all this is doctor mobine sayeth from doctorbean.com welcome to one more show so there is a swedish study that shows that the spike protein rna from physi biotech vaccine in vitro goes into the liver cells and is converted into dna in their nucleus and it also increases the expression of the reverse transcriptase line one which which is an enzyme in all of our cells mostly present in the dividing cells and that enzyme is the one that helps to convert the rna of the protein the vaccine spy protein vaccine rna into the dna and that dna is found in the nucleus in vitro so let's look at the study it is a swedish pub accepted and published study so it's not a preprint it is not something that is still waiting for review it is reviewed and published let's look at that the discussion that i'm going to do is in two parts in the first part i will give you a summary just one page summary in the second part i will discuss a high level overview of what they found the third part today is missing and that is the detailed discussion of exactly how this was done if you would love to see that just let me know in the comments and i can do that tomorrow or day after okay so let's start first of all the links to the study itself so here is the first one this is the link to the study my homework always shows because of my highlights so this is the mdpi intracellular reverse transcription of physics biotech covid19 mrna vaccine biontec bnt 162 b2 in vitro in human liver cell line and this is uh researchers are from the lund university sweden and if you see here 18 january is when they were revised they revised this paper 19 february 2022 is when it was accepted 23 february was i think accepted and then published on 25th february that is today it is heart of the press so this is the discussion let me now very quickly actually go over this with you [Music] so summary yes it is boring one page but this is the summary so let's see the summary is that the phiso biontech vaccine rna when given so it has a lipid nanoparticle when that nanoparticle is given in vitro to liver cells the rna of the vaccine is converted into dna which really should not happen or is not expected to happen it's converted into the dna and that dna is found in the liver cells nucleus again in vitro this happens within six hours it is rapidly done and then this vaccine lipid nanoparticles that proved for the first time that the vaccine can easily enter the liver cells within six hours then when it goes into the liver cell it increases the expression of a protein called line one and i would explain it but imagine line one is a protein's name whose job is to make dna from rna so presence of the vaccine itself somehow triggers in the cell especially dividing cells it triggers in them the production of line one line one is a normal protein in our cells but vaccine increases the production of that protein the increased production of line 1 in turn converts the vaccine's rna to dna and that dna is present in the nucleus this is the first time ever that they have shown in vitro that this can happen the other thing that they found was these liver cells also expressed the spike proteins on their surface or the pieces of spiked protein on the surface this is expected any cell that would pick up the spike protein would express it or that would pick up the vaccine would express it they talked about it in a different way what they said was this expression of the spike protein on the liver cell will make these liver cell a target of the immune system and can cause autoimmune hepatitis so this is the observations i would explain them later but this is the summary right now concerns what are the authors concerns their concerns are if the spike protein if the spike the rna of the vaccine goes into the dna or our nucleus becomes dna it can cause genomic toxicity over there just like when we get the virus in our body we are in a pathological state similarly when the extra dna abnormal dna is found in the nucleus that can be damaging to the remaining parts of the nucleus so it could be genomically toxic which in turn could become carcinogenic they did not say that it can cause cancers they simply said that because of the genomic toxicity there is a possibility of carcinogenesis or or cancer production and more researches should be done then they said if it can go to liver and enter the liver cells then maybe it can also pass through the placenta and the pfizer's uh pharmacodynamic and fine pharmacokinetic study that was done not study really the distribution paper that was done in japan they said in that paper they did not talk about vaccines dynamics with placenta so they said that is another thing that should be seen and then they said what we did not know is that dna piece that is created that lives in the nucleus is that going to actually become part of our genome as well or not would it become integrated or not they said we do not know and there need to be more studies to figure that out and finally they said it is possible that this expression of the spike protein antigen on the surface of the liver cells again in vitro could cause autoimmune disease and they said in fact there have been studies that have shown that after vaccination there can be autoimmune hepatitis this is it this is a summary this is the concerns this is what the study is it is an accepted and published study this is not a fluke there's not a preprint so here we are now i'm going to go to the second part second level of depth for this one and that is so if you just wanted to hear this much at what the study is and where are the concerns and what is the mechanisms we've done now i'm going to go over the main structure of the study without materials and methods so i would not go in deep part of those that is a third level depth which we can do at a different time so here here is what the authors are saying they say that we know there are studies previously done that show for example there are animal studies that show that if you put lipid nanoparticles vaccine in the animals their liver can be transiently damaged that is their liver can be temporarily inflamed they recover but for some time they become inflamed i had done a discussion in 20 in 20 2020 when i discussed the pfizer sorry moderna for the first time i discussed the accumulation of the lipid nanoparticles in the liver so here is one study the point they're making is that here we have some precedence of these kind of observation the other study that they referred they have referred tons of studies but the ones that they're using the second study they said they said that we know that sars of two now we're not talking about the vaccine we're talking about the stars of two itself he said they said that there are studies that show that the rna of the sars cove ii in some in vitro studies have