welcome to Poker After Dark I'm Shawna Hyatt this week we have a lot of bling at our exclusive table there are only 12 living players who have five or more World Series of Poker bracelets and this week we're lucky enough to have six of them here let's meet them and seat one Doyle Brunson next to him Lane back to back Flack in seat three Bill helmet next to him Chris Jesus Ferguson and seat five Eric Seidel and in seat six TJ Cloutier let's get the cards in the air a few things have changed since the taping of this show Eric Seidel has won his eighth World Series of Poker bracelet and Phil Hellmuth has been inducted into the Hall of Fame and won his record-setting 11. World Series of Poker braces it's already gone the dark side on the first hand he opened the door I guess I have to I guess I asked to defend Phil calls me one day and he says Lane he says you know I was thinking about getting a therapist he says you know I think everybody should have a therapist in fact I have a therapist my wife has a therapist we have a family therapist and my wife said at the psychology department at Stanford and I got these little notes all over my closet my mirror everywhere oh you're a psychiatric somebody's vaping me like that but what are you saying am I wrong you don't remember telling me that no absolutely right I mean my wife is a psychiatrist what is cheaters we think it's a fast cat she obviously takes her work home with her I've never been here never yeah that's pretty old school cheetahs as always things kick off with each player holding 20 000 in chips in cash lines at one in 200. I thought I was smarter than the therapist I became the therapist many a day and then they just laughed at me now I got one that just says we'll see we'll see and then he says I told you Chris you're like the Will Rogers of poker today I mean my new strategies my new strategy play every hand heck no this hand this hands made history play it unlike any other hand run got the seventh Ray Lane how do you like me now or the 10 deuce Ferguson's pocket threes the best hand he'll check them okay 400. wow the 10 new set Lane Flack fires with the nut flush draw hi Chris he's also got a gunshot straight draw whatever you want to be called Will Rogers they tried to get me the first hand I'll bet you of all people should know now tell me what it is we have history Phil you didn't pop a set did you hell no flip it over for Phil okay okay well there were some hands out there we were just talking about before we sat down I said to Phyllis is you finally we admit this Lane had two kings at hand yeah I told him he says he told you right after and I told you I told him well he didn't steal my bracelet that year was Ace six against my two kings the money went in after I hit the three sixes in fact I didn't even raise you I was so afraid of the hand right you've got so much on the river you tried to trap me on the Flop it came Queen I doubled your raise came Queen six deuce and I had a six are you done are you done are you done for three-handed with TJ actually the three of us for the bracelet that year I'll tell you what and in the rankings they they had a son of Pole to the players and they ranked us one two and three and no limit holding tournaments they came down to the three of us I've had to get down to some tough ones I I played three-handed with me TJ and Chan that was a great that was the second year the year before was you me and Phil yeah that was the greatest one ever TJ looks at me and says do you uh hold on I gotta I got a snap Phil here for a few bucks 11 . oh you got man so you know I think I don't know it might not have me I might not indeed Lane's Aces and nut flush draw good so far and they're good on the river oh yeah you got me oh come on this is for everybody for everybody please you got a 10 kicker with the six close all right close pretty impressive read by Lane Flack as he takes the pot that's the best deal I ever made at a final episode what do you think of my bed Phil Eli lead me four to one I wouldn't win a bracelet four to one that Todd wouldn't win a bracelet three and a half to one that Barry wouldn't win a bracelet and five to one that chip wouldn't want to bracelet and he bet me played me six to five that he would quit winter to the bets wow that's hard though that last one's tough well I don't think ship is going to play alone he bet him like 500 000 so wow Somewhere Out There Eli alezra is watching and smiling considering Doyle was over five on those projects you wanted to last year for the one that's equivalent to the 2000. I think it's 10 of us have to do is win a tournament and I win that bet that's what makes your bet that make that last bet really good point yeah I'd hate to miss a hand with a world champion of 10 bracelets there's just a button here looks like she does Lane flat calling with big slick on the button heads up against Doyle biggest lay down in my life a bit I knew I had you I knew that's what you had by the way I knew you knew what I had that's why you knew you were going to bet so that's why I knew I could pull well I tell you that doesn't make sense if you called and I was done my Two Jacks there's some pretty big fields Dolly I mean I know what I mean 55 braces but they're only 40 bracelets on this bat would be much better right no my reasoning