Paul Rodriguez Memorabilia Collection

I'm a big fan of cigars I love smoking cigars I haven't used this once my my humidor right here friend of mine shouts Matt Miko skate creations he made me a humidor wrapped with all recycled skateboards it's pretty dope I actually humidor that I use to keep my stogies in here I just cleaned it out and like organized it but I got my look cigar collection come on can't you see I'm working here yeah I'm working here scoot scoot got my drawers in here mama cigar collection these this is my domestic cigar collection this is like my Dominicans and my Nicaraguans and not not where I keep the Cubans my mynah Cristo drawer I just love like the artwork that comes on the cigar wrappers and like and the boxes that they come in so I kind of collect the boxes so every time I get boxes cigars so much craftsmanship like style to it I feel like it's if we throw it away like why would you throw it away but now I got my Cohiba box shoutout to Andrew Reynolds the boss he brought me this back from Cuba shoutout to him much loved these ones I even got a custom cigar box as a gift right here yeah I just like love the artwork little friend a point there then I'll show you my other humidor or my Cuban cigars cuz you know thank you so follow me right here real quick okay so over here so I keep my Cuban cigars and my Prometheus I climb it I like to keep these things to keep them at that right-right climbing but here's all my Cubans right now I got a bunch of Monte Cristo number twos got some Cohibas so these are like when I get with my cigars squash shoutout to the smoke squad this is the stache we smoke from you know the homies get together chop it up like some of these a poor little glass of scotch and you don't have a have a grown man kind of evening got the torch right here keeps that lit no I've got the couple of cutters in here it's the grown man zone right here you know after all the hard works done you want to kick back and celebrate that's the zone you go to hey a little cool little item there yeah like so right here a little piece of artwork I think is a little crooked actually huh no pun intended crooked cuz this is a hand-drawn picture from Mark Gonzales those of you who don't know he has a skateboard for company called crooked so no pun intended but yeah keep that the gongs as a oh gee legend so when I rode for this company called venture metric trucks they keep a whole drawer of artwork that he's just done and they framed it and sent it to me welcome me to the team like that so that's a this is one is very special to me shut it to the guns yeah a couple little my like I guess some memorabilia that I keep these are some different boards that all have different special meanings to me like won competitions in this one was dumb tour in Portland this was all a Street League Portland win this was my first graphic plan be another Street League win this X Games win Tampa Pro win and this one right here is special anybody who has seen my third commercial for my third shoe [Music] it was today's a good day theme the IceCube song where he made his cameo Kobe and ice cube both made a cameo in it shout out to them thank you guys this is the actual skateboard I was skating in that commercial where I switched trade the triple set so that was a special one to me so I kept it saved it and over here like I want to keep keep the trophy stuff upstairs because like I feel like if I put it downstairs and people come over like I'm being too into myself but at the same time like I want to be proud of remember at 2 cos like I worked hard for it so I kind of keep it upstairs so right here is the board from another X games that I won and my roommate Dan a body shot up to Dan one of my best friends snuck the board away because I always key if I want to contest I always keep the board in the shoes so he somehow snuck it without me noticing got it to Nike and the folks at Nike dipped it in in bronze it bronzed it then congratulations on an amazing season always striving for perfection whatever but like this is the actual board I was skating in the X Games and they dipped it bro you can see all the marks the stickers whatever on there everything pretty cool that they did that so this one's a special one yes this was like an advertisement for my second shoe to keep various you know just various memories from from me a career man you look back on things and at the time it's happening you don't necessarily know how special it will be to yourself and as time goes on it becomes more special you become more grateful and thankful for you know things you've been able to do and be part of you know just different little this was a contest I won in Seattle the LG open they used to have then 10 years ago this is a shoe box from when my 7 shoot came out keep that there here's another one from my second shoe to add and these to me are my most special trophies that I've ever won some Street League three times I was able to win Street League one fell apart though my truck fell off oh yeah we glue that back on there but these are special me because anybody who skated in Street League knows how damn hard it is to win Street League it's it's hard to get into the into the finals let alone win one so these three times I was able to pull it off are very special to me because I was skating in against in my opinion the best skateboarders in the world and so I keep these here man these are super important and special to me to know that at one point I've done three times and then oh yeah just more like a shoe campaign is when I was probably like 11 this right probably just before I started skateboarding I got to meet the president at the time present mr. Bill Clinton there's my pops and my stepmom over there so that was pretty cool here's my trophy from Tampa Pro my first-place trophy um this one was from Street League as well they do a um they give you an award for like skaters Choice Award where the skaters vote who they wanted who they felt like skated the strongest that weekend or whatever and this time around they chose me which I'm thankful thank thank you guys so that's real special to me because this was like voted from my peers you know so very grateful for that Andy and hope here his little board we did from the commercial that Ice Cube and Kobe were featuring that's the lowrider Ice Cube ran over my skateboard with all those you don't know your boy can play the guitar actually a little bit and for those of you who don't know I also can play regular and switch and look at our play both ways