my morning routine for the law of attraction this is the most powerful morning routine you will have ever experienced and I know this because I remember just six years ago I manifested my first million dollars into my bank account and I tried for so so long loads of different strategies to manifest relationships to manifest results in my life to manifest money into my life and a lot of things weren't working out because I was missing some core fundamentals that I'm gonna share with you on this video in terms of step-by-step strategies how I've started these practices and my whole life started to change and I was also invited to be a shark a million dollar shock and Resta on shark tank so in this video I'm going to share with you exactly how I practice these morning rituals to make all this happen for me and so you can do it in your life too but before I do so hit the show real hit it [Music] what's up guys this is Erica here international speaker entrepreneur and best-selling author and in this video I'm gonna share with you my morning routines that exact step by steps of everything that I practice to get myself fully aligned so I can manifest anything and everything I want in life and how I've been able to do it in business and relationships and in all different areas of my life and you guys can start practicing this straightaway and some of you will probably through some of the ideas that I'll be sharing with you think can this really work all you need to do is give it a try and within a few weeks you can already start to see that you are aligning with a lot of things that you want instead of attracting what you don't want and results will start to show in your life okay so the first thing is to understand this first of all a lot of people do a lot of videos on morning routines they say okay wake your body up get movement in the body all of this type of stuff which all corresponds to it but a lot of the things don't work very well with the law of attraction and we need to understand how attraction works first of all if we understand how attraction works then I'll go into the step-by-step morning routine right first of all the biggest problem to why most people can't attract what they want in life and can't make the Law of Attraction work for them is because you are not just manifesting what you want in life or your goals or your dreams you are not just manifesting let's say for example those incantations or declarations or that visualization process you do or like what the secret shares with you by hanging something on the wall and then visualizing every day there's something missing and the biggest problem is that in our minds while we're thinking about one thing that million dollars or while we're thinking about wanting that girl of our dreams or that partner that we really want or whatever it is that you want in life right now when you focus on that you're only spending let's say five minutes thinking about that let's say some of you may meditate for 10 minutes or even half an hour thinking about that but the rest of the day what is your mind consumed of its consumed of all the rest of the noise with email you need to reply to her Facebook that you're constantly scrolling on with all of this different information so think about it thought right plus emotion gives you manifestation it sends you that message out there to the universe so if we understand this very basic principle every time we think about something and we get angry or frustrated about it like let's say just replying an email or anything that we feel emotionally attached to it remember this what I said in earlier videos I said emotion is energy in motion it sends that energy out there to the universe so how do we actually get our self aligned with certain practices and certain morning routines to be able to attract what we want very very simple now let's think of it this way first I have a master of mine yogi master based out in Bali and I remember him saying this very clearly and when I tried this and started to use this my whole life started to change around and what did he say very simple most of the time we are accumulating so much stress overwhelm information from everywhere and that is clouding up our brain our minds and therefore it's also manifesting all of that rubbish as well but we want to be very clear and concise with our goals and manifest that in particular that that particular thing so how do we go about doing it well the first thing is understanding how to calm our mind so the whole process in the best morning routine rituals to be able to manifest what you want in life is by understanding how to calm your mind right how to raise your vibrational frequency and then how to attract what you want in life so how do we go about doing this well first of all a lot of people think about it when they want to calm the mind what do they usually do a lot of people go to meditation but one thing that I learned from my great master out there is that he said if you try to meditate now need to understand what meditation is meditation is about nothingness if you try if you are most stressed people think oh meditation is a cure for stress right but this is the worst time to go into meditation why if you are most stressed and I tell you to think about nothing what would you mind be thinking about at that time it would be the hardest time to get yourself into nothingness so how do we go about it instead instead we need to imagine the brain like this like a light bulb imagine if your brain was a light bulb okay now what happens is all of the noise is all the electric current that's happening there instead of wanting to calm your mind by trying to control your mind putting your hand inside the electric current and giving yourself electric shock instead we need to work on what