Pull and ship sales with me! Sell pre-owned clothing on Ebay & Poshmark for extra money

hi hey how you doing I am going to pull some sales with you we are going to try doing it this way um this is most of my inventory so we're going to pull some sales first up I have some Dem democracy pants they are khaki they are size 10 and let me grab them this so I have a bins system and I have hanging as well as shoe racks here and then one on the other side of my dresses are hanging here which you'll see in a minute but I have another shoe rack on that side as well so like I said democracy pants I got these because they have this like cargo look to them they are kind of a tapered rolled look they sold for 20 on Posh cost of goods was five Fe of four so I made 11 so not the best sale but hey here we are okay I have a flax brand Top This is a black linen Cal neck top sold on eBay long sleeve I think it was long sleeve let's see here excuse my mess have been shopping as we all do right right here we go now my inventory system could be better I recognize that so don't yell at me in the comments this is just where we're at right now so takes me a minute sometimes this is another sale we'll set that aside love that when you can dig for one and get two out oh boy okay let's see Wonder did I put it in my short sleeve this is the problem with not having well organized inventory sometimes it can be a pain but real life that's what we're showing here so what are you no that's I think that's e some linen een is linen season y'all list that linon see if I put it in my short sleeve I think it would like a 3/4 sleeve so I just sure which one y sure enough here it is go figure the day I decide to film is the day it's difficult okay so we got a TW for here so this is that flax linen top Cal neck it is size small it is obviously a long sleeve not sure why I put it in my short sleeve Ben but we found it so all good so uh this sold for 36.85 on eBay I do charge um sale price plus shipping um cost of goods was 628 cost me 623 to ship 5.59 fee so $18.75 on Flax so flax is still selling just keep keep it reasonable what you're asking for it so this one since we had a twer we'll just go ahead this is by I'm going to get close for this tag Ace and jig so it is an extra small I came across a whole bunch of tops and dresses you'll see a dress in a minute um by this brand it's really this Gauzy Cotton brand um and you know they're quite expensive retail but they also they hold their resale they are still very hot so if you see that tag definitely definitely pick it up so this top sold sales price plus shipping on eBay for 10660 so my fee including promoted I think it was 10% promoted was $18.93 cost of goods was $ 814 that day shipping was 609 so 7344 on a top I'll take that any day any day okay let's dig another top out I should have sorted these out you think I would after doing it this long dress oh we've had a lot of dresses too a lot of dresses so more than usual let's just say okay we've got a few more here this guy and this guy so another twer okay this is Aviator Nation this was the first time I had ever picked this brand up if you saw my Instagram post about that sales chart at that Mom and Pop Thrift that was like decoding rocket science this was from there so this cost 834 that day so this was um just averaged out cost I think it was like 10 bucks for this so averaging out to $834 sold for $60 on Poshmark I got a couple of like4 $45 offers and I'm like nah these are 60 to 80 so when it came across 60 I took it I took it so this seems to be a very popular look from them um I'll Poshmark again $60 my fee was 12 3966 on a Top Again take that any day this was amazing this was a bins find if you don't know this you should I know it's backwards in your screen I apologize it's malow m a l o this is Italian Cashmere it is so soft it is gorgeous um it does have a few little spots on it see that on the sleeve right there I noted it in the listing cashmere makes me nervous to wash so I didn't wash it but I just said it in the listing that it had a few spots on it so here we are apologize for that I am in my garage that's where I keep my inventory and I have my garage door open otherwise it's too dark and too hot so excuse any exterior noises that you do hear but this sweater so we're going into summer so sold a sweater that's why you list everything all year long in my opinion sold on eBay again eBay was hot this this weekend um 4885 my cost of goods was 270 from the bins fabulous my fee was 687 shipping was 623 so 3305 now I don't know if y'all have switched to the USPS ground rather than the USPS Priority so that ground shipping saves you a lot a lot you do have to provide your own um poly mailers boxes that kind of thing but it's worth it if you could save2 or3 each item for a 5cent poly mailer do it do it do it so that is definitely a win all right next up we have a sh hand Top This is I believe Miranda Lambert she's a country singer this is her Western Wear line I've sold some pants from her before this was the first time selling a top so let's find it okay spy it in here