Welcome to Techno Ruhez Most Awaited Midrange Comparison OnePlus Nord CE3 vs Motorola Edge 40 Neo Both are midrange phones and are quite valuable for money Today we will compare both and clear your confusion I know that people are still
confused about which one to buy So today we will compare and clear
your confusion and pick a winner Remember, I don't
test this alone my team does It requires a lot of effort So for that, subscribe
to the channel like the video and share it Let's start with performance Both have different chipsets OnePlus Nord CE3 has Snapdragon 782g And it is a new chipset,
which first came in this phone and this is the only phone which has this chipset If we talk about CPU throttle then 71%, which is a decent score but the max heat was 42.8 degree celsius which is not much If it was 44,45,46 then we
could say that it is more Antutu score was good more than 6 lakh and we do gaming you can play Call of Duty on max You can play BGMI on HDR ultra We even tested extreme and play Genshin
Impact for 30 minutes and after that, the max heat was 43 degree celsius If you look at the frame rate it was 60 fps Means not many drops were seen So it's performance was stable And there was not much heat either. and everything was good LPDDR4X and UFS 3.1 Androbench scores were also good which
you can see here in Motorola Edge 40 Neo you get Mediatek Dimensity 7030 it is on 6nm Bye the way, Snapdragon 782
is also on 6nm Both have same process And it's CPU throttle was 79% which is a good score but the heat was 44 degree celsius so the heat is still not controlled heat could have been better because we tested it's
heat after a long time and it was a bit more than before and the score of Antutu score
was bit more than 5 lakhs So in comparison its Antutu score
was less than OnePlus Nord CE 3 Call of Duty can be set on high and BGMI on HDR ultra And in this also we played
Genshin Impact for half an hour If you walk normaly then it
show 144 frame rate but as soon as an enemy comes Then it goes to 60 fps but in this the max heat
was 46 degree celsius in Genshin Impact So from this we can say that
this phone heats up more than Oneplus Nord CE3 if you play heavy games then. you will get good performance but the heat can be controlled more and it has LPDDR4X and UFS 2.2 here is 2.2 and there is 3.1 But it's androbench score was almost equal when we compared it
with Oneplus Nord C3 and here I want to say that performance of both is good but definitely in terms of thermals
Snapdragon 782 is better than Motorola Edge 40 Neo Let's talk about the display Oneplus Nord C3
has a huge display 6.7 inch FHD plus and this is an AMOLED display center punch hole which is small and not big and chin is very less screen to body ratio
is more than 93% and they have already
put screen guard But what kind of protection is there
on the display is not known yet. and with that you get 10 bit display you get support of HDR10 plus when we saw the video the colors and contrasts
were very well balanced and brightness was very good visibility from the indoor,
it's viewing angles was very good and visibility from the
outdoor was also good according to the price so display quality is very good and 120Hz refresh rate is given when we checked on
the home screen then it was 120Hz but if you open the play
store or youtube it switches to 90Hz if we talk about Netflix
and Prime Video then in Netflix it has HDR
support which is good and in Prime Video it
has Full HD support and in Moto Edge 40 Neo you get 6.55 inch FHD Plus AMOLED display it's screen size is small compared to Oneplus Nord CE3 but it's curved display gives a better experience it becomes more premium and it is a bit expensive
compared to flat display it also has a center punch hole and chin is very less And it's screen to body ratio
is also goes more than 93% and here also you get HDR10 plus and 10 bit display So when we experienced it's
video viewing, it came out very good. And you get a peak
brightness of 1300 nits. Both have good indoor
and outdoor visibility. We had also compared
both phones separately. So the brightness of both
displays was good in outdoors. And here you get a 144 Hz high refresh
rate, which is a little more than 120 Hz. And here it was running on 144 Hz on the
home screen, Play Store and YouTube. So the experience you will get there will be
better compared to OnePlus Nord C3. Here you get HD on Netflix, not HDR. And the Prime Video is also on HD. We did not see the option of Full HD here. It may be in something. But when we checked, we saw HD. But overall, both the displays
are very good in their place. This is flat and this is curved. But if we talk about preferences and some features,
then the Moto Edge 40 Neo display is a little better. If we talk about battery testing, then
