Packers 2024 Mock Draft 6.0!!!

Hello everybody welcome back to the channel or today we're going to do another Green Bay Packers mock draft but there's been two major changes one NFL free agency has H is happening right now players have been added to the Packers players have left Packers and as well as you can see I finally bit the bullet and subscribed to PFF plus it's only going to be for the month for the month of now to April I just think it is worth it to get these more advanced mock drafts in as we had a draft season mock drafts have been great for my channel growth and I know you guys are kind of getting tired of seeing the same three round three round three round so went on ahead got the subscription and we're going to do seven round mock draft there going to be some trades we might potentially do as well very very exciting and very very exciting to see how we want to now shift our thinking knowing who the Packers have drafted have signed and free and who they also let go so we're doing full seven round mock draft uh slow at the beginning but we can I believe adjust that once we get into the um actual draft care for positional value going up draft for knees a little low and we're not going to do much Randomness we can do a fun silly one later so Packers at 25 enter draft um not doing I'm not going to force any trades unless I think that we need it so let's go ahead enter in we have Drake May Caleb Williams Marvin Harrison Jr Malik neighbors Brock Bowers R dun Joe alt Byron Murphy Shon Newton Troy fonu quinan Mitchell Nate Wiggins Cooper dejon Jed verse telis fuaga Dallas Turner Uya Fel JC leam jayton Daniels Liu latu Graham Barton amarius Mims terion Arnold Jackson Powers Johnson so looking back up here uh Drake May's not going number W that's not happening Minnesota Vikings probably taking the quarterback so now that we're here at 25 we do have Tyler Newman he's a very interesting player and now we can see his overall grades coverage grade 90.1 70.2 run defense grade mainly plays deep which is the role that um uh Xavier mckin is going to play and Kenny is only like two three years older than him he's really really good but I don't think we take him in the first round anymore because mckin basically does the same role that dubben will play so looking at here I would consider maybe trading back here get some more picks uh the Falcons are interested the Raiders the Saints Dolphins the Broncos I mean potentially trading back I mean we also take Brian Thomas Jr Peyton Wilson has been flying up boards for linebacker 76 P grade 83 run defense grade um day one starter best older linebacker he's 24 which I don't know the Packers want that as we really want Youth and then there's receiver Brian Thomas Jr uh 75.1% receiving grade last year 61.2% gets man really good cont the catch rate only five drops as well first look 64205 fits the Packers athletic mold so could be a pick there but me I personally would trade back as well let's trade with the Patriots here we'll get pick 34 then let's get 103 and 180 get three picks to move back nine spots because there isn't really that like if Jackson Powers Johnson was there at 25 I would have taken him but let's offer this trade and we got it resume draft and that way they trade up and get JJ McCarthy Tyler gon Brian Thomas Jr TJ Tampa L makoni and now that we're here we're back up here at 34 there are some guys here I think are worth some more value uh Zack Fraser a center out of um West Virginia really solid uh run block and pass block grades um not necessarily the greatest either he's 63310 um interior offenseive lineman so day two potentially could push uh Josh Myers for the roll there's also Donnie Mitchell who is lightning fast as well um low drop rate which is good decent against man coverage but do we need him in our receiving room I don't think so there's also KOA mckinstry who we could also get really good 88.8 uh really good in coverage pretty decent am man good in zone outside corner as well uh struggles with interception but h smart quarterback which is really good for us that we want young guy as well so we could K Koolaid mckinstry as well and SE to board the way it is let's go and take Kool-Aid at pick 34 which I think is a good value for us Z Fraser Donnie Mitchell and it's rakestraw now that we're here we can get pretty funky with our edges there's Adisa Isaac here 81.7 really good run Defender as well outside tackle might have to be transferred over to edge for our new scheme uh Bren Fisk interior defense lineman here been flying up boards at after having a really impressive combine 65 297 played Five Seasons at Western Michigan so he's an older Prospect uh really high IQ bit lighter for interior guy and then there's chop Robinson who I I really like here for the Packers if we were to take a defensive player a 90.8 grade 92.3 against a pass rush pass rush a 21% basically really really good 63 250 it's going to be more of a off ball linebacker for the Packers because we're going back to 43 outside tackle so he could be an interesting guy here and there's also Darius Robinson who is 65296 of could be a transfer out to Edge uh 78.4 run pass first grade 81.4 run defense kind of what I think