was even worse better it better you got to realize that if you if you make it to the third day of any tournament you missed five tournaments yeah I won't have that problem no that's not necessarily true I've I've played two of them I'll bet Barry Greenstein won't miss five when he makes a better day anymore they won't let you play uh being one and sign up for another one one tournament he'll play every tournament that he can't he can now cheer up he got so much money bad he's got the play Todd said he was going to play all of them and I of course I say I'm going to play them all every year and I never do okay but uh but I'm gonna play several how much did you bet on your on yourself huh how much did you bet on yourself how much did you bet on time I bet 50 000 from Todd me Barry and Chip total okay Bill 50 pounds 50 on each man but the point is if you get four to one and say this 55 tournaments that's two that's equivalent to two thousand players that's your downside imagine if each one of us wins a braces I win 800 yeah 900 000 of course that probably won't happen but yeah more importantly a bracelet that's only 220 player fields that you're trying to top how many wins twice no no don't get paid double I tried to get that on but I mean here you're sending four guys won't win a bracelet yeah but it's four separate bets but if any one of the four wins he breaks even well based on that based on the BET being the exact same number actually if chipper Barry he two people you had to quit taking my player away from me right so his belt's not that bad and at four to one I I think four to one's too small of a prize right I think it's a 220 player average deal and there's 2 000 players 1800 more to call for Chris Ferguson thanks for not busting me the first time hey Shawna I expect to see a lot of that today where Chris is Raising and Eric said I was re-raising Eric Seidel re-raises more than anybody else in poker so no surprise that it happened already there just a prediction you making prop bets with the bartender I was just noting that I expect Eric Seidel to re-raise a lot today and since Chris likes to raise I think it's going to be I think it's going to be raised re-raise a lot once they get past which forces me to lay hands down like this once I get past this brick wall down here they're free to go raise pay for 600. heads up seidel's Ace Queen looking pretty good against TJ until that flop TJ's got a pair of kings you see the F beside his name indicating that he is first to act not like the old days your problem you might not play you might only play like five or six tournaments you have one other problem you really want the beat Eli so the TJ fires almost a pot sized bed here Seidel has a gut shot straight draw Todd and Barry my two hopes as opposed to me and Chip no call from Seidel TJ takes the Pod and gives Eric a free look no doubt my mind Dolly if you put your mind to it you should have seen how much trouble I got in when you when you won the race when I was at the table Chan comes up and says how could you let him do that drilled blue what win it yeah well nothing you can do but I drew out on you yeah twice once twice our poker after dark bartender Natalie oh yeah the kingdom helping Lane get a bit more comfortable thank you hon wait what shoes did you go with I like it uh yeah you know what I will don't get too far away from the base fill with that race 400. TJ poking a little fun at Phil hellmuth's minimum raise it's like I like I love those glasses buddy um Jesus one two three four five six how many I'm almost out there how many cards thanks hon big flaw for Eric Aces and sixes Lane Flack with a pair of nines bill helmuth with an open-ended straight draw no no it's one thousand that's why you should be embarrassed square root I've been to Maine Spain Spokane around the world three times I never seen a bet yo that bad you ever hear that model it was a model for the 50th uh motorcycle rally I've been amazing heads up now between Phil and Eric check around the world three times picks up a spade flush draw now and Phil calls he has 14 outs to win the pot Ace of Spades is no good check it big brick on the end and seidel's two pair has been counterfeited nothing nice River there nice River all right air all right I had an ace myself okay I have my usual no no outs I had again this is unbelievable I had to six myself to run that again no you could have back door to you could have back door um I got shot straight running unbelievable actually Seidel is your chip leader and after that last pot against him helmuth is in sixth place blind still at one in 200. no did six faces out there let me get him while he's frustrated could have been worse could have been much worse right the thought occurred to me to raise about the turn that would have been outside right now the problem is you've taken x amount of places in this and seventh isn't open yet the seven spot s and available what do you want me to do well I'm I'm I'm I want you to just go ahead and play your hands well you feel a little anxious I'm gonna check him okay 400. that's what I was gonna do well then now you can call that's why we get along so well flax pair four is the best hand I I better check it I have nothing again I understand and you didn't get there so I'm just going to do the embarrassing 