Paul McCartney has come stateside Paul made the trip across the pond for his first public appearance since the US Memorial after the death of his wife Linda but this trip was for a happier purpose in support of his and Linda's daughter the biggest inspiration for you has been white my mom and dad my brother and sisters completely it's a family affair it really is he was last seen in the States honoring the memory of his late wife Linda now Paul McCartney is back in America in happier times helping his daughter Heather launch her first collection of designer house where our Jan Carl got some exclusive time with the twosome even though you may be nervous is it really dad who's the most nervous when your child knows huge endeavor no we may argue with you so yeah I get a little bit nervous it's so it's easier doing a concert I think than doing this but I'm happy to be here she's lovely girl and I'm very proud this is my daughter Heather Paul's definitely a proud papa but the celebration just wasn't complete without his lovely Linda been obviously a very difficult time for us over this last year um but you know we're moving forward you know you got to move forward and so this is all pretty up stuff and very vibrant and it's what Linda would have liked I know that the daughter of Linda and her first husband Heather was born in the American Southwest and her designs reflect the region's native art I've seen Heather's ropes this is do you love this about the dad this is what I love that way I want to know how to shameless plugging a Brooks Paul often appears in public to support his children when daughter Stella debuted her new clothing line her dad was there to cheer her on it's that affection that helps the McCartney family recover from their loss I think it's just time attention and love mainly love because that's all you need I should say proud papa Paul reports that the Heather McCartney collection includes everything from kitchenware to clocks cushions to candles it'll all be in stores this fall
