quarantined facilities of the pnp in ncr bulacan risal acabati and laguna next slide this is the representation of the bubble area and location of 52 established quarantine control points to restrict the movement of an unauthorized person going in and out of the ncr bubble additional nine qcps were established along slacks and ends in legs within ncr area to restrict the movement and monitor the movement of unauthorized personnel of the 52 established quarantine control points we have 27 control points in bulacan 19 in laguna 4 in cabite and two in risale provinces shown on the screen as of march 24 2021 a total of 3652 personnel were deployed to man the 61 qcps 24 7 in ncr bulacan lagoona risall provinces update on the enforcement and monitoring of compliance to the minimum health standard from august 20 2020 to march 23 21 we have recorded a total of 1.5 violations for minimum public health standards in the entire country this comprise the five common minimum public health violations such as not wearing face masks not wearing face shield mass gathering social and physical disease and violation of ra 11 33 2 or the non-reporting of noticeable disease based on the data shown the violation for non-wearing of face mask is consistently the number one violation committed by the public on the month of september 2020 the violation for non-wearing of face masks at social disease recorded its highest number of violations the data for ncr for violations of the minimum health protocols clearly shows that consistent violations of not wearing face masks for the month of november reaches at 39 000 violations meanwhile for region 3 it is significant to note that non-wearing of face masks is the number one violation committed for the last eight months and the highest were recorded in the month of september for a total of 6248. next slide further in proportion next next slide please in proper a it recorded also an unwearing of face masks as the number one violations committed the month of december and march recorded the highest number of violations next slide result on the implementation of the uniform corpus in ncr from march 15 to march 23 2021 shown on the graph is the uniform corpus implemented in ncr has yielded this result for the period covered manila police district has the most number of apprehended violators despite the lowest number of deployed scorpio implementers southern police district has the second highest number of apprehensions followed by the eastern police district northern police district with qcpd registering the least number of biolasers apprehended the regional mobile force of ncr has apprehended a total of 291 violators of the total number of 27 500 by relations 10 000 or 38.39 were fined while in the areas of bulacan lagoona resale which are now part of the bubble are still awaiting directly from the from the irg for the uniform implementation of the corpus hours just like in ncr the four areas has no has no core pew being implemented assessment on the recorded mandatory health protocol for the past eight months the highest recorded violations is the non-wearing of face mass as to the number of covering the period march 15 to 22 there is an observed decrease in the reported of covered cases in six days after the implementation of the uniform corpus hours continued support to the lgu's and other government agencies in charge of the expanded socio-economic activities in the strict implementation of corporeal and minimum health standards the pnp sustained the massive information drive in compliance at the minimum health standards also we are recommending that the inclusion of the deployed gta personnel in the priority of the vaccination program if possible mr president despite some challenges and limitation the pmp is very proud to say that we have done our best and accomplished a lot of breakthrough and milestones we have shown time and again that with the aid of almighty and by working together with other agency inspiring each other and us subordinating personal interests for the attainment of common visions and goals joint objectives and interests of our organization and