300 bet for you embarrassing 300 yeah the one where you don't have to turn your hand over now you deserve the 300. it's like printing money boys it's like printing money pot over to Lane flat turn it over with all the confidence in the world you're not playing with you're not playing with the internet players here it's unbelievable well I mean I buy your books and I buy you books I gotta read them to you too but I love you brother when I beat lay in a big pot you won't hear any you want to bet there'll be no criticism in this play when I beat him a big pot I won't say anything I'll just collect the money will you criticize him if you lose them so far the plot can't be true so far it's so far every time he beats me it's I think they just give me these hands where I'll be sure I have to sit here for some radar Phil I'm going to tell you something when I stopped giving you hard times when you better worry this one's for you Chris raise making 500 1500. I'm steaming there you go hold on now all right fine I'll I'll bet we have the same hand oh I had you tell me it's with a re-raised pre-flop and he and he if you had an ace I had you in bad shape wow I didn't have that or you were getting called you're gonna call me it's like the a score sometimes it's kind of hard to hit the floor is that too much information it's not hard on the internet to hit the poor that was my first pot who are you looking for that was the best read I ever Scott from some guys I was playing a tournament in Reno after every turn of the cards of the flop this uh you always make me do a double take me and don't we don't play hard we have this mutual respect thing I can only go after 10 bracelets at a time so after after every time this guy plays his hand the fun come down like Ace King Jack base King 10 and I have Ace 10. but he always looks up and I says what are you doing he says well I always look for the man upstairs to help me on the river he just pushes all in I lay down aces up and I look at him and says he says good lay down he says you didn't have to ask the man upstairs about that one he turns over the stone cold enough do you Doyle do you Phil's two pair is best and he's got the three of Hearts which is blocking Doyle straight flush draw one thousand Deuce please give the man what do you have for him two pair seventh you had a real good hand boom he wanted the three a lot worse than you think you did where was the three of Spades six or four are hard huh nice-sized pot over to Phil Hellmuth bombed them again anyway I don't know how many times that happened to you this month Bill said it's happened to him three times what well he his last hand he had the seven eight of spades he had the opening straight in the flush though Todd don't tell him what I had I had six as that hand I might not been telling the truth I'm on your side I'm gonna feel I'm Gonna Fill helmet fan I had the sixes that hand that's all I had well then why why how could you have 15 ounce I might have been lying about that I might have been lying too I miscounted sure glad to trade didn't fall off there why is that to be home sweet no I didn't have you covered anyway yeah Phil's not playing big pots yet for 700 well if the three came off I would have played today yes we all had already that's only I only raised once I had your hand Eric picks up TJ's big blind add your hand well I I say today after 10 years we try to get that hundred dollars back we're at the World Series I had to go get a piece of paper and a pen just write down how many times this man raised on the button on my big blind finally I said Derek yeah yeah so I finally said to him it says Eric I said you can't have a big hand every time he says King Tanner men better so finally after the 15th time it says Eric I'll give you a hundred dollar bill to tell him to show me what you got he shows me the king 10 off suit damn it better true story I will tell you I would never raise your blind so for like six years I've been trying to get that 100 I'm trying to get Fly trapped up in a hand to where he wants to see my hands so bad it's sick but no every time I put a bed and it just moves all in so he can get another Hyundai out you and you and Eric have played some of the craziest Pops in poker history yeah we've passed quite a bit I mean some of the craziest top pair for Phil Hellmuth yeah the blinds will be small and you guys seem to get a lot of money in there with some sixes in Ace Jack and kind of weird hands like that both Brunson and Lane turn a pair of sevens Lane with the better Kicker Phil still has the best hand remember that one that was an amazing race I know you have the Ace of Hearts you might as well just give it up now I know you got to use the hearts what else do I have thank you sir appreciate it deuce Doyle would have made Kings and sevens I should bet this but I'm not going to Queens oh you are the sickest player in the history of Poker I can't believe I missed it how do you show your face what happened now you had the ace Jack with a Jack of Hearts I guess nice pot for Phil Hellmuth that's what I'm gonna start doing Eric just showing him one at a time until I get him teased up enough to fire 100 at me thanks sweetheart what'd I tell you about girls and children they're very beautiful they're to be seen not to heard from okay hit