this particular car I'm fixing to pull in on right now this gentleman has been parking on the street his homeowners association has called us to come get his truck he's been warned numerous numerous times and they've called us to come get it numerous times so she's told me to make sure that I make this guy pay they're tired of him parking on the street he's the only one in the neighborhood that's been doing it on a regular basis and they're trying to stop people from doing it he won't listen the only way to fix this problem is to have his car towed that's the only thing that's going to stop him from doing it so we're getting ready to pull in I'm gonna set my truck up or give him give him a chain on the back of the truck that way I can get a hook on it cause it's right in front of his house so this may be a tricky one [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] they told me that you've been more numerous times we can't well that's crazy last time I got warnings last time I got warnings and stop hurting hippo all the weekends I will park here temporarily and then put it back in the whole okay part the truck here cleanup garages three nope but was it in white I know [Music] yeah [ __ ] I hate this what'd I do man this is what I do look man you got driveways here man that's why he listen it ain't got nothing to do and I understand what you said I'm gonna I ain't gonna ardent with you I ain't trying to order with you if anybody's rhetoric was him he doesn't want pants so you ain't let's go pay you ain't got no say that's cool hey I want you to tell you homeowners [ __ ] that peanut they told me to come told hey it's all new man you got nothing to do you got nothing to do with you man ain't got [ __ ] to do with you [Music] police you're too man I don't care about you man I don't care about you telling him what to do he's gonna look stupid when the police get here telling me to walk on the street I'd say downtown a letter you can't park on the street my man we worry about without them we talk we got a hand in this [ __ ] then why'd you see all these signs that's why I asked paint white mr. Park red no pause science no part you cannot take [ __ ] that's par for the white simply day hmm are you doing yeah this this vehicle off gentlemen lives lives right there they they've called on this truck on a number of times anyway she she saw him out in the street had called on us today he lives here this is Vizard this side here's for visitors only it's not for the residents to park of the whole street would fill up and everybody would park out of here so she so she the homeowners association called us to tow it we got a contract to tow over here and I explained him he's been nice to some other guy come over here raising all kind of hell but he's been really nice in this parking area for visitors on it isn't I don't know if it's for visitors only but it they give you by those of the I'm learning that romantic here love it we need to find that yeah well this is this is our homeowners association then they have been I understand Boise we cannot turn back to enforce against Oh God white parties for visitors or we can't give you a copy as barking or Indian some from my understanding though they said we depart on the weekends here whatever room until I said they call it to total power well like them Kimberly party I live so the only logical spot would be over here but tear out the car parking since last December well move that car laughs put it over here temporary is like you have you 15 minutes 20 minutes that's temporary if he's long enough for him to come where we boil life 11 did you ever get a notice before HOA about marking here I'm sure they're good I'm sure the thing is what HOA is probably knocking I mean I look at HOA - I don't lose agree what they do but you have to keep in mind that if they do something unlawful and they open themselves with a lawsuit I can tell you I live in the HOA and they give me multiple notices and when I call and tell them hey what's going on they say hey this is an ongoing issue or whatever you know okay well usually there let me know before they take any sort of action so because I'm telling you I've guarantee you they don't do anything on just spare at the moment cuz mainly they want to gain compliance before something like this happened because obviously you're a resident here they don't want to piss you off but they gotta do something to gain compliance just like the pool rule we don't enforce the pool rule of it [ __ ] like that the HOA does but clearly I'm sure some way try to really reach out to you guys at one time now you might out there that got the notice I get that but yes like the officer saying you need to speak with somebody HOA because I guarantee you it's been an ongoing issue with your truck I'm not saying it's your fault I'm just saying guaranteed somebody has sent a letter before trying to address the situation guaranteed as I said I live in a HOA that my grass is too freaking long you know get to know ya hey what can we do for you - well zeef Chris save me a hundred bucks we begin that something maybe heat right we can't force we can hold a gun to his head if he wants to work out a deal with you guys that's you know that's completely I actually came from Sandy Springs to here took me an hour to get here there's no way that it's a hundred all drop fear I'm on the toilet out now that's just how the business said we solved parking problems everywhere fire lanes stuff like that any cat stuff where they call us to solve problems and that's what we do when we solve parking issues you know yeah I don't mean yeah you have all right to take it up with HR way it seems this the bottom line is is if they if they're not all everybody else that lives here pop parking in this here there will be nowhere for visitors to come visit there would be nowhere and that's why that's ridiculous yeah you see a little water you see your truck woozy overnight you that's our little well living in the neighborhood a little while okay you tell me a little while yeah I moved my party because I get some stuff out of the garage I put it fifteen minutes the truck is powerful overnight how is that temper is that political we explain that I get it I get it yeah what was that a matter of an interpretation so Illawarra is a few minutes overnight you have two degrees and everything we're doing right now before you get taken to court figure it out that way but yeah we can't force him to let it go that's your joy or he chose it that's going we're not taking sides here brother or hugger they'll help you out more but we're not agreed a civil round right now effective course now because this way you know you came for me yeah and that's what I should do like I said if you did that to do to be a [ __ ] it is the first time there's no way anyways is whitebait business no [ __ ] okay it's go away the traffic toward us is quite business yeah so this way this is some argument you can make but I'll go right now today like we would we would never touch your [ __ ] man this has nothing to do with the police we it's probably far and he instructed me however its he it doesn't like we would never deal with this we would never take it to you for something like at home but obviously the HOA operates differently their property it's not maintained by the county meaning so it's got they own the property so they get timber tell you do it ever they want because they're gonna be folding the whole hog Walmart did they didn't like the way you apart they can just tow right away you get at so yeah which we can help you out more but we can make him drop it ain't gonna be able to you know he doesn't want to work a deal obviously can't make a [ __ ] deal so you got Pam or I guess it gets towed but you don't care either way that's yeah yeah if you wanna call her I will drop it and I said you got a receipt I'll be happy to drop it off let me put a hundred on this oh yeah you call it now let her know you're calling [Music] [Music]
