National final here being completed between Saint Peter's Catholic High School and her smear score I will then run you through the two team lineups starting here with Saint Peter's they have Joe the drama that was just witnessed in the last game and then we're going to have another great game install well I'm just recovering from there though it's a fantastic game there it was yes yes I'll it's meant to be Saint Peter's then here to get us off and underway get this game off to its beginning looking forward to this one it's Patrick gets us underway then that's Saint Peter's kick from couple of citers for her Smith that one's direct straight out of play from their goalkeeper leech both team tried to establish their attacks that in a play it does look like the septidus Catholic are a bit more a bit more Direct whereas her small want to get the ball down and play a little bit more Hunter that's a great ball okay I just did well though the welder [Applause] Lots there's lots of time and space there as well for right still right allowed to advance on offloads as well opportunity really really good save to deny Hunter by far the most clear-cut opportunity that either side have so far created right did superb there and now the division you think his lineup's going under his left leg again there just slots it inside we're thinking goal keep us so brave there what a fantastic fair with saw there yeah slightly soft one perhaps but it's a defensive repeat reprieve therefore Saint Peter's Catholic High School who have been the defense under the most precious so far oh it's a bit awkward that one and that might spell trouble it was an opportunity in there for Fitzpatrick just a bouncy ball that wasn't judged well and another fantastic block by The Keeper Defender expecting it to come through to the keeper didn't shower didn't come for it might have been a bit of an inquest between the yeah Defender and goalkeeper but that one ended up in the back of the net yeah it's a good see if it's Patrick really bright and alert just couldn't get it past him with another fine save and as we see there on the replay got to the ball first [Applause] a push the referee they're pulled up thought that strike his arm but pushed and that's the reason why [Applause] all right [Applause] Bishop for to right again driving towards the penalty area right then with the setback back to George Bishop foreign [Applause] after that one but it bounces through there to Teddy miles [Music] Good Feet St Peter's turn at the moment just to have probably their best spell of possession so far especially these conditions just kill the ball you know keep it movable moving we need position the ball so much easier than running around afterwards wait for that opening [Applause] 11 minutes them treble winners this vote very much the most difficult final that they'll have been involved in [Applause] along again from the right boots of the goalkeeper there leech Captain play there by Connor that's the throw it's just been that quality it's that box hasn't it relaxing in that final third not much in the final third yeah yeah another side just enabled on the side have been able to find the key to unlock that back line as of yet really goal is here at the moment but we have seen plenty of goals already today the 10-4 win for Moreland School in the under 14 small scores final to begin with and then the 2-2 draw in the late drama in the penalty shootout to see the victory go the way of St James senior boys score in the under 13 small schools competition thank you maybe just lost track of it there right but still his side do have it now it's on to the right pie back in there from Connor but no pressure on the goalkeeper comfortable catch it's got a little cagey now in these last five or ten minutes it really has [Applause] there's been a passive way of passing that being overturned Gordon there with the switcher play from right to left wasn't taken down that Madison wanted to [Music] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] okay if it's nine games played on road to the final and they've kept the screen cheating six of those their defenses our farm so far today as well this is the first for St Peters goalkeeper Joe Draper to thank for that bow and he made that great save big big stop early on I saw it taken away from him there and then just lost his footing so it's a very Scrappy game at the moment another teammate weren't able to get any bit of possession right that's the ball behind Peters will try to break their way forward now Fitzpatrick seven all right one back there in the midfield for her Smith looking for a more direct route through that time but again the goalkeep but that's the edge of his penalty area yeah very alert if we saw a moment's hesitation from the goalkeeper down the other end that certainly hasn't been for Draper and coming to collect those sorts of balls through commanding of his Penalty Box Advantage here being played by the referee Ryan Middleton brought back now though [Applause] it's probably too it's stayed down for time being just came out of that challenge a little worse for where daddy's gonna come over to get B Teams final and then the under 15 small schools Cup Final as well broadcast College will be competing in that one broadcast College actually were involved in this route to the final as well for her the field they've got more chances to create more there's more energy provided with that there I think our players as well get you know it's a hot day you're probably trying to conserve energy it's very difficult if you're getting that mod to you know to come out of it all eyes on the referee as we're into overtime after stoppage time now and there is the halftime whistle so he's going to at the Midway point no goals in that first half but still all to play for heading into the second period all-time score here in the esfa under 15 Playstation schools cup National final and it's still nil nil them just to press I think that's need a little bit more there because at the moment both have been really cagey don't want to concede goals they're playing through the lines okay so not playing for the line just playing very safe at the moment as well and both teams have gone quite direct it's been very comfortable for the um Central Defenders the defensive teams so