we call the dimmer switches so my morning routines are very very simple step-by-step I turn off the dimmer switches step by step one by one and we do it by understanding how to access the demonstrators and not the light bulb right so don't try to control the mind instead work on other things that help calm the mind so the first thing I do is this the first thing I do is purely just breathing so I take a deep breath in and out now some of you will breathe and you think oh this is too simple I breathe already I wake up I brief but let me tell you something most people aren't breathing properly so some people when you tell them to breathe he sounds breathing they do this you tell them to breathe out they do this and that's when you know most people in this world don't know how to breathe now some of you may find this fascinating why am I telling that you don't know how to breathe because a lot of the time most people are just using let's say 10 to 20 percent of the lung capacity so they're not actually breathing through the full lung and if you if you want to know how to breathe properly just look at a baby and I always say especially today on spiritual Sunday is that nature is a best indication to how we are supposed to be right when we come into this world we know how to breathe have you ever watched a baby breathe before tummy goes out goes in goes out goes in this is what happens so breathing properly we need to start understanding abdominal breathing when you take a deep breath in this part needs to expand when you breathe out this pot goes in not here now when you just do that a few times you can practice that now breathe in breathe out and when you practice out a few times just do it a few times now right and do deep breath right in and now when you do this what happens is you're using your full lung capacity now some of you right now if you've been doing it over the last few seconds you may feel a little bit lightheaded now don't worry there you're not it's not it's not because you're channeled into the frequency and then you're vibrating that's not what's up Nick okay you haven't put into the source yet but all that's happening is because you've got more oxygen in your body than you're used to and that's why you may have a reaction right now where you feel a little bit dizzy but that's normal because oxygen is life breath is life now so by breathing practicing just abdominal breathing right you can close your eyes do it do it in peace this is where I usually do my breathing so I just breathe and I do that for 10 minutes now when you do that for 10 minutes what happens is that's your first dimmer switch it starts calming the mind okay now once I've done that for let's say five ten minutes and by the way any anger any frustration any shame all of these things are on the lowest spectrum of the lower vibrational frequencies so by breathing try this next time if you have frustrated impatient angry whatever at that moment breathe take a deep breath in and out and just monitor and be conscious about this brings your awareness and think am I still equally as annoyed or am i less annoyed now and you'll find that it lessens so if you start understanding that at the same time while you're breathing you are raising your vibrational frequency because you are getting rid of all the hate anger frustration all this stuff which is in low part of the vibrational frequency chart right by the way if you want me thing first of all breathe for five ten minutes right after breathing for five ten minutes what do I do then I go into left right nostril breathing now so some of you this will sound really fascinating you'll be like what is he talking about now okay so understand this okay whether you like it or not this is things you don't know that you don't know right you just have no awareness around this is the whole process of shifting this human consciousness right how do you actually become more aware of how everything works around us when we do we start being able to manifest and attract what we want in life and one of the things understand that 86% of people out there right now right now so that means the majority of you're watching this video right now it's most likely you are breathing through one nostril now you're probably thinking no how can that be I've gone through all school they didn't teach me this stuff very simple close one of them breathe in breathe out close the other one breathe in breathe out and then you'll find one side more blocked the other sides clear then you start realizing whoa you are breathing through one side now when you breathe when you understand you're breathing through one side now you're thinking but how does this relate to anything well this relates to everything nature relates to everything we relate to everything we are everything so if we start understanding this principle understand this every three to four hours it will switch from left to right right to left left to right right to left now you're probably thinking but so so what like okay that sounds quite freaky and it's quite weird but what difference does that make well it's said now don't believe me but you will start becoming more aware of this when you bring this to your attention right you don't need to believe me on this but what happens is people say that the right side is linked to the Sun and the left side is linked to the moon now what does this mean it means that when you are breathing through the right side you are holding the character sticks of the Sun it's more fiery it's more active when you are breathing through the left side you are more at peace more calm like the moon right yin and yang and so when you look at this you're probably thinking so so so how does this relate to everything well understand this some people think well to be really