yes okay this is what the tag looks like size large it is a ribed Ivory colored like dolman sleeve it has this um see-through lace type detail very cool very very cool and it's not even necessarily Western you could wear this with anything really um this sold on Poshmark for 20 bucks that was on an offer glad to accept it cuz I just didn't know how it was going to do uh cost of goods was $664 fee of $4 I made 936 so note to self the tops from that brand aren't the best but if you see the jeans and they're in good shape that's the winner right there okay let's pull some dresses first up we are going to pull a for love and lemon so excuse me if I go out of the frame it's over here on the end I will do my best not the are okay this is absolutely stunning this is a for love and& lemons Victoria's Secret collab so here's your tags brand new size small I think this was 2020 a 2020 collab um it has like the the underwire in the front and then it has this gorgeous like rouching scrunch all the way down has the ties the bottom so you can make it go shorter if you want I guess but this I've had for a little while going to going to be honest had it for a little while but I knew it would sell so this is a Poshmark sale for $95 I think I had it for like15 or something like that sold for 95 this was from a Buy sale trade store um so I paid about $20.77 I head down my fee was 19 5523 was by profit on this dress so we will take it sat for a little while but that's okay okay another dress told you dresses it's dress season let's see oh boy oh here you are okay okay look at this beauty hang this one back here for a minute let me take the plastic off of her okay sorry about that this is Trina Turk this is a 100% silk it is an extra large look at this stunner has the sleeves can you see this on the beach oh it is absolutely gorgeous there's the back so I had the dry cleaning plastic over it because she is gorgeous I'm going undo the front a little bra clip for that little Keyhole front there we're going to the hmer off that way so this beautiful dress I had it listed for $148 and it sold for full price on eBay wow wow wow wow was kind of a um Hail Mary shop for that price but that's what they were listed for online so um like I said sold for 148 but I charge for shipping too on eBay so 16045 the cost of goods was only $415 y'all I'll take it my fee was 2367 shipping was 784 so I'm going to make $124.79 on this dress all day long all day long I'll take it dresses for for me are kind of a slow mover until this time of year spring and summer awesome holiday kind of other than that they just sit so be wise be wise when buying dresses so okay this beauty is another Ace and jig this was part of that I think I got six tops and like six dresses from the Goodwill that day and I think they were it was like eight bucks a piece was what they averaged out to and I'm like hello these dresses are selling for like 150 and the tops for 100 I think is what I had listed up this one has some wash wear to it little bit of pilling so I did list her for Less still gorgeous still wonderful still going to look great has pockets so this is an eBay sale again eBay if you're not listenting on eBay you should be because she's she's been good so 8050 so sales price plus shipping this was promoted like the other a jig I promoted them all I think it was 10% so my fee was very high it was 2276 cost of goods was $ 814 shipping 716 so I made 4244 on the stress that's go the last one but hey I'll take it I will take it I love buying and listing dresses so um okay some men shoes I got to step out of frame real quick I wish I could do wide angle when I'm videoing but I just can't to get it all because it goes down the whole wall of my crage and then my shipping station is on that side you'll see that in a minute we're going to ship all this together so we will chat some more um so these areai here is the logo if you see this logo definitely check it out these are the shoes that are meant to where you can they're built to where you can step on the back and not ruin them so that's what those are about they're just a nice kind of comfort sneaker these are men's uh these are 11 and a half if that you need to know um they sold on Poshmark for 44 $7.93 was my cost of goods 8.80 to ship so I made 2727 on these men's shoes these are going to be a hot ticket for summer so look for oai they make everything from flipflops tennis shoes I have some leather boots from them so they make the gam it and they make kids as well women's and kids also so okay okay some ver Wang sandals let's find them it's like a scavenger every day day here we are okay here they are they are ver Wang this way ver Wang Lavender so it's not Mainline ver Wing but it's one of her top lines and these are like wooden like leaves on here gorgeous they've got a great sloping wedge heel to them bottoms are lovely so I couldn't pass them up I thought you know these are going to be a great kind of quiet luxury type summer shoe so these sold for 35 on Poshmark 830 in uh cost of good seven in a fee so $1 19970 for these shoes so almost 20 bucks on