[Music] welcome back man non-consensual towing you know what it is somebody's fixing to get yanked anyway uh anybody does this kind of work uh most everybody that does this kind of work uh they know uh you can't never tell how it's gonna uh what's gonna happen uh all you can do is be ready for whatever happens and that's what i that's what i do i'm ready i'm gonna get this get a couple cars here they called in this property called in uh some handicapped cheaters uh we towed one out here yesterday that was parked in a handicapped spot so we didn't have any problems but uh i'm gonna be willing to bet we're gonna have some we're gonna have some problems today that's just the way it goes anyway i'm going here in office to find out let's see what happens stay tuned we'll see if they're still parked in these spots or not it looks like one of the building nine looks like it's already moved i don't know what happened so we're gonna go ahead and yank it [Music] so [Music] anyway nobody ran out on that one i was kind of surprised uh we didn't have anybody come out i'm gonna sign out and roll to the yard what's going on i'm over here tow guy just pulled up yeah i'm yeah i'm by the but i'm gonna have to dump this one on the other side of the property if i'm gonna if i'm gonna get the other one i gotta get two out of here it's gonna be kind of tricky because what i gotta do i gotta drop this off gotta drop this fire line tow right here and go grab that lincoln this is gonna be tricky because if they come out they find the car um i'm gonna wind up in a situation where uh they might get their car i'm gonna do is i'm back set this try to find a spot to set this out where they can't well they won't see the car the only problem is it's not that easy i gotta get this lincoln for fairly quick um faster i get that link and i'll get back over there and hook that corolla from the front that way i don't boost the corolla [Music] [Music] sorry what i just put aaron in the battery's charging these weren't flat well the offensive manager is towing it well can i go up there and talk to them real fast because i just put air in everything all right all right that's something they said it's up to them tags expired it's yeah it's it's got to go i know you i see you heard the tires up yeah because what is scott i understand uh i'm not trying to be mean to you i'm not trying to be harsh you know i we they call us to tell them we have to tell them okay if i go up there really quick and talk to them well because my mother's coming to get the car and i understand i understand oh i mean i i said i can't make the decision to leave it i can't make that decision in the office though well no it's up to them i mean they hey they told me to come tell this car let me go up there real quick oh you can go up there but i i know she said they told me to tow it that's what they did they put it to the end of the day well it's it's not up to me to give you the decision it's their property uh it was stickered two days ago all right looks like there was another sticker it had another sticker i had another sticker there too it had no date on it though i know there's a sticker here there's another one here no y'all want to put one sticker this thing right here okay well it's not not me it's them i i said we don't just pick and choose what we tow okay so let me go talk to them before we put it on the truck because i know the property manager i know i'm opening well that maintenance guy is right there you can talk to him the maintenance guy is right there at the dumpster hello yo this tow guy down here that girl's running up there to talk to you about her car i'm sorry that girl's running up there about her car i told her i'm towing it i know it's not enough man okay i'll load it up [Music] so i'll give you the address i mean what do i have to have to get it because this is a tennessee car my mother was coming to get it so i can't like what am i supposed to bring that's what i'm saying god would have gave me to the end of the day i could have got it moved all right so it's not me it's it's not me it's called it's property it's the property the they just told that's what they do they tow they're told all the fire lanes and all the cars there's parking shortage here okay one of them hey let me give you the address or a current insurance policy and an id to match it the name's got a match on them oh so i don't have to go to tennessee and go get tags i can just go get it out you can get it out you don't have to get tags to get it out can i yeah all you got to have is you can put insurance on the car i already got insurance on it you can get it out that's all you got to worry about listen your id's got to match the name on the insurance got to match the id okay if it doesn't can i have a power of attorney um this is my grandmother's car who lives in tennessee well or just get the copy the id that matches it one of the two we're not hard we're not hard as far as getting them out we're not that difficult oh okay cool yeah you don't have to have because i was always gonna have a whole heart attack my grandmother well hey don't we're not it's not that bad just call them and ask them what they can do they'll work with the best they can long as they have the right documentation they'll let you get it out perfect yeah thank you sorry [Music] all that all that girl had to do was call that manager she refused to talk to the manager you got to communicate with your manager should talk to the manager ahead of time you can't wait till the tow guys backed up to the car uh to talk to the manager but she she did have herself really you know she stayed calm and handled it really really well a lot of people do they they buckle down and handle it the situation gets uh gets rough on them they they buckle down and handle the situation i gave the address and i triggered politely man i didn't disrespect here in no way uh and we got the car that's the way you do it man professional top level towing you can you can say uh your toe guys on here could say i talk too much blah blah blah and tell you what man you you towed as many cars as i have man you now you can run your mouth i've told thousands i bet you i've done four or five thousand impounds man oh you so how do you tell somebody like me uh how to how to do this type of work you really can't now you can't tell me what to do or how to do it man because i've already done it i've already been hooked up in situations where where guns are getting pulled um i've been in it numerous times so anybody come under coming to comments and tell me how what i need to do or not do you you ain't done this like i have but repo when you know we get repost too i hate cars and they wind up getting picked up by the repo guys so we pick up repo just the same i don't care if they're if they're driving a car every day we still pull up yank them just like a repo got one um but it's a little different here uh doing these impounds it's different because you gotta um you basically have to have to uh keep your property managers happy uh you can't can't go off on the residence man and treat them unprofessional stuff like that or you won't be told off on these nights or properties we tow from uh they like respectable honest you know people with integrity to run the television that's
