jesus when when when now more than ever the world needs jesus now and that's the team that we are looking at praise be to god amen and we want to tell the world as far as we can go to our media praise our treasures in heaven jesus that when the day of reckoning come by god jesus we can say we were faithful unto you my god but help us jesus not to lay up treasures on this earth lord jesus where muth and rust does corrupt my god because they shall be taken away jesus but when we lay our treasures in you mighty god then we will be victorious jesus we will be able to enter the pearly gates my god daniel didn't lay up his treasures in the king jesus he didn't lay up its treasures oh god where he was at at that time jesus but he laid up his treasures in you mighty god and jesus you have got a hope that you were able to deliver him and this morning jesus we lay our treasures in you god and we have a hope in you king jesus there is open you this morning god when our minds are stayed on you savior jesus christ [Music] the lord everybody today we will be reading john 3 verse 16 to 21 for god so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish or have everlasting life for god sent not his son into the world to god to condemn him to condemn them but that the world throughout him might be saved he that believeth on him is not condemned for he that believeth not is condemned already because he have not believed in the name of the only begotten son of god and this is the condemnation that light is come into the world and men love the darkness rather than light because their deeds were evil for everyone that dweath evil eateth the light neither con cometh to the light let his deeds be reproved but he that dwith truth cometh to the light and his deeds may be manifest manifest that they are root in god this is a portion of god's holy word thanks be to god praise be to god praise be to god praise be to god amen thank you jesus lift your hands again god so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth in him and that's the part that amen brings in the choice let no one fool you whosoever believeth in him should not perish amen we are all born condemned to die and so the bible says whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life god send that his son into the world to condemn so if jesus never come to condemn neither should we condemn but that the world shoe him now to get to god you have to go through jesus you can't know god unless you know jesus did you know that some people don't say they know god but they don't know who jesus really is well i'm not preaching i'm just moderating praise god but sometimes sometimes come to your mind you just want to share it amen sometimes it's not even appropriate to share these thoughts but praise god um i'm trying sister sister soares is praying hard for me praise god i i'm trying amen let's stand to her feed many times you have to ask the lord to forgive you thank him for bringing you through all of that to be here to lift up your hands and to worship him and to give him all that he truly deserves praise and worship and call upon his name again praise be to god hallelujah i've left out some prayer requests amen and i i want us to constantly continue to pray for some individuals though their prayer request is not before us but i believe the lesson this morning was about faithfulness in prayer and so as i remember the names praise be to god be with me i bring them to your thoughts and and we can remember to continue to pray for these individuals praise be to god a god who believe that he's a miracle working god do you agree with me do you believe god that he's a miracle working god hallelujah do you believe it do you believe it raise up your right hand if you believe that our god is a miracle working god has god worked a miracle in your life before yes right now he's working a miracle suggest to us the only way we can get up to heaven we conform to the word of the lord so let's stay connected to his word because the world when he comes we can live out of this earth unto him aren't of little faith then he arose and rebuked the winds and the sea and there was a great calm but the men marveled seeing what manner of money is this that even the winds and the sea obey him when i asked pastor free lord jesus we stand today in amazement you left your royal splendor came into the earth lord jesus christ with the ultimate purpose of saving us saving mankind and so today we are glad lord jesus christ that your god and your your faithful god of heaven and so today we ask that your word be declared with the awesome power that it needs to be declared with so we ask that your ninth year servant place on the lips of clay a word for the all a word for your people a word for those who have not known you i'm not even come to you lord jesus we know there's a force there's a power that would seek to disrupt what you want to do today in the lives of a people when we take authority in the name of jesus we pray god that everything other than what you want to be accomplished with me some do today and so that your servant will declare your word so that it helps oh god that divine act upon the heart of men save lives today god of heaven we ask right now for that special the presents we read a while ago matthew 8 23 to 27 even the winds and the waves obey him amen we can all agree that we live in unprecedented times amen we are living in a time when we don't know what to do we don't know what next is going to happen we we just live from day to day the government can't tell us what next the great scientists can't tell us what next and everything seems like it's evolving the challenges become new and the challenges become greater and we all can agree that the fight is on with every person existing today amen everybody is engaged nobody is disengaged everybody around the world is engaged paul told young timothy in 2nd timothy 3 verse 1 he said this know also that in the last days perilous times shall come everybody say perilous times the nrv version says paul said to timothy ma this there will be terrible times in the last days he said this he said look out don't don't lose sight there will be terrible times the message version says don't be naive there are difficult times ahead as the n approaches people are going to be self-absorbed money hungry self-promoting stock up profane contemptuous appearance crude coarse