shoes I will take that okay the last sale I'm going to go over with you is a bundle uh this is a car heart bundle um from Poshmark let's find it it is in my men over here do you all have a mess like this to where you have stuff to list stuff you just bought stuff that's just waiting to go to buy sell trade you know stuff that do you have piles like this it seems disorganized but it's organized chaos in a way let me know below if this is what your inventory looks like CU I'm mostly organized but it's just a lot of piles organized piles let's call it that got the shirt and I got to find some pants let finds here they are that was fast so if you have been watching my channel for a while you saw the great big carart had aonia um I even got Smo lemon in it Outdoor Adventure bundle that I got from um um American Sur Supply why am I blanking out it's Monday what can I say need more coffee it had a ton of car heart in it so if that's something that you sell consider it consider it so they had it on sale and it was like I think I got 85 sellable items out of that 100 pack pound bail and it was like $469 a piece is what it averaged out to so um this was one of those they are some ones here okay they are a 36 in seam so I listed them as 3336 tall a lot of people search for that tall in there even though the 36 in seem obviously is tall add that key word that definitely I think helped these s because not only that this car heart top this one was not in that I had this listed previously um but side note this is a large tall so this person was obviously looking for tall items so definitely add that in if it is an extra long bottom inseam men's for women's add that keyword in so these two car heart items were a bundle $50 on Poshmark $10 fee so the top had it cost to go of$ 351 the bottom was part of that giant bail I bought at $4.69 so total I'm going to make 3180 on those two items so I call that a win so I'm going to deir w deir California lot of California sales lot of California sales I forgot to grab my stickers if you haven't been watching me you know that I put these stickers they are just like labels I got a giant roll of them at the bins I have a stamp self-inking stamp so this is like my business card so I put one of these on each package always be branding always be branding that's what business will teach you and then these are just got off a timu they're tiny I need to order bigger ones but they say thank you for supporting my small business they're silver shiny I have some pink ones that um they like what was it pretty things inside that's what it is so they're not necessary but they are nice to have so okay my he's a nice sturdy bag I think at the post office they see my bag coming in they're like oh she's here again I swear that's what my head tells me they're thinking all right the cheyen top let's do the same thing hope yall are having a great start to your week or whenever you're watching this I know it's starting to warm up outside people going to be out and about sales might slow down as people are out and gardening and having graduation and barbecues and all the things so now $115 offer for a Brahman bag we will have to explore that on eBay is just like killing it this month killing it I'll take it I'll take it if I can explode in May in preparation for summer slowdown summer slowdown is real you try to fight it every year but it comes so if I can fight it now and get ahead now and not have to worry when it slows down next month in July then we will be golden um the malow cashmere sweater sold on eBay so that's UPS or USPS ground so I'm going to use my own poly mailer and I don't really have fancy ones I have a few fancy ones left over but I just get the cheap ones I don't think people care I mean let me know if you like the pretty packaging or if you just want your stuff and your stuff to get there in one p PE and that's kind of the camp I'm in so and I am a small business so you know every penny every nickel every dime matters so if I can get these for 5 cents a piece rather than 20 cents a piece for the pretty ones sorry but I'm going to save my cost and go that R okay Trina Turk silk dress yes that's going to go in the same same style packaging here I triy to put on the label and the stickers before I put the item in the package I have not done that in the past and then they get all wrinkly and then the post office is like well I can't scan it if you don't I'm like okay so doing the best for my customers they can get tracking have it scanned I was thinking about that customer right all right as jig top again we're just going to copy and paste here and this size is the main size I use it's about don't let me measure it while we're talking about it 10 in wide and about 13 after it's folded so 10 by 13 so that's the size I commonly use it's great for jeans tops most dresses um you do obviously need some for coats and bigger things but this works for most items most soft items shoes obviously I wouldn't put them in a poly mailer unless they are able to be smashed and bashed because we know USPS is right they throw it and I think some