uh somebody's been parked in somebody's spot over here for three or four days somebody rents here and i'm fixing to hook somebody up that's for sure some ladies been trying to park in their places you ain't got nowhere to park at because you ain't got nowhere to park at she ain't got nowhere to park at [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] so [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] no problems this your space yeah i'm sorry about that sorry they do that when they come pick it up will this still be on there y'all don't touch the car right it'll still be on there okay shout out for more it might blow off no no don't worry about that you got pictures here i wasn't worried about nothing as far as legality you got we're not to worry about you got witnesses they know it's your spot okay don't worry about it make sure they see the warning well they don't worry about it hey it could be a stolen car you can't never tell thank you have a good one yeah no problem y'all have a good one yeah a long story short uh that lady uh had her parking place stolen by somebody whoever owns this g35 just pulled up in her parking place and left her car that ain't how it works you can't steal somebody's parking place number 36 was uh was her parking area and uh she reserves the right to have that car towed the office uh called us to tow it she told the office what happened they called us to get it uh anyway that's just how it goes people do this all the time they park in somebody else's parking place like uh you know like they own it but uh gets down to it man you gotta uh you gotta have respect for other people's property especially if it's their parking space anyway people get yanked every day just how it goes hey there we're back on it again on the property i just pulled through this uh property i found three so far and i'm not near uh not near done looking i'm fixing to get out and check this tag on this car here looks like a piece of crap yeah we'll be towing this one in a minute i'm going to hook this honda i got a honda i'm going to hook first and i got a wheel lifter right in front of me just got ultima i'm coming up on my honda right now there's my honda looks like a south cause of north carolina south carolina south carolina plate hook it up man [Music] [Music] anyway i got that honda i'm gonna go over here and grab this uh i got a ultima i gotta grab over here as a wheel lifter i'm gonna come back and get that cadillac in a little bit cadillac with no tag it's gotta go too anyway i'm gonna will lift this ultimate get to get signed out and get out of here anyway i got a small problem with this car here i can't get it loaded on the truck where it's sitting at not on the wheel lift what i'm gonna do is i'm gonna lock it out and roll forward about two or three feet where i can hook to the front it's too tight on this car my truck's too long this does happen on occasion i can't get it loaded i have to move the car so i'll go ahead and lock it out and i push it forward i don't like doing this it takes too long and people come out uh it's just a pain in the butt so i'm gonna go but i'm gonna go ahead and do [Music] it three four five six seven you can't tell me that ain't nerve-racking they just locked somebody's car out alarm going off and now i gotta load it wow anyway i'm gonna go ahead and do what do stay with stick with the plan roll it forward get it on the wheel lift [Music] yes sir there's no need to tell it have you talked to the office no well you got you got a sticker on the car you know that right you got a sticker to tow it's got expired tag i went to the small place to get it today and they weren't open yet i was going at lunch time because i haven't had a chance to get it done i'm trying to get it done well let me tell let me give you a piece of advice if you get a sticker on your car you can't wait till the tow guy gets here i'm not hooked to it right now locked it out i was going to roll it up i had it been in a position where i could have loaded it it would be it'd be gone by now if you get stickered you've got to contact your office manager because it's up to them i don't just show up in tow they have us tow you you got to communicate if you don't communicate i just discovered this and they give me one day i am sitting in iceland now it's been good isolation yeah listen listen listen listen i understand that okay hey you got a telephone you ain't contacted the office i'll show you the list they got they got 10 or 12 people on sunday well we've discovered it i've been trying to okay okay i understand all listen everybody understands that everybody's going through that same thing they're going through the thing the same thing at the office okay everybody's going through it all you got to do like i said hey they were stickered last week last week sometime you know what i'm saying we were here friday to tow yeah so you had three or four or five days at least to contact the office that's all you got to do is talk to them i'll show you the list they hey they marked they marked off a bunch of people to not told all they did those people called the office all you got to do is communicate with me i understand i'm completely if you'll communicate if you'll call them hey they'll give you more time if you call like i said i'm not hooked to your vehicle if i was hooked to it it would you have to pay it out but by law i do it strictly by the book that's how we do it all right if i call them right now they'll i'm not going to tow it like i said you're out here i'm not going to try to tow it because you're out here you did come out i'm not hooked to the car you got the option to clarify it with your office manager and if you don't clarify and talk to them when i come back over here they're gonna say no he hasn't called us i'm gonna have to hook it but just contact them thank you hope you feel better uh but we we did lose that one it does happen i did a six second lockout but like i said it does happen i do lose cars we lost that one because it came out um anyway i'm gonna go to the final find me another car that they wanted towed this list just got a lot of cars on it i could just drop the honda i think i'm just going to drop this honda and re-hook it from the front anyway explain what i'm doing i just drove uh i just drove to the other side of the property over here i'm gonna dump this honda i'm gonna dump this honda off and go back and grab that uh that cadillac i can wheel with this honda i believe the cadillac's rear wheel drive is backed in so the plan is to drop this honda on the other side of the property and that person whoever if they come running out trying to find the car they're not going to find it before i get it re-hooked but i'm going to drop it here and go get the cadillac on the other side of the property and i'll come back and grab this honda there we go we're back on the cadillac again there we go anyway i'm uh pulling off the property uh i talked to that manager about the gentleman that come running out and uh she told me uh at the time that i signed these two here out that uh she hadn't talked to the guy now let me tell you this this is uh unbiased uh towing and we we told everybody she told me if he don't call to the office up there by the time i get back she told me to hook it so he's got the balls in his court all he's got to do is pick up the phone but like i said this is unbiased tow and i told everybody the same everybody that works here we uh this company here hey we don't show no favoritism to anybody because everybody gets towed it don't matter what political affiliation you're with uh what religious group you're with or what race you're from you're gonna get hooked that's just how the business is uh we we don't discriminate this toad's done by the bolt man and ain't nobody gets off the hook anyway [Music] peace [Music] you