treacherous rootless bloated with bugs addicted to lust and allergic to god they'll make sure of religion but behind the scenes their animals stay clear of these people this is how paul puts it in the message version tough days ahead he said he said to timothy tough days ahead dark clouds coming over in matthew 8 23 when we read a while ago the bible said they followed jesus and entered the boat and solemnly there was a storm they followed jesus and into the boat notice they were following jesus they entered the boat they they were following jesus they entered the boat suddenly a furious storm came upon the lake so the waves swept over the boat and jesus was sleeping everybody said sleeping jesus was taking a risk the boat was swinging and swaying and jesus was sleeping i don't know how he does that but the bible said he was sleeping jesus seemed unreachable you can't get to him and we're in this time and we can't get to jesus have you ever asked the question where is god in your storm where is god in your challenges if you ever ask the question raise your hand amen amen we have all asked the question some point in time where is god where is god if you had come when we called you lazarus wouldn't have died mary said where were you when we call you and we said oh brother lazarus you could have saved him but you were nowhere to be found you were like sleeping in our situation we wouldn't have these problems if you had showed up but the disciples followed him you know we might say we follow you jesus in this age we we are following you no matter how tough it is we can't get to church on youtube have a lot of destruction and we are trying our best we pray we fast but you are not there you seem far away paul said to timothy in ii timothy 3 verse 14 paul said to him but continue though in the things which thou has learned everybody is about continue see it with conviction but continue paul said to timothy continue though in the things which thou has learned and have come and i have become convinced of knowing of whom there was learnt them from don't let it faze you paul said to timothy stick with what you have learned over the years you have learned about god and and and paul says stick to what you have learned continue even though these times are raising continue in what you have learned everybody say continue paul said to timothy look at me tomorrow you've seen how i suffered but god rescue me because god is a rescuer everybody say god is a rescuer paul said he rescued me you know well that he rescued me you know well he is going to come through though it might take fourth so it might take 20 days though it might take 10 years he's going to rescue you he's going to rescue us paul said to timothy calm down just remember this he's going to rescue us he has done it before and he's the same god yesterday today and tomorrow so rest assured timothy that he is going to rescue us disciples said jesus save us for we perish we are going to join they shoot jesus and jesus got up shake himself like there was nothing happening like the sun was shining on a bright sunny day he got up and he said you have little faith why are you so afraid and jesus rebuked the winds and the waves and it was completely calm everybody said completely calm it was completely calm he said to his disciples you have little faith why are you so afraid why are you so afraid there must be something that we are afraid of or the disciples were afraid of when he said why are you afraid if you ask the question why are you afraid there must be some sort of groans on which we should not be afraid what is that grounds jesus you told us not to be afraid but we almost joined we are almost tied we are almost perished and you are saying we are not to be afraid what groans are you saying laton brother charles if if they say come let us jump out of a plane thousand feet in the air come let us jump out of our plane and you said everything will be all right i don't know everything be alright you know but if you throw a parachute to me and tell me to jump out of the plane i will jump because i will have the assurance that i have a parachute and when i soon reach the ground i can pull it and i will be safe and on dark grounds i would not be afraid but if you tell me to jump out without a parachute before i hit the ground i am dead that's what i am afraid of so when jesus told his disciples do not be afraid there must be some sort of drones some sort of parachute some sort of lifeline where he's basing all of this from amen if we should go back before chapter 8 and go to chapter 4 after he was first in 40 days and you know the story he went up to the mount and was tempted and called some of his disciples and after he calls the disciples in chapter 5 he started to teach everybody say he started to teach he began to teach in chapter five he taught them about marriage in chapter five he taught them about beatitudes he sought them he taught them about praying in chapter five he taught them the disciples prayer oh father who art in heaven he taught them how to pray in chapter five he taught them how to fast in chapter 5 in chapter 6 he taught them not to worry everybody say taught them not to worry yes in verse 25 he said take no thought for your life what he shall eat or what he shall drink or the clothes that you wear god close the grass of the field how much more are you worth he taught them he said can any of you verse 27 can any of you by worrying at a single hour to your life he told him that he said by worrying you can't even add an hour to your life in chapter six in chapter seven he said you go again and you say ask and seek and knock on whatever you ask i will give it unto you i will not give you a stone for a bread or seeks for a nine whatever you ask that shall i give he taught them that and in chapter eight he taught he said before you come into the boat before you follow me into the storm i know this is the parachute i gave you when i taught you not to worry when i taught you to trust in me when i taught you how to handle the situation when you saw me healing people this is a parachute i gave you this is the groans jesus gave them why are you afraid why are you afraid every time god said do not be afraid in the scripture there are some groans that he had mentioned or put in place before it would be it would be unreasonable for god to say be not afraid when there is something to be afraid of but