the king darling not two sevens made two seven yeah I did Suited same neighborhood Lane Flack gets a walk hole no not at all we're going to the Foundation Room okay that's if we don't end up you know playing for breast cancer charity tonight always good to play for charity yeah I'm starting to play better now that my Pro Player drink is kicking it oh that's the most beautiful thing I have ever heard I I swear to God he sat here any thought in his head as a little wheels were turning very slowly see I didn't plug it the whole last show so I figured I'd get one in this show raise play for 500. Chris Ferguson makes it 500 to go he's been fairly quiet so far and he picked a bad time to do so TJ's re-raising with his pocket jacks and the last time we was at the same table Phil no but same table Phil is just riding this player's bad during the Bellagio he's needing he's at my table I'm defending every single player we go on break and Phil walks up to me he says Lane you're belittling my play why are you defending everybody I said oh you thought this was your table he's fair enough so he busts me out the next hand Seidel calls 1500 more and hits a pretty nice flop top here with an open-ended straight draw TJ's Jack's still best I do remember I had Kings and yeah you had Queen yeah lucky 85. make it 8 500. big raise from Eric 6 000 more to call for TJ looks if you have any predictions about the two hands to have you can go over to the camera and tell them your predictions all right yeah it's good for the show good because I have one go over there and do it then just walk over to the bar over there Two Jacks TJ yeah uncanny Reed from Lane Flack and great play from Eric Seidel earns him the pot that was the Two Jacks looking handy or face you made though I thought I was beat before the plug no he fought the set I thought yeah but it could have been it could have been beat before the Flop yeah geez it was Eric I might have had the call me could have been trapping Chris very easily what if he has nines or fives or tens together [Laughter] straight straight and a pair of the worst oh yeah that's true it's pretty easy to see why these six players hold 45 World Series bracelets over nines I think Doyle making it 600 to go with his signature 10 Deuce that hand of course won him two of his more coveted bracelets back to back main events in 1976 and 1977. not only not only not only will Eric not give any input if if he could get away with they wouldn't have shown the hand yeah but he can't get away with it I got connections with the producer they won't show that one yeah you're Incognito tonight they don't even know what you over there I have to play it once a hand once they're around boy I just can't help you no not not once around you got to play it once every time you get it no I mean watch the tournament the Texas dollar one time and that's all and I'm done I take the over no you one time that's the limit now Eric Seidel pulling away from the remainder of the pack he's in the chip lead with 32 000. wrong there TJ Cloutier in six we had a black and your gray three deep front left 400 stuck they give it to me better where the deal seems like tempting me talk to the right everything I own in the box to the right to the left to the left you don't know Willie Nelson no but to the left is Beyonce everything all my chips are in a box I had I had Chan on on doing uh the wrap on the on the phone on the internet I don't know interview the other day this is he says you want to do a rap video later yeah he says somebody gets on there and he starts singing rap it is Johnny Jan Oh it's you got to go to Poker wire to come in and watch the interview with me and Johnny about the rap video he gets down there and tries a rap remember yeah he did it in the room too he tried to do the same one I would do it for a hundred thousand she's up there trying to sing he's doing rap He says if I put in a bet well Chris would have made a straight here instead it goes check check those players have nines and eights TJ's got the best kicker huh to the right again please I'll be in his lap not many people have managed to take a pot off chip leader Eric Seidel and with that one TJ moves into fifth place I I sang some I sang some rap lyrics to Jay-Z and I'm sure that I was the worst singer of all time we've been saying karaoke remember Atlantic City he said to me said uh it was all right it was all right which which meant you know he's got the fight left stick to the poker table and you took that as a great compliment didn't you no I knew not many people no I knew no he didn't say that but I mean that's what he meant to say uh you want to hear my lyric yeah very much so if I'll embarrassed myself in front of Nashville yeah I do every day anyway yeah I don't think every day you see something embarrassing I don't think you can top it yeah I don't think he can top what you've already know all right let's hear it pair of eights let me look nope what I think we get the waitress there come back a waitress please after declaring he does not have a diamond lane Flack fires a shell and wins the pot tastes like water Mountain Dew Seidel and Flack the only two players with more than their original twenty thousand the remaining four all under the 20K mark talking about mine are you blinds at one in 200. reason