[Music] um with another reaction how y'all feel welcome back to the channel salute man listen i had to turn the lights off i've been trying to get these lights working in the background i got me some like some some color lights different ones man i got the nano leaf on the wall like i'm gonna show y'all about inside of my studio man that queen putting together she's doing a thing i gotta give her props but don't nobody tell her that i gave her props all right i'll never hear the end of it all right but uh you see in the other videos i was trying to green light i'm trying some different things trying to figure out a different setting man different moves and i get that move set you know what i'm saying i like energies all that type of stuff moves it sets the tone for certain things and bro we are back with somebody who needs no introduction none mr greedy judd himself bro like i'm here for it this looks like he about to be super petty because in the in the thumbnail i think he had on like a chain or something like uh i don't know what's about to happen but i'm here for it all right this one here is the full press conference uh on undercover drug trafficking sting wow all right this one's gonna get crazy all right so if you're new to the channel man hit the subscribe button if you are new to grady judd though run the lights up bro you prepare yourself make sure you hit the like button before you watch this bro cause he he never no we're not gonna say that he always delivers let's say that [Applause] thank you very much for being with us today it is uh an honor and a pleasure to be with chief chris velasquez from the lake wells police department chief lloyd stewart from the haines city police department and our resident agent in charge for the florida department of law enforcement brandon sheeley you work together good things happen and that's what happened in this particular investigation these guys were known as the bell gang today we talk about the bell game has the bell game blues because they're locked up in the county jail but let me tell you how this began it goes back as far as march of 2020 when fdle and lake wells police department were investigating a group of people that were dealing in cocaine methamphetamine and cannabis you know all three of those low-level non-violent drugs people want you to think are low-level non-violent drugs trifecta in november 2020 the sheriff's office was investigating a gentleman by the name of james mclean and as we did our deconfliction on the investigation our undercover detectives determined that we were all working the same group of people so we begin a joint investigation now let's fast forward as this investigation occurred our detectives thought the best way to deal with this is with what we call a title three in federal courts or nine thirty five or seven ports it's a wiretap look at your boy i already knew what it was you know i was like wiretap listen bro i'm telling y'all i'll be on it man it's where we listen to their phones we go online with them with a court order so our detectives working together in february of 2021 went up on the first telephone and they went up on the phone of james mclean james is 34 years of age he goes by the street name of mook he was dealing in meth cannabis and he was a major distributor for the lake wells area and interestingly enough during the investigation james told our undercover folks when they asked him why is this methamphetamine blue he said oh we dyed it blue in recognition of the democratic party of the democrats [Music] hey man he got a little bit he was he was being patriotic man he was being very patriotic bro that's what it i dot it blue for the democrats yo yo that's the that's the first he better not have said that now i'm not sure the democrat party would be proud of that but that's why it was blue according to him from that telephone they listened into vincent thomas that was the second phone they went up on he's also as you see on our chart here he's 35 he's a major distributor in and around the lake wells area and he's also a rapper he's known as known as cheese and you'll hear more about him in just a second and then the third one whose phone we went up on so we got mook and cheese almost like mac and cheese like you should have switched his name that would have went like a little bit but right now we mac and cheese one was patrick fields patrick phils is known as big pat he's also a rapper in fact on the street he's known as big pat bank account that's right if you look to see their cars you look you see that they're bragging about jewelry and guns they're really proud and i always like to talk about earl thomas now earl thomas is the father to vincent like father like son what do you think about the county jail well son you got me in trouble again that's right like father like son only vincent is the distributor and earl was selling drugs on the street level at this car wash see you later son give me a kiss now what did this result really really see you later son give me that's what we're doing bro come on dude come on you gotta chill bro you gotta chill but dang that stranger all right bro you the father is pretty much working for the son underboss style well we charged 32 people criminally 29 of them have been arrested three are still at large and you can see we've designated the ones that are at large so hey you can go ahead and turn yourself in or you're just going to go to jail tired from running but you're going to jail we served eight search warrants seven of them in lake wales and one of them in the frostproof area on one of the search warrants we had to use a swat team because when we went there the guy threatened to commit suicide and he held himself hostage but after a while we were able to get him out of the house without there being any injuries it was touch and go for a few minutes but once again we had our best trained deputies and law enforcement officers there and we were able to work through that we seized 11 firearms two of them were reported stolen to us so let me let you see this let me let you see the