it's important now that they did you know to stop playing the ball around start to press start a bit more effort then you could win the ball high up the field and more chance will be created otherwise you know this could be a half that's a good ball up to Fitzpatrick Patrick turn uploaded to the right yellow shirts here committed forwards heavy challenge wasn't it the referee was happy with it all right could have been a games which have gotten to this stage have a very good defensive record and if they can keep the clean sheet here to get their hands on the trophy or from Shore up to Fitzpatrick oh Fitzpatrick trying to play that one and behind the back line but let's go Defender was back to take it back to leech but so if that was I've played him in right with a brilliant ball through there Hunter back across looking there for Campbell the king to pass the defender got both through though wasn't it from right that was fantastic such a good place to play the right it really is before taking on chest played Foundation score but might be half an opportunity here for Saint Peter's I would have been if it was a better touch than Patrick correct if you see the way to the Catholics the pitch Catholic play The McCreery he called four next it's got the call got the nod from manager I could die to stop that you play again then is over my other side remain down obviously these players Tony with the the Ambitions of going on to to play at a high level tell us a bit about the transition from your your younger playing days to them moving forward into your professional career yeah I mean I was spotted exactly the same feature if you're talking about uh at county level and going on and having trials as a youngster came to England and then um Aston Villa came uh knocking because of my local team to record us with a team I was supported so when they did it was it was for me to go on Schoolboy forms then was was a thing for me we didn't have an academy as such you know I'd train just once or twice a week each week as a 15 year old at 16 a week I signed a Trends it was called apprenticeship then yeah and um I signed uh there uh did extremely well my first year and was already involved in the first team at 16 and very fortunate at that time and then from then it's been it was a lovely Rise Against the first team they signed the Contra uh Pro contract at 17 so I was very fortunate it's great to be claiming players I've just I was a year ago cheering on in the stands you know it was fantastic yeah yeah I'm sure these young players and all the young players that we've had here at the PlayStation schools Cup games so far and those still to be in action still being made to it will have similar aspirations and maybe you never know one of them one day might want to be a star you know what I'd be really great to that fact of accommodating someone else you know you know it did be fantastic and I'm sure there will be you know a small percentage that's going to go on and play top grade football I'm sure there is because what I've seen all this is been really really really high standard and know some talented youngsters out there in that football field it's the voice of former Aston Villa Legend and England International Winger Tony Daley alongside me in the commentary box for all of the PlayStation schools Cup games and the substitution there then has seen the withdrawal of William Wright he's not able to carry on I think he just rolled his ankle so Ray McCree is on but that's a blow for her Smith yeah it really is a big blow because he's their Outlets can someone else take up the challenge that I thought you had a fantastic game he created it was a lot there was so much of what uh personal were doing so he just said it'd be a major blow that he's gone able to create yeah as you said now even got one nil down and haven't really created anything of note to the Penalty area again defending there yeah that was a brilliant he's not happy about it but that's super super play starting to keep her from kicking that ball out here we go the north fairness there Gordon did enough so I apologize sorry sent to her goalkeeper seems to have an issue here as well now he wasn't happy when Whitfield closing down I mean he's done the right thing you can't do nothing you know you you take a booking for that as well because I think they would uh 2v2 at the back at the time to preventing from playing that and that was the initial ball in from the set piece yeah take if we took it really really well and yeah said stop him well done well done he's done nothing wrong in fact to be quite honest with you [Applause] maybe 67 played now then that one second half goal in it goalkeeper here is still down at the moment I don't believe there's a Playstation schools cup competition the party can begin the celebrations will continue long gone I'm sure again commiserations to her Smith it just wasn't to be for them after that late equalizer but a big big congratulations again to Saint Peters it's Saint Peter's Catholic High School who were here coronated so I'm here with Mr seddon I mean it was one of those games where in that first half canceling each other out and just when you thought the team was time to run out of Team pulling a goal at the back like that I think I'm not quite calmed down yet but I'll do my best easy for us that that just sums up every game this season that's exactly how they played it we've been up against it credit to to her smear you know they pushed us all the way I think that was our second shot on target actually so well done to the lads there um but the character that this team shows every game is unbelievable Lads I'm extremely proud of you except free eventually you mentioned it I'm not allowed to but you know they wouldn't do that anyway and it it helps I I couldn't go without saying what a massive support we've had out today parents throughout the competition in particular well St gonna have to retire after this I don't think my heart will take anymore but you know it's been it's been a massive enjoyment this season without the PlayStation cup you know we've got we're fortunate enough to have a couple of players but we couldn't compete it maybe maybe we'll try the elite cup but you know it's amazing you know what Mr said and I'm gonna go and let you celebrate with UFC one