this reason this blind would be an endurance uh formula let's make it 1500. yes that'll be ashamed Phil Hellmuth is trying to spice things up with a raise under the gun holding Queen nine off suit bad timing for him however TJ's made it a thousand more to go with pocket aces this is probably bar not in the smoothest running show you've had the ice Jack this time I guess that's what I put you on like an ace jacket yeah I got the ace Jack okay but both of them are red I could have gotten in real trouble there everybody can always get in real trouble do you just forget to do it I went through that one like it was nothing lines have gone up to 150 and 300. three cans it's hard to come off it doesn't I have an addictive personality and I don't even have to have that to drink this oh my God none of this is going to make the cut we're over the top that's all good though that's good it does taste good right it tastes very good anytime Lane's in the show it'll be the best show yeah I'll tell you right now yeah I mean you see so quick when it is out of this world Lane handles me like uh like with I mean just way too smooth the only person Lane can't handle is lame yeah I'm getting better at that building Elaine handles me like just way too smooth ouch I broke that finger the other day dealer the boxer's cut look at it chin I fell out of my face so you've been working out huh I've been running taking my vitamins man I'm going to my granddaughter's uh graduated from high school up in Illinois and she runs distance she lost one race in two years really it's just a racist oh bike she's a bicycle Rider KK yeah I've donated she took it up Pro for a while she's still doing it she had just made the U.S Olympic team she was about to make the the traveling team and uh Ferguson has no idea his nines are in a world of hurt here he's re-raised It 2 000 more to a total of 2900 California football as a junior as a natural Center and and we got divorced and she let him have a motorcycle and he hurt his back as a senior in his senior year football career results I mean a natural Center too you can tell Doyle hasn't went all in too many times you see how hard it was from the girls and he don't come off too much money you know what I mean foreign good idea Lane yes can you imagine how many times you could it's the time how many times he's moved all in versus you age-wise how many times the Hans he's played more than you oh I'll bet me and Doyle probably moved all in pretty close to the same amount of times over the years yeah and he's been around 30 years more than me probably yeah and I'm sure I forwarded won them I mean I don't know if you've ever seen my style big decision for Chris Ferguson TJ Lane moves in so often that he just doesn't push the chips anywhere all in it's the only reason one thing when he wins the tournament he has more chips than the rest of the players on the final table combined when they hit the final table wow wow well Chris makes the call Doyle has him covered the queen Kings I got nine bills here that was it had to be Kings do you want me to pull the money in or leave it like it is just leave it well I think radio too deep for you nine is that Chris I know about nines Chris you've been putting in too many shows oh you want to go to Sapphire if Chris if Chris hits a nine on the river spot I might have to just imagine Phil it happened to me three tournaments in a row where they hit a nine on the bottom but Chris has been known to hit a nine in the river you're a sick man put a six up there Trey would be yeah but yeah that wasn't good it's looking Bleak now Chris I think in this hand the guy one's got Kings and one's got nine Lane's gonna make a comment on this I think one's got Kings and one's got nines it's one of those Doyle moved Emily beautiful you knew it had to be big there but Chris called so I put him on about nines oh what was it a Nate I think the rubber's gonna be an 8 aircraft all right Chris good luck guys Chris come around this way that's my first pot in poker after dark yeah okay you want me to call you later call me later good luck guys so Chris Ferguson is eliminated in sixth place and he'll go over to chat with our Shawna Hayek so Chris what did you put Doyle on I wasn't sure he could have had an ace in a king for example he might have had a pair higher than nines or I thought he there was a possibility he had a lower pair and even if he couldn't have a lower pair of the chance of him having Ace King or a higher pair I was getting a two to one um on my money so I thought I'd go for it do you have to gamble early on a winner take all situation uh you don't really uh yeah you don't really have to gamble early uh normally I'm not I'm not looking for places to gamble I could have flat called him before the Flop and I didn't really feel like playing it that way I know if he comes over the top of me I have a tough decision right um but uh with a flop of two four five I think I would have had to gamble a lot after that thought because then even if he has Ace King he's he has he sees himself as having a lot of outs because he might hit a four ace king or a four to make it straight it's good to see you again it's great to be here playing again would have liked to stick around for a couple more days but that's okay you'll see me again thank you well