As a biologist who has a love affair with physics but doesn't necessarily know all of the math involved in understanding physics (yet!), I found this talk to be amazingly helpful in expanding my intuition for some of the topics in modern physics.

Btw if anyone isn't familiar with who Sean Carroll is, spend a couple of minutes finding out. He's very famous in the physics community, and his "No Nonsense Guide to General Relativity" is pretty famous.
