what's going on here - peeps of barbeque freak say you guys for children in so I found this recipe on Facebook it's a creamy garlic parmesan mushroom chicken recipe that looks amazing we're going to knock it out today let's get started alright so what I have here is and I thought I'd hit the record button but I didn't but what I have here are is two boneless skinless chicken breast over there really thick chicken breast and I simply just slice them in half just to make them a little thinner and easier to cook and I seasoned it with well you guessed it it's incredible so we have these seasoned up we're going to get these in the pan and get them get them fried out get them cooked up I got the missus chopping up some garlic some spinach and this should be good so this is what I have here two boneless skinless chicken breasts that I just simply just slice in half if you could find them already sliced a lot thinner even better I just went with the big ones the thicker ones and slice it myself and so I got a pan here skillet with some oil and take these uh boneless skinless chicken thighs and get in the pan I have to do that last one separate I want it crowded too much so we're going to cook this on each side for a few minutes until they cook through and we'll flip them over and get them cooked on the other side all right these been going for a few minutes put about four or five minutes about four minutes flip it over oh yeah last little nice no crust let them cook on this side for about four minutes and pull them all all right the chicken is done next I'm going to take a cup our 8 ounces of chopped mushrooms and I add that right into the same pan that we cook the chicken in and we're just going to let these saute down a little bit I'm going to season it just a little bit with you guessed it it's incredible something you guys there's some good stuff okay right baby yeah so we're going to saute these down and then pull them all that will pick back up in just a bit all right mushrooms are done we're going to get these all and move on to the next step right in the same pan I'm going to take 1/4 stick of butter melt that down to the butter I'm going to add about three cloves of garlic that I minced up well that the mrs. mince does and we're going to add one tablespoon of flour kind of grab the flour one tablespoon of flour and we're just going to work that flour in until it breaks down I've got that flour incorporate you're going to add a half a cup four ounces of chicken broth and we're going to add one cup of heavy whipping cream or you use half and a half yes get that mixed up right to that I'm going to add half a teaspoon of pepper you just kind of eyeball it if you want I'll try to put the measurements down in the bottom half a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of garlic powder she keep it on a medium heat and get this stuff put away real quick and then I'm going to come back with a half a cup 4 ounces of grated Parmesan and we're just going to whisk this in here that that is gonna be good YUM it smells so good to that I've got some spinach that I just kind of minced up a little bit we're going to add that to the mix probably about a cup and get that mixed up really good if it gets too thick just add a little bit more about the heavy whipping cream but it should be just fine then we're going to take these mushrooms and Grill it up earlier have that right back into the mix and we're going to take our chicken and place it right back in here I have to taste I'll kill you guys this sauce by itself tastes amazing what's that overflow probably use a bigger pan anyway we're just kind of dipping it in there so we'll be fine oh man look at that that looks amazing place with sauce oh man oh man and that is it we're going to fight some of this up and we'll give it a taste test it's always the best part are you guys everything is done this is the final plate it looks like kind of smells so amazing I'll insert a picture also so you get a better look at it but it looks like so we're going to cut a piece of this chicken up really quickly now you can have this by itself it would be really great by itself or you can have it over like a better rice we made some fettuccine alfredo or some fettuccine noodles rather that we're going to have this with so I'm just going to take a little bit of the noodles and a piece of that chicken which may I don't know if you can make it make this out but you might not be able to pick it up but it's actually really juicy still so huh it's not gonna pick up but anyway trust me it's actually really really it's still really juicy the chicken so let's give it a shot Wow holy cow this is probably one of the best dishes I've ever made that sauce is just excellent man holy cow I want to drink it anyway this this is amazing it turned out great I'm glad I ran across this recipe holy cow there's just so much flavor the creaminess there's different terms of flavor from that it's incredible and just all these ingredients work perfect together it's actually I'm gonna finish it and thank you guys for watching I will see you guys next time take care