similar to Preston Smith pretty good of both not going value one way or the other had nine sacks last season uh winner is 17% so still really good there so he could be a guy that we could draft behind Preston Smith and him Gary and Lucas vaness in the next few seasons could be really good tackles there as well defense of edges as well there's also kingsy sumai Tia out of BYU could be interesting here but I think who I want to go with here I want to go with chop Robinson he's just a freak athlete really good against the path pass rusher you never have too many of them and the Packers will take the best player available and I think that is chop so going to go with chop Robinson here then bow Nick Michael penck there's a lot of edges here okay now we're back here at pick 58 there are several guys here I think would be interesting um there's Chris Jenkins here the defensive lineman out of Michigan that a lot of people like I like him as well um really good against the Run not necessarily the best pass rusher but that's I looking for with him 63305 strong guy run stopper that the Packers would want um there's also Jonathan Brooks we do have a need at running back especially now that Aaron Jones has gone we got Jonathan Jacobs and Emanuel Wilson here a lot of Miss tackles Force here kind of uh really good um balance back uh is coming off a Tor seal which might scare some teams away from him and then we don't need Edge we just got Edge there's also Edan Cooper the linebacker out of Texas A&M that the Packers could also get here so 87.6 run defense grade 86.4% pass rush grade really really good Miss tack is a little bit high at 133% but really good athleticism um so he could be an interesting guy to replace dandre Campbell so there's quite a few guys here I I like Chris Jenkins here I think we need some more true like nose tackle guys go along with TJ Slayton I mean Kenny Clark is great he's not a true nose and Carl Brooks and kobby wooden aren't big enough to really be that true nose tackle as well so Chris Jenkins I think would be that big body guy that the Packers will like so let's go ahead and draft him here and our last pick of the second round so we're going to increase the speed a little bit here just to get going so we got a couple picks here and let's see here we do have Jaren Jones we have Blake Corum but I don't think we're going to draft cor Corum now that we have Josh Jacobs who do I pick round one I didn't C mckinstry we haven't taken a offensive player yet so Cedric van pran Center out of Georgia I do think the Packers go interior offensive line here uh vanran is a pretty good Center a pretty good pass for GR decent at run blocking 77.9 overall no sacks 13 hurries allowed last year at Georgia high IQ Center they say here but Center only is really what he can do so maybe not because Packers love versatility no lineman maybe not him and then there's Mason McCormack the guard out of South Dakota State guard is going to be a need we need de at least death there because John runan Jr is not coming back he went to the New York Giants um Royce Newman not that great Sean Ryan presume starter at Right Guard unless we bring in a new guy here Mason McCormick 91 run block grade an 85 pass block grade again a little bit lower competition as he is a D1 FC guy out of South Dakota state but they play against like the top competition FCS and FCS guys have been getting a lot of attention lately um 65 315 could have some versati at guard as CER as well but he can play left guard Right Guard potentially move him over to Right Guard uh let's go with Mason cormick here at 91 and then a guy I like here is Jaren Jones to Corner out of Florida State I know we just signed ke on Nixon to a three-year deal but Nixon's not the greatest nickel Corner slot Corner that we have and we need a off upgrade there Jeran Jones is him 87 coverage grade 90.7 man coverage which the Packers are going to be running a lot more press man with um hefley at D DC and Jaren Jones looks to part and so I think him he pairing up with the guys we got will be really good so let's draft Jerry and Jones we're investing a lot into the defense so now here we are at um pick one and three this is the first time I've gone past the um U third round so I'm kind of figuring out where I want to be um so running back is going to be a need for the Packers and there are some guys here that I like that I don't think I'm going to reach a little bit here because Trey Benson's really good but 61223 really good explosiveness as well and he could be a good backup for Josh Jacobs get adjus into the roll Marshon Lloyd apparently is pretty high up here I don't really see red do a lot of Zone rushing here not really 59 210 not going to be a packer audri estamine really productive at of Notre name really really productive 511 227 power profile short R specialist not what the Packers are looking for now we got Josh Jacobs so Trey Benson is a guy here that we could do so look at all Bo Limer we already have a center um linebacker still going to be in need for us but I think we can get one later on I really really like Trey Benson at running back I think 61223 really really fast guy we need that change of pace back and I