in spite of the difficult situation in spite of the storm i have taught you some things and i gave you a parachute i gave you the groans on which to trust me amen he gave us jones everybody said he gave us groans to trust him yes he did paul said in romans 20 verse 17 so faith commit by hearing and hearing by the word of god living a christ-filled life is going to be tough everybody says it's going to be tough it is a given that's what paul said it is a given and if you don't know about god the only way that you are going to know about god is in his word everybody say in his word it is what he has taught you it is what you have learned he has given you these tools to say in the storms of life this is the groans that you are to stand on because i won't carry you through something if i didn't equip you for it notice he went into the boat not before he taught them not before he gave them the lifeline not before he gave them the parachute he he he went into the storm after he quit them for the storm tell your neighbor you're equipped let us not fool ourselves we can't go through the storms of life without the word of god without the mind of god we can't go through these perilous times without the mind without the word of god it is important and i reiterate this is important according to the scriptures that you are to remember what he has taught you psalms 119 verse 105 he said thy word is a lamp unto my feet for the word of god for ourselves amen let us dig in we know you know we have our we we're at home and a lot of destruction but it's difficult even for myself sometimes throughout the week to jump in the word what i have to scrape something even if it's just a lamp they have to i have to walk with challenging us let us it was it was being the word of god amen amen let us be in the word of god let us put pressure on the preacher amen let us put pressure on the preacher for we know the word and just like when mary went to elizabeth and they had the baby in the womb the bible said when the both of them came together the baby baby left there was movement there was a spiritual connection know the word that no one can lead us astray amen let us know the word for ourselves when we know the word of god things become easier things become lighter our situation seem a little sonia amen we can come and we can worship not based on our circumstance but based on what god has said it lest it let worship be easier when we are a word people brother darian it's easy for us to lift our hands if if brother diane even is joking we just push him aside and and worship god for we know how what god has done in our lives we know what he can do the disciples saw jesus when he was doing his miracles and jesus said remember what you have learned verse 27 of matthew 8 bible said men marveled saying what man of money is this that even the winds and the seas obey him what man of money is this basically they were saying this is enough ground for us to believe god this is enough groan for us not to be afraid this is enough groan for us to jump if god said jump it is enough groan for us for we need jesus now more than ever if you want to know more of jesus read more of his word amen amen amen say it a little bit let us go into the world let us challenge ourselves this week maybe for the rest of the month let us find a lump on to our feet and sometimes when we find the lamp you might realize it's just a light that guide us along the way amen amen but i would say even the winds obey him this is a god that i can put my grounds on that i can put my trust on when everything else is shaken let's just lift our hands and worship the thank lord [Music] [Music] um thank you thank you lord for your words today words of encouragement not to be afraid no matter what we're going through in this world today to trust jesus more of your words more of your words to get to know you more thank you lord jesus thank you for using your servant to minister to your people today praise be to god i want to encourage someone who is not yet saved someone who is not yet baptized in the wonderful name of jesus christ [Music] and receive the promise of the gift of the holy ghost to do it now to find a church an assembly where they baptize in jesus name and request water baptism do what the word says repent first and be baptized in the name of the lord jesus for the remission the removal the washing away of sins and he will fill you with the gift of the holy ghost i want to encourage somebody in social media if you have not yet done so you need to do it now praise be to god hallelujah jesus is waiting on you he is patiently waiting on you praise god can you imagine he is waiting on you [Music] hallelujah as we bring this surface to a close making way for the second shift praise god we want to thank all the participants in this service today most of make way to go amen if you can stand let's stand together as we pray this final prayer you won't have to sit again unless you wish to praise be to god our god and our savior jesus christ from everlasting to everlasting thou art god you sit i and you look low heaven is still your throne earth is your footstool now we thank you for the opportunity to gather together in this fashion one more time lord as we continue i pray in the name of the lord jesus that you will continue to order our steps in your words and we will continue to obey your words thank you for the preaching of the world thank you god for all those who participated in this service today in one way or the other lord we thank you for them lord we thank you for those who sit at the door stand at the door to sanitize and to oh god take the temperature we thank you for them lord jesus we thank you god for the just as important as anyone else in this service we thank you for those oh god who participated in taking the offering we thank you god for all the members of the body of christ in particular who have their different functions we all are important in this body thank you jesus and as we go from this first service we pray that the second shift that will be coming on god we pray that you will continue to anoint to bless lord remember minister rogers as he's at home not feeling well today we pray that your hands will be upon him oh god we pray that you will touch him and strengthen him in a special way so thanks again in jesus precious name we pray amen let everybody say in jesus name [Music] that