marijuana and chris can you hold that for you and then you tie that to the money and then there's people out here every day in the media saying oh this marijuana is low-level non-violent people are dying because of that and it's not low-level non-violent and there it neither is the other drugs you think about that the next time somebody tells you cocaine methamphetamine marijuana it's just low-level non-violent they're lying to you so let's look at their previous charges eight of them are previously convicted felons they had a total of 314 previous felonies 331 misdemeanors for a total of 645 previous crimes well that didn't how many sheesh how do you how does that even work fam i feel like i got the type of look that once i if i do one i ain't gonna get a chance to see like like like some people get break after break after break how does that even happen now i know that's like on one arrest you can rack up several charges you know what i'm saying but that's still a lot of charges seem to teach them that they need to go by society's rules so here's what our lake wells fdle agents like wells police officers and our detectives from the sheriff's office did we added another 301 felonies 134 misdemeanors and 435 total charges we seized 88 000 in cash 89 000 in jury and street value we seized 283 000 in narcotics 460 thousand dollars worth and they were marketing themselves as you might well expect that they would in fact they were marketing themselves because they look cool in the community and we have or will show you some video of the vehicles they have that's right they thought they were cool well how cool are you today can you all make up a rap song about this well i'll help you out you see we got you gold we put your tail in the county jail think about that brothers and you know what this i think i think the podium going to j head right now he extra wild and right now yeah i put a whole chain on he trying to wrap it to him like i think the podium getting to him bro yeah i'm saying a little bit ah that was a little bit nah a little bit too far there two even for you that was a little bit too much man nah we we not that's no bruh he gotta chill you gotta relax he gotta relax you can call it the bluegate the bell game blue rat song how's that you may think it's cool but it'll end up with you arrested every time it's not bad if you got it legal now i want to give my colleague and they confiscated the jury bro when they come to get you they taking everything they thinking you purchased with that drug money fam like you ain't gonna have nothing when you come home gotta start from scratch a chance to talk i explained they didn't have to do the rap song but we we are all excited because it took a lot of work by a lot of great detectives to make this happen all in lake wales so we'll start with my friend and just a great police chief chief velazquez thank you sure you can dance if you like i appreciate it i appreciate you also not having me do the uh the rap song it'll be hard to hard to top that this is a great example of people working together law enforcement agencies working together the criminals don't follow any kind of a jurisdiction they don't stay within boundaries they go wherever they want and by us partnering and working together as a team we did the same thing so wherever they like to go i can guarantee you that we'll follow them the community asked for us to help and to step up and and to deal with these drug dealers and uh and we responded this is just a great example of 32 people with warrants and a good number of them most of them already arrested i can tell you right now and our message is very clear that we know who the others are and we're hearing a lot from our friends here on the wall and uh you're next so thank you i think he means they're in there snitching see that's what happens when you when you you you think you got somebody you could do a crime with you think he'll never tell man just as sure as he get in that box and they start handing him a cigarette and soda then they slide that notepad in front of him and then they start telling them how many years he gonna get he telling on you every time bro every time so you might as well not even do the crime man it's wrong and then he's got they're gonna tell on you period ain't no loyalty in this and we'll ask our iraq uh brandon sheeley from fdoa if he'll speak i just want to echo what the chief and the sheriff said and i want to extend our appreciation to the men and women of each respective department they put in 16 months of very hard work and this is what happens this is a success it's the safety we provide our community and this represents exactly the type of cases and the hard work collaboration and partnership we need to have to make sure that our citizens are safe here thank you thank you very much don i asked chief stuart if he would speak and he said no he said i'm satisfied just to be standing there then he added but but you could tell them we rang their bell and uh that's exactly what we did but there's more bell ringing to come so if you think this is the end it's only the beginning and these folks like to talk are there any questions for us again another reference to saying yeah they like to talk me and they're in there telling everything these are the folks now some of these people were users of drugs for example angela we have a warrant for she was not selling she was using but these are the folks that are dealing with this drug at the ground level we call it ground zero it's where the drug is going from the dealers or from the distributor to the dealers and they're handing it directly to the people in the community to include our children and that's why these are the most dangerous and they carry these guys you know they carry these guns to protect themselves from each other they don't fear the police but they certainly fear each other in the rip-offs and the home invasions and the drive-by shootings and that's what makes this so very dangerous we know that when we work together and good things happen and make no mistake about it your local police