been shown to become re reverse transcribed reverse transcribed whenever you hear that word today that means from rna to dna reverse transcribed and become integrated in the dna become integrated become part of that dna now would that cell survive or not would that be killed or not that's a different discussion but they say in vitro studies have shown that with the virus itself and they said if that is possible with the virus maybe it is happening with the vaccines as well and that is what they wanted to answer the question so here is what they did this study this particular study what they did was they took hepatoma cell liver hepatoma cells liver hepatoma hepatoma as a tumor this was a japanese person 57 years of age i believe in 1982 he donated these cells from his liver hepatoma the quality of these cells these are called huh 7 human hepatoma 7 cells the quality is that they're they are dividing cells they are cancer cells so they divide so if you wanted to see the dynamics of something in dividing cells then you can use this cell line to do that experiment and so here the authors took this cell line they put pfizer biontec vaccine on it in various quantities 0.5 milligram i believe sorry microgram per milliliter 1 microgram per milliliter and 2 microgram per milliliter they said that is actually a very small quantity because at the injection site where we have given 3 microgram in 0.3 milliliter or something so you can see the math they've done and they said it comes to be about 100 microgram per milliliter concentration of the actual dose of the vaccine and they only tried 0.51 and 2 microgram per milliliter so the cells are there vaccine is placed on them of course now the question is will this will will the cells take up this vaccine so that was the first thing nobody had proved that yet and they said within six hours not only the lipid nanoparticles were picked up by the liver cells but liver cells actually within six hours created the dna it was such a fast process so what happened once they put the liver cells and the vaccine together vaccine entered the liver cell then they broke the cells the liver cells and they took out the material from the liver they took from these cells they took out the rna from the cells they took out the dna from the cells and then they saw various kinds of rna that they were interested in and again i'm leaving that part that how did they do it what were the markers and primers they used that's a third level uh depth i'll leave it so for the time being just this that they put the vaccine in the cells they let it work there for five six hours then they broke the cells took the material out out and analyzed it when they analyzed it how did they analyze it they took those genetic materials and increased them by pcr amplification so we are all very aware of pcr you give in the pcr machine you give them some genetic material and the machine would just keep making double copies with each cycle and it would just double it up and make a pile of the genetic material now you can easily easily assess various things in that genetic material you have a pile of things so they said we created the genetic materials pile from these cells and they said we were surprised to see that there was a huge number of messenger rna in there they didn't use the word surprise but they said there was lots of messenger rna good this is the point of the vaccine it goes into the cell it makes more messenger rna fine so far so good but they said what we also saw so now this is a nucleus imagine around the nucleus is a cell the nucleus itself is this closed thing i have removed the cell and i have opened up the nucleus for your kind viewing and here is the dna a regular cell's dna and what they found was very interesting that a special gene in the dna was overexpressed it had become very excited it was making copies of itself and making mrnas and that gene was long interspersed nuclear element 1 or line 1 gene why the heck did line 1 gene become increased well there are many genes that can start becoming increased when you add a foreign material in a cell and especially when you cause viral infection type things so there were some other genes that should have increased as well these are all collectively are called housekeeping genes and they found out that the other housekeeping genes were not increased but this gene was increased very interesting now when this gene is increased then what would happen this gene is called endogenous reverse transcriptase this is a very unique genome about 17 percent of our genome is made up of this structure and it is endogenous that means found within us reverse transcriptase mean it can take a piece of rna and convert that into a dna so vaccines presence update the gene that will make a machine a protein which will increase the conversion of rna to dna look at the setup this is happening all by itself inside the cell so the gene is now expressing when the gene would express what does the gene expression mean inside the nucleus when the gene expresses we make mrna from it messenger rna from it we make copy of this recipe and that copy comes out of the dna and goes in the cell cell cytoplasm so here now i've closed the dna so this is the closed dna these are some mitochondria these are called the operators with other things there but from the nuclear pores the holes in the nuclear envelope are these rnas coming out there are many tons of kinds of rnas but we are concerned with the rna that is line 1 rna when that rna comes out what does it do it goes to ribosome our ribosomes function is to take the rna or the recipe and then cook it make protein from it so the ribosome they saw had started making the line one protein remember the line one gene was expressing creating line one messenger rna or the copy of the recipe then that messenger rna came out in the cytoplasm and went to the ribosome ribosome is a chef who reads that recipe and makes that protein so you read the chicken tikka masala and you make the chicken tikka masala or you read the whatever vegetarian thing and you make that vegetarian thing that is what is happening here so it makes nine one protein now they saw something interesting in the line one protein there is a part of the protein called open reading frame one you must have heard the open reading frame one with the virus as well so many dna materials or rna materials have various kind of reading frames so there is an orf one of the line one protein that little piece of protein i hope you followed this much in the dna line one gene expression increased that made line one gene mrna which is the recipe copy of the recipe that recipe comes out in the cell cytoplasm inside the cell cytoplasm the chef the ribosome picks that recipe up and makes and cooks that thing that thing is called line one protein