really enlightened you need to be totally at peace and that's what it's all about it's about being calm no it's not about that at all that's not what yogi life is about understand that there is a time for everything by the way I want to keep the type of learning that we've kept through the last few videos on this because this is what we call accelerated learning so when I say there is a time for everything I like you to type it in the comments box below now when you type it you learn things on a deeper level when you speak it you learn at an even deeper level so you get to retain the information you're learning right now ok so just type in the box there is a time for everything now what do I mean by that it means that there is a time for active there is a time for action there is a time for that fiery time you need to be active at times there is a time to be calm you can't just say Oh calm is the ultimate thing that you need to reach for the rest of your life because there's time to be active if you're going into a football tournament right a soccer tournament and then you go running after the ball in total peace you're not gonna be a very good player you need to be active at that point so what does this mean it means that if you're doing something active and you know that you need to be fired up right now you need to be out there the hustle and grind you know you want to be breathing through the right side because that will assist you you know when you want to be totally calm for example before bed you know you want to be breathing through the left side now in understanding this what does that do well very simple if you understand how to switch and by the way if you want to know how to switch I'll do a separate video on that these topics I usually run on a five-day retreat so I teach over five days I'm now putting it into like its end 15 20 minute video so I'm gonna deliver as much as I can if you guys have any questions with regards to this again type it in the comments box and I'll create the next videos so that you share with you in more depth how all this stuff works right but there's a way charge from one side to the other by raising that awareness now when you know how to do that before bed you want to be switching to the left side so your most common most at peace you'll get better quality sleep you no longer need to say oh I need eight hours right it's about quality sleep not about the amount of time you sleep for now when you understand that also you understand bring to your awareness that this actually helps calming your mind right don't ask why on this video actually you can ask why and I can explain another video if you're actually interested in this stuff so some of you this will totally freak you out so some of you freaks out there this is totally normal alright but what it does is very simple we use this thumb this finger we close this one and then I breathe in for four so this is the second part of it right so the first thing was breathing abdominal breathing for ten minutes now I practice this one for five to ten minutes hold one side breathe in for four hold and then what we do is at this moment we hold in for twelve then what we do is we release and we go out for eight once we release out for eight we breathe in for four then we hold for twelve then what we do is we release and then out for eight if you want to ask why comment on the box below and then we can cover another thing go into more depth about this okay but what you do if you practice that for another five to ten minutes naturally you'll find your mind will come to another state of calmness it will come again and again the result of that is by raising your vibration so that you're more closer to the source right and that's the one that's the place of oneness now this is really really magical the more we go through this morning routine so the first thing abdominal breathing second thing left right nostril breathing right and some of you will be thinking this sounds really weird it's like will it really work understand one thing this is all about shifting consciousness if you don't believe this right now very simple next time you get frustrated angry you feel a little bit active test which side you're breathing through I can almost be certain it's going to be your right next time you feel totally peace doubt check which side you're breathing you and I can almost be certain it's going to be through your left side okay so that's the second thing I do the third thing I do is very powerful again a yogi shared with me but it's also a practice that I known for a long time that Bruce Lee used to practice as well right and it's about eyes the thing I can talk about eyes for a whole day here okay if you get interested in this again type of below right but eyes understand most energy go out from the eyes most energy gets absorbed information gets absorbed through your eyes most noise stress goes in through the eyes so if if you if you take this example let's say for example if I told you right now and you were just listening to this as an audio and I said somebody died right something will go into your mind and there will be a bit of noise there but let's say for example if you've seen somebody dying right now that would be a lot more noise it will consume your mind a lot more that's how eyes work right so if we understand this the third practice that I learned from my yogi master is just to sit there okay and all you do is you just stare now like I said Bruce Lee used to practice this and it a lot of things happen at this moment it's really magical if you practice this thing okay so what I do is I sit there you can if you're in indoors you can just draw a dot on the wall all right just Midmark a dot on the wall and just look at the dot how I like to do it is I like to do it