so that's kind of always been a thing for me like skateboarding out I'm you know people know me for skating regular and switch but that started before I started skating that started when I started playing guitar I'm a left-handed person naturally I just I played but I for some reason was comfortable playing right-handed but Jimi Hendrix my favorite guitar player and Nirvana is my favorite band and Kurt Cobain and Jimi Hendrix both played Lefty and I was like well I'm lefty and I want to play like like my hero so I made myself learn how to play left-handed because I'm like I'm left-handed I should be playing left-handed just like my heroes so that's kind of how that started I might give you guys a concert here we have um photos from when my first shoot came out so these are the different angles on my first shoot and these are just different board graphics from over the years that when I used to be on girl skateboards when I used to be on Plan B you know just gotta keep the memories so they're right here I keep my X Games medals been fortunate enough to do it four times so thank God for that this is kind of like my wall of inspiration um some of my heroes I look up to I like to keep you know I like to keep my heroes around keep me inspired and motivated keep me keep striving to improve and be better a shot with this photographer Justin J shout out to him he was shooting me for some reason a few years back and I had mentioned him Mike we're talking about hip hop word and I mention about jay-z was my favorite he's like oh I shot with jay-z before I'll send you some prints and uh he sent me these ones Hovind Diddy right there J on the set of girls girls girls music video Bruce Lee the master of course of course Hamid I'll leave the legend you know you gotta stay inspired by the greats this one right here I got last year for my birthday shout-out to the homie Ivan Barrios he's DJ Khaled's like personal videographer photographer and uh he also knows I'm a great fan of hope and he sent me some prints of the photos that he shot hope so shout out to Ivan thank you so much brother and then over here you know painting of course and then some some of my heroes in skateboarding right here - this clown right here but shot - Alfonso Ross for the art work sign right here by Jamie Thomas of course guy Mariano Erik Austin to me in my mind the best to ever do it the Michael Jordan of skateboarding and day one song - the ageless phenom killing it as I just showed you got Mariano I was a tatoeba Jefferson's house one day one of my friend photographer and he was doing an article on god Mariano and he just had papers of different signatures of guy Mariano signing it for he was gonna do something within the article and I stole it I just took it so I got guy Mariano signature in like three different ways had to frame that I was cool house it's very special to me of course this damn dog that's been bugging us all day a fan actually drew this over and of course my girl set this all up for me so she had to frame it and put it right here you know and this is at my tattoo I got from mr. cartoon as well this is the the party tres is right here my my right arm that's mr. cartoon for the love he's always showing you over the years man lesson here we got a couple memorabilia pieces here this is from when my first shoe dropped Nike made these bookends for me they took a pair and they dipped it in bronze so they got a theme for doing that with me so they got it right there this bruce lee statue was personally given to me by miss Shannon Lee Bruce Lee's daughter so this is very special to me right here I got a print Eric Koston 1998 photo issue Transworld magazine shot by my friend Mike bleh back he gave me a print and up here is the actual skateboard that Ice Cube ran over in the lowrider and over here autograph I got Illmatic record from nas himself that's a that's a special one and then also for my fourth shoe commercial I got this handwritten note from Naz himself so you know how to keep dead oh that's a nice like to keep things oh this one's kind of cool to me too or really cool to me too is just photo down here with mrs. Obama that was really cool got to meet her a few years ago ain't mad at that couple of special mementos over here right here this guitar right here was a gift and it's signed by the Eagles that one I kind of just keep there to display this guitar right here was handcrafted by an artisan guitar maker in Spain for your boy for me this was when my fifth shoe came out for Nike this was a gift shout out to my boy Daniel LeBron on Spain who coordinated this and made this happen put my little logo up here and everything so this is like handcrafted classical guitar I love it every so often I pick it up strum it and you know put the goal boards the primitive gold boards here I'll I just really like the gold foil kind of put them in there just a little speed ease some more Alfonzo Rawls designs of the legend Matt Hensley and over here is a guitar I won when I won Tampa Pro back in 2010 won this guitar and this guitar was a guitar made from some friends of mine out in Argentina when I went to Argentina for my first time they they saw that I had been playing guitar and so these guys make guitars out of recycled skateboards so this is all skateboard a used skated skateboard every bit of it except for the metal parts obviously but this is like one of the cool you know one of a kind you can see where the tail was skated down the headstock skateboard and they straight turned it into a really good working electric guitar and it's lefty too well boy yeah I'm a little liquor cabinet type thing it's not it's more like just different uh different uh scotches that I've had over the years shut up oh no we drank that do say straight up then over here just a couple like more little memorabilia from like when I went to Munich Germany they made me these Stein's um so I got a few of them here like the glass ones and this one many people know many people don't know I I was part of a brand called seeing archers it was a brewery that we started from friends of mine and I um so we had some Stein's summer scene Archer Stein's made as well this is like kind of like tried to feel I try to give this room kind of like a cigar lounge feel want you know cuz I love me the cigars and style of cigars and all that so just kind of my little like attempt a cigar lounge boys old man been around last stuff a lot of great memories a lot of great times but still more great times to come you know so we got to keep collecting keep adding