in the line one protein in this little food you have cooked there is a part in there which is called open reading frame this part of this protein actually goes back in the nucleus it is made outside everything is made outside of the nucleus then it went back in the nucleus what did it do inside the nucleus when it went back over there it found the rna of the biotech vaccine and started converting that into reverse started doing reverse transcription to convert that into dna so they found a bunch of dna present inside the nucleus now we are looking at the third study there are tons of other studies remember there was a study where we said that spike protein goes to the nucleus collocates to the nucleus it may actually not just be the spike protein but this genetic material maybe or maybe that happens plus this happens so that study said spike protein collocates this study is showing that the vaccines rna goes to nucleus or pulled into the nucleus over there line one reverse transcribe try reverse transcribes it into the complementary dna or the dna for the that is unique for the biotech vaccine so rna is now converted into dna now this part is open that what will it do when will it get degraded it will get degraded remember that adenovirus based vaccines do that too they actually inject the dna in the nucleus that gets to do its function and then it is degraded so maybe it is degraded maybe it is not degraded maybe it is dna cytotox dna toxic genome genomic toxic or genome toxic maybe it is not that is what they did not talk about they said these are our curiosities next studies need to be done we have proven for the first time that the dn is formed and it is in the nucleus okay so they said within six hours that happened we said that liver expression and distribution of line one increased when that increase the reverse transcription function increased when that increase their dna would produce was it integrated they did not know then they said would would this vaccine go to placenta and would this same thing happen somewhere else as well or maybe in the baby they do not know also spike is expressed which can create an autoimmune issue that is that is the discussion i haven't gone to one more deeper level and that is to actually pick up all of these materials and discuss how these charts were showing the presence of various pieces in the dnn rna if you are interested i'm saying in the dna and rna i meant in the nucleus and cytoplasm if you're interested in seeing that part that how did they do it please let me know and i would do another study another video for that so here is the discussion first of all please there is a link in the description of this video that link has lifetime access link to dr bean where we have like 1000 more videos and those videos each one of them should be 200 but you would see that that link is so inexpensive as i said it yesterday it's like a gift so use that link if you would like to support this work plus become part of dr bean and keep seeing new work that we are doing and the old work that's one number two if you'd like to support this work there are links also in the description for buying me a coffee or using paypal or you could also become a patron so that is the basic discussion and the easiest thing also is to like subscribe and share as well now let me just very quickly see without trying to make this video very long i just want to see the questions if there are more questions we can answer them tomorrow i just don't want to make this video long so priya says we eat so many animal food and never seen any mrna reverse transcribed and added into our dna why only sask of two is the viral rna different no so they did not say that it is integrated so unless somebody says we cannot assume that so rima says i'm not sure what this means how could phasor not know this so pfizer may know this according to the authors this is the first time they have shown it for the liver cells now they may have seen it for others they may not have seen it don't know but because this type of a study an observation was not present before then this is the first claim of showing it and it is an accepted study so that means they cannot just make up something and put it in a preprint and then let the new cycle run this is a accepted and published study so what they're claiming here must be accurate okay so this is the discussion one more question and then we stop otherwise the videos become long and nobody watches them radhmala says does the same happen with infection or only with the vaccine so remember i discussed in the very beginning of this study that there is they have given reference of a study where sarso2 itself the virus also has its rna reverse transcribed and present in the nucleus so it can happen with the at least according to the studies that was also an in vitro study this can happen with the virus as well so texas says they found the mrna after poorly washing hek 7 cells and then immunofluorescently tagging for the mrna not sure the methodologies human in the nucleus only so this study are you talking about this one or some other in this study they are saying we saw we separated the dna and then we made sure that dna came from the nucleus and not from outside and then they also made sure that the dna is a reverse transcribed dna of the missing of the rna for the biotech so they took care of all of those things that is it in the nucleus versus cytoplasm is it really the dna for the the transcribed vaccine or not but if you're talking about something else and i'm sorry so this is where we are at thank you very much once again please like subscribe and share and there are uh there are links is is that why ibm helps that could be one reason as well ibm is just such a versatile thing in all of these issues dr bean do you think that was done on purpose any purpose that they didn't expect it happening this is the first time that they're showing it now if let's say fizer knew where to buy on tech new i doubt it but let's say if they knew it then they didn't tell us there is no study according to the author this is the first time they are showing this happening in the liver cells so again without knowing exactly what who was at fault or who was doing what it is not good because as soon as i say let's say i make a claim here that they knew it now i have not seen that they knew it or not then all of a sudden the whole discussion falls apart because one of the premise in there is wrong so i do not know the answer to that cool so thank you very much duke says what time zone dr bean is in i am in pacific time zone it is about 10 o'clock here at night thank you i will see you again there is a link in the description that offers you lifetime access to dr bean at a very low price it's a gift all right bye bye please like sub subscribe and share