Doyle Brunson is the new chip leader Phil Hellmuth in sixth place with the blinds at 150 and 300. is that just one blind yes yeah one easy blind you know if you can play every day it'd be one thing but you know just go play one time which one are you talking about the uh 500 change in Lane Flack attacking the blinds Seidel defends the oil house and field has a trip lead new experience look here as props Seidel checks the best hand Lane fires with a follow-through bet and he'll take the pot should hold on to that hand Sly not a big enough pot to get a hundy I should move in with in with a flop you know are we allowed to see what place people have taken uh you can talk about the first season so I finished fourth fifth and sixth Phil finished last season I think fourth fifth and sixth thanks for bringing that up let's hope we're gonna spot you the button thank you twice I said we just give it to him it's a winner take oh cares if you finish second or sixth come on winner take all baby it's true 120 000 goes to first place zero dollars to Second through six but Phil don't you get a little tired to keep taking did you read four high Phil oh yeah okay then take it yeah I have an ace it would have probably worked the re-raiser looks like age deuce A7 same thing same difference yeah that's a good question did you rather have a seven or eight no I would rather have these dudes against other hands but not against age seven how's that I'd rather have a seven because sometimes they move in with A6 in the seven plays all right just put some Deuces out there five raises to you it's so close all right Lane's fives up best hand you play small parts sure they're not okay with their favorite over any individually what is that what's the scenario you know the first 10 is the Ten Thousand Doyle check raises to thirteen hundred four or five players move all into before they can match bets out there these days I'm gonna play them anyway period you know what that spells wow that's a w that's an A and that's an R War you show them 10 Deuce again six dudes you trying to line them up now did you get all the chips not Dolly that's right give me down and get a pacemaker and I'm done I'm gonna I'm gonna get some Bluff them you might want to back off this high endurance Bill remember the tournament at the Sands where we had the heart you know that I got an email from a doctor in Miami that said do you know that you have an irregular heartbeat off that heart monitor thing you're supposed to have an irregular heartbeat are you well I have one anyway I know your heart spiked up when you Bluff me no I didn't I didn't I never went up at any point I made the great call and you sat there and just take it Phil and as you mucked your hand face up to say you win Phil we discovered a club in your hand I didn't know it was a clever of speed I remember all those things we rolled on the ground long enough yeah in those days I was down and those days he didn't have cameras that would catch a guy who would be on the ground like he went over backwards and his chair was rolling on the floor he bluffed off all the stuff I'm going to take the chip lead in this thing Doyle I just finished third at Foxwoods I'm gonna have the chip lead in this televised four clubs on the board he blew his money off I called him with Aces and threes right away because my instinct said call then he said you got it Phil and I sat there waiting for the pot to get pushed and he was moaning about how I'd hit an ace in the clubs and he rolled over backwards you swore the the fell off the chair then he got on there I takes a lot of years of practice to throw it away so that the one card you want you want people to see everybody has strengths and weaknesses oh I understand that Eric's almost Eric's one of the most amazing guys for when the board is like the ace six seven and knowing when the two eights are good right that's what you guys yeah I knew the guy I said was the best car player I ever saw play cards remember little red yeah he was amazing let's give side out credit for making amazing three High go out in case of a tie let's give Sly some credit for being an amazing he's made some of the doyle remembers the call he made one Sly when when when he was with the Chip And Doyle and me what do you the call he made was on Jack Fox wasn't it yeah I saw him do it twice for big big money well that's Phil hellmuth's 27 000 and last Eric Seidel with 6 000. they get away with a stealer too blind still at four and eight hundred chunk what do you have left 45 yeah well all right call so Eric Seidel wakes up with a couple of Kings perfect time to try to double up possibly so far so good against Phil's Ace 10. he lost one against two kings WB I was just thinking the same thing it didn't work that way last time I played this I lost one then I lost the other side I understand that's happened to me so many times foreign there it is again and right away Phil Hellmuth has out flopped Eric Seidel if that's not the magnet hand I've never seen one that is six of clubs isn't gonna help Eric's hand he needs a king or he'll be eliminated you found the trapped in Phil [Laughter] all right that was lucky nine of Hearts is no good last money you finally trapped him good job Eric so Eric Seidel says goodbye in fourth place leaving three players to