both have the same capacity of battery. Let's start with OnePlus Nord CE3. 5000 mAh battery, 80W charging. If I talk about charging, we did our testing and it was fully
charged from 0% to 100% in 33 minutes. Now if we talk about battery backup, then we did a little extreme test. We did a lot of work in this. We charged it 92% at 12.30 pm. And we left it to do all the tests. And then around 6 pm, it was 61%. And at 12.30 am, it was at 24%. We did an extreme test. We put a lot of pressure on it. So if we calculate, 68% of
its battery was drained. Which is good. Because it shows that if you
use it mixed all day, then you can use it easily. In Moto Edge 40 Neo, you get the same
capacity of 5000 mAh. But the charging speed is a
little less compared to Nord CE3. It is 68W. And it took 47 minutes to
charge 0 to 100%. If we talk about battery backup, we start it's testing at 12.30 pm But it was at 88%. At 6 pm, it was 56%. And at 12.30 pm, it was 16%. If you calculate this, Then 72% of its battery was drained So it means it drained a little more compared to Nord CE3. This shows that you can
use both the batteries all day easily. Software is also a very
important part of any smartphone. And here in Nord C3, you get OxygenOS, it
is a custom skin which is OxygenOS 13 and
it is based on Android 13. The company said that
Android 14 will come very soon. And 2 years of yearly updates, 3 years of security patches, so you will get updates till Android 15. And the last security patch If we talk about security patches, its last
security patch was on September 5. So it means that it has been 2 months and there has been no security update. And there was an update in the middle where they improved the camera. Apart from it we didn't see
any major update. But there is no ads or bloatwares. You will get a good software
experience in OxygenOS. And if we talk about call recording, then there is Google Dialer. But now we know that in
Google dialor you can turn off the option to notify the other person. I don't think so that now anyone
will have a problem with Google Dialer. Talking about Moto Edge 40 Neo, you get it on Stock Android. But here there are many
features of Motorola. Moto Gesture, Moto Hub etc. and many other features
have been added to customize your phone. And it also has 2 years
of yearly updates, 3 years of security patches, and it is also on Android 13. So you will get Android 14 soon. And the last security patch update was on 1st September. So it's been 2 months and there is no update. But there was an
update in the middle where they fixed a bug and improved the stability. But we didn't see any
update after September. And there is no bloatwares and no ads. So your software experience will be good here too. Talking about the camera, you get 50MP sensors on both. You get OIS on both and you get f1.8 aperture
in bot, so there is no problem But the OnePlus sensor is Sony sensor IMX 890. So if we give more priority to on-papers, then definitely we can
give it to OnePlus But we still have to see
the sample photos. So hold on. Talking about the
Ultra Wide sensor, OnePlus has 8MP
Ultra Wide sensor whereas Motorola has 13MP Ultra Wide And in this also, you get macro So they didn't ruin the game
by giving some useless sensor Whereas here they gave 2MP
macro which was not needed at all You can shoot
4k@30fps video in both. And if we talk about the selfie, then it's a bit different. OnePlus Nord CE3 has 16MP whereas Edge 40 Neo has 32MP. In OnePlus, you get Full HD
video recording in selfie But Motorola has 4K video if we talk about the selfie video. Slow motion 720p 240fps both have the same. Let's start with that, you
can see both phone's sample I found Motorola's slow
motion to be sharper than OnePlus. You can see that here. If we talk about rear
camera pictures during the day, if we see the portrait shots, both have good blur. But if we talk about
the dynamic range, Motorola Edge 40 Neo
has little better photos. If I talk about the normal photos apart from the portrait shots, if you see the dynamic range, So you get it a little
better in Motorola And we took this photo of the sun near the building. If you see this, there is a sun If we look at it, It's a little
controlled in Motorola Edge 40 Neo Apart from that, if you see the other photos, then OnePlus's photos are more natural and contrasty whereas Motorola's photos are more vibrant,
which you can see It looks good If we talk about the selfie photos, then the difference
between 32MP and 16MP is that if you focus on the
sharpness of the face, then you get to see more in Motorola. The quality of both the cameras is good. and daynamic range of both are good But we took a selfie in a dark area against the sunlight. In this, OnePlus has controlled it well. The face is still bright but Motorola's face is dull. They couldn't control this. If we talk about the portrait videos, Then in rear selfie, let's start with rear Both the portrait videos are good but there is a glitch. I saw this in both the videos and I didn't like it. They could have done it