of them just Huck it to the door if we're lucky sometimes all right here we go uh the ace and jig lavender dress oh we're are ground on that one so you I am looking for a wonderful inventory spreadsheet for when you make sales that kind of thing if you're still here thank you subscribe all the things um but if you want to drop below what you do to track your sales what spreadsheet you use whose dashboard I'm looking for some recommendations so put them below if you have some I would greatly appreciate it exploring that option for next year I think I'm going to change it up the one I'm using was free and it was put out by another reseller and it was good but it's got a lot on there that I just don't need because I use QuickBooks self-employed so there's a lot on there that it's like double and I'm not going to spend the time to fill it in twice so I'm like I need something a bit different so uh the flax top we are going to do that USPS ground [Music] also and let me know too if you buy your labels through pirate ship rather than through eBay um let me know if that's a great big savings if that's worth looking into also because like I said you know small business every penny nickel and dime counts so let me know if it's worth it or some people do it on merari also they just charge a flat rate and then they um do pirate ship so let me know if you have done that if that's beneficial for you all right democracy pants they are pmark now if you sell eBay and Poshmark have you ever put a ground label on a priority package or a priority label and and like really messed yourself up that way oh I've only done it a couple times and that was a while ago it hasn't been recently but it's it's found to happen when you ship a lot of items and you're one man show one woman show excuse excuse me it really can be uh a lot so we are I'm gonna put a few extra stickers on this guy sometimes these adhesive strips pre- adhesive strips on these tyvec mailers just make me wonder so you can also get these stickers free USPS.com I think the link should be below if I'm on it today I have the link below okay couple more couple more uh we'll do the shoes last okay oh I have those other shoes I forgot all right love lemons dress you know since this is kind of dainty we're going to do a padded mailer just for a little extra protection on it and it was a higher dollar sale so we will just give it a little extra padding for its ride let going to Denver Colorado as my home state Colorado yes I moved from Colorado to North Texas yes I missed it yes it's beautiful no we didn't get a lot of snow where I'm from in Colorado so but we could do anything within about 45 minutes from mountains to skiing to Desert to whatever we wanted it was basically there we had a giant Country Music Festival every summer so here we are all right couple more as I Ride Along okay Poshmark bundle I'm going to see if they both will fit in here I think they will in this case I'm going to try to put them both in I'm going to do the old Taco fold here they're men's clothes it's not going to hurt them don't come after me these are some of the toughest mailers too so not the adhesive just the mailer material yes it fits fabulous okay well I sure hope y'all have some big plans for summer we have the kids have all kinds of camps all kinds of camps Church camp summer camp basketball camp my daughter just did volleyball camp School wasn't even out yet got all kinds of stuff going on we just had that um fifth grade here does entrepreneur lemonade St so our whole town had lemonade stands on Saturday set up all over town for 4 hours selling lemonade iced tea brownies cookies teaching them about entrepreneurship and it's so cool to me being an entrepreneur that they do that and she can get a taste of what it's like to do hard work to earn a buck at the end of four hours she said her feet were tired and she just want to go home and take a nap and and she averaged about $15 an hour when you're selling things for a dollar a piece that that adds up that's that's a lot of going and going so um I can appreciate that for sure I'm going to grab a tissue paper for these lovely vewing lavender sandles oh yes this is my um humidifier ultrasonic so it's not heat ultrasonic humidifier and my food dehydrator that I got from Goodwill do you all buy appliances from Goodwill do your Goodwills test them out um I think they were 10 10 a piece and some $20 invested I haven't tried them yet I've always wanted a dehydrator and I know I know we're going to need a humid humidifier so I know it's coming so we are I'm trying to get prepared let's just say okay so I did wrap these sandals just because they are a little more delicate and they are going in a padded flat rate and they're not going in a box being shoes sometimes I do this um if I'm confident that they can survive the trip these are going to Free Port New York so hope they survive that trip pray they do oh okay bags falling over last one the oai men shoe again here's that logo if you have never seen it that is it we're going to these are men's shoes used men's shoes they're going to