hears it on the street but for us to be ultimately successful we needed to do this wiretap to to ferret out the people who were who were big time involved in distributing drugs on the streets of lake wales otherwise we wouldn't have the criminal charges we have now and a lot of these cases are 15 year minimum mandatories i'll never let up saying there are people that think we need to do away with the minimum mandatories oh let's just do away with them oh so they can distribute these kinds of drugs to your children and not be held appropriately accountable oh so they can just have their guns and they flag with their their gold and their fancy cars so right there i want to know your views he's basically alluding to you know what i mean marijuana becoming legal in a lot of states i'm not sure how uh florida's laws are i know georgia is way strict we ain't gotten there yet like a california or washington state or anything like that um yeah what are your thoughts i want to see y'all y'all debate in the comment section when you show about your kids cat they think it's cool and you don't think they should be held ultimately responsible fortunately the overwhelming majority of the florida legislature gets it our governor gets it and we're going to keep locking people up like this because this is where it's going to the kids on the streets i think this makes a significant dent in the lake wells area because this was a network of drug dealers and sellers and some users does that mean that we've stopped all drug sales in lake wales or polk county obviously not there's competitors out there but i consider that more opportunities to make more arrests i'm very comfortable with it and heck who knows we may end up making another rap song we truly expected that but that's why these types of 934 investigations are important because otherwise you can't always sew together the distributors and all of their partners and we were able to do that this takes a lot of work it takes a lot of time it takes a lot of leg work behind the scene that you don't see well first and foremost we're going to work with the state attorney's office and see if we can bring additional charges to them i like racketeering rocketeering is a 30-year minimum mandatory or i'm sorry it's a 30-year felony it's a first-degree felony so it's not a minimum mandatory it's a 30-year felony so i want to look at racketeering charges at least for the kingpins here in addition that's another dangerous word to throw on them bro when they start throwing that word kingpin the charges that come with that into that some of these people are going oh wait a minute no i'm just settling with drugs to get along here and some of them will cooperate or are cooperating and are pouring out other drug dealers and other distributors we're coming for them as the chief set so it it's like it's like dropping a pebble into the water it started out as a little ripple and now we've got some big waves and we hope a tsunami over overcomes these drug dealers as we try to wash them away into the prison system because that's where we can make a difference when they're not on the street selling drugs and not on the street pointing guys at people and make no mistake about it they don't carry these just for loves they don't carry these for any other reason than self-protection and intimidation for whoever they're dealing with at the time anything else well most most of your drugs comes from a variety of areas now now your marijuana we see some of it local but this is pretty good stuff here so somebody's growing it one of the guys we arrested actually works at a medical ma or at a at a marijuana growing facility but the drugs that we caught him with was that he was buying from someone else so it wasn't from the facility he worked at but he actually worked in a lake west facility that legally grows marijuana at least by state law anything else thank you all very much have a good day yeah man um i don't know man i know y'all want to hear my opinion on the whole marijuana being legal you know i don't know bro because you know the medical aspects of it um you gotta you gotta just at least pay attention to that you know for those who use it for for true medical reasons uh for those who use it leisurely i mean to me it's just like alcohol and guns bro it's all like that people are going to do stuff with anything ain't like that we jumped up and said hey sell me do this break laws no it's the person that's who you really got to look at it's the person you know a person can drink alcohol responsibly but then you have others who drink it irresponsibly and then they take it out and then they go and they get in a wreck and then something happens do you blame the alcohol or you do you blame the person it's the person bro you know two people could walk up grab that marijuana and do two completely different things with one to use it just in his home personal use never do it somebody else no it's illegal to sell distribute do all this type of stuff and they still do it you know what i'm saying it is what it is so to sit there and say oh well this is why i'm trying to get it off the streets because this comes with guns and drug money and giving it to the kids you know what i mean i don't wholeheartedly agree with that and that's just my opinion but i'm interested to hear yours interested to hear yours you know what i'm saying because to sit there like if we do that then we got like i said then we got to do that with alcohol we got to do that with guns because it would be the same thing wouldn't it i don't know it's it's a touchy subject that's why a lot of states haven't gotten there yet you know what i mean you got your californians though you got your new yorks i think they've done it so we just have to see time is going to tell did those states make right decisions or not let's see what happens only time will tell so but uh y'all get at me in the comments section let me know what y'all thought grady judd craziest ever y'all let me know and uh stick around and stay tuned man until the next reaction on my peace out stay solid hey