battle for the hundred and twenty thousand dollar first place prize well I I felt like he's gonna move in with any paints he would have any Ace rag any small pair any you didn't but he would have arshana Hyatt is with the fourth place finisher so your night ended abruptly are you happy with the way you played not really no I I made one mistake but uh and you just you can't make you know you make one mistake you're gone in this game and that's what happened so was Phil's Antics getting to you no it wasn't Phil no Phil you know Phil's entertainment so it was just uh I just you know I just made a bad read was all you know and uh you know I I uh I thought there's a very good chance he had aces or Kings out of hand but I also thought that uh ultimately I went with a you know I thought maybe he just had Ace King so of the remaining players who is your pick to win well I I don't know that's a hard one because it's a really tough lineup so uh I don't know they're I think they're all playing really well so I'm not sure I couldn't couldn't pick it for you well Eric we always love having you on poker after dark we hope that you come back and see us again all right all right just uh if you don't know anything about poker they only got two choices to move in or to fold right I mean they don't know whether to Value it so just let some let them play somebody it's up to them move in or fold Line's still at four and eight hundred bring some kind of skill to the table but I mean I'd love to play one of those guys and we could just bet you know uh I would land well even I'd leave four or five to one first one to win 10 matches five to one Atlanta Phil even in the study even and I mentioned that the computers aren't too too uh good against good players we should do something this time though that was The Omen raise and take it for Doyle uh you know I mean oh anybody that is not don't they're not in a right mind if they think you know you know the sad part of it is all the presidents played poker the judges and the and the generals Everybody Plays right now so you know what's the big deal poker is a very presidential game it always has Harvard professors and all this stuff of course they play I mean you know I mean the Harvard professors are brilliant people that love the challenge of math and psychology Doyle Brunson loves the feeling of big slick on the button okay Ace 10 typically a good hand TJ calls from the big blind not knowing he's in a world of hurt heads up okay four thousand oh three outer on the end for TJ Cloutier he now has top pair top kicker see how much it is ten thousand I hit my man finally Doyle [Music] right hand yeah he had a good hand a nice team I'm gonna call you if anything else I wasn't betting again are you kidding me if I don't hit it very bad looking card yeah lines have gone up to six and twelve hundred three outer I'm used to them you get lots of those two year and against you I mean for you and against you so it's nothing it's my fault for not betting on the floor continuation but you're the one that's for sure Phil's turn for an ace on the button 2200 12 more 22 total dog I guess we all spoke well whatever right yeah it's supposed to be twenty at least 24. by the way I meant to raise 3x all three players get a piece of the flop fills in the best shape with Aces straight back yeah TJ lays down the Kings but Doyle hangs on to the force check check those up Three Aces on the river for Phil IP oh man no call from Doyle and Phil takes a nice pot what do you want to see my hand it's King 10. thank you Shawna so Phil you knocked TJ out with an A6 and then you've been knocked out by an A6 would you played it differently well I mean what can I do I mean uh the last four or five six seven hands I never picked up anything the rest of the world would move in with the queen three I limped with the queen three I know the blinds are so high I have to play it but at least I gave him a chance to to Bluff all in and he was making a lot of raises so and what could I do differently I mean I was lucky against TJ to hit the heart in the first place but I mean you know it's frustrating I mean if Doyle had all the hands he said then I mean it was really a tough deal for me yeah yeah I mean I tell you I and also I mean losing to Doyle is okay I mean uh you know I did it we did it in a big tournament uh over on the east coast that one I really hated to lose because I had them all and Drawn to an ace with a couple to go but this time he had the best hand the pots we played and I I really should have once I didn't realize that that he would push you know a few days earlier I didn't realize that he was going to take those kind of chances of moving all in with weaker hands and so I laid down some some hands I have to look at the tape the ace Queen of Diamonds and the two sevens either I played way Above the Rim you know uh it's just not my style to make those kind of calls anyway especially if I'm not sure so it was great to see that heads up Doyle did you out play Phil or what did you just get cards yeah you know there was no defense at the end I mean I I told him the truth every hand at the end I mean I you know it was just a landslide at the end earlier I'm not going to comment on this uh at the end there was nothing he could do you know it's just if he held the hands