think Trey Benson is it's going to be a bit reach here 103 but I don't think it's going to be on the board when we pick again 126 so let's go and reach a little bit and draft Trey Benson okay yeah now I'm starting to get less familiar with these players um I do think we going need another safety a more of a box guy here more of a versatile guy um Cole Bishop out of Utah not really that good not really seeing that good here 62207 junior uh 133% Miss tackle rate not the greatest in the world play some dline slot Corner was a box safety in 2022 and kind of split between box and deep last season as well could be interesting here to pair up with mcken don't know if we're going to do that here also could go with Christian Jones a tackle out of Texas right tackle a 66 321 we do need some def tackle so could be a death piece there that we could develop don't really see much else I want here so let's go ahead and take Christian Jones The Tackle out of Texas yeah I'm not familiar with these prospects back here so just kind of just throwing darts at the wall based on what I'm seeing here off of PFF so that's why he a little bit Yeah okay now we're here at pick 169 one of our composer picks here and my double dip at L running back here where do you even come from 51 18 not really the guy we're kind build we're looking for from New Hampshire Dylan Johnson here let's see how he did 16 touch on 6' 218 good footwork speed good pass protector could be interesting for the Packers not really a lot that I am seeing here let's go and take Dylan Johnson just to have some more de at um halfback I think having good young running backs is always a plus as well so now we're back here at 180 and here we could take a safe backup safety here Jaylen Simpson good coverage not great at tackling 15% the sa 20% Force incomp completion rate which is good uh cornerback to D safy but developmental player maybe we could go with a tight end here with AJ Barner out of Michigan run heavy formations could be a really good blocking tend and kind of be like Ben Sims a bit here I mean Tyler Davis is back but Ben Sims might not be back Barner could be a good replacement for him um there's also oh yeah let's go on ahead and take AJ Barner for de tight end yeah these guys are going to be like deaf Camp guys because we have a lot of picks here uh we should probably get a linebacker here Tyron Hopper oh my goodness not good at all you fell off man no see why you're down here Hunter noard pretty decent measurables there has versatility which is good very versatile player here on the o line which a pack is like and he could be a guy you just stashed for a bit develop a couple years let's go with Hunter noard here get some more death for the Oman and he can play a lot of positions which is one of the things that Packers really really like so now we're back here and let's see here come on I got Air Force Miss tackle race high but coverage grade is 89 pretty good run defense grade here Trey Taylor out of Air Force 6' z uh played a lot of box which we do need a box safety he could be a nice little death piece he's also from the Air Force support the troops let's go ahead here at 219 take Trey Taylor safety out of Air Force just for the heck of it why not makes me happy all right in here these are just throw at theall all picks here Dallas Gant out of Toledo looks pretty good play some pretty good games against some good competition to Mac which I value competition Mac a lot higher than other people do I watch a lot of their games I'm an alumni at one of their schools so I do that not great at pass rushing but good run defense good coverage low Miss tackle rate yeah let's take him as a self around flyer for the linebacker death here Dallas Gant out of Toledo we got one more pick here and this one let's just go ahead oh come on Brian U out of Miami Ohio yeah let's take him let's just take him for fun uh gotta it's my Al mod that's the AL mod I'm talking about love and honor so let's take Brian ugu out of Miami University for the heck of it so and they actually are going to grade our draft so they are going to grade our draft we traded back with the Patriots nine picks to pick up a couple more picks got Koolaid mckinstry at pick 34 for a b uh Chris Jenkins chop Robson B+ Chris jenkinson a Mason McCormack C+ Jaren Jones C+ which I like those two better than I think PFF does and Trey Benson Christian Jones Dylan Johnson good AJ Barner here then Hunter norza could be like kind of like our Year's version of uh rashed Walker just draft and develop there and then Dallas Gant and Brian ugu couple Mac flyers in the seventh round to see if they can turn into anything but overall I really like this draft here um especially because I don't think we needed to draft Taylor nuban because zaver mckin basically does the same role as nuben and so I went more for safety I mean Corner in our first couple rounds build this defense here get some o line def get some running backs and the rest after round five you can just take flyers on guys who are athletic who play well maybe in lower competition and just see from there so that's it for my mock draft here thank you guys so much for watching if you enjoyed the content like
