[Music] hey guys welcome back to the channel in this video we're gonna go over my first precision rifle build six last Creedmoor before we dive into this video if you guys like my content and videos of a British here on the YouTube channel or my content on my facebook page go ahead and head over to ballistic intercom and pick up so that's sweet fifty percent in March well the first update is I finally got my Sheriff I have three hundred SPS suppressor food and it will be the can for once with my thirty Kevin bull rifles and pistols the second update is that big thing that's attached to the rifle the accuracy extended bipodx tea with me only having one arm it takes it with a set up for me to shoot from a chrome position so I'll actually use the bipod xt in the future while shooting in the prone but for now i'll show you how the concept behind the design works the concept comes from a simple machine a lever where you have a lever a fulcrum and the input and output think of the lever as being the point of aim or bores axis the fulcrum is the bipod the input side being the shooter and the output being the result for shooters aiming adjustments with this simple machine will focus on the amount of movement at each end of the lever the closer the fulcrum is to the input or shooter end the more movement you'll get at the output end the further away the fulcrum is from the inputs less shooters end of the letter the less move it you'll get with traditional rifle stocks and hand guards there's a limited amount of area to place a bipod with most attaching to a sling swivel with a forward most spot at the front of the handguard depending on the length of the stock and the handguard this is where the Bible app XT comes in it mounts the stock or handguard and has a three-piece telescoping tube that will extend the fulcrum beyond at the end of the muzzle and what this does is reduce the amount of movement you'd see in your reticle for the same amount of adjustment the shooter makes that's the benefit of the bipod xt and with it being made out of carbon fiber depending on the bipod chosen they shouldn't add that much weight seeing as i wasn't going to shoot them prone this range trip the bipod xt wouldn't fit on the shooting benches at the range so i only used the acute AK HD 50 at the end of the sor refworks or ultra light rail this range trip in like most others I had a difficult time getting into a good position and for me that's key because they only have that one arm to hold a rifle do the adjustments aim and shoot I don't have the luxury of a support hand to hold and make small adjustments to the stock so my aim suffers a bit I'm pretty much forced to use that monopod as my support hand for the little minor adjustments and once I get the reticle of the general location that I want it I start to focus on other things and now what you see me doing is I'm adjusting the Scopes parallax or focus with the parallax adjustment knob on this scope I was trying to make fine adjustments but I wasn't having an easy time doing that so what I had to do was go past the focus point and come back to it and then check for parallax by wiggling my head back and forth and what that's doing is it's making sure that the reticle stays on the point of aim as I woke up my head if the target slash point of aim moves off the reticle setter point then that means my parallax adjustment isn't correct that means the focus plane of the scope and the play the scopes reticle is not aligned they're not right on top of each other I'll make an ass go parallax adjustment video so I'll go to a lot more detail about what I'm doing here but I've seen them Facebook groups in other forums that guys are having a grossie issues and some not all of them but some of the things that I've seen could be explained simply by them not adjusting the Scopes parallax properly so something you got to pay attention to when you get that scope focus that reticle with your eyepiece adjustment then as you zoom your scope in and out when you get to the focal point you want you have to adjust the parallax as if you don't have a high chance of missing or having bad group or extreme fliers with that after I'm set up my first few groups migrate because of my frustrations we didn't set up then after I've calmed down my groups tend to get better after a few groups I find myself getting fatigued and I start to put them back up again overall though I think up built a pretty good sub I've only rifle and I'm sure a competent shooter we get small groups having two arms to work with an upcoming video we're going to see how much of an impact adding a suppressor to the package will shift the point of impact I'll also be taking it out to a 400-yard range see how it maintains its group sizes we didn't know YouTube has different tiers for monetization and gun channels are the lowest here add to that the recent changes in the YouTube policies for a monetization and you get gun channels not making much if anything at all it's hard to get folks to donate money to something they got to watch her free before because this that partner mode ballista gating to make some shirts hoodies and hats that all have designs made by me you know I have the typical logo merch but then I also have set of shirts featuring my favorite founding father quotes also other quotes from individuals I respect like Smedley Butler I kind of character quotes like Doc Holliday from Tombstone one of my favorites the veterans exempt flag design Liberty Assembly acquired got the deck project animal sexual all out of bubblegum yeah my newest big igloo 2020 let's start this thing already and I also have two larger gun and aviation sure sets with ongoing releases is the best way to support the channel thereby keeping the content flowing because we haven't a hard time justifying the video production and I could be making videos for paying clients and companies well that's it for this video if you enjoyed it hit that like button and everyone is always welcome to the Facebook page and check out my website Pippy actual comm for news about upcoming projects direct links to the t-shirts at ballistic Inc and I even have a forum but you know no one's actually using it yet well that's it gasps see you next time
