we leave you tonight and wish you a very very happy new year indeed a very happy decade and in fact we leave you with your own view of what's going to happen in the next 20 years a very good night space is as easy as going in a plane i would think the way things are going and um oh things will be much more easy going it's more simple i'd say to be a lot more people on the moon or things like that to be you know it'd be mostly a difference in technology robots or something i won't be working as much i hope you won't be working as much why not who will be doing the work computers what do you think is going to happen well i don't think it'd be the same but you can't see a war since the war the whole world is finished isn't it nuclear i think the possibility third world war is very remote why i don't think the major powers are interested in in war it's just too much to lose there may be small struggles but no major wars i think people probably have learned their lessons in the past hundred years about war i think there are probably too many safeguards now for a war to be started accidentally or willfully countries have been manipulated by the america possibly russia to a lesser degree and it's just gonna it's gonna start now with south south america and um brazil are already manipulating their own people argentina have done so i would hope that we'll all have our feet still firmly planted on the ground it's all in god's hands of course and certainly i would hope there wouldn't be a war we've got space age cars and everybody's going to be the world is violent you know you see the ones today it's going to be really really bad 20 years time it's like america that's what ireland is going to be like anyways it's gonna be really like america i don't think there'd be all that many changes in 20 years time you've got honestly i have two children here you've got two children are you worried about the future for them no not really because i think there's going to the cycle the permissive cycle is going to go around become very unpermissive there'll be a lot more dissatisfaction about between people uh working-class people a lot more unemployment and a lot more violence do you think that will express itself that discontent will express itself in revolution but possibly yes we're due for one i'd say for the youth of this world i think they should get together and say no more
