if you're playing pickleball here are two exercises you can do to warm up so that you won't get injured all you need is one heavier band and one lighter band you're gonna take this lighter band right around your knees you can bring it over your knees call the standing fire hydrant 10 to 15 reps on each side standing on one leg hinge of the hip and then pull opposite leg out to the side keep it slightly bent engage your glutes so you should be able to feel this in the side of your butt side of your glutes on the side that's being lifted try and get 15 reps I think I'm at six or so you can see I've had a slight hinge in my hip ideally you'll do two more sets of 10 to 15 on each side to get warm so the heavier band we're going to be doing Monster walks and I'm just going to shift try and get 10 steps to each side and make sure that you're picking up your back foot as you move and it doesn't even look like I'm actually even moving but I can definitely feel it