out in nature so I would sit out on the grass and I will look at a leaf the reason I like to do that is because we can recycle energy from living the living out there so like trees leaves these things grass we can recycle this energy and we can charge yourselves up so what I do is I just sit there and I just stare at the leaf now then what happens is my eyes will naturally want to blink when it wants to blink what do I do keep it open right and then we just keep it open and then we carry on keeping it open then el fields hide again then what do we do keep it open and we just keep it open to a point where it's super super tight I can't take this anymore then and it maybe start tearing but that's fine because it's just cleansing your eyes it might even start tearing at that point what do you do close your eyes but when you close your eyes still see the leaf that you were seeing before then after a little bit of rest open your eyes go back onto the leaf onto that dot on to that particular spot okay now there's a few fascinating things that may happen at this time so I would practice this for like 5-10 minutes again right a few fascinating things that may happen number one is that the leaf disappears if it does don't freak out just witness just witness how these things work you've become a lot more aware of a lot of things on the quantum level with the laws of attraction with the universe with oneness and this will all start entering into your system you start becoming a lot more aware the second scenario that happens for a lot of people is that dot or the leaf disappears and everything else stays right so so so there's two things that happen here okay the first situation is that you can look at the leaf the leaf disappears the second situation is that everything else disappears only the leaf remains and the third situation is that everything disappears right don't get freaked out just witness and just breathe and just think whoa this is crazy is like what is this okay this is oneness this is you accessing that unlimited that infinite right information out there intelligence out there that is you accessing it and then what will happen is okay so five to ten minutes now let's put all of that more language spiritual language out of the door a second let's look very logically once you do that notice how your mind is calmer once again so at the end of the day if you don't really believe in all the spiritual stuff right now just under some one thing you just calm in your mind enjoy carving your mind right when you're most at peace you get rid of all the clutter and you can put one focus there and all your mind energy channels on that one focus are you more likely to reach the goal yes or no of course so if you think of a logical sense it makes sense if you think on a spiritual sense you're raising your vibration you're calming the mind you're being more connected to the source and that's how you start manifesting okay so number one abdominal breathing number two left right nostril number three eyes right number four then I go into the physical so what I usually do is I usually practice yoga I usually do the Sun Salutation right around twenty four times and I'll just do that I'll stretch the body and I just focus on breathing the energy draw the energy from the ground draw the energy from the Sun right and then just feel all this energy going through your body you just get connected with the universe right that's the power of yoga some people think yoga is just stretching is not stretching there's a lot of theory behind yoga and I could sit here talk for days on end just talking about the theory of yoga okay it's not about the movement it's about accessing that flow and connecting to the source and it's also about honesty it's also about love it's also about giving it's about a lot of things so by the way if you're interested in yoga I can do a video on yoga specifically so just type in the comments box yoga okay so what I'm going to go into the physical sometimes I do Tai Chi or Qigong but most of the time I do yoga that's my personal practice yeah and then after that what do i do then then I I am at most peace you will feel most calm after yoga after all of those dimmer switches have been switched now is your perfect time for meditation right so meditation is when you just close your eyes and you think of nothing in this video I'm not gonna cover meditation in particular if you want to know exactly how to get into the state of nothing and how you should channel your mind because I used to struggle with this a lot then just comment just say meditation and I'll cover a whole video on meditation because it's very very powerful but these two things definitely need to be linked you have to calm the mind first to get there so then I go into meditation after meditation you will feel totally totally like at peace totally connected totally with joy and you're just like whoa that place of bliss at this moment in time be very very careful what you are focusing on because at that time what you focus on the thing that you put in your mind there it will manifest why because you are vibrating at that frequency at the high frequency and you're almost connected to the source and you will attract whatever you think about especially when you think about with emotion so that's why after meditation do not pick your phone up and start scrolling all of that information will load into your brain and start manifesting so instead of doing that this is your perfect time to look at your vision board to think of your goal to visualize your goal to visualize what it is you want to achieve and at that moment is when manifestation is at the most rapid pace and within days or within weeks you'll start seeing in front of you and at that point you can just come back to this video