better with the software. If we talk about selfie portrait video then
both of them have come out well. but OnePlus's was slightly better. If we talk about the rear video, then both have good video samples. The sharpness, dynamic range, quality, everything is good but OnePlus Nord CE3 is a little more flickering compared to Motorola's Edge 40 Neo. If we talk about the selfie video, then both the videos are good but if we talk about the lightning and dynamic range, then I think Motorola's Edge 40 Neo was slight better If we talk about the night then photo's in night are good in both but I liked the quality of Motorola's because it was giving less noise. OnePlus Nord C3 couldn't take good photos in the night but OnePlus controlled the flares which you can see clearly. If you look at the night selfies, Then selfie was good in both but the OnePlus's was a little blurred. There is a problem of stabilization whenever you take selfies in the night but Motorola's Edge
40 Neo is a little sharp so the optimization is visible. If we talk about the night video, then in rear I clearly
saw that OnePlus's was better because the stabilization
of OnePlus is good and quality is good in both but the light and stabilization of OnePlus's was good because the Motorola's Edge 40 Neo is flickering a lot and if you look at the video, then you can see how much it is moving. If we look at the selfie video, then both the videos are good but the OnePlus's Nord CE3 is doing a good job in selfie video If we talk about the camera samples So in both, at some places this is good and at some places this is good. but if we look at the features, then apart from video, Motorola's Edge 40 Neo takes better photos than OnePlus's Nord CE3. If we talk about the network and some extra features, then you get dual 5G in both, so you can use it and we tested it and there was no problem. You get Wideband L1 in both which I already told you about in Netflix and Amazon. You get all the sensors in both Bluetooth 5.2 in Nord CE3 and Bluetooth 5.3 in
Motorola's Edge 40 Neo and here WiFi 6E is there whereas in OnePlus Nord
CE3, WiFi 6 is there so it has come a little
ahead in terms of connectivity and you get NFC support in both and there is no problem in that. For security, you get an
under-display fingerprint scanner in both and both are fast and both have good haptics I liked the slight haptics in Motorola's Edge 40 Neo but compared to Nord CE3 if you turn the volume up and down you won't get this type of haptics in Motorola's Edge 40 Neo so this is a good thing in OnePlus Nord CE3. If we talk about the design which is also an important factor in a smartphone, both
are slim smartphones but Motorola's Edge 40 Neo
gives you a different form factor in the back, you get vegan leather pantone validated plastic frame and it is 7.79mm thick
and weighs 173g whereas in OnePlus Nord C3 it is 8.2mm thick and weighs 184g you get a plastic frame in this too and you get a plastic back as well but in terms of looks and feel Motorola's Edge 40 Neo
is a good choice Another good plus point is that you get IP68 According to price, this is the first smartphone which comes with IP68 whereas in OnePlus Nord CE3 I don't know about the IP ratings either IP52 or IP54 both have dual speakers both have good quality speakers both have dual mics
for noise cancellation but in OnePlus Nord CE3 you get IR blaster which you don't
get in Motorola's Edge 40 Neo And in OnePlus Nord CE3 you get a hybrid sim card you can also use a memory card whereas in Motorola's Edge 40 Neo you get a nano sim card you get different colors in both so there is no problem let's talk about the price which the most important part and our conclusion the variant starts with 8GB RAM 128GB storage OnePlus starts with 26999, but sometimes you
can get it in offers for less than Rs 25 thousand. and Motorola's Edge 40 Neo
starts with 22999 And if it goes on offer So you can get it for 20k also if you look at the price in terms of performance and battery OnePlus is ahead. But in terms of other things Motorola is ahead so in some cases this is good,
and in some cases this is good but if we look at the price the most important part then definitely
Motorola's Edge 40 Neo is better value for money compared to OnePlus Nord CE3 if you can compromise the little bit heat then this is definitely better but if you want stable
performance with good heat control and you want to enjoy the oxygen OS then OnePlus Nord CE3 is better but the price is also an important
factor which you have to keep in mind I hope you liked this detailed comparison video we will keep bringing similar videos like, support, subscribe till then always keep smiling
