foreign [Music] welcome to today's video today's video we're going to cook peaches for lunch and the uni Karu 16 Pizza Oven I've already made about six pizzas in this already so they're getting better every time now I kind of got the hang of it and we're going to do it all cooking with wood I've only used wood in this so far and you really need wood if you want to make a nice neapolitan pizza or a margarita pizza because you need the heat from the flame let's light this thing up we're going to be using the hard wood that we use for the other Pizza Oven this pizza oven is way out of our league as being old people the younger generation makes the most delicious pizza you've ever eaten your life on that thing we're going to stick with our Karu 16. you can tell everything's sooted up I've already had a couple accidents in there but it all cleans up real nice we got the fuel tray in the back you have what they call a ceiling vent you can see in here instructions say when you light this [Music] that this should be slid all the way to the left and then we got the flu the plate inside is pointed whichever direction the arm is so right now the plate inside is like this if you turn it like that it blocks it off so this needs to be fully opened and this needs to be fully to the left we'll take the Firebox lid off it's got a nice hook on it it's right in there we'll put our wood in there and start it with a fire starter instructions tell you you're better off starting off with a small fire and keep adding it if you make too big of a fire you could damage your oven we got our fire starter in there we got our hardwood we're going to go for it takes about 15-20 minutes for this to heat up all right we got our boom fire starter in there this is from the yaka Grill video we'll let this thing fire up okay the hardwood's lit we're going to cover this up let it come up to temperature about 15-20 minutes we got the fire in the Firebox now we're gonna go assemble our pizzas fire's going good now got our floured surface we've got our dough ball that's about as big as we're going to go because the pizza's too big you can't turn it in the oven now we're going to put it on the floured peel [Music] we're going to add our sauce our toppings and then the oven it goes the younger generation that uses that Monster Pizza Oven outside says you need to respect your margin that's why there's no sauce won't be any cheese no toppings on the edge of the crust here that's just a professional tip from some kids that can make some professional pieces all right pizza stones are 700 and she goes we're gonna flip this ever we're going to rotate every 30 seconds all right another rotate [Music] the baby's hot we're going to consider that pizza done we got a little casualty on the ends there but otherwise my crust looks pretty good so far this is pizza number two we put the pepperonis under the cheese [Music] and it's been in there for a total of a minute and a half I'm gonna go a little bit more to make get that cheese all nice and melty we don't want to burn it let me give her another twist I'm keeping this one a little closer to the door it's not as hot as backed by the fire all the way this one side right here could use a little more toasting oh we're going to call that one done probably could have taken it out 15 20 seconds earlier but that one looks pretty dark looks better than the other one the pepperonis aren't all burnt these are the two peaches in the pizza oven pepperoni sausage pepperoni sausage green pepper mushroom they each took right around two minutes to cook maybe two and a half rotating every 30 seconds you're supposed to rotate every 20 or 30. this pizza has the pepperoni on top which we got the burnt ones the professional youngsters say to put pepperoni under the cheese which we have done on this one and it looks delicious now we're going to sink our teeth into these well for pizza seven and eight they're coming out better and better there's a lot of factors that affect your pizza is to crust too thin or the toppings too heavy did the dough get warm so it sticks to the peel so you'll get the feel of it but that oven that cooks a great pizza and I think these cooked it right around two minutes so you can't beat it we'll see um that pizza's good you want to keep the pepperonis from burning real bad put them under the cheese if you don't mind your pepperonis having burnt ridges around the ends leave them on top that oven does a good job next on the menu is a spatchcock chicken we're gonna give that a shot next well cheers with an icy cold cosmopolitan foreign those are good well have a good weekend thanks for watching take care see ya
