Oracle Primavera Unifier - Using File Viewer in Document Manager

[Music] click open to launch unifiers file viewer which enables you to preview and add comments and annotations to a document the left pane shows all documents at the current folder level the center pane shows a preview of the file controls above the preview enable you to download magnify shrink and rotate the document if a file is revised you can view earlier versions and see any comments attached to those files however you cannot download those earlier versions or make comments on them select a file to add text in the comments field you can attach a file from your computer or from within document manager click post to save your comment click the pen to annotate a document choose a color from a palette for markup then select one of the four tools the pin highlights rectangle or ellipse to post annotations first enter some text into the comments field and then click the post button click a comment to view annotations comments cannot be edited they can only be removed by deleting that version of a file after closing the file viewer window you may need to click the refresh button to see that a file has been commented upon File Viewer provides buttons to undo and redo annotations the trash icon clears all annotations and disables the redo button the Clear button in the comments area performs the same function [Music] you [Music]
