something tells me I'm pretty much positive so I'm gonna open my eyes super wide by like lifting up my eyelashes like right like above my eyelashes pulling down super far oh oh that like itches I'm gonna start by just sliding it in on the top part oh no I guess I guess not that's fine we're gonna make it work guys we're gonna do it might take a few hours might get dark out but you know what we're gonna do it oh my god it's just like mmm that just doesn't feel right so I watched a video on like how to put these humongous contacts in your eye because I felt like other people had to be struggling with it also so I found a really cool video where they used a plunger it's an eye plunger so it's like a little suction cup that suctions onto the contact and then you can easily place it in your eye you're supposed to look actually down you place the mirror below you and then we contacted your eye it's supposed to like suction on to which is kind of concerning cuz it's not then I'm gonna put like three drops of eyedrops in the little contact I'm gonna do is I'm gonna look all the way down oh I can't even see that's annoying oh and it dropped I'm not gonna use the spatula because I think I just threw me off for a second oh why didn't we [Music] that is the most painful thing I have ever felt holy guacamole did anyone see that did you see that please some you saw that that was in my eye right but why did that pop out is my question anyways oh my god I did it I look so scary guys I'm actually so happy that that just went in my eye like I didn't think that could happen I didn't think was gonna happen like I was just like really just like doubting myself but that just happened oh okay I got it in so I think what the trick is is you have to wet it with eyedrops so I put like two drops in here just place it on my index finger I lift up my like upper lid and then I really pull down here kind of slide it on my lower eyelid and then to make sure it's like also at the top and then it just kind of slides in place holy guacamole I did it I'm so proud of myself I'm so confused on how I did not get that like the first like hour and a half I was trying yesterday but like the trick is you really have to slide it under your lower eyelid first then bring it up into your upper eyelid and then I kind of just slides in place and definitely help it throws contact solution or eyedrops in the contact so I made a more smooth so it glided and didn't like sting I'm gonna FaceTime my best friend Megan I hope I'm filming a video and I you want to see me okay are you ready what did I put look at them I she doesn't approve guys that was my best friend um she got scared so that is she can watch scary movies and she doesn't get that scary and I'm over here like screaming so um Wow okay let's move on to the other colors so I'm gonna do the black one because the black one just sounds super creepy I'm gonna try this side first just because maybe I can give the other one a rest oh that worked that's so scary oh my gosh okay get the other one in [Music] okay we have it Wow I feel like I look really creepy I can't tell cuz my eyes are really freaking out at the moment like they actually are like what is happening because like it's so dark I could not wear this like all day or for an hour even like that would be so difficult for me or if you already had makeup on and you were like enhancing your costume with like the contacts and you already put your makeup on like the contacts like playing them in would definitely like disrupt your makeup and make it a little a lot worse because like you're like touching your eyes so much I feel like it's practical if you're not really gonna be doing a lot of makeup and just like wearing them for like a little bit of time but like oh god that is so relieving it is extremely large it's definitely the size of a quarter and Wow and that crazy next up we have the purple color contacts woah this is actually so pretty like it's actually it'll look really creepy but that's actually such a pretty color what's it a little flower okay do you agree does that look like a flower I feel like that kind of does so first I put two drops of eyedrops in my contact so with my left hand I'm pulling up my eyelid and with my right middle finger I'm going to be pulling down my lower eyelid while also holding the contact on my index finger oh okay this one's feeling very large but all of them are the same size so if I slide this under my eyelid as you see and I'm gonna cut it up into my upper eyelid that's scary Wow well hey it's an easy way to get it in you just really have to make sure you're lifting up your eyelid and placing it under so yet again I'm gonna be lifting up my eyelid and then first placing it at the very bottom of my lower eyelid guiding it up a little bit and then having it set in place oh my eyes were really bad oh this is really singing we have the contacts in I'm not actually crying that really I'm not crying on purpose a just of my eyes are like really whoa but that is how you put these in these are really scary these are like the violet II bluey pinky purple color contacts I feel this would be a really good look for like honestly like a butterfly or like a character from a movie who wears a lot of purple um just like a creepier version because these are very creepy but at the same time whoa these are making my eyes water so I'm gonna remove them so what I did is I just hold my eye open and then with my nails and if you don't have nails it'll be even easier you're just going to grab the contact with your nail and gently pull it out oh that feels so good to get that out of your eye and then again just hold your eye open like really wide so that you know it really goes out this is is like under both your eyelids and then I just pull it out with your fingernails you didn't eat off your nails it's just gonna be like the base or like the base like the tip of your finger okay and again my eyes a little rest before I put the last pair in which is the red color contacts which I feel like are the perfect color for like every outfit there evil-looking kind of see even blood in your eye at the same time they can look devilish they can look like honestly a cat like anything red contacts are always very very simple and I also really like the all-black ones those ones are like really cool but very uncomfortable because my apples are akin [Music] feel free to like pull the contact in place so it's like a little more closer to your inner corner because that will make it a little more comfortable I like a robot other a very evil robot [Music] and we have both of them in oh okay yeah s oh you know I can just casually wear this every day no biggie again you just grab it with your nail and pull it out and that is the most relieving feeling you will ever ever feel my eyes feel like they're in heaven again oh oh boom okay so my personal thoughts on these contacts is man oh man in the beginning it's extremely frustrating it literally took me two days to get them in yesterday I gave up because I was trying and this wasn't working overall a good quality then just hurt and they're not super practical and I would personally not ever wear these on Halloween because my eyes would be in so much pain that I would like not even have a fun time so go for it buy a pair if you want to take a picture in them or just these like goofy with it but no do not wear these for a whole day I would not recommend that and you're only allowed just like wear these for an hour by the way because it is scientifically proven they're like these aren't so good for your eyes but I really hope this like helped you out my biggest tip is to get it under your lower eyelid first like really open your eyes super wide put the contact like slide it under your lower eyelid and then guide it up to your upper eyelid so it's covering your whole eye and it's really sealed under those eyelids so that was my tip I don't think you need any little tools like that thing did not help me whatsoever so